I wouldn't eat here unless you had to. Of course, when you visit a museum...especially one with not much around... you sort of have to unfortunately.
This is basically a cart service with cold sandwiches, chips, coffee/espresso beverages, beer/wine and some salads. It's all delivered in and then sold at exorbitant prices. It's likely similar to some of the options available at the Met on 5th avenue but there you have quite a few more choices.
Expect to blow through $50 on two sandwiches chips and drinks. The sandwiches are cold and a bit dry. They are a bit 'fancied up' so I guess that makes it slightly better but they are still pre-made and awaiting sale.
The one nice thing is the seating area in the cloister. It's lovely.
