The 17 Best Restaurants In Venice Beach - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"We imagine that when McDonald’s opened their first location, the burgers looked and tasted a lot like what you’ll find coming out of American Beauty’s burger window: they’re a quick, cheap (a single cheeseburger is $4.25), and deliciously compact homage to the California roadside burger. Grilled on a flat top with onions, topped with american cheese, pickles, and house sauce, and served on a potato roll, the burger is low-brow but high-quality. The meat comes from American Beauty next door, and while there are no martinis at the window, there is a chilled-out patio, perfect for grabbing after a day at the beach." - brant cox, sylvio martins, nikko duren

The 15 Best Soft Serve Spots In Los Angeles - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Though you won't find them at the original location in Venice, dipped soft-serve cones are on the menu at the Hollywood, Silver Lake, and Long Beach locations of casual smashburger spot the Win-Dow—and at $5, we appreciate they're just as affordable as their budget-priced burgers. Dip flavors include mint cookies and cream, salted caramel, and chocolate peanut butter, though you can order classic vanilla soft serve on a cone if you ask." - brant cox, sylvio martins, cathy park

The 25 Best Restaurants In Long Beach

"A walk-up burger stand on 2nd Street, The Win-Dow serves a very good smashburger, and arguably an even better fried chicken sandwich. This mini-chain (with two other locations in Venice and Silver Lake) knows how to make a quality not-too-smashed beef patty with edges that stay crisp under a blanket of gooey American cheese, caramelized onions, and bright pink house sauce. Their short menu also features extra-crispy shoestring fries, milkshakes, a great kale salad, and a juicy, subtly crunchy fried chicken sandwich with jalapeno aioli and sweet cilantro slaw that you need to prioritize. The Win-Dow - Review - Long Beach - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"A walk-up burger stand on Long Beach's 2nd Street, The Win-Dow serves a very good smashburger, and arguably an even better fried chicken sandwich. This mini-chain (with two other locations in Venice and Silver Lake) knows how to make a quality not-too-smashed beef patty with edges that stay crisp under a blanket of gooey American cheese, caramelized onions, and bright pink house sauce. Since the $4 single-patty cheeseburger is a bit small, the $7.50 double-patty is your best bet for a filling and affordable takeout burger in town. They’ve also got shoestring fries that taste alarmingly similar to the ones at McDonald’s, hand-spun milkshakes, and a great kale salad on the short menu—but our must-order item here is the fried chicken sandwich. It's a juicy study in harmony with a subtle crunch that allows the toppings—jalapeno aioli and slightly sweet cilantro slaw—to shine." - Nikko Duren

LA’s New Restaurant Openings - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"The Win-Dow makes some of LA’s best burgers, and a single costs less than $5, so what's not to love? This fast-casual spot now has a new location in Long Beach’s Belmont Shore. Expect the usual hits, including their fried chicken sandwich, veggie burger, and, like the Silver Lake location, a full ice cream menu featuring shakes and dipped cones. " - Sylvio Martins

Google
Decent sized burgers 🍔 for a smash burger. The bun was soft and it overall wasn't soggy with the house sauce it comes with ( I got the double cheeseburger). I kind of wish it had lettuce I felt it was missing that crunch but overall a good burger. The fries were also good and I highly HIGHLY recommend the local strawberry hand spun shake, it was absolutely delicious and amazing. There was seating on both sides of the counter as well as on one side of the building. There's a small parking lot and street parking but you'll definitely struggle finding a spot later in the week and weekends.

Google
Great little burger that has a powerful flavor. I liked it. It's affordable and not too long of a wait, I mean with a small crowd, I think it's a fair amount of time. I had the normal cheeseburger and thought maybe 4 solid bites and it's gone. But good bites. I took away 2 stars from service because the guy taking my order said he can't cut the burger for me, but can give me a knife. Which is fine. But when I get my food during a packed crowd and get no knife and these guys disappear back into the kitchen area. Hmm, yeah these are the things I tip for. So hopefully, a little more customer service and this place is brilliant.

Google
Epic smash burgers, truly brilliant. Chicken sandwich was good too, fries are solid. Ketchup sachets aren't needed, but they lob a ton in the bag anyway. Very popular so at certain times of day expect it to be busy and there to be a queue. It still moves quickly all the same. Overall, I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a better burger in the area.

Google
10 out of 10! You must go! Delicious gluten-free buns! Amazing burger & special sauce! The fries are crispy! Double cheese burger on a gluten-free bun w/ fries is less than $15! I love it here.

Google
The burgers are great BUT the place is filthy. All trash bins (inside the kitchen and outside) were overflown with trash; water spills and debri on the floor; and the black dividers are falling apart. Great product, poor management.

Google
I love a good smash burger, and The Win-Dow satisfied my cravings. The building's look and style have a casual and nostalgic vibe. When I walked up to the ordering window to place my order, it wasn't too busy for a weekday visit. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I got my double cheeseburger with fries and an iced tea. The smash burger was delicious, flavorful, and the perfect size for my appetite. It might be on the small side if you have a bigger appetite. The fries were average but still hot and crispy. Fantastic milkshakes and vegetarian menu options are also available. There is plenty of outdoor bar-style seating, with a few seats inside the order/pick-up area. However, this won't be a great place to dine in during the rain. I noticed many people ordering take-out or picking up their online orders at the window on the left side of the building. The staff at The Win-Dow was helpful and efficient, especially during the busy lunch hour I visited. There are a few parking spots in the adjacent lot, but plenty of metered and free neighborhood parking is nearby. I question the 3% "Happy and Healthy Surcharge" added to the bill, which you can request to be removed. I just wonder why the customer pays that. Oh well. I enjoyed my meal, so I may come back again.

Google
Worthwhile location to visit. But if there's an in n out nearby, go there. This is a close 2nd though. Ordered the double, it comes with onions but they were 1/4 grilled and thin. Good amount of cheese, bun was a little small and the sauce was good. I ordered the guac and wouldn't do it again. It makes the sandwich even more slippery and then the burger becomes a mess. Good taste, but the meat is a little lacking, they should increase the amount of beef in the patties. Still give it a 7.9/10. The fries are regular and morning special 5.9/10. Ordered the s'mores shake, completely worth it, get it! 9.2/10. Location is outdoor seating only. It's small. Would visit again but not going out of my way.

Google
The food is really good, the sauce was delicious and the fries on the other hand is really salty. The burgers are incredibly delicious and tasty. The window burger is a really good place to eat at.
google avatar

Saphace A.

Yelp
Ordered online then came for pickup. It literally is an ordering window with some outdoor seating. You pickup your order from another window. We each got burgers, single patty. And fries. It's good! Not all that greasy. And the fries have a good amount of salt. Prices are cheap. Not a bad option if you're in the area. We were staying nearby and walked here but they do have a parking lot and tons of parallel parking.

Yelp
As a ten year vegetarian, I love the Win-Dow. They make a DELICIOUS impossible burger. I love their potato buns, the American cheese, the grilled onion, phenomenal. I also love their kale salad. It's so freaking good! The pine nuts and the croutons give a nice touch. We go here at least once a month. Have yet to try their milkshakes but they look divine and someone always has one in their hand when we're waiting. A MUST try when you're on 2nd street in Belmont.

Yelp
TLDR: A corner window-service spot offering hearty, delicious smash burgers, a solid chicken sandwich, and a few standout sides. Reasonable prices, slower service than In-N-Out and seating can be challenging, but the food quality makes up for it. The Food: -Double Cheeseburger, $7.50, 5/5: Two patties, two slices of cheese, greasy, hearty, and packed with flavor in all the right ways. For its size and price, it gives In-N-Out a run for its money. -Fried Chicken Sandwich, $7.35, 4/5: A well-done chicken sandwich. The cutlet is crispy, the chicken is juicy, and the slaw complements the flavors without overpowering. Not as indulgent as the cheeseburger, but still satisfying. -French Fries, $3.95, 5/5: Straightforward, skinny fries that perfectly complement the burgers. If you're not a fan of In-N-Out's fries, these might win you over. -Shaved Kale Salad, $7.95, 5/5: Perfectly dressed with a balanced flavor profile. This salad adds a healthy side option to your burger meal and is big enough to share between two or three people. -Strawberry Milkshake, $6.00, 2/5: The milkshake was too runny, and the strawberry flavor--while locally sourced--barely stood out. Topped with freeze-dried strawberries, which were interesting but not enough to redeem the drink. Wouldn't order again. -Sauces, $0.60 Each: The house sauce is fine but unnecessary, as the burgers already come with sauce. The jalapeño sauce is creamy with a mild hint of jalapeño--nothing groundbreaking, but a nice alternate flavor if you want something extra. Would I Return? Definitely. I've been here several times and will likely come back. I'm curious to try the Green Bowl and have also been told the Beauty Burger is worth checking out.

Yelp
Pretty dank tbh We've always walked/drove past the The Win-Dow, and were always mesmerized by the neon lights. I would say this is a very typical burger place, I love their burger sauce and the fries were nicely cut and crispy. Service was a bit slow, but it's generally because there's always a good amount of people. If you're looking to satiate your burger lust - this will definitely hit the spot

Yelp
hamburger was delicious ! Ordered their double cheese burger! I give it an 8/10 & for the fries 6/10 nothing to special but goes great with the burger for sure!

Yelp
I was honestly a little underwhelmed by this place. Parking was a bit challenging for just picking up a to-go order we had placed online. I tried their Beauty Burger (Impossible Meat, $8.50) and I feel like it was just lacking a lot of flavor. The crisp edges of the meat were so-so and the sauce was not memorable. I also tried their French Fries ($3.95) and they just reminded me of McDonald's! Can't say I would return again. I would much prefer a Grilled Cheese from In-N-Out!
google avatar

Kara M.

Yelp
Love loveee their burgers and fries! I'm loyal to In N Out, but this takes 2nd place for my favorite burgers. And those fries? Don't even get me started. Perfectly crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside!!! Must get their jalapeño aioli. I wish it was actually spicy, but it still adds flavor to the burger + makes a great dipping sauce for the fries. I always order for pick-up to avoid any lines and social interaction HAHA.
google avatar

Kathy T.

Yelp
Okay, it definitely not all that. I ordered the cheese burger with no sauce so I can get the taste of the burger. Very bland no taste at all, you state your burgers coming with grilled onions and picles, my question is where are the grilled onions? Fries are overly salty. No need to return.

Yelp
Awww Window! Come on, get it together. It's not a fancy place, no indoor seating, but that's fine. I have been secretly stalking you guys for some time. I mean, the concept is wonderful. Fries, smash burger and a fried chicken sandwich for good measure. My first visit was a fail. Ordered 4 double burgers only to get 3 (charged for 3 too) not sure how she missed the 4th one. And 3 fries. Food is 4/5 (fries (3/5, I can skip nothing excellent) but the burgers (5/5)are good enough. Had the house sauce on the side, got none. Sigh. $40 for 3b/3f Size is about in n out portions. I prob would rather go there. This price point, they should get it a little more accurate.

Yelp
To loud when ordering through bank window microphone I spelled my name Kent they put Ant and called it once consequently my food sat there. fries cold don't bother, burger decent but just slapped together
google avatar

Jimmy S.

Yelp
The smashed cheeseburger was very good. The char on the smashed patties were very good. The sauce along with pickles and cheese paired well and wasn't overwhelming and flavorful. The fries were decent. The staff was super friendly and nice and the service was fair. There's seats around the shop that is mostly outdoors or exposed and there's also parking.
google avatar

Shelly S.

Yelp
Warning: The manager at this location "MAKES" you get ice in your drinks. This is very odd to me. I normally get no ice for various reasons at fast food places (mold etc.) and that is well within my rights. When I asked him why he just cited "their policy". He has told me this on two separate occasions! The silver lake location has never stated this to me. I know there are hidden reasons that these places want you to get ice, (profit reasons), however when I told the manager to just charge me MORE for my drink he still refused! Why? What's the big deal? Even if I offer to pay more for my drink he still replied that their policy is they must give ice. Ok then, it's time to enact MY policy... Anyway, the Window has great burgers and I like their salted caramel ice cream, proceed with caution for their drinks.

Yelp
I ordered the Cheeseburger, fries and jalapeño sauce. The burger was so good, especially for the price point. It was small, but tasty- it was just right for me. The fries tasted very similar to a popular brand you can find at the grocery store. The jalepeno sauce was like a jalapeño aioli and I liked it. The service was pretty fast. I waited no longer than 10 minutes for my food. The ambiance is fast-casual. It's outdoor seating and there's not a whole lot, so be prepared to eat in your car if there are no seats available. I paid a total of $15.05 for two cheeseburgers, fries & sauce. I will definitely be back for another cheeseburger.

Yelp
We visited on a Monday for a late lunch, and there was no lying, and our order was prepared very quickly. Double cheeseburger, bun was soft and fresh. The cheese was perfect and the patties were seasoned well. Fried chicken sandwich, good proportions on slaw to chicken. Chicken was moist and flavorful. Fries, a little salty for my taste. I might see if they can do the order with no salt next time. Arnold Palmer, not too sweet and very refreshing. Strawberry shake, great flavor. Tasted like real strawberries.

The building's look and style have a casual and nostalgic vibe. When I walked up to the ordering window to place my order, it wasn't too busy for a weekday visit. Yelp
Yummy smashburgers that hit the spot every time. So glad to have this gem in Long Beach after frequenting the original location when it first opened in Venice back in 2019. Affordable, good quality, convenient. You can't go wrong with the double cheeseburger, but the chicken sandwich is also solid if you don't eat beef or want to switch it up. Haven't tried their desserts, but they look super tasty as well!
google avatar

Eddie O.

Yelp
A simple, no frills winner. The burgers are tasty without too much in them. A simple burger with grilled onions and cheese but very flavorful. I like the size of this burger as it was easy to eat. Great value for the money. I will come back again.
google avatar

Jennifer S.

Yelp
I enjoy the win-dow. My first impression was at their Venice beach location and I really enjoyed it. With this new store location in LB, I was excited to try it again. Honestly, I would give 5 stars for the kale salad alone. I, for some reason, am obsessed with it. It's so delicious, the kale is massaged so well and the dressing and toppings all complement each other. Will forever return to the window for this item. I also order a chicken sandwich, double patty burger, and Arnold Palmer drink. The drink was so bland, with no lemonade or tea flavor. I would not order it again. The chicken sandwich had surprising flavor compared to a traditional chicken sandwich but I enjoyed it. The burger was delicious but needs to be eaten asap as it had a lot of delicious sauce. The location is really adorable and plenty of seating is available. Great customer service!

Rhyen A.

Yelp
By far, my favorite burger of all time! I usually get the double cheeseburger and it's hits the spot every time! Service is always good and I usually never have a hard time finding parking since they have their own parking lot! My brothers and I love coming
google avatar

Yelp
Friday night vibes on a Wednesday. Cool spot with good music to grab a burger and some fries. Simple and easy, the win-dow is literally a window that you walk up to, order, and your food is ready in no time. The soft serves are popular, and plenty of people order the chicken sandwich to opt out of the burgers. And if you don't like cheese, you can modify to get your burger without! Plus, the burgers are super filling, you can get away with getting full off of a single patty.
google avatar

Nicolas J.

Yelp
Can't go wrong with the window, There's an amazing coffee shop next door. Decent parking lot. Been coming to all the locations for a while and they have become one of my favorite burger spots in general. The fries are seasoned just right and tasty. The shakes and ice cream are soooo good it's worth breaking the diet for a day. Price isn't bad for the high quality and I'm legit a loyal regular at this point for them all lol

CJ V.

Yelp
First off let me say the service is outstanding they are extremely kind and helpful when it comes to ordering. The food was fantastic starting with the burgers were amazing the way the meat was cooked to perfection and the sauce along with it was great. We also got the shakes and I can say I would drive any distance to get one again would recommend the s'mores shake if you're a chocolate fan. The coziness of the atmosphere with windows and barstools is a fun place to hang with your friends and grab a quick burger. Would recommend 10/10

Yelp
Smashburgers? yes please! I had been wanting to try this establishment for some time, and finally got to visit their Long Beach location. If you're looking for a great Smash Burger, that's simple and tasty, gotta stop in. Here's my quick review: Food: 5/5 - they make a tasty double cheeseburger. Quality beef, well seasoned, and the patties are thin and crispy on the edges for a nice lil crunch on first bite. I like the thicker cut pickles, and the special sauce compliments the burger well. The bun is soft but holds up thru the entire eating experience, which I appreciated. Fries are hot and salted to perfection, and you MUST try the jalapeño aioli to dip them. Service: 5/5 - I arrived about 20mi. After they opened, so service was speedy. I was greeted at my turn to order, and it was recommended to me to try the aforementioned aioli, I'm glad I did. After ordering, I waited maybe 8min or so, there were 2 orders ahead of me. Parking: 3/5 - it's tight, but there some parking available, if you come early in the day you should be good. I found meter parking and paid the $0.50 for peace of mind Price: - 4/5 my total was about $18 which is competitive for what it would cost elsewhere. But for the be quality of the meal, it is justified. I'll definitely be back, I gotta try a shake next time!!
google avatar

Kris B.

Yelp
My husband and I went on our Friday night walk on 2nd Street last night and it culminated in getting shakes at Win-Dow. A special treat! He got the Local Strawberry and I had the Vanilla Bean, both $6 each. They were so unbelievably delicious! The strawberry had freeze-dried strawberries, the vanilla had real vanilla bean. Next time I want to try a cheeseburger.

Yelp
3/10 ehh kinda mid... (I'm here everyday) .......................................................................................................................................................................................... (This is how I fill out my essays in college)

Yelp
The Win-Dow is deceivingly large and has plenty of outdoor seating. The energy is casual and easy, perfect for lunch with a friend. It has a private parking lot allowing for easy pickup, should you want to take your order to-go. I would expect to wait in a small line that moves quickly. Their menu is succinct but diverse, with both vegan options and gluten-free options. I decided to go with a classic choice: a cheeseburger ($4.35) with fries ($3.95) and a coke ($2.50) with a side of house sauce ($0.60). The meal was quickly prepared in what felt like no-time. The fries were crisp and golden, complimenting the flavor-packed burger perfectly. The real star of the meal was the house sauce, which turned the great meal into something exceptional. One thing to note is that they add a 3% surcharge to the meal in order to offset the cost of benefits for employees. I did deduct two stars from the review because providing benefits to employees is an essential responsibility of any business, and it should not be passed on to consumers in this manner. They also generally nickel-and-dime the customer by charging extra for sauce.
google avatar

Vala R.

Yelp
Food was good. I really enjoyed my chicken sandwich. Fries are excellent. S'mores shake was very chocolatey, but I loved the strawberry shake. Parking lot is nice to have on 2nd. Line moved quickly. Seating is easy for a low key restaurant, very dog friendly. They offer $2 dog treats. Only negative, in the 30-40 minutes we were there I never saw anyone come out and check the counter. Ours was gross when we arrived. We cleaned it off with some water someone left behind, not super hygienic - but better than sticky ketchup on counter.

Yelp
Bruh 1000/10!! I just discovered a new favorite....smash burgers! The service was quick and there's a lot of spots around the place to eat outside. I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area....its a must try!!
google avatar

Edi S.

Yelp
Good burgers, lame that they automatically add the health benefits surcharge to your bill... when are these business owners going to get a hint.. raise your prices, take care of your employees and STOP asking your patients to cover YOUR employee benefits!? Lame .... Slippery slope for sure..."Happy and Healthy"... really... I won't come back based on principal.
google avatar

Trilina M.

Yelp
It's was okay. The burger itself looks really delicious and was really saucy, but the flavor was kinda lacking. Tasted fairly monotone-- saucy. Some lettuce would cut through really nicely on the meat. The pickles helped a bit. Fries were bomb! Those were worth it with the jalapeño aoli You order through a window and can choose to sit in their limited patio area. Parking is available, but I can see it easily getting crowded. It's worth a try, but I don't see myself coming back.
google avatar

Siao Z.

Yelp
The food is delicious. Service was typical. They shout out the name when food is ready. The bun is amazing. Fries was crispy! Would come back. No complaints so far! Just a simple review. Try it out!
google avatar

Yelp
Good burgers, fast and great service. There is a parking lot, can be full in peak times

Yelp
Had this bookmarked for awhile and happened to be in the area so decided to give it a try. They had a decent line for a Friday afternoon. Food took about 10-15min to come out. Burger was nothing special nor memorable, fries were meh and so was the iced tea. Burger was juicy but didn't have much flavor. Fries weren't really fresh and were under seasoned. Slightly disappointed, wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

Yelp
A 4eva customer...it's the BEST smash burger in the LB . I always get the lemonade..light ice, double cheeseburger (I used to get the single BUT I was still hungry ) and the fries. The fries be hella salty...to ME, but it's so gooood . It's a regular spot for us locals and a must try for those traveling and hanging out in Belmont Shore.

Yelp
The win-dow is definitely a classic burger spot and it being near the water is perfect! It's a very casual, out door seating restaurant. We came during the week a little after 6pm. Finding parking on 2nd street can be hard at times but thankfully we found a spot across the street. The hubby ordered the double cheeseburger ($7.50) and I got a regular cheeseburger ($4.35) and we shared fries($3.95). I also ordered a side of smashed avo ($1) and we got two house sauces ($.60 each)for the fries. There isn't much seating around the restaurant but two people were leaving as finished ordering and we were able to get a table. Our food took about 10-15 min which isn't took bad since there was a steady line of people. The burger was delicious and I have to give a shout out for the smashed avo that just made it more elevatated!! (Chefs kiss ) The fries were crunchy and flavorful as well. I will definitely be back when in the area!!
google avatar

Olivia B.

Yelp
Finally tried this spot cos on the weekends it's always too busy! Went on a random Tuesday night. Enjoyed my seat along the outside counter seating. The double cheeseburger was delicious! It tastes way better than an In&Out burger, a Habit burger, a FiveGuys burger etc. I like their thin cut fries too--crispy, not soggy! Cold lemonade was fresh and tart! Definitely coming back!
google avatar

Andre A.

Yelp
Wow. Those were some of the most delicious burgers I've had. The buns were milky, buttery, and soft! Also great patties and chicken. It's pretty fast service. It's an outdoor quick grab burger shop, but they have a decent amount of seating. It's also good vibes with music playing in the main ordering area. I definitely recommend!

Yelp
Came here with a couple of friends on a Thursday night. We placed an order online and waited less than 20 minutes for the food to be ready. The online pickup window is on the side facing the parking lot while the order/regular pickup windows are facing the main street. I got a strawberry shake to kill time while waiting for the food, and it was quite tasty! It gives a very authentic ice cream style shake and I'm always a fan of whip cream. I will say that the dried strawberries instead of fresh ones were a slight disappointment and the size of the drink itself is a bit smaller--but not a huge biggie. As for food, I got a cheeseburger with avocado; I wish they had put it in the actual burger instead of in a cup on the side because it didn't feel like it was an add-on ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Cheeseburger was delicious but it's a small portion. I could get a burger of the same price at In N Out and max out on add-ons/veggies that would come out wayyy more filling for my tummy. The fries? Pass. They were oily and hard (not in a crispy way) and I was most disappointed with this. Not a worth the $4. Overall, the vibes at the burger joint was nice and did have some seating for folks who wanted to eat there. They also played chill music which I enjoyed while waiting. Food...well...I wouldn't be opposed to coming back but truly not my first pick for burgers at all. In N Out beats this place by a mile.

Yelp
Decided to come here on Friday! I ordered a Cheeseburger without pickles and the sauce, and it was really good and the price was also great! It's the perfect portion too. The burger was juicy and tasty and the fries were super crispy and hot! My boyfriend got the Fried Chicken Sandwich, and he enjoyed it! He thought that maybe there could've been more seasoning on the chicken itself. He also enjoyed the fries and agreed that they were fresh and crispy! Overall, great experience!

Yelp
This place is fairly new. Less than a year by now. I have been here several times and they have a good vegan and non vegan burger. I have been told several times that they do not do special orders and that what is on the menu is what you get. They are decently priced and they have smashed burgers which make them different from let's say in n out. Cool window theme where you have one window to order and the other one to pick your food up from. Pretty cool outdoor seating and overall I would give them 4 stars instead of 5 and reason being lack of flexibility and that the non vegan (beauty burger) is so much more expensive then the regular beef burger.

Yelp
This is a new burger spot in Long Beach. A small parking lot is on the side. It is in fast food style. We got here at 7:30pm, and there was a small line. Menu was simple, but good enough for a burger spot. A patio with seats were available if you would like to eat out. (Tip: it could be cold during winter time. Bring a jacket.) We ordered a cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger, and fries. The size of the burger is small, but the burger patty is very juicy and tender. It was perfectly cooked! The fries was very crispy and fresh. I will continue to come back when craving for burger!

Yelp
Stopped by here for a smashburger and it was good but didn't have the wow factor that differentiates it from other smashburger joints. The patty could be crispier on the edges and the pickles were almost cucumber-like. I ordered avocado on the side and put it inside my burger, which was actually really good! Try it out next time. The highlight was honestly the fries which were pretty bomb perfectly crispy.

Yelp
Came here with my cousins and we had such a great experience! We all got the double cheese burger and it was heaven. It was juicy, flavorful, rich however maybe one leaf of lettuce for freshness would have made it better. Its still delicious and I would definitely get it again! For me, the fries really blew me away. It was thin, crispy, and perfectly salted!!! I still dream about these fries. The strawberry shake was good but I don't think I'd get it again. The service was great! You walk up to the window & order, which is such a cool theme. There is an eating area around it as well. We enjoyed our meal with the fresh summer air! Love it here!

Yelp
I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a drink and the total came out to a little over $12. I will say that the burger itself was extremely delicious while we're nothing to write home about. Simple but still good classic shoestring fries. I received my order relatively quickly. They called my name a little early and it was pretty obvious that some of the orders were mixed up. Not sure if this is a consistent problem, but it wasn't a big deal either way. I have mixed feelings on the ambience . On one end of the spectrum I really appreciate the open concept with the barstool to eat your burger right there at the dining counter. However, there were some moments where I felt unreasonably irritated by the loud volume of the area by to children, crying, and lots of people talking. Overall, I think this would be a cute date spot to share a burger and a shake . I think the food is good and reasonably. I will probably return but save my money on the fries and just order another burger.

Yelp
Great burgers here! I didn't know know they had a location here so i went fast!! The menu is very simple. Cheese and double cheese burgers. They also have chicken sandwiches which looked good. I will try on the next visit. They have milkshakes and ice cream cones. The seating is nice and peaceful outside and great for people watching. They have plenty of parking. I have a big truck and had no issues getting in and out. Customer service was good. The jalapeño sauce is a must. The burger here is top and its priced fairly at $4.35 for a single and $7.50 for a double. This is definitely a top #3 burger in long beach. I will be back again for sure. Truly great tasty and juicy burgers here! I'm happy the window is in long beach now. Food rating: Double cheese burger 8.8\10. Very good burger! French Fries 8.0\10 Lemonade 8.0\10

Yelp
Stopped by the Belmont Shore location in Long Beach. It's a cute take away stop with limited seating. Great thing is there is plenty of parking compared to the Venice location. Line moved quickly and the staff is friendly as we ordered shakes. Enjoyed the homemade strawberry as it had freeze dried berries as a topping. The vanilla was cute with white sprinkles too! The burgers smelled delicious and I'd love to go back to get a whole meal and soft serve.

Yelp
I was very disappointed to order a chicken sandwich and fries on Postmates, only to find a live cockroach crawling in the bag I was so disgusted. I had started chewing a fry while pulling out my items and saw it. Spit my food out in disgust immediately. So bummed. Was ordering here like 1x a week. Never again

Yelp
Ordered a double burger, fries and a Coke. My Coke came 70% ice. I drank it in a few sips and asked for a refill. I was told no. Ordered another Coke with no ice. They refused to sell me a drink with no ice. Any restaurant this cheap makes you question the quality of ingredients. Buyer beware!

Yelp
Really good burger. Combo with pickles and grilled onions and cheese. Bun was soft and warm. Near cooked nicely juicy and great quality meet. Outside sitting only. Order at the window. Can be busy it took a minute for our orders to come out. Fries thin cut I would need a little more crunch.
