The White Rabbit - Review - Old City - Chiang Mai - The Infatuation

"The White Rabbit is the cocktail bar in Chiang Mai to prioritize. The drinks feature things like lanna, a spirit made from jasmine rice that’s local to Chiang Mai, and it feels like like any cool cocktail bar you could find in any city: a smallish, very dark space with large comfy couches and a DJ playing Fergie remixes and other early 2000s pop and hip-hop. There’s also the fact that you’ll have to walk through a trippy room with a creepy doll to get to the bar. That not only makes the place memorable, but it’s a hilarious juxtaposition to the relatively polished interiors. Come here after some stewed pork over rice from the Cowboy Hat Lady, which is just a four-minute walk away. video credit: Carlo Mantuano" - Carlo Mantuano

Hidden bar at a old building that you can’t image! Strong charter cocktails carefully crafted with deep taste and freshness. Complex profile of cocktails range. Definitely back for more. Must try! Awesome atmosphere to chillax place.

I was a bit unsure how to find the place. At first I thought it was an abandoned building with the creaky old floors🤣 but the ambiance was 5/5. Good music and good vibe. The snack served was also quite addicting haha. The cocktails are a bit on the pricey side but the drinks really hit the spot. A must visit here in Chiang Mai

The best cocktail bar in Chiang Mai so far! The way up to the bar was quite dark and scary but once you enter the bar, it's totally a hidden gems inside this old building. The staff really do their job by recommending cocktail that suits with your request. They also serve the snack all night long! Good place to hang out with your partner or friend. Before we left, we got free shots from the bar as well!! Will definitely go back when we go back to Chiang Mai😆

This is truly a haven for cocktail enthusiasts. Finding it is an experience in itself. It's not as difficult as it seems if you use your common sense - just follow the white rabbit! The service is excellent. We highly recommend the Summer Pornstar and Sesame Sour cocktails. What really stands out is the complexity of flavors in each sip. I say a must visit.

A little tricky to find but worth the hunt. I had to read reviews of others to find out how to find the bar - through the door, up two sets of stairs (looks like an abandoned apartment) and slide the glass panel in the TV room. Dark, cool (temp) and hip space with a long bar and big corner lounge, it's not big but intimate. Plenty of unique cocktails and premium spirits to choose from, talented mixologists, all good. A little pricey for Thai standards but still cheaper than typical NA or UK comparable places. I tried the Dark Matter - it was good. Might go back for a glass of premium rum. Be wary of the chicken leg snack (super spicy :-)

A hidden cocktail next to noodle shophouse. You have to walk through empty rooms to the bar at third floor. The vibe at the bar was very casual, yet bartenders also provide proper service to us. The menu lineup seems slightly towards to creative fruity drinks with several spirit based options, classic spirit-forward drinks are also available as well. Bartender Billy took very good care of us, he walked us through menu lineup and discussed about what seasonal liquor we could try out as primary ingredients in our drinks. The drinks were well made, we could see how bartender skillfully transformed several ingredients into completely new drinks with smooth harmony and balanced. We had a good time chatting with Bartender Billy, we can tell how passionate he is for local spirits and cocktail making. He has everything we look for decent bartender; skills, knowledge, hospitality, passion. We surely find more chances to be there to taste more drinks and get to know the whole team.

This was without a doubt the best bar I’ve been to here in Chiang Mai, the drinks are simply divine, you can see that those who work there know what they are doing. The cozy atmosphere with ambient music is excellent for relaxing or being with friends. I love this darker decoration. On site there are more selected people which attracts me a lot :) I want to be the customer who goes many times hahahah

Very unique bar hidden away down a very sketchy alley way. Once you get past the unique walk into the bar, you'll love it. The cocktails are great, and it's more of an art than just a standard cocktail bar. It's a small bar, but that makes for a better atmosphere. It's definitely worth the visit if you're in the area
