Orlando’s 18 Essential Cocktail Bars

"A fixture of downtown’s cocktail scene, the Woods is yet another bar housed inside a historic building, the 1924-constructed Rose Building on N. Orange Avenue to be exact. Just make sure to head up the stairs to the second-floor bar as the Lodge on the ground floor has a decidedly different (read drunken) vibe. The Woods is chill, in a Twin Peaks-y sort of way, and house cocktails can sometimes take on Lynchian kookiness (reposado tequila + Italicus + falernum + Domaine de Canton + green Chartreuse + mulled fig syrup + bitters + lemon = an Enamorada). That said, the vast selection of whiskeys and ryes keep hooch hounds content." - Faiyaz Kara

15 Best Bars in Orlando, Florida | Condé Nast Traveler

"Faintly divey, the Woods is a spartan space tucked away on the second floor of an historic Orlando building. Don't expect scantily-clad club-goers here; the Woods draws more of the flannel shirt crowd. The multi-page whiskey menu offers two-ounce pours of favorites, both rare and mass produced, while the cocktail list, heavy on the brown spirits, changes seasonally. There's no food, but you can expect a side of bacon with your cocktail on Tuesday nights." - Laura Ratliff

This somewhat hidden bar provides a quiet relief from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Orlando. Although unassuming from the outside, The Woods offers some incredible craft beverages, featuring cocktails of the bartenders' own creation. I particularly enjoyed The Envious Moon.

Awesome bar and lounge. Small and spacious all at the same time. Great drink menu. We all loved everything we ordered tonight. Had a host seat us that was really nice and our server/bartender was also really great. When we got here it was not crowded at all, us and maybe 2 other tables but at 10pm it got slammed with people from a game that just ended near by I'm pretty sure. Glad we got there when we did. We loved the more quiet vibe and the music was the perfect level of volume (not to mention a AMAZING selection of music too) The cheese curds were really tasty. Almost like a garlic bread/cheese curd hybrid it was damn good. And both of their wings were also good. Glad we stopped by. I recommend this bar for a good group of people to sit around and talk and drink with a bite to eat for several hours.

Google
Although on the main street it feels like a hidden speakeasy as you go up the stairs to a bar/lounge area. The staff were lovely and the drinks were strong! Music was nostalgic and for the right crowd. We ordered the 3 Rim Repo (purple) and the Somewhere in Tulum (gold). I'd like to come here on a busy night and enjoy the vibe of the place.

Google
This place had a really cozy vibe to it. I came here with my friend after a long photoshoot and it was definitely the right choice. Our bartender was very kind and helped us right away. I had ordered cheese curds and they came out fairly quickly, and ofcourse they tasted great as well. It was a great compliment to the Snowflake Whispers cocktail that I ordered. I like drinks on the sweeter side so If you like sweet cocktails I definitely recommend Snowflake Whispers, it's pretty refreshing! Overall I had a great experience and I'm definitely coming back with more friends.

First time visiting this bar for a work occasion. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and upstairs esthetic's. It does have we're in the "woods" type of feel minus the tree's and nature but i did love the decor. Our bartender was awesome. He was able to make my type of drinks that weren't on the menu and they were strong! Just what i needed after a long day and brining in the weekend. They also have a food menu and weekly specials. They offer a 25% off discount for service workers as well.

Google
My cousin discovered this cool place while we were staying in Orlando for a RE/MAX conference. We were looking for some special places to experience Orlando night life on our level - which of course means the best, small, intimate bars with an excellent mixologist. The bartenders took special interest in making sure our cocktails and appetizers were on par - and they hit the spot precisely. We highly recommend to any newcomers to the city! Go up a hidden stairwell and enter a special place of awesome art and ambiance! We will come back!

Google
Honestly, the best craft cocktails I have ever had. Both the menu options and the cocktails suggested by Morgan were FANTASTIC. We plan on coming here weekly. In addition, the service was incredible. Morgan was fun to talk to and Chris was very attentive. Their cheese curds are unlike any other and their mac and cheese bites were absolutely delicious. Awesome vibe. If you’re looking for great craft cocktails, good food, and a place to hang out... The Woods is your place :) 10/10

Google
Atmosphere is beautiful, bartenders are top notch, craft cocktail was delish I got a dark and stormy. They also had table top board game things which was fun. Music was beautiful. Such a relaxing, kickback space with quality drinks and staff, but there are stairs you have to walk up not sure if there was an elevator

Google
One of my favorite bars in Orlando. Every bartender is friendly and passionate about the drinks they make. Confused about what to get? They'll provide excellent suggestions that I've not seen any of my friends or family disagree with. The Woods has a unique look with wooden decor all over. They make their own whiskey and the menu changes every few months. You're doing yourself a disservice by not going here.

Yelp
5 Stars in 2021, 5 Stars in 2022 but unfortunately they have new owners and this has become a bar seeking an identity or personality. The beer selection is much much more limited and they no longer have a cocktail menu. Sure they can make you a drink but it's just your basic pour into a glass cocktail. That would be fine if the prices were commensurate with the quality but sadly that is not the case. One mixed drink and One bottled beer for over $20 (without the tip) No snacks or anything like that available for purchase or otherwise. I am sad because they had great bartenders who CRAFTED cocktails, a nice food/snack menu and let's not forget Wednesday the free Bacon. Sadly, the soul of the bar seems to be gone.
google avatar

Yelp
BACON NIGHT!! WHOOP WHOOP!! A dear friend of mine suggested this place many months back as a nice place to go after any routine work day and she was spot on. BACON NIGHT is every Wednesday night. At which time, one can expect a nice warm piece of bacon served with any cocktail order. Located downtown Orlando, The Woods, offers a casual atmosphere with a sophisticated charm. I have tried several different drinks at this point and my favorite is their jalapeno margarita with the house-made jalapeno infused tequila. This drink is seasonal and the menu is updated periodically to accommodate, so you have to go with the flow.

Yelp
I really enjoyed this bar. They have a fantastic selection of drinks and the vibe is very chill. There are plenty of lounge areas inside to bring friends, and a variety of games to play while there.
google avatar

Vanessa G.

Yelp
My fav go to bar during the week. No lines, love the look inside and clean as always every time I came in. Love seeing the bartenders do their thing and what I like the most is that if I didn't like my drink, they would remake it without an attitude. I've been places where customer service lacks big time but not here and I am thankful for that. Great place to bring a date, friends, coworkers, people from out of town because the bar is upstairs and you can see the crowd of club goers from the windows.
google avatar

Yelp
I love this bar it has a very good environment and plenty of little spaces to sit down and mingle or just enjoy the company you are with. Plenty of selections to choose from and the food and snacks are good too. Friendly staff. I would love to come back

Yelp
Came here based of a recommendation from my older brother who said this was a very solid whiskey place downtown. I came early on a Saturday night, and unfortunately, was met with quite a different crowd than I was expecting. In the evenings they offer ladies drink free until 11, which is an awesome appeal for folks that are looking for somewhere to start their night. However, the DJ they had there was playing the music so loud barely anyone, even the staff, could hear. There's also a certain clientele that comes with offering free drinks so there were women jumping up and down on the tables which the DJ had to constantly address and stop the music to get them to come down. I was told that this was the whiskey bar and I asked for Maker's Mark which they didn't have. That's a very basic option. I then stepped it up and asked for Woodford reserve and they didn't have that either. Not sure this is actually a whiskey bar or if they're just a bar during the day and then a dance club at night. The bartenders both are very young and did not know a lot about pouring drinks so the consistency was terrible. I can't quite understand what the theme or vibe of the bar is supposed to be because they're playing sports on the TV and then R&B music from the DJ, then they have some tables on one side but then an open dance floor + couches on the other. Really confusing situation and we ended up leaving over to the Robinson which has a very dedicated style and atmosphere. They delivered consistency in our drinks. I'm going to consider coming back one more time during the day or evening with my older brother to see what he saw in this place but I won't be back for a nighttime experience. The main bar being a giant tree slab is super cool. Should find a way to light that up and make it a focus of the bar. Connect the mission or efforts to something "Woods" related. Smoked drinks would fit right in here. Consider doing it for every drink so you start a signature.

Yelp
This is the quintessential sh*t show... they get paid to host and event and then don't show up. Lack of response, not one person showed up from the venue after over an hour wait, just an all around POS business
google avatar

Ms C.

Yelp
No food, expensive, not friendly. 2nd floor hole in the wall. The music was good but that was all. A complete waste of time! Don't waste your time. There's a rooftop bar across the street that was much better.
google avatar

Luis V.

Yelp
Sad to see them go. Today is their last day, but happy for all the memories I made there. With so many whiskey options I learned a lot about tastings and finding out what I enjoy from Scotch's and bourbons. I wish the owners well in their next adventure and thanks again for bringing a true whiskey bar experience to downtown Orlando.
google avatar

James S.

Yelp
Def a cool vibe, super casual. Music was decent. Great for a quick drink or a love to start the night.

Yelp
Stopped in on a Monday evening and there was only 2 others in the bar when we were there. Servers were knowledgeable and friendly. They change the menu monthly. I was able to tweak the gin drink since it had chili bitters in it and I cannot do chili's or spice. The drinks were great. We did not order food in this visit. The decor reminded me of Twin Peaks (for those that remember that show). They also had some Christmas pictures up. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and able to sit with our cocktail and have a conversation. Looking forward to another visit in.

Yelp
Stopped by The Woods on a Friday night. The tables were socially distanced and the vibes were good. They have a super extensive whiskey menu and have a few flights available. Devin was our bartender and he took his time and care crafting our beverages. I ordered the Woods Old Fashion and it hit the spot. I also like that it's not super loud in here and I can have a conversation. It's conveniently located in Downtown Orlando with lots of bars nearby!

Yelp
I wasn't initially sure how'd I feel about this place as it was our second to last stop on a downtown pub crawl and after visiting some other really stellar bars, this felt more like a sports bar than the speakeasy-ish vibe my friends who put the bar crawl together described it as. There was also an interesting sort of hodge podge of characters patronizing this joint and every one just seemed to keep to themselves. However, the bar staff were great and I was happy to discover it was a quasi-whiskey bar. They had this cold brew chocolate old fashioned drink that they make from this awesomely weird looking contraption behind the bar. I had to get it just because I love stuff like that, especially when it involves whiskey. I was not disappointed and was not mad at the $12 price tag either. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their drinks as well. We only stayed for one drink because there really wasn't much else to do here, but for the quality of drink for the price, I could definitely recommend a stop in here! Also, props for the clean ladies restroom!

Yelp
I'm not sure why I've never reviewed The Woods before, I've been going there for years. It's a neat little spot upstairs next to The Lodge. It's decorated with lots of trees (hence the name) and just has a neat vibe overall. It's like a relaxed mixology bar. The bartenders are super friendly, they've got a good beer/bourbon selection AND they give you free bacon with each drink on Wednesdays! Anytime I'm looking for a good drink and a chill vibe I head to The Woods.
google avatar

Katherine R.

Yelp
Super chill and unassuming bar downtown. Great place to get away from the packed out clubs and grab a drink, often much quieter and quicker. I love to go on Wednesday which is Bacon Night! Every drink earns you a strip of delicious peppered bacon served up in a beer glass and honestly it's so good I've considered asking if I can just buy a plate. Also props to them for having awesome/friendly bartenders, we usually see the same few people each time. My only snag with this spot is the cocktails can be hit or miss on flavor profile, I usually stick to their Whiskey Sour or beers. Definitely a great spot if you actually want to be able to talk to your date downtown!
google avatar

Kelly B.

Yelp
I love this place. It's chill, always clean and tidy. The bartenders are true mixologists and will make you a great drink. I needed a pick me up and had an espresso martini. I have never had a martini in my life. There was no cream, no vodka taste. It was smooth and delicious, perfectly made.
google avatar

Lauren S.

Yelp
Cool, chill atmosphere and friendly service. Our cocktails were good and we really liked the funnel cake. Not too oily and perfect portion for 2 people to share. Definitely worth checking it out, especially on Wednesdays when they serve free bacon with every drink.
google avatar

Blue A.

Yelp
TLDR: Didn't love it. _____ Making my way through all the downtown bars I was sticking to Old Fashioneds the whole night. The Old fashioned here wasn't great. Very nice staff brought us waters as we were wrapping up our stay and the place is very nice but all three of the cocktails we got were bad. Plus they were on the pricier side for sure, I'd expect a lot more from them for those prices. We came semi early so the place wasn't too packed, but I can see it getting slammed on the weekends.
google avatar

Gordonia A.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem. Awesome chill laid back ambience that plays great music and serves good drinks! Went there on Wednesday where they serve a strip of bacon with every drink purchase - how cool is that. The bartender is also super nice and gives special care to each drink created. Also hands down the best $5 funnel cake I've ever had- it's so light and non-greasy (secret is because it's air fried!). Highly recommend this spot, will be returning.

Yelp
If you like getting bombed off of expensive whiskies/whiskeys this is the place for you. Happy hour is from 5-8 Monday -Friday and the 25% savings is pretty generous. The single malt scotch selection is the best I've seen in Orlando. They hit all major regions and even had Springbank from Campbelltown. They had very few lowland malts, and I didn't see any blended malt horse piss on the menu. I went on a two hour whiskey tour in Scotland so I'm in an expert on everything now. The bourbon selection was also top notch. They had some limited bottles of Knob Creek and some Rip Van Winkle. The latter I'm too cheap to buy. The decor was nice and there was comfortable seating available. I didn't check out the bathroom, but I'm not expecting a 5 star facility. My only complaint is that I don't think they had any food, and I was in the mood for chicken wings. Can't hold that against them. This place is definitely worth checking out.
google avatar

Christine S.

Yelp
This lounge has a charming atmosphere, different than most clubs in Downtown. The Woods has a more rustic appeal with alternative rock playing. It's a refreshing contrast to the usual club scene. My guest and I sat down and looked at the menu. She got a Moscow Mule (always something with Vodka ), and I tried the Cardigan Weather. (I got for wine, liqueurs and rum). This drink had it all! It was a lovely mixture of Applejack rum, pear liqueur and other ingredients that made it taste similar to applejack cereal. It was nice to just sit back and enjoy a drink. My second drink was a bartenders special iced coffee. It was amazing! I love anything dealing with coffee! The drinks were a little pricy, averaging about $10 per drink. It's pricey compared to most bars here, but you pay for quality and the atmosphere!
google avatar

Amanda M.

Yelp
Love this place. Not too many places have a great whiskey selection. They have over 300. And they organize it on the menu very well. I've been here quite a few times over the years. I'd say it's sometimes hard to get your order in when it's busy. But they make fantastic cocktails if you're up for it. Otherwise, just go with scotch neat. They have this coffee and coconut infused Jameson shot which is a must try if you've never done it. Cool to watch and imports a nice flavor to the whiskey. Bathrooms are clean. They have live music. So it can get noisy. Not a great first date spot because of that. Parking is bad. Good luck. I'd park in a lot along the freeway feeder road and walk two blocks. That is your best bet. Also, it's upstairs. I am not aware of any elevator. So make sure those you are with can go up a tight flight of stairs (and make it down by the end of the night). For the non- drinkers, they have cold brew coffee on tap.
google avatar

Chase G.

Yelp
I ordered an old fashioned, the bar tender (Adrianna) took my card without asking if I wanted to close out. She then ignored me for the next 20 minutes while I tried to get my card back. When I finally did get my card back she charged me for a bunch of drinks I didn't order. When I pointed this out the her she ran my card again for just the old fashioned, but she never removed the other charge. So I ended up being charged $60 for just an old fashioned.
google avatar

Dwaine W.

Yelp
This is an awesome theater. I've only been once, but it was pretty clean, comfortable, with high quality screen and sound.
google avatar

Shilley T.

Yelp
This place is pretty amazing. I came to the Woods with a bunch of my girlfriends and we had a great time. The cocktails are legit and tasty. I had an old fashioned and the bartender did a great job. It was very well balanced, sweet enough but you could taste the bourbon in the drink. The bartenders are awesome too. I'd say for a place not very big they were very attentive providing us with water and making sure to refill our glasses constantly. I have to say for a bar downtown this place is very nice to grab a quick drink or just to hang out. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for chill environment with drinks that are not only tasty but also well priced. All in all I am a fan and will definitely be back the next time i am downtown.
google avatar

Alex K.

Yelp
Visiting from out of town and this place is awesome ! Great vibe, Great music, and great drinks. Not too loud or noisy, and the bartender Devyn is extremely friendly. Recommend checking this place out !
google avatar

Jeannie M.

Yelp
Whenever I take visitors to the Woods they instantly agree that this place is fantastic. The locally infused spirits, not ought off the shelf, really make a difference. The conversation with your mixologist will promise to have a perfectly mixed drink created just for You and Your tastes. Sadly, it is a tiny spot. Not too much space. Hence the 4 stars. Go visit the Woods! You'll be glad you did
google avatar

Heidi W.

Yelp
I love a good craft cocktail bar. I love a craft cocktail bar that has great craft beers even more! Keeping with the name, the bar has a wooded theme. I love the wood tables! Get one by the window for some good people watching! The service is always super friendly. I swear the bartenders here make the best Old Fashioned in town! Ive never disliked a single cocktail I've ordered off their menu. They have an excellent beer selection for the beer lover. They have a great happy hour as well from 5-8 pm Monday-Friday.
google avatar

Hailey G.

Yelp
I am short with reviews so this one will be short too. It's a nice atmosphere. Chill. Drinks are good even though I am not a whisky person I can still find something I like. Very good over all.
google avatar

Andy V.

Yelp
I really liked this place! The Woods, as its named, has a woodsy theme, go figure and it's pretty charming while still very hip. They have great specials on Monday- 25% for entire bill and your second drink is free if you post to their social media page. The place wasn't busy which I was surprised by. Being the woods, it was pretty darn dark inside there. A few lantern style lights here and there. The bar was well lit, but everywhere else was pretty dark. Great for making out- if you're a PDA type of person. I ordered the Jim Dandy and I definitely recommend this if you're into anything apple and then I gave the strawberry lemon cider which was so good. I only wish it was a little colder. The staff was great and very helpful. Definitely a place I would revisit.
google avatar

Olivia D.

Yelp
I've always loved the atmosphere of the woods. It's super chill. I went for happy hour today because it was 15% off your entire check. I had the summer time and it was delicious.
google avatar

Javier V.

Yelp
I like this place. Very relax atmosphere and great drink selection. Services is great. The bartenders makes you feel at home. Great whisky selection and house cocktails. Definitely coming back.
google avatar

Barron K.

Yelp
BartenderDevon handcrafted my sazerac and other cocktails with care! Great drinks, atmosphere, and service!! Definitely coming here again!!!
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
This spot is my favorite for a relaxing drink secluded from the hype of downtown. You have to go up a flight of stairs to get to it. The bartender was really cool and had a witty charm about him. There's a warm home-like feel from the decor and they play really relaxing music like reggae, classic rock, and chill beats. The drinks aren't super expensive and are made really well. It's the perfect spot to wind down and feel good vibes
google avatar

Meghan R.

Yelp
I love this place! They have a great selection of liquors and their menu of craft cocktails is constantly changing. One thing I really love is if you don't see something on the menu that calls out to you, you can chat up one of the bartenders and they will mix you up something special. On my latest visit I told the bartender that I like rum drinks that aren't too sweet. He made me a Chocolate Covered Orange cocktail that was AMAZING! Prices are on par with most craft cocktail bars. To me its worth it to get a well made drink and a nice place, especially in downtown Orlando.
google avatar

Amanda C.

Yelp
I love this bar! They serve bacon on Tuesday with every drink you get. So much bacon! The lighting is dim, romantic setting and the drinks are interesting/delicious!
google avatar

Jeanette F.

Yelp
I love visiting this bar. The environment is mellow and simple. Even when it's crowded, it's not hard to have conversation. The decor is awesome if you are looking for a nice date bar. The drinks change up sometimes. I order their seasonal Hot Chocolate Mezcal. I order Pisco Sour, my favorite Peruvian drink. I love this version of the drink as a Peruvian American. Definitely have made so many visits to remember. Come if you are trying to avoid drunk crowd.
google avatar

Mel M.

Yelp
The cocktails are excellent! There is a really nice menu full of really interesting drinks to try. If you're not into loud, this is not the place for you. The patrons are friendly, boisterous, and love to party here. The music is mostly 2000's so shout out to millennials!
google avatar

Kelly H.

Yelp
I liked the atmosphere here. The tables and chairs are all made out of wood and it's a small, quaint place with a homey feel. They have a good craft beer selection, but the prices of their domestic beers were pretty pricey coming in at $4 to $5 for a Miller Lite. It was pretty empty when I went here, which was a Saturday night around 9:00. They had good music playing, which I liked and it wasn't overly loud so you could actually have a conversation with the person next to you without screaming. I would go back for the craft beer and atmosphere, but if you're looking for cheap drinks, I wouldn't recommend this place.
google avatar

Dave L.

Yelp
Really cool bar. Unfortunately, had to wait 30 minutes for one drink because bartender was alone and there was over 40 ppl in the bar. (Not bartenders fault I assume) My negroni was delightful!
google avatar

Elizabeth W.

Yelp
Amazing customer service!! Love the vibe & music was chill. Great selection of drinks & great decor. Devyn was awesome
google avatar

Minsu Y.

Yelp
The Woods... well to start off, it's a nice place to just sit and unwine (HA!) bc they do have some wine options as well. From my experience it was really easy to just seat yourselves, you can also go there in a decent sized group maybe like 10 people and sit around tables, either high top or low top. Drinks are pretty good, I had my girlfriend's drink called the lotus and I had an imperial stout. If you like Guinness I would recommend that and it's stronger! I think like 11% alcohol.
google avatar

Alex H.

Yelp
If you're looking for $10 cocktails in a trendy bar or $5 punch on special, they have a good selection of beer and cider too. The strawberry lime cider is heavy on the Jolly Roger taste. Quiet on a Thursday night. Sit at a table or the bar with edgy wood features -ties in the name and theme. Low lighting and music you can talk over. V hipster For the deals , ambiance and location you can't beat it.
google avatar

Diana T.

Yelp
Got to go here for a night, and although their menu was super intimidating for someone who is not familiar with the "fancier" drinks. I asked the server for something sweet, and he recommended the Lotus, and to my surprise, I LOVED it. I have to admit the "egg whites" in the drink sounded intimidating but it honestly was one of the best mixed drinks I've had. The environment was very much like a speakeasy, so if that's your scene, definitely give this place a try!
google avatar

Cat F.

Yelp
My prior review was the 2nd floor of The Lodge, we thought we were AT The Woods LOL LOL! Unless the door is propped open, The Woods is pretty well hidden. This bar is super!! Craft cocktails, nice ambience, efficient bartenders and staff. We absolutely loved the "real" The Woods. Will be laughing about this forever!
google avatar

Mike T.

Yelp
Amazing bar in Orlando!! One of the best kept secrets on Orange Ave. and lies in a small stairwell between Finnhenrys and The Lodge ;-) If you're looking to order bud light and cheap beers, go somewhere else! This place is better than that! This is a place you're gonna want to come to for a nice bourbon and spend top dollar! One hell of a bar atmosphere. The decor really sets this place above the rest! The bar tops look like the tops of tree trunks, stained to that perfect wood finish! These drinks will blow your mind! All drinks on the menu change month to month, so you'll always try something new when you visit! Lots of great whiskey and bourbon selections! You'll have to be patient! These drinks are made special just for you, and garnished with fresh fruits and juices. You may have to wait 5 mins or so, but you know you're getting a well made concoction! Great music selection as well! Lots of great blues/rock music from artists like Stevie Ray Vaughn and BB King. Perfect for the drink atmosphere of this amazing bar! I believe that Wednesday nights are bacon nights! Come in for a bourbon and a side of bacon!
google avatar

Lita G.

Yelp
Gotta love The Woods. In spite of being so close to Wall st, this bar is definitely more "grownup" in comparison. The liquor variety is outstanding, and the bartenders' talents are on point. They have different specials throughout the week, and the cocktail menu changes every month. In all, a great space to meet friends, catch up, actually listen to each other, and enjoy some awesome liquor.
google avatar

Christopher O.

Yelp
The Woods is a trendy place that always makes me feel like I am part of the 'crowd'... whatever that may be! I have come here a number of times for the Orlando Whiskey Society events and had a very nice time but I do get to come now and then on my own and enjoy a drink after getting my hair cut down the street. I normally visit when they first open around 5 pm or so on a Wednesday. I will order a basic Manhattan or Old Fashioned and try different Whiskeys or Ryes in the mix. They have one of the best Whiskey varieties in down. My favorite part of when I come there is that they serve bacon along with my drink. Just one slice but its a nice treat and hits the right spot. The Orlando Whiskey Society is always a good time and a great way to try many of the different brands of whiskey out there. Plus you learn lots about the brands. I always find someone to chat with and really enjoy the service from the bartenders. I have met the manager (owners?) a few times but never can remember their names. Fun bunch of guys who know their business. I highly recommend The Woods for a decent Whiskey experience. Atmosphere = 8 Service = 9 Booze = 10 Enjoy!
