The 13 Best New Restaurants In Nashville - Nashville - The Infatuation

"Our solitary complaint about The Yellow Table Café is that we wish they had more tables. Alas, the tiny, adorable yellow and blue cafe only has four inside, but they’re worth the possible tussle for a seat when there’s goat cheese and leek galettes involved. If you can’t find a spot, any of the crepes, like the standout with dark chocolate, and galettes can be enjoyed on the go, wrapped in paper, and eaten on a lovely stroll around Eastland Park. And if you can time a visit when the ginger molasses cookies are coming out of the oven, you’ll feel like you hit the sweet treat lottery." - ann walczak, jackie gutierrez jones 2, adam sloan, carlo mantuano, jackie gutierrez jones 2, jackie gutierrez jones 2, carlo mantuano, adam sloan, ann walczak, ann walczak, ann walczak, jackie gutierrez jones 2

The 16 Best Breakfast Spots In Nashville - Nashville - The Infatuation

"Breakfast at this little French cafe in East feels special. The vanilla lattes use a syrup of long-soaked vanilla beans and the crepes and buckwheat galettes are made right behind the register. These aren’t just dainty French delicacies though—the goat cheese and leek or prosciutto and egg galettes are meant to be inhaled. If it’s sweet or bust for you, take this tip from one of the workers: combine lemon and raspberry in a crepe. Tables are in short supply, but if there aren’t any left, pretend you’re at a cart in France, and take a handheld to go." - bailey freeman, ann walczak

Walking into this quaint, charming café feels like a main character moment. Warmth is felt instantly from the friendly staff and other patrons. The galette of the day was incredible and somehow made time slow down. The vibe is just perfection, right out of a French novel (which you can grab nextdoor). And you can always judge a restaurant by their bathroom… the wallpaper on the ceiling says it all.

Google
It's a cute little cafe located just down the outdoor stairs from the main entrance to the church-looking building that was converted to a Switchyards co-working space. The yellow bistro tables outside are your best clue. A smallish indoor dining area and a decent number of tables outside. A limited daily menu that gives you a daily salad, crepe, and galette as mains. I got the salad and the galette. Both were quite good and so have included photos of both items. I think I was the only person with a Y chromosome around... just an observation.

We tried the savory crepe and the salted caramel, sweet crepe. Both was so good. I really love the taste of the housemade salted caramel. The vibe is so cozy. The place is not too big, but definitely worth it! The vanilla latte is so yummy and creamy and it has a nice art which I care about🫶🏼🫶🏼

This neighborhood cafe is amazing on all levels! It has a quaint setting and is charmingly decorated. The staff were so kind and helpful and the food was really delicious!!! The chicken, pesto crepe was perfection, the flavors were so good! We also tried the blueberry lemon and strawberry Nutella, each full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Also the latte was made with in house vanilla syrup and was so yummy- definitely will be a regular at this new spot!!

Everything could have been terrible and I would still come back because of Sydney alone. My daughter and I are in town from Ohio and saw crepes and books next door to each other and knew we had to stop in. I’m so glad that we did! I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but Sydney is truly exceptional and I felt at the very least I could recognize that. The customer service she provided is not something you come across often. From the time we stepped inside until we left, Sydney treated us like long lost friends. First, I knew I needed coffee, but I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Sydney let me try the cold brew before making my choice and that’s not something anywhere else has ever done for me before. And I drink A LOT of coffee! While dealing with my indecisiveness, my daughter noticed a tiny dinosaur sitting on the register. Sydney quickly told her she could have it, which left her little 6 year old heart feeling so full that she spent the rest of the day talking about it. After we ordered, we took our seats in the beautiful dining area and Sydney quickly brought out my drink. Because she is so personable, my daughter continued with her chatty ways and Sydney fully engaged her in her silly conversation. Aside from all that makes Sydney incredible, the location is beautiful and the crepes were light and delicious. I would easily become a regular here if it was in my neighborhood. This cafe is an absolute gem!

This place is a GEM. The food was exceptional! We had The Veg galette - goat cheese, spinach, and leek - and the daily crepe special, which was a strawberry rhubarb compote. Flavors were delightful and the food was filling but not heavy. I also had an iced oat milk latte with vanilla bean syrup, and the barista knows their stuff too! Service was friendly and food came out quickly. Hope this place experiences much success and stays a Nashville treasure!

Google
Such a lovely cafe with delicious coffee, food and European vibe. I am so happy and excited to see galettes on a menu in Nashville! Not to mention it’s beautiful!

Google
My friend and I had a wonderful lunch here yesterday. The lattes and food were amazing along with the beautiful weather and inviting atmosphere. We can’t wait to go back. I had a kale and sweet potato salad and I loved how the quinoa wasn’t overcooked and the dressing was really good as well. My friend had a galette, which also looked amazing. I wish that I was better at photography. My pictures don’t do it justice.

Yelp
Lovely little caffe. The staff is great at suggestions and can modify your coffee orders per request. Family friendly with limited seating, inside and outside area. Their menu is limited compared to big restaurants but I think there is a beauty about it. You don't get overwhelm by too many options. It's straight forward and basically made with love you can taste. They bake their own bread so I suggest get there early if you want to try something in Specific. Parking can be difficult as they're located in a highly residential area.

Yelp
I came to the Yellow Table for lunch. You order at a walk up counter. There is a fixed or a daily special menu. I chose the sspecial salad and my wife had the Veg galette. Indoor seating is limited. However, there is a vast porch area outside with several small tables. A great place to eat when the temperatures are comfortable and the sun is not dazzling. Unfortunately, shade is not available. Everything we ate had a perfect balance of flavors. Neither the goat cheese nor the mint overpowered their dishes. There were enough strawberries to have one in every bite of the crepe. We also raved over the sourdough bread, light and fluffy on the inside with a fabulously crunchy crust, yahoo. Galettes here are more crepe like than what I have traditionally had (think pie dough) but still a great meal. Coffees and teas are top quality, enjoy.

Yelp
The Yellow Table is a small Parisian inspired café that sits in the ground floor space of the Switchyards. I honestly had no clue it existed until we landed at the nearby plant shop and I couldn't resist the draw of the coffee I notes as I walked by. I ended up with an iced chocolate latte with almond milk and it was super tasty! I sadly had just eaten, so I did not go for a bite, however the crepes looked absolutely divine! The space is small, but perfect. A few tables inside, with one being a larger communal table. Outside they have a few small tables in the courtyard. It's these tables along with the yellow awning that draw you in and set the vibe. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. From the counter to the delivery of my latte, the staff were excellent. Overall, very exited to have discovered this spot. It's been added to the "must try" list, so an updated review coming soon!

Yelp
A friend recently invited me to check out this adorable new women-owned café ... and I have to say that I'm so jealous of everyone who lives within walking distance of The Yellow Table! This is the quintessential neighborhood spot; they have artisan coffee, tasty breakfast and lunch offerings, and some of the most friendly service I have had in East Nashville as of late. We stopped by on a Tuesday morning around 10 AM, and it wasn't too busy. My friend recommended their savory galettes for a heartier, brunch vibe, and I ordered their special, which was topped with goat cheese, prosciutto, delicata squash and arugula. I am not the biggest buckwheat fan normally ... but this was incredible. I finished my galette (which is quite an accomplishment, since these are pretty big servings!) I also sipped on a Cortado, which was artfully crafted. They have rotating seasonal lattes and syrups as well. As we were leaving, the café began filling up with its lunch crowd. The interior is on the small side, but they've spread out several lovely yellow tables in the courtyard for groups of all sizes. The Yellow Table is also right next to Novelette, which is a beautiful little book store.

Yelp
A little hidden away, The Yellow Table is a nice find in Nashville. They have homemade baked goods and coffee flavors that change every few weeks. I contacted the business on Instagram to ask some questions before I came and they were super kind and helpful. It's a small interior, but there is plenty of outdoor seating. A downside is there is only one outlet inside, so if you come to work, be sure your electronics are charged up. I would love to come again!

Yelp
I have been to The Yellow Table twice now and was impressed both times! The decor is adorable and you truly feel like you're in a French cafe when you're there! Coffee & pastries are delicious, and they have both savory and sweet crepes that are out of this world! They also have a gluten-free version of crepes called Galettes. The service is also always top notch. Can't wait to return!

Yelp
Small, intimate space with incredible crepes and baked goods! I love the daily specials they offer, including a speciality latte, bakery item, and salad. Carrot cake was the best I have EVER had. There are several tables outside, but only 4-5 two tops inside, so plan accordingly if it is raining! Free street parking available and lots of cute shops to explore in the strip after eating. Can't wait to return!

Yelp
I was oddly surprised how delicious the food was! My sister went for the Yelp event and I ordered the yogurt bowl with some of the jam on it and it was quite delicious! The service was fast and it was even outdoor seating. It is really quite a on the inside too!

Yelp
I ordered a coffee and a crepe here and the crepe was great! I loved the lemon flavor in it, and the staff were very friendly. This place seems like a cute spot to grab lunch with some girlfriends.

Yelp
I really love the yogurt parfait and the coffee was really good. The place is small, but super cute. Just pretty expensive.

Yelp
Adorable little cafe! Friendly service- limited menu options so not for everyone but if you love crepes and coffee it's your spot. Delicious galette and seasonal salad. Will be back for sure!

Yelp
I can't recall when I last had a crepe. I can say for certain, I won't forget this one. I went with the lemon/raspberry. Omg. And the service was excellent. Such a quaint, delicious find!

Yelp
Took a friend who was visiting ...she had just returned from a visit to France and loves everything French. The gallette was outstanding , but OH the chocolate crepes....such a wonderful experience, Can't go wrong with anything here. I am sure it won't be long until they open a larger storefront, just hope it doesn't become touristy

Yelp
I had the cutest coffee date here and it's such a cute space! It is very much on the smaller side, but they have a nice outdoor area out front as well for when the weather is nice! They were out of the sweet crepes when I went so I'm definitely going to have to visit again. All the staff were sweet, patient and attentive even when it was super busy.

Yelp
What a vibe!! We don't have many crepe places in Nashville, and this is a lovely addition to the neighborhood! Plenty of outdoor seating, shaded in the morning, and a beautiful, welcoming interior. The coffee and lemon crepe were spot on. Wishing this small business many good years ahead!

Yelp
Such a cute and welcoming cafe! Lots of parents with strollers and creatives with laptops. Good vibes.

Yelp
This cafe is amazing and truly the most authentic and delicious crepes I've ever had. But I love the hospitality and thoughtfulness of the staff, a true neighborhood cafe and I'm obsessed with the design and the coffee!!

Steve L.

Yelp
7-18-25 From the moment you enter this charming place you feel the ambiance, with indoor or outdoor seating that set the tone for a relaxing moment. Best of all the food is delicious, the crepes and galette both. The owner, Anna, and her warm and friendly staff are another reason to feel at home. If it were not that we were traveling from the west coast we would find ourselves at The Yellow Table quite often!

Jennifer W.

Yelp
Cute little restaurant in a residential area with walkable unique shops and eateries. The food was excellent as well as the service. We went for breakfast and all enjoyed.

Dorine O.

Yelp
Wonderful food ambience and service . We loved sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air while eating delicious pastry and crepes.

Paul D.

Yelp
a little hard to find, but a charming spot that serves great cappuccino, delicious crepes, and interesting buckwheat galettes (which were new to my wife and me but very tasty). Very friendly, welcoming vibe.
