Where to Find Birthday Freebies in Portland

"This Hawthorne neighborhood favorite, specializing in Belgian liege waffles, tops its yeasted treats with things like banana caramel sauce or dark chocolate magic shell. Those who join the “Waffle Club,” essentially the Waffle Window’s newsletter, will get a voucher emailed to them on their birthday, redeemable for a free standard-sized birthday waffle. Sign up here." - Janelle Lassalle

"Mom Mary O’Rourke started making her famous waffles (a unique variation on a Liege-style sugar waffle) after her sons came back from a European trip and begged her to recreate what they’d eaten abroad. Today, they serve them out of the previously-abandoned service window of the family's restaurant, Bread & Ink. The menu features the original sugar waffle as well as savory options (ham and cheese; bacon, brie, and basil) or dessert-style (Nutella and banana, blueberry cheesecake). There’s a second location in Alberta, and two more opening this summer."

This has been my 3rd time going to the waffle window. The chicken and waffle were average. The chicken lacked crispiness and lacked flavor, the gravy and syrup helped make it more pleasant. The Spicy Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno was alright, I felt like it needed more flavor and spiciness. I tasted the bacon more than the sauces. Overall it was eh.

Food was delicious, customer service was amazing, prices were reasonable, and clean tables for dining in. Finding a parking spot can be challenge on a busy day but I was able to secure a spot in the back lot. Definitely will come back to try something sweet if I’m ever in the area.

Google
Staff are super kind and you go up to the front to get your food yourself! Prices are pretty ok and the food tastes amazing! I got the strawberry Nutella waffles and they were crispy and soft. It is a bit sweet for breakfast but there are also takeout boxes for to go. Only thing is it might be hard to find parking, but worth a try!

My partner and I were visiting from Seattle and I woke up craving chicken and waffles! This place was close by so we decided to check it out! We will now make this a dedicated stop every time we set foot into Portland! The chicken and waffles were amazing, the service was incredible, the vibes were immaculate. Cannot wait to come back and eat here again!

One of the breakfast places that I was excited to go in Portland was The Waffles Window. Their waffles looked amazing, I thought it is such a cute concept to get them over the window. To our surprise, when we got there, the window was closed. I was so sad, until we realized that they are actually in full operation in the inside. So, the “window-serve takeaway joint” was inside the cafe, which worked out great for us. It was nice to have a table seating. Inside the cafe was very large, with lots of tables and chairs. They offer sweet & savory Belgian-style waffles. I love Liege waffles, and excited to see how they do it with Portland Twist. Their menu was big, there is something for everyone. We decided to order one sweet, and one savory kind. We got Seasonal Special item, Rose City made with Strawberries, Rose Cream, Rhubarb Sauce, and Whipped Cream. It was super beautiful, the tart rhubarb sauce went great with the sweet strawberries and whipped cream. The waffle was amazing and fluffy, super tasty! For the savory kind, we went with Three B’s. It is made with Thick Cut Pepper Bacon, Brie Cheese, and Fresh Basil, service with House Recipe Peach Jam. It was delicious! The combination of pepper bacon and brie was amazing, and basil added that extra flavor to bring them all together. Delicious! We had a really nice breakfast here. We loved the waffles we ordered, we enjoyed every bite. I wish if we could try so many more!

Enjoyed the tasty side of chicken to buffer the delicious waffles we've enjoyed for years. Liege waffles (cake batter with butter and powdered sugar), you can customize ten different ways with savory or sweet toppings. Lots of people watching, lots of tables and 52 chairs in a medium sized place. 4 bar stools, 10 chairs in the waiting area. COVID style counter service, pick up food from counter, bus your own table. It's foodie legend in SE Portland, but felt a little faded glory from those summer nights when we'd fight for a parking space in the neighborhood streets and then amazing chocolate strawberry whipped cream treats at the picnic tables. The coffee espresso latte etc are excellent. Consider asking for a little less chocolate fudge, one waffle was drowned. service could be better (the plate was loudly bounced off the counter with casual disdain, short straight hair blond lady.)

I love Waffle Window, and I have for years. It always tastes great, and everything seems to be super fresh. Waffles hold up during delivery, which is great! I am, however, disappointed to have found a whole strand of hair cooked into my waffle this time 😬 I know stuff happens, but it's not fun to find. I'll still eat here, as I'm sure this is a rare occurrence (it has never happened to me before, as far as I know).

Google
If this review was only based off the chicken and waffles it would definitely be getting a 5 stars. The fried chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy. The gravy was delicious. The waffles were amazing! They were warm and buttery. Not dry at all! The only thing that was mid was the whole milk latte.

Yelp
Nothing has changed! Came back recently and loved everything as always. I feel like it's a good sign when a business is consistently doing everything right and that's definitely them!

Yelp
This is kind of an odd spot. You don't get to order from the waffle window itself, you have to go inside Bread and Ink Cafe. There, it feels like a covid-era throwback where the main dining room is cleared out with a makeshift ordering station set up on a folding table. Other rooms have people sitting and eating Bread & Ink's brunch. You have to stand in line with all the brunch people to place your order, which defeats the purpose of the "window" aspect. Also, the waffle was not packaged in an especially mobile way. You definitely have to sit down to eat it. I dunno, I was expecting the Waffle Window to be a walk up window where you could get an eat-on-the-go waffle. It's now just basically the waffle menu of the sit down restaurant Bread & Ink.

Yelp
I tried their chicken and waffles. It came with the options of gravy and syrup. I got both! The sweetness of the waffle and the savoriness of the fried chicken make this a perfect combination. I will definitely order this item again. It is highly recommended.

Yelp
A popular waffle spot in Portland, The Waffle Window, serves savory and sweet waffles to satisfy your cravings! There were so many options, I didn't know what to order, I knew I wanted something sweet so I asked for recommendations and I ended up ordering a strawberry cheesecake waffle. Let me tell you, it was delicious! I loved every bite of it. The waffle was crispy, the cheesecake pudding was creamy and smooth, and the whip cream topped on top was perfect!
google avatar

Yelp
Good breakfast spot with numerous choices for sweet and savory waffles. My favorites were the Banana Nutella and Three Bs.
google avatar

Shanez S.

Yelp
This place never disappoints! The service is always warm and friendly. The space is very chill, with lots of seating, both indoor and outdoor. The waffles are perfection! Crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. Tons of vegetarian options, especially on the sweet side. I've tried several, but the Bananarumba keeps calling me back. Pro tip: sign up for the Waffle Club on their website to receive a free waffle around your birthday.

Lynn L.

Yelp
We do fondly remember the crisp waffles studded with the crunch of sugar, the 3 Bs being the best, truly unbeatable. Alas, the sit down is experience so lacked we won't be back. The formerly perfect 3 B, now a soggy, under cooked doughy experience we wondered if it had been microwaved... clearly not to order. That it took less than 2 minutes should have been a clue ... and that out eggs Benny was forgotten another clue... the hollandaise was excellent though. The whole self serve concept from get your own water and table ware to buss your own coupled with mediocre food=no return. Sigh two stars for the hollandaise, the rest sadly a hard pas

Yelp
A great place for brunch in Southeast Portland. The waffle was delicious and fluffy, and had some sophisticated toppings. I went around 8 am on a Saturday and they were still setting up the till at the window so I had to submit my order indoors around the corner, so early risers might not always get the full experience.

Yelp
Welcome to the waffle window! I was intrigued by the variety and delicious looking flavor combinations. When we arrived there was ample street parking available during the weekday - I feel like the weekend may be a busy time for them so plan accordingly. You order and pay at the front desk, they give you a buzzer and you come back up for the food. The girl working the front desk was plain not very nice during our interaction - we tipped well and were polite so maybe it was just an off day for her - we all have those days! We got the strawberry Nutella and the "three b's" which had Brie , bacon and basil. I loved the combinations of flavors, however both waffles were over cooked and for the price point the toppings were skimpy. The waffles definitely left me wanting more Brie and more Nutella as the over done nature of the waffles dried them out. For the price point at $31 (before tip) for two waffles I would hope for more topping or at least table service. Like I said above we went on a weekday and there was plenty of seating available - I am assuming prime hours are weekend brunch. I would come back and invite friends for a casual brunch spot and there were several flavors I'm excited to try in the future!

Yelp
We've been here a bunch of times. It can be a little hard to figure out where the entry is, because it seems like they share space with another restaurant. Once you're in, you order at the window, pick up food when its ready and bus your own tables. But the waffles are on point-- just delicious. Many sweet and savory options. Try it - you must!
google avatar

Alysia D.

Yelp
If you are like me and love waffles this is a must. A huge menu of just waffles but also has other options. We ordered to go, but plenty of seating inside too.

Yelp
Waffle window has been a favorite of mine for years. Great choices for both sweet and savory waffles. Staff is friendly. The complimentary birthday waffle keeps me coming back. Bad review is because the dining room is really dirty. 6 flies are buzzing above my head, the floors are covered in who knows what, and dirty napkins are stuffed under tables to keep them balanced.
google avatar

Kimie B.

Yelp
Love their chicken and waffles. It is hard to find really good take on this dish. One of the few in Portland that I like.
google avatar

Steve C.

Yelp
Love the chicken and waffles here. My go to every time. The blackberry basil lemonade always refreshing.
google avatar

Yeonji S.

Yelp
The food was a solid 4/5 as the portions were a bit small for the price. The service was questionable as it was a self serve pick up and throw away kind of spot, which I am not the biggest fan of. The ambiance was alright nothing too special. But waffles were soft and airy. Tasted yum :)

Yelp
If you love or just like waffles, you must try this spot! My favorite breakfast/brunch place in all of Portland! I can't describe how good the food is here (but I will try haha). It doesn't look like much from the outside since it's just a window to order from and some patio seating, but man is it worth a visit. The service is pretty quick, there's not much of an ambiance, but the food will make you forget where you are anyway! My breakdown of the items we tried below: 5/5 - Strawberry Cheesecake Waffle: fresh strawberries, their special cheesecake pudding, graham cracker crumb topping, and whipped cream. Just amazing, I love a good cheesecake style item when it's done well and this was perfection! There's also a blueberry cheesecake option. Also, the sea salt caramel ice cream add-on made this next level! (6/5 haha) 5/5 - Banana Nutella Waffle: fresh banana, Nutella, whipped cream, house made hot fudge. Really good and filling, if you like Nutella, you'll love this waffle that's covered in it! 4/5 - Three B's Waffle: thick cut pepper bacon, Brie cheese, and fresh basil served with house recipe peach jam. It's pretty simple, but not bad, my friend wished he got the fried chicken waffle instead, so there's an alternative if you'd like a better savory option. 5/5 - Blackberry Basil Lemonade: house made with real sugar. Pretty great, a unique twist on your regular lemonade, definitely worth a try! 4/5 - Green Tea Mint Lemonade: house made with real sugar. Nothing mind-blowing, but still good. 4/5 - Coffee, solid but nothing special, a good value at $3.50 3/5 - Latte, not that impressive, but better than nothing, $5

Yelp
Ordered for a pick up. The waffles were massive and they didn't skimp out on the fresh fruit which I loved! My kids and I loved it.

Yelp
So I will preface this review by saying that maybe I came on an off day and would like to return another time. I felt like my first experience here was not typical and willing to give it another fair chance. Obviously it's called the Waffle Window because of the fun experience of ordering out of a window. But on the day we came there was a sign to go inside the restaurant instead - and I was a little confused because the building attached was a cafe with a different name so this being my first time here, I didn't know they are combined together. The menu is full of fun and creative options to get your waffle on and the ordering was pretty easy and straight forward. Service was average. We got the Jalapeño Bacon Cheddar Waffle to go and waited and waited with updates for almost 30 minutes in the little seating area to the side. People who came in after us and ordered to dine-in have gotten their waffles very quickly. And from what I've seen they look very pretty and delicious while we were waiting for ours. FINALLY when we got our order we checked the box and the photo attached is what it looked like - not when we got home, it looked like green goo with some unmelted cheese bits on top. To be fair, the waffle underneath was delicious! It was fluffy, dense, sweet, but very enjoyable. All is to say that they do have good and yummy waffles here but wait time may vary and maybe the best experience is to enjoy it dining in.

Yelp
Expectations were high based on the previous reviews. We were extremely disappointed with the waffles. THE WAFFLES WERE NOT FRESH. They are advertised as fresh waffles, but ours were clearly not fresh, not even warm or crispy. The flavors were really good, but the day old waffles ruined our experience. The restaurant was completely empty, and there was no customer service to check in on how we were doing. With the clear lack of staff, they should probably just offer takeout.

Yelp
Someone once said that context is a window into the first audience. Waffle window brings you to an astonishing brunch place. I ordered the chicken & waffles and the strawberry dream waffle. Overall, both dishes were phenomenal. The chicken and waffles had a fluffy waffle with a good fried chicken that was not dry at all. The gravy was yummy to go with it. The maple syrup was a good touch as well if you want more of a sweet experience. The strawberry dream waffle was sweet, but not too crazy where your face gets shriveled up. It was a good texture with the granola and fruit combination. Excellent pairing. Lots of seating, but I would recommend parties of 4 or less since you would need to combine tables. Great spot on Hawthorne to check out and I enjoyed the place and food.

Gabrielle G.

Yelp
5 stars for: amazing fried chicken breasts and special recipe waffles, yummy chicken sausage and no pork sausage in their herb-country-gravy, the seasonal hot apple pie waffles with big dollop of whip cream & caramel drizzle plus lots of tasty-sounding menu items you'll probably wanna come back for... as well as a no-nonsense communal responsibility vibe that encourages people to seat themselves at the covered patio area or at inside tables, bus their own dishes, and box their own leftovers-- if anything's left! So good! A nice staff person made sure I had a bag of my choice to carry the leftover hearty waffles home and invited us back anytime.
google avatar

Tina C.

Yelp
Hands down my favorite chicken and waffles!!! Their gravy used to be a little better with more of a lemony buttery holondaise sauce feel but still the best!

Bryce B.

Yelp
Decent food, but very high prices. You order at a counter, fetch your own coffee and water, pick up your own food, bus your own table, scrape your own dishes. What are we paying these prices and tipping for?
google avatar

Cheryl L.

Yelp
I don't WAFFLE over waffles, I just devour them! The waffle window is around the corner inside of a restaurant. You order, btw- the line gets long but moves really fast. Pay the cashier then you sit down. Then you wait for your pager to go off and BAM, your food is ready. Ambiance was less than desired. We were trying to set our backpacks down on the floor. Then we discovered the ants were all over the floor which was less than appetizing. When you step on the floor, you can feel the sticky residue. Perhaps a good cleaning with borax might solve the issue. But let's talk about the food. We ordered the 3B's and the Strawberry Cheesecake waffle. We liked both but definitely the winner was the Strawberry Cheesecake waffle. The 3Bs needed more Brie and peach jam as the bacon overpowered everything. My one complaint is that the waffle did not taste like a liege waffle. It was like they forgot the Pearl sugar. The other liege waffles that I had in the past taste way better than this one. So my thoughts are solid joint in PDX for waffles, only do takeout, and get the strawberry cheesecake waffle.
google avatar

Dreanne L.

Yelp
Highly recommend, amazing food, friendly staff and I always love to support local businesses! Nice seating, great windows for open feel.
google avatar

Kim L.

Yelp
The good: lots of delicious options for sweet or savory waffles, generous portions, free waffles on your birthday when you join the waffle club, friendly service. The average: the waffle itself didn't blow me away. It was actually a really really dense waffle so was very dry to eat and I had to take a sip of water after every bite. I prefer my waffles light and airy so unfortunately this isn't the waffle place for me.
google avatar

Arianna K.

Yelp
Cute presentation quick time however you grab your own silverware, condiments, and beverages. We asked how much coffee was and they added it on our tab and then it was decaf. Waffles needed syrup, didn't care too much for the undercooked hash browns. Whip cream could be sweeter. Cashier had an attitude when we had questions
google avatar

Tara B.

Yelp
So fun! Meet up with a cousin and split a Peanut Butter Waffle with my daughter. So glad that I split one as they are large portions! Everyone enjoyed their breakfast and I'll have to go back and try a savory waffle next time I'm up that way. Waffle is sweet for sure before the topping are added, but yummy all the same. Only thing is the black coffee is meh at best and they are huge lovers of whipped cream in the waffles.
google avatar

Heather R.

Yelp
I visited the Waffle Window on my birthday to get my free waffle. If you sign up for their rewards program, you get a waffle coupon for your birthday. I got the apple pie waffle. Honestly, there was too much apple topping and the apple topping was pretty mushy. The whipped cream and the waffle were good. The waffle was tasty and had enough crisp. The window was closed when I visited so I ordered inside the other restaurant which was the procedure. I would come back here but try another one their sweet waffles instead. If you're a waffle lover like me, don't hesitate to visit Waffle Window.
google avatar

Chuck M.

Yelp
We went here on Sunday. We had excellent service at the counter. Now the waffles, Blueberry Cheesecake, Sunrise with Gravy, Strawberry Lemon, and seasonal Steawbery Rubarb! These were all so good! We will definitely be back.
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
The restaurant is sort of hidden in a little alley. You order and pick up food at a window, just like the name suggests, which I thought was unique. The menu is posted outside and is clearly written. They have both savory and sweet options and okay prices. They give out little buzzers while you wait as the place is quite busy, even at 10 AM. After waiting for ~10 minutes, I got my cheesecake waffle. All the ingredients are very fresh and they were very generous with the whipped cream! The waffle seems to be coated with something sweet, giving it a crystalized exterior. When I went earlier this year, there was no indoor seating then. However, there were some picnic tables under a cover outside that many customers eat at. During the 1.5 hours I was there, no staff was cleaning the place, but it was an okay place to eat at. There are trashcans nearby. Parking is just street parking. Things may have changed now, though. I don't think I would go out of my way to go here again, but if I pass by, I would! 4.5/5
google avatar

Ashley M.

Yelp
I highly recommend this place as it's a true must-visit when in Portland! So glad we had time to stop by. Friendly workers and loved the vibe inside. Everything was absolutely perfect with our waffles (:
google avatar

Faiith Y.

Yelp
The staff are all super sweet! Helped me with everything I needed. There are flies hovering above your head but other than that the location is cheery. The waffles are great! but be careful what you order because you'll get *a LOT* of the toppings.
google avatar

Nachomama C.

Yelp
The food was very bland including the gravy and the chicken. I had to season my gravy with a lot of salt and pepper in order to have some taste. They also serve your gravy and maple syrup in small plastic containers which was very cumbersome. The staff was not friendly at all and even when my family and I left, staff continue to converse with one another. Usually restaurants thank you for your business and there was not one word

Mark C.

Yelp
Buyer beware. Their website says the half order "chicken and waffles". But only a single waffle is included. The staff says tough luck. I say the word "waffles" means more than a single waffle. My grandfather told me "the customer is always right". Evidently this place doesn't follow that maxim. Don't say "waffles" when you mean "waffle". Do better!
google avatar

Maralee G.

Yelp
Came Saturday about 3pm. Nearly $40 with a tip for two orders. Waffles not hot, hardly call them warm. Bread and Ink location is not clean.Floors dirty, walls need paint and restroom not clean. Sad. This restaurant was great when opened. We ordered at a desk, picked up our own food and bussed our table. Never should have pre payed a tip.
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
The only bad thing about this place is trying to figure out what you want. Between the savory and sweet sections, it can be a bit overwhelming. Are you looking for a standard breakfast? Something unique? Something light or heavy? And that's just step one! When I went, I had just gotten a muffin from a coffee shop a block away, and it didn't do it for me. I honestly should have just come here for the coffee and the full meal. I don't do eggs, so that shrank the menu down considerably, and as I had just done sweet, I was looking at more the savory. And with that, had to go with the Fried Chicken and Waffles. Now came the next hard decision: herb gravy or maple syrup? Fortunately the cashier understood this dilemma and removed it from me: she suggested I get both and then I can decide on my own. And that's what I did. I skipped steps 2 and 3, and waited a few minutes for my golden feast. While they do have tables in the back (and now inside), I took mine to go as my airbnb was a few blocks away. I cam home, poured gravy and syrup, cut it in half, and honestly still couldn't tell you which is the better option. The gravy is delicious, but there is something so nice about the chicken, waffle, and syrup. Regardless, ate it all. So if looking for a great breakfast any time spot, which can get whatever you and/or a group of friends want, you should absolutely hit this up.
google avatar

Margaret C.

Yelp
You always feel welcomed with a smile :) I first went there for my birthday waffle and I got a savory vegetarian one. Please see photo - it's huge and delicious with lots of vegetables (tomatoes, bell peppers, spinach, and mushrooms). Highly recommend :)

Yelp
There was barely any line when we went here on a Wednesday morning. They have their menu posted on the wall next to the window. We were intrigued about this place due to my fellow yelp peeps, so that's why we gave it a try. We ordered the "Rise and Shine", "Strawberry waffle", coffee and an ice tea..... oh and half an order of chicken and waffles. You can order with syrup and gravy. Personally I never had gravy with my waffles, but I'm always in the philosophy of trying food as intended. They have outdoor picnic tables in the back where you can enjoy your waffles on a nice Portland day. The waffles were good. Chicken was breaded perfectly. For the Rise and Shine, I really liked the flaky crunch of the cheese. Overall, a very good hearty and delicious meal. The strawberry was great. Plenty of strawberries and drizzle of blueberry syrup..a perfect sweet finish to a fantastic dining experience. The person at the front who took our order was super friendly and helpful, and we got our food in under ten minutes. Me being a waffle over pancakes guy, this food was great. Definitely try it out!
google avatar

Mariko K.

Yelp
Portions are large and the waffles are liberally garnished. There are lots of flavors to choose from. There's a lot of indoor seating.
google avatar

Hannah W.

Yelp
Was looking for a quick to-go breakfast in walking distance. Waffle Window to the rescue. My daughter loved the Strawberries at Midnight. How can anyone not love a fresh waffle topped with heaping tower of whipped cream. Also shared the waffle topped with an egg, sausage and gravy. Gimme more of that gravy! LOL
google avatar

Melinda G.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing. Came here with my granddaughter. I got the chicken and waffles with gravy!!! Absolutely a deliciousness I haven't set my palate on for a while. So fresh, tender chicken on the inside and perfect crispness on the out. The waffles are full of their own flavors and topped with amazing gravy. Definitely a flavor burst experience! My granddaughter had the peanut butter waffle. She was content for a long time as it was a nice sized serving. Definitely recommend this place.
google avatar

Alyssa S.

Yelp
The waffles are so dry!!!! It was so hard to cut through them. I was upset about that. The chocolate dipped waffle is so nasty I would not recommend, my 5 year old tried it and said it was nasty! The lady was rude when we asked for syrup. I almost asked for a steak knife to cut my waffle!!!
google avatar

Madison F.

Yelp
First time here. We looked at the menu inside. The actual window that is usually used was closed due to weather. We ordered our meals, I got the Alberta waffle which is a plain waffle with bacon. And than my husband got a Banana Caramel Sundae Waffle, he said it was "f*cking delicious. Waffles came out fast after we ordered. Lots of street parking. We got "double", without really knowing what it meant. It was a good amount of food!

Tamber B.

Yelp
I've been to this place multiple times and today was just not it. We ordered our usual and the total came out to $20 more than usual and I was wondering... my husband went to go get our food and all of it was COMPLETELY wrong because she was so focused on her phone. Than they told us we would get a refund and guess what... no refund and I'm pretty sure that came from the manager. The girl at the register than just sat back down and scrolled on her phone. For a job to ONLY have the skill of taking orders and failed to do so. Maybe? There was a language barrier but she was Speaking English perfectly fine.
google avatar

Jessie L.

Yelp
Oh my goddddd. So good. I want to try everything on the menu now. 10/10 definitely try this place!

Michael P.

Yelp
10/10. A local institution with actually good food and not hype. How can you get waffles wrong? It's hard to do. But more importantly, how can you do them really well? That's equally hard, and they've definitely accomplished this. Really nothing you choose will be bad. I like to share a savory and a sweet waffle. I usually get a whole farm with an extra egg on top and match it with a Nutella and banana type combo. It's a self serve place which probably helps keep costs down. But staff are cordial and friendly. Being inside an old restaurant space in a strange set up is fun when it's too cold to eat outside, but eating in the sun and in their shaded area is really nice.

Josh D.

Yelp
The absolute best chicken and waffles that I've found so far! Bloody Mary's aren't too bad either. The only bummer was the red/pink haired lady at the counter was traditional Portland fashion. For claiming to be an inclusive place, it sure felt far from the sort. She definitely made the place uninviting which is too bad. Hope your day gets better!
google avatar

Quanah D.

Yelp
Watch out when ordering online. Second time in a row we order $60 worth of food and they forget half of it. Don't have any options online to report it and won't pick up your phone calls. We ordered 3 things and our total was almost $60 and you can't even remember the potato's. This place has gone such downhill.
