The Wildflour Bakehouse

We used The Wildflour Bakehouse for our wedding desserts. We ordered a Chantilly cream berry cake, mini pies, and mini cheesecakes. Every single dessert was absolutely out of this world delicious. Our wedding was on 10/10/2025 and I still have family members talking about how good the cake was and wish they had more! I loved how it was decorated- very on par with inspiration photos that we sent. The cake was tilting by the end of the night, but did not fall! I would order from this place over and over again if I lived in the area!!! Thank you thank you so much!!

Fantastic! The chess pie is delicious. Went in to get a treat for my coworkers for Halloween. I was not disappointed. The cupcakes were spooky and awesome! They were devoured quickly. Good selection and you can call to order any special orders. Very friendly service.

I just had me second piece of birthday cake made expertly by Stephany Epps Houston at The Cinnamon Bread Factory ( formerly The Wildflour Bakehouse). The cake itself was soft and velvety and the icing was like a sweet cloud in my mouth !!! . Last year she made a peanut butter flavored cake for me in the shape of Mr Peanut 😁. Stephanie also gave me a hot and fresh out of the oven loaf of her famous cinnamon bread. My housemates were amazed at the quality and delicious taste of their first bites of this Great Smoky Mountains treat !! Take my word, Stephanie is quite talented. You do not want to miss out on her cinnamon bread nor any of her other baked goods when you visit The Smokies and East Tennessee 💖

Ordered a very simple chocolate cake for my husband's 40th birthday. Communication was great, we picked up the cake easily, the whole process was a breeze. The cake itself was incredible and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. I’m used to no one eating much of the cake, but this was completely gone in no time, with some even going for second & third slices. So, so delicious.

Google sent us here when looking for local baked goods to start the day. It is a small shop with very good service. We chose a cinnamon roll that we got 4 servings from and a stuffed Bavarian creme donut (so fluffy) and coffee. All was delicious.

I’m soooo appreciative of WildFlour Bakehouse! They were able to quickly make us a gender reveal cake last minute so we could find out during our trip! It was beautiful and delicious! I would recommend them to anyone local or traveling!

The best bakery!! I ordered from them on 2 separate occasions, back to back weekends and was SO impressed!! Everything from the croissant sandwiches, pastries, quiche and even our wedding cake. Communication was so simple and upon meeting them found to be such nice, genuine people. I’d have a serious problem if I lived closer! 🤤 Thank you!!

Exquisite lemon cookies! We read the reviews and knew we had to stop in. As bakers ourselves, we are discerning dessert eaters, and this shop’s lemon cookies knock it out of the park! We ate one cookie and then ordered a bunch more. The baker is lovely and welcoming, and they make their coffee fresh when you order it. If you need delightful doughnuts, fresh chewy authentic bagels(shipped in from the Bronx and finished baking here!), or any other variety of sweet treats… this is the place! A foodie highlight! Thank you for all the wonderful food. 💕

We came to Tennessee from Michigan for a 60th birthday celebration with college friends. The Wildflour Bakehouse was so helpful and kind as we were planning from afar. The cake was absolutely delicious and beautiful! A perfect centerpiece to our celebration

We tried the Hound Dog, All American and the Sticky Piggy. Think she said I'm the first to try the Hound Dog and it was delicious. Cinnamon bread with peanut butter, banana and bacon. All are fresh made daily and the loaded breads are made to order. The owner was a lovely lady and very cheerful. Enjoyed talking with her. The store is simple and just a whole in the wall but that's when you know all the focus is on the product. She had many bakery options but the cinnamon breads are the star. Seeing restaurants serve meh desserts for $10+, it's not unreasonable that these range from $7-$15. I highly suggest giving this a visit if your in the Gatlinburg m/Pigeon Forge locations.

We were excited to find a new-to-us spot to stop in this area. We always like to find small businesses when we are away at home. Those tend to be the best and this one was definitely not an exception. So good to meet the baker/owner and everything we took with us was great! This will definitely be a place we will want to return on our next trip!!

Was driving by and saw the sign, Donuts..it was morning and I wanted a coffee so I went in and got one, there is a showcase with cakes and cookies and donuts, I got 2 cream donuts and was blown away, absolute best treat I've ever had. Now I'm from NYC and had some unbelievable desserts but these donuts were the creamiest, most delicious thing I've ever eaten. What a great find. Leave me some.

Gotta show this bakery and baker some love. They went out of their way to make my gf's birthday extra and the surprise really made her day even more special. Cake decorations were first class and inside was even better! If you need a cake this is your place!

We stopped in her on our way out of town! We had seen on Facebook they sold the very sought after hot chocolate bombs! We got lucky & they had 4 left when we arrived! While we were waiting to be served it was neat to look at all the goodies in the display cases! We could've easily bought one of everything! The hot chocolate bombs were a success at home & what a nice surprise that they were filled with colored Marshmellow's! Next time we're in town we plan to try some of the yummy looking baked goods on display!

My sister got a lemon cookie and decided to try it while my friend ordered. Thankfully she gave me a piece, so I knew to order 4 more! Sadly she didn't get a honey bun, so I only bought one and regretted that decision the next morning! It was so fluffy and yummy! The bagel was delicious, nothing better than NY bagels. The apple fritter was so good. My friend enjoyed her apple cider donut. Everything we ordered, we enjoyed. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area!

My son and I heard good things about this place. When we walked in there was no one upfront. We waited a few mins. While waiting we looked at the few donuts that were in the case. A woman finally came out to greet us. I asked "Are these freshly made?" He laughed and said this is a donut shop everything is freshly made. I reluctantly bought a few,only because I made the trip. FYI these donuts were terrible... Freshly made my a** . Stale, as can be. I guess we got the pastries from the night before. We've been to a good amount of bakeries. This is one I'm definitely not returning to. You get better donuts from Dunkin' Donuts. Those are not freshly made and yet better donuts and better customer service.

wow what a cake. Stephanie went out of her way to make sure my brother had a german chocolate cake on his 80th birthday, Stephanie I know your schedule was full. I wanted to tell you how special you are. The cake was light as a feather and the icing was yummy. I have a wonderful pic of my brother and your cake...He was sooo happy. Wish I could post the pic. Ordered cookies for special occasion for my daughter and her husband. Delicious and nicely packaged.

Its an okay bakery. Italian items like anisette cookies with a white frosting and colorful sprinkles were underwhelming, lacking that strong flavor. The slice of cake with frosting was generous and tasty.

Stephany is a whiz in the kitchen. She does a variety of cookies and treats that are sure to please. Shop local when you are in the area.

WildFlour did our wedding cake and cupcakes, they were so delicious! They accommodated gluten-free and egg-free dietary restrictions and did beautiful work! Highly recommended!

This was a great find in Sevierville. We dropped by for a late breakfast. Best coffee we've found here. Some nice breakfast sandwiches (served all day) and more lunch sandwiches. We had the Loaded Avocado Toast and a warm cinnamon roll (Delicious!). The ladies who run the bakery were very friendly! Lots of cookies, breads, and pastries. Will be stopping by again before leaving town.

Don't miss this hidden gem! The breakfast sandwich and avocado toast on house-baked bread were delicious. Topped it off with a good cup of coffee and their warm cinnamon bread!! Yummy! But most of all, we were welcomed by the most kind and friendly people running this local treasure! They are following good covid-safe procedures, so mask up and go get yourself a treat!

I own a donut shop within a mile from this sweet sweet place. The baked goods are AWESOME and the staff is wonderful. If you haven't stopped in you need to. Another great place helping make Sevierville the sweetest spot in the Smokies!!!

A must stop and eat!!!A wonderful spot for breakfast. It's all homemade, delicious, and family run. The breakfast sandwich on homemade bread was yummy.

Great bakery with wonderful service. All the pastries are awesome and they have cakes for every occasion. The smothered cinnamon rolls are a must try! They even have great breakfast. I tried the avocado toast and also the biscuits and gravy. Amazing!!!

Had a great experience here with awesome cinnamon rolls. They were making a second batch so we opted for a fresh box of mini rolls but they were still super good. Light and fluffy after 20 seconds in the microwave. The cinnamon sugar mix wasn't too heavy and it was just right in our opinion. Great little shop if you get a chance to go.
