"A new day-to-night option 67 stories up near Top of the Rock offers 360-degree views and is open daily from 8 a.m. to midnight. The spot comes from chef Ryan Farrar, an alum of Mexican spot Claro and noodle giant Ivan Ramen; front-of-the-house owner Dave Peterson; and Brooke Burt; it's under the umbrella of events and concert promoter Sister Midnight.
