"The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar just celebrated its 15th anniversary in Tustin. The wine country-inspired menu includes flatbreads, steaks, short ribs, and best of all, the roasted butternut squash and potato dauphinoise. "The Winery has existing location in Newport Beach and Tustin. Its 7,000-square-foot space at UTC includes a spacious dining room, bar and 1,300-square-foot wind-protected and heated patio. Open for lunch and dinner, the restaurant’s menu of California cuisine, from executive chef Yvon Goetz and executive chef Daniel Garcia, follows an upscale steakhouse format, with a la carte steaks, mix-and-match sides, and deluxe seafood options as well as wild game specials. The UTC outpost has an ocean bar, where fresh seafood will be stacked onto seafood towers, and chef’s tables that look into the glassed-in kitchen, where diners can order tasting menus.
