The spot, now open daily from 8 a.m. to midnight, comes from chef Ryan Farrar, an alum of Mexican spot Claro and noodle giant Ivan Ramen; front-of-the-house owner Dave Peterson; and Brooke Burt; it’s under the umbrella of events and concert promoter Sister Midnight.
