I dont come here a lot. It usually gets full very late at night, which is too late for me. The crowd is mostly younger people. The 2nd floor is very nice, great for special events. They open the floor to a lot of invite only community events. Those are often a lot of fun. For a bar, the food is pretty good too. They do not have outlets for your devices, but offer a charging locker, where you can put your phone in and charge it for $1.99. Takes a lot of time though.

Therapy is every gay man's passage right for their first coming out/gay clubbing experience. I loved it my first time and til this day go here. The popular RuPaul Drag queen Miz CRACKER always performed here, so it has great history. No Cover, drinks are decently priced, and close to great restaurants. Another club across the street so you can easily bar hop. Music is very hit or miss but more edm, remixes and played throughout- not just snippets. Come enjoy the friendly, clean atmosphere.

Fantastic venue with a big upstairs bar, stage and seating area. Came here on a Sunday night and it was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

I had a pretty good time there. The show was definitely the best part about the bar. The waiter I got was quite arrogant though--I could tell. Great looks don't make it acceptable for you to be at all rude to someone you are serving when they have literally done nothing to bother, insult, or otherwise provoke you. He wasn't awful, but he had a bit of an attitude at times and gave off the general sense that he was above my friend and I, when I was just trying to enjoy my food and have a good time. They'd probably be better off finding some friendlier servers, but other than that it was great!

Went in and thought the place was cool. First impressions can be misleading as this location was far far from “cool”. I get it, it’s fun when the bartenders are naked, but when the heat is turned up to 90F and you can’t catch your breath. Four separate people asked me if I was crying, but I was just sweating, and this happened before I was able to order a drink. In the end we left, went to 9th Ave and had the one drink required to return to normal body temperature. In short: don’t be cheap on the AC, if it’s too cold people can wear a sweater. If it’s too hot you have to leave.

Came here on the weekend and the place is really nice, bartenders are super nice and friendly. The guys that go there are not so nice, it's not as diverse as I thought too many Asians. I kept getting pushed and every time I looked to see who it was, every single time they were Asian. I usually like Asians but the one's there are super rude, they have no manners.

One of my favorite bars in NYC. Drinks are reasonably priced, with a happy hour 2-for-1 special. The bartenders are friendly and reasonably fast in serving drinks. The atmosphere is always very relaxed and enjoyable, especially right after work.

I have just been kicked out of this bar for no reason at all by a staff guy! I have just finished a drink and was just hanging around on the second floor before getting a second drink and this guy came and ordered me to leave. When I asked why, he told me he wanted so and that's it. I just left because I had no will to stay there after it (and honestly, the bar is not that good to compensate further discussion with its staff), but the bar should select their staff better. That guy is insane and he seemed to want a fight, so he cannot at all deal with public. I travel a lot and go to different bars worldwide, but never experienced something similar. If you are thinking of going there, consider other options as NYC may have better places to offer.
