I’ve come here a couple times to nyc and every time I’ve come, the bartender with the micro-bangs is so so nice! I think her name is Delilah…? She made me the best drinks and they came out super quick! I’ve noticed some reviews about seating, but after asking, you have to have an active tab open to sit, which makes sense because there are limited tables. I had such a nice time here with my mom, and will definitely be back!!!

For drinks (evening - cocktails etc) it’s not worth it. Very expensive for what you get. Cocktails ordered were disappointing, pilsner for $12.00 was small and not worth the price. Non-alcoholic cocktail was found to have just come from a can (very overpriced). Service was meh. Don’t get me wrong, the view is amazing at the top… just skip the bar.

The Weather Room – Rockefeller Center Beautiful spot with amazing views and a relaxing atmosphere. The design and details are impressive, and it’s a great place to enjoy the skyline and take photos. Perfect addition to the Top of the Rock experience

Joel was very warm and inviting! Food was good, the ice cream is better! Some of the best soft serve I’ve ever had. Vibes are great. A woman next to us spilled her beer and staff was quick to come clean it up for her and offered her another beer free of charge. It’s a cool hang.

The food was delicious - some of the best soft service ice cream I have ever had! Joel greeted us immediately and was very kind and attentive throughout our experience. The views are great and it has great vibes. We were welcome to go in and out on the observation deck.

A group of 4 of us were checking out the cloudy, but still amazing views on the Top of The Rock. We were told at the check in that it was zero visibility, but didn't care and were excited to check it out. This review is about the small cafe/ restaurant right in-between the lower viewing decks. They had menus posted on the border of the seating area and I decided to go in and grab a cup of coffee, (Americano, I don't think they have regular joe), there were two people who, as I started to walk into the seating area, made themselves known as staff and that I had to ask for a seat. I was a bit stunned since I did see them, but they had paid no attention to me looking at the menus and such until I walked in to get coffee to go. I stated that I just wanted to grab some coffee and they said I could go ahead and walk back. A bit jarring. The prices were pretty expensive but not surprising considering where you are and what you're doing. The rest of my group (3 others) eventually filtered in and they all had a similarly not so friendly experience with the wait staff and were basically asked to spend money on food/ drinks if they wanted to sit down. Mind you, this is a cloudy slow day and there were always a few seats available for the ~30 minutes we were there. The coffee cup left blue dye on my fingers which is a bit disappointing after spending so much money on it. Did not feel welcome until we left and then it was all smiles and nice words. A wonderful experience, from the moment I entered the building, and in the cafe, the staff's attention was unique, especially DJ and Denny, they are the best!

A treat and a break while you're up here. However, I was mortified to have my Earl Grey served in a takeaway cup!

came for a drink after the top of the rock view. 10/15 night i really wanted a fruity type margarita, but didnt see any on the menu. the guy said he can do something with what fruit he had and it came out sooo bomb. thank you Cheeta (sorry if i spelled your name wrong!) also the the music was spot on.

The only cafe and food shop in the top of the rock observatory area so you don't really have much choice. Food is fair. Limited seating. Accepts credit/debit. No high chairs. View is beautiful though. See images below for further reference.
