Saw a Credence Clear Water Revival cover band and it was fun. Everyone was a GenX or a boomer and it was great to see everyone dancing, singing along and enjoying themselves. It was really fun

Had such a great time meeting up with friends and enjoyed some awesome music, and got in a bit of dancing. This place is so welcoming, and you never know who might get up there and belt out a tune. I was very fortunate to catch some class acts from an audience attendee that knocked our socks off!! New Name Live @ the Vibes in Temecula!!

$5 cover was irrefutably worth it for this older crowd. Very good Friday night band, played a ton of popular hits from the 80's & 90's. Bar tender was heavy handed, so cocktails were a good value. Didn't get food, bid dance floor.

The Vibe could be a great place. We attended an Eagles and Fleetwood Mac tribute bands last week. The bands were great, but the Vibe needs to decide if it's a loud and noisy bar or a music venue because the two don't go together.

Awesome place to spend time at. Has a great bar, plenty of indoor and outdoor space alongside their sound system. Different bands playing each night with their own style. Outdoor has heaters for the colder nights too. Bringing your furry friend along is all good here too however it’ll be more comfortable outside concerning the noise level. Staff and people were all friendly to my big GSD.

Really enjoy coming here. This was our 3rd time, having moved to North County (San Diego) a couple years back. The manager (owner?) was so gracious and welcoming... genuinely thanking the crowd not once but TWICE for coming; supporting not just the venue but the bands who play there as well. Getting into the show (with the lines, wristbands and ID checking) was well organized and smooth. Seating DOES get tight for a show (we saw Hollywood Knights-- their debut show!); but it's not too bad. you can still chair-dance :-) or find a spot where you're not blocking others. The outdoor, wrap around, "upscale rural" patio is very spacious, with cute lighting, seating and heaters too. Great atmosphere to get out (if you're seated inside) for fresh air and a bit of dancing. Bartenders friendly, and staff roamed around all night to pick up empty glasses from the tables. Nice touch.. keeps the place looking tidy and makes for less work at the end of the night! All in all a fun place to go.. we'll be back.

Came here for the first time and this place was great! Live music, great service, and a wonderful large selection of drinks. Everyone here is so friendly, the ambiance is great.

I had so much fun enjoying live blues and the warm sunshine on the patio. Although the music was inside, you can hear it perfectly from the patio. The wine was great and our party of 4 had a great time. Service was also wonderful. I love to day drink as opposed to late night drink, so I loved that all the fun was happening early in the day. I'll definitely come back again.

--Last Saturday afternoon I discovered the Old Town Blues Club (OTBC), and what a great find it was! Located at 28636 Old Town Front St, in Temecula, California on the second floor overlooking the main drag, the venue is quite the gem. Hosting some of the greatest Blues talent from all over the country, OTBC is a great venue to see some great talent at a fraction of the cost of most other clubs in Southern California. For a mere $5.00 I enjoyed the likes of Chicago Blues legend "Stoney B. Blues" and his band, as they rocked the joint with original and well-known Blues hits, and Stoney "You can't hold a great bluesman down" is quite the showman, entertainer, and musician. OTBC is located on the second floor offers outdoor seating so you can groove to the music while eyeballing the people strolling the streets, or indoor seating that is up close and personal for viewing the performers. Seating is the form of standard tables, and high tables to insure all can view the performances. The bar has a reasonable selection of wine and craft beers at reasonable prices; and offers a charcuterie box for $15.00 to enjoy during the show. The owner is very cordial, and his staff are very customer service oriented. My impression of the club is five stars based on the time of day, and the day's experience. I cannot speak for the late night performances; which I hear are a wilder than the matinee concerts. Great time, and plan to frequent this club on a regular basis. Highly recommend for a date; musical experience; or just something different!

Music, dancing, drinks (no food). Old Town Temecula is charming and bustling. I chose this place because it has Blues in it's name and I the blues ~ music. After visiting a nearby winery, we got to OTBC just when the band, Lil A & the Allnighters, was starting their first set. The band was terrific! Since we got there early, the place was not very busy and there was plenty of room to dance. We spoke with the manager who said that they mainly promote music. YAY! The cover was only $5 per person! I wish this bar music venue was nearer to our home. Clean place, friendly folks, cool paintings of great musicians. We had a beer and a couple of shots. Prices were not bad. They just recently acquired their liquor license. When we left, we walked around Old Town, checking out the plethora of shops and restaurants. We will definitely return for more music & fun.

Such a wonderful, intimate venue. I love the live band karaoke that happens the first Thursday of every month. Make sure to get there early if you want to sign up! It's a $5 cover. VERY reasonable in my opinion! This place is beer and wine only, but I saw that they were applying for their liquor license. I loved the decor in the lace with the paintings! Be advised that the bathroom is down the hall and needs the code. The bouncer knows it and there is a little sign that has the code on it as well.

I would give a better review if my group had been allowed in. The bouncer told us they were shutting down at 10:15. We asked for a suggestion of where to go. He refused to answer us. My cousin pointed out that Google says that this establishment is open until 11:00 and it should be fixed if that is not true. He said "well we are shutting down" and walked away. I asked again for a recommendation of where else to go that was open, and he would not acknowledge me. Could be great but I would never know. The bouncer is a jerk and was super rude to my group.

We decided to go to downtown Temecula and stopped here for live music and a few drinks. It was a busy day so service was slow. Overall experience was good

Great music from 1969 Tribute Band Nice people and ambiance. Owner was in house as well and dry nice gentleman!!!

Excellent service. Only live jazz music in old town Temecula. Take your lady to dinner din down the street. Finish the romance here. You know what I mean.

Do not go here. We went with a party of 13,however, it was only two of my girl friends waiting for everyone and they both got kicked out just for laughing. Not being buzzed or drunk but just being girls

Alvarez band playing is phenomenal!!!!! $5 charge to enter. Don't forget to tip the talent. They're giving their talent away. Great venue. I'm so impressed!!!!

It has taken me a long time to try this place. The previous club at this location was always jammed with nowhere to sit, and the postage stamp size dance floor was usually jammed. Last week on a Sunday afternoon we gave it a try. There was a good blues band playing, it wasn't crowded and we had no problem getting a table. The tables are pushed up towards the front of the stage and the dance floor is behind the tables, a bit unusual, but I imagine it keeps people from standing in front of the stage when there is a dance floor there. The bartender was very nice and poured us some very big glasses of wine. Overall, it was a great experience. I am not sure if the experience for an evening show miight be different . I plan to find out.

Came down to see Chris Cain. A great Blues musician! The place is a great venue for live music. But there's no food service. And you can't bring outside food in. So I recommend the Swing Inn Cafe, which is down the street at the end of the block. Can read my review on the cafe. There are other other places to eat within walking distance. There's street parking and a parking structure about a block away. They have a good choice of beers and wines to drink. There's an outdoor patio seating area and TV monitors. 4 stars because of no food service and the bathroom is literally out side the place and a good walk away, but within the same complex. Met the owner and he seems like a good person. Support local small businesses like this one and the surrounding community.

Went last night to see our favorite local band. The room is packed and creates a serious fire hazard. Sound guy kept tweaking the music and it was sounding bad. The staff were rude and had customers standing waiting in line for drinks as the workers all took shots. I could see lots of regulars in this place. This just isn't my vibe. I would much rather have a little breathing room and customer service. If it weren't for my favorite band I would not have gone.

Wow! My first time here since moving to Temecula, and what a blast! Such a fun crowd, great band(The Tones). I'm definitely gonna make this my hangout!

I love going to The Old Town Blues Club. This is the best music venue in town . The variety of music is awesome. There are amazing blues acts, as well as dance music, rock and tribute bands. This a very fun place with wonderful staff.

Went last evening and saw "John Demps and the Full Effect" and had a few drinks. Celebrating our friend Dean's birthday after dinner at the Gambling Cowboy. This band rocks and plays R&B and solid rock. The wife and I danced a bit and had a great time. If you enjoy good music this place books the best. Good times. This live music, blues club is such a great find in old town Temecula!! The blues bands are really great. You can dance, if you'd like, or sip on libations, and you can be seated indoors or on the patio. The bartenders are very friendly & happy to be there.

My adult daughter and I were enjoying a mother/daughter day in Downtown Temecula. We stopped into the Old Town Blues Club to listen to great music and have a glass of wine. While there were a lot of people there, it wasn't packed, so we were able to sit on the balcony, enjoy the music, sunshine, incredible wine and each other's company. What a great way to relax and while away a Saturday afternoon. Highly recommend!

Always a good time here . The atmosphere and people are so inviting and friendly. The staff is helpful and nice . Me and husband have came here couple times and definitely enjoyed it a must try if you're in old town . Come early if you want to catch a table . But standing in back dancing the night away is a good time too . lol

Great place to hang out - have a cigar and people watch! The bands here are generally very good and some are great! Beer and wine only and best after sunset on the balcony as it's facing west but other than that it's pretty damn good! Great for Friday and Saturday night Now with the new extended outdoor patio and the updated interior and stage it's the best outdoor people watching spot in old town!!

I love this place and it should get 5 starts but... music is SO loud that I barely can stand the music volume while seating on the front patio!! I'm serious, I don't know how people can actually listen to the music inside that venue.... But...That being said... we need way more places like the Old town blues club. This place features great musicians/bands, quality music, a large beer and wine selection and...there is no cover charge for music (yeah ok a beer is $8 but hey you want quality live music or... ?) Highly recommended if you pass by Temecula. Make sure you stop if you hear some notes (and you'll hear them, even inside your car).

I guess this place was fun. Very empty the weekend night that we went I believe was a Saturday night. The band was good. A bit corny, but very good at their musical instruments and bringing back the Classics. Beverages are fair selection I asked for my IPA and they were out. They're going to get you at the door which I understand which helps pay for the band. Overall, I give it a four stars not too shabby more of a local hang out for those who can drink a six pack, get in their car and drive away.

Came here for some fun on Saturday. It was super busy. Weren't able to order food. I was able to get 2 drinks. One with cash at the beginning of the night. The 2 one I put on my card. Margarita for 12$ not very strong. We left early will come back when it's not so busy. Had an issue with my charges but Peter was great and helped out. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

Never met a more rude owner than the owner of old town blues. Had some friends in the place and my wife and I went to go say hi. Left my wife with the bouncer as there was a five dollar cover for karaoke of all things. I just wanted to get in touch with my friends versus texting which they might not see, the owner came at me like I was trying to rob the place because I did not pay the entrance fee. We had a venue that we were going to in 30 minutes so there was no way I was going to pay a cover for 30 minutes of entertainment But would've been willing to buy a cocktail for us and my friends. After almost physically getting accosted by this owner, my wife just took off and grabbed a cocktail at 1909. Much better place anyways.

This place is about music. Went in for a glass of wine on Friday 10/14. Don't know the two bands names. Band 1 - blues trio, think ZZ Top or SRV. They only had time to play six or so songs. They opened up with Statesboro Blues by Blind Willie Mctell, and ended with Crossroads by Robert Johnson. But they were channeling Duane Allman and Cream. Very nice. The second band. Rhythm soul, big ass organ/piano, cool rhythm section, and the lead singer, well, he brings it. My bad for not getting the bands names.

Had a great time last Sunday! Can't wait to go back. Excellent location, friendly staff, cold beer and great music.

Great bar service, great music. Small venue and cover charges but it keeps the crowd manageable and the club, enjoyable. We always have a good time! It would be nice if there was a speaker system to better enjoy the music outside but still a great place!

Old Town Blues Club did it again with the Elton John event night! Such outstanding incredible talent!!! Had soooo much fun! Lenny Metcalf, I couldn't tell the difference, you had me believing I was spending the evening w/Elton!! Thank you OTBC, what a fab evening!!!!

If you have a special night out, are visiting Temecula or are in search of a classier establishment in Temecula for your night out - Pick the Old Town Blues Club. If "classy" is your key word - Thank me later! This club has a slightly more exclusive feel without the velvet rope snobbery. It's not about the beautiful people. It's ALL about those who really, really love music. I don't know what's happening in Old Town, but it used to be a place where you could go for fantastic restaurants, great live music and a fun night of dancing and people-watching. All that changed when every place started going to DJ music. It's now becoming known for bar fights and the police having to be on every corner. However, this owner provides an alternative to THAT scene. He truly LOVES his community, the local music scene and puts live music at the forefront of his establishment. He treats the bands well, invests in great sound equipment and is working on perfecting the experience for both musicians and guests. From the lighting, the neon sign which tells you that you're in a real deal blues club, to the artwork on the walls...It's all about the experience here. Other local venue owners should take note. The staff is phenomenal (Dylan, Dave, Mike, McKeevin...and those whose names I haven't learned yet - They're all great!). Reading some reviews, apparently this upsets people looking to get drunk, obnoxious and crazy because the staff keeps the room in check and asks for dancing to be away from the front of the stage area so as not to block the view of other guests, not to make a mess dancing with drinks in their hand, pick fights, pester the musicians unnecessarily, and other pretty common sense stuff. Then again, I guess common sense isn't so common these days. If you're looking to get mind-blowingly drunk and crazy, this might not be your place. It's ALL about the music here and there's a wide variety to choose from for different nights - Blues, rock, originals and covers. The music runs the gamut and there's something for everyone (No guys, even The House of Blues doesn't even play blues every night). If your idea of a great night is dinner in Old Town then walking over for some killer music, sipping some vino either in an intimate blues bar setting or people-watching from the deck overlooking the main drag of Temecula - It's the place to be! It's the place where the locals love to hang and always full of off-duty musicians supporting their brethren. For us, it's the #1 spot for live music in Temecula.

Went to OTBC Yesterday, heard music while walking around. Thought we would go enjoy music. Have a drink snacks, sit etc. Walk up there is security letting us know there is a $5 cover charge each person ok no problem, band has to be paid. We were not told people can smoke on patio! Ugh No waitress you have to go inside to order your food yourself. Waitress we encountered not very good Customer Service oriented. I get it your in a loud environment cant hear, wearing a mask. I asked her for a pen and paper. People come out on patio asking for tips. Isnt that what cover charge is for. RUDE Food waaaaay overpriced and not that great. Never again will we go. The band was good even though not really into Blues.

Love this place from the service to the music. Andy the owner is an amazing host and Dave is a gem. The acts they get in to play are really good. It's a small venue very cozy with room to dance. Then there is the outside Patio wit heaters. We moved to murrieta in 2020 and have made many friends here as well as it's our go to place when we want to chill and here some great music.

Great intimate blues venue! Located conveniently in Old Town Temecula. I came here with friends for a Halloween event and the Travis Daggett Band was awesome! This pandemic made me appreciate live music that much more!

After living in Temecula for 2 years, we finally checked out the Old Town Blues Club. Fun people and great bands - we can't wait to see what's next as they expand!

The Old Town Blues Club is the best place to visit in Temecula for music. The club offers a variety of great music in an intimate venue right in the middle of Old Town Temecula. I enjoy all the tribute bands and the other great bands Andy brings in. The bar now sells a variety of alcoholic drinks in a can along with beer and some nice wines. There is a relaxing open air patio outside that sits above the road where you can watch the outdoor monitors of the bands and the people and cars go by. If you're hungry you can have food delivered from a local restaurant while your there. A great place to hear some awesome bands play.

Sandra was the best bartender! She provided an incredible experience, with great wine knowledge and service with a smile. Can't wait to come back! Also, the live music was 10/10

Great bands, room to dance, this is the only club I'll patronize in my city! They even have early bands on Fridays starting at 4:30 for those who prefer calling it a night earlier, and then another band starts up at 9 for the nite owls. Pretty much every day of the week now, except Mondays. This is the "Cheers" pub of Temecula, where everybody knows your name! This is a place for those who grew up with and appreciate real LIVE bands performing and being able to get up and boogie.

I've come here a handful of times and every time has been a great experience! They've expanded the place and it looks AMAZING! More room to dance - more room in general. Thank you for keeping live music, especially blues alive!!!!! By the way - I entered a $10 charity raffle and just won a guitar!
