Despite the luxurious product, the vibe remains relaxed, with wood tables, leather chairs, and a tongue-in-cheek “Nice to Meat You” sign. The small but creative menu ranges from an ever-popular wagyu burger and cheesesteak to a fried wagyu bologna sandwich, and ventures into Filipino-leaning territory with wagyu lumpia and wagyu tapa over garlic rice with a fried egg and atchara, plus a wagyu burrito with tots. Was sadly, very dissapointed in the marbeling in the american wagyu strip loin. Got a whole 10 pound section, ive had prime with better marbeling. For almost $500, it wasnt worth the price in my opinion. The saving grace was the speed in which it was delivered. Taste was good, but the lack of marbeling left alot to be desired.

Received my first order of of Hokkaido last week and it was AMAZING!!! The ordering process was quick and easy and the meat was delivered with a certificate and everything. Already looking for my second order!

False advertising. Picture shows two steaks when in reality you’re only buying one. Then to add to their lack of integrity, their customer service couldn’t be more despicable. All the way up to the Owner, they are dishonest. They recommended that I file a dispute with my bank over buyers remorse? Why not just say you don’t offer refunds instead of lying, saying you will refund, then back tracking. Honesty is the best policy. Can’t say enough how awful of an experience this has been. You lost a customer today, nice work.

Ordered 3 packs of boneless short rips. 2 of them were great. But one pack had too much fat in it. Overall great quality meat!

The delivery was on time and packaged very nicely. The meat was still frozen solid and did not heat up at all in transit. Upon opening the box there was a packet with some additional information, a certificate of authenticity of grading, and a note with my name hand written on it and a little message inside. I really appreciate the care they put into this and plan on exclusively ordering from The Wagyu Shop in the future.

I was sooo happy with my order! I got the two 6oz cubed wagyu as well as a couple packages of cubed tuna. The quality of the products was insane. I had wagyu in restaurants a few times and the quality of my meat order was definitely up to par. I will be ordering from here again in the future!
