Definitely dinner feel, we did not go into the bar so cannot speak on that. Food quality and portions are great for what you pay. Burger and chicken fry was great! Fried mushrooms gave away the possible need to change out the oil, but they do soak up the oil flavor. Don't let it stop you, good place to stop and get something to eat!

Delicious Breakfast, strong Iced Tea, buttery rye toast, 3-jelly options, and if you want it, a pot of hot water for hot tea too! My #5 breakfast was very hearty and filling.

We found Theo's via an internet search. The menu and food photos looked good, and it was nearby, so we decided to give it a try. Walked in and we were immediately acknowledged by staff and other patrons. The menu had a lot to offer, including all-day breakfast items. Large groups would really love Theo's due to the varied menu selections and the multiple dining rooms. I didn't take any food photos since there are so many online, already (plus, I was too busy tackling my chili cheeseburger). But everything we ordered was perfectly prepared and served hot. The prices are very reasonable, and staff were all great, super friendly, and accommodating.

Chicken fried steak was perfectly prepared as were side dishes. Topped off of blueberry pie for dessert was a great meal for me to pick up

When my daughter was learning to walk, speak, eat (& all the other things we teach our toddlers), we used to come to Theo's around 5am, before my husband went to work. Times were lean then, we would share a cinnamon roll. Those mornings are still vivid in my mind - this restaurant has always served up good food & fond memories. At least 10 years have passed since I had eaten here, thought I would have a bit of nostalgia & stopped by for lunch. Went with that day's special... roasted chicken w/ dressing & a side of sweet potatoes. By far the most delicious meal I've eaten there. The only thing missing on this visit was my daughter. Bravo Theo's. Not only did you keep the same standards, it got better.

We had breakfast here on Saturday. The service we had here was amazing, I wish I knew our waitress name, but she made our meal a great one. She was funny and she kept our coffee and drinks full. The food was good and fresh.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially people of color. When me & my family walked in, we were immediately led to the back of the restaurant to sit, however we told them we would like to sit elsewhere. We were the only group of African Americans in the restaurant, and to be led straight to the back while passing many empty sitting areas was beyond disrespectful. After being seated and having our orders took, everyone's food was then brought to the table except for mine and I was told "We don't have anymore grits", mind you everyone else had sides of grits and I ordered fish & grits. After I expressed numerous times I didn't want to eat anymore due to numerous reasons, the waiter kept suggesting to replace the side . After I just accepted to replace the side with cheese eggs, my plate was brought out with my fish & one egg with cheese thrown on top. At this point, my mother has recognized the disrespect & lack of care from this restaurant for us and told them to take the food back. The waiter then grabbed her manager and presented the situation as if I had a problem with the food instead of them not having what I ordered, then giving me scraps. So as we're discussing with the manager our issue we mentioned the one egg with cheese and he replied with "That's two, not one" as if it mattered. Eventually they took the food back & never apologized for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this restaurant, horribleeeeee service. 0/5 stars if I could.

I was totally surprised by the quality of the food here for sure. Especially since the prices are not too expensive at all. If your looking for a home cooking style meal Theo’s is definitely a place you got to try out. I order for lunch as take out but during lunch hours that place was packed which is a good indication that the place is good with the locals. I was able to eat a good meal under $10. I will definitely be going back to orde from them again. Easy 4.5+ stars in my book.
