Third North Apartments

All things considered, Third North has been a phenomenal place to live for the past year. It’s in a great location and is walkable to Twins games, Timberwolves games, and plenty of restaurants and bars. Fuzzy’s and C. McGee’s are great lunch spots only a 5 minute walk, and FRGMT is a coffee shop 5 minutes away that is fantastic. Maintenance has been quick to fix any issues I’ve had with the unit as well. The building is about 10 years old so the standard maintenance issues you may see with anything that old may happen. The only negative thing I could say is that my bike was stolen from the garage while I was here. That being said, I was lazy and didn’t lock my bike up, so it’s kind of my own fault. You’re living in a big city, if you leave your bike unlocked or something valuable laying in your car, something could happen. That being said, I personally have never felt unsafe inside or even around the building For the price of the units, this is the best deal you’ll get in north loop.

One month in, and I absolutely love the place — the management, maintenance crew, and everything really. I’m happy to call Third North Apartments my home. Most importantly, Mike and Caitlin have been incredibly helpful and welcoming. So as the maintenance team, Greg and Jim, have been super helpful. I’m very excited to live here. Thank you!

At least one of the elevators is not operating at different times of the year. I’ve been here 5 years and while the rent keeps increasing, I still haven’t received the kitchen granite counter or backsplash I was told I would be getting prior to moving in. The management office has amazing people though. And the maintenance team is -*chefs kiss*.

Third North has been a wonderful home. Besides the great location, the staff has been phenomenal, including the maintenance team -- Greg and Jim! They are timely, professional, and kind. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience on the tour and Decided to sign a lease with Third North Apartments 🌇! The move-in was easy and the staff is so friendly and accommodating! I even had a small maintenance problem upon moving in and they fixed it immediately!

When my husband and I move out, we will have spent 4.5 years at Third North. The property manager, Mary, and the rest of the team are so helpful, friendly, and take the time to get to know their residents. We are glad that we chose to call Third North home, and would recommend it to anyone looking to live in the North Loop of Minneapolis. The building has great amenities, the neighbors are friendly, and the building is in a growing part of the neighborhood that just keeps getting better.

Third North is one of my favorite apartment complexes in the downtown/north loop area. You will always be greeted by Nancy and Mike with the biggest smiles. They truly make Third North feel like home. They care more about the people (and pets) than any other apartment I’ve lived at. The amenities are great and well kept and the dog park next door is a big bonus! Definitely stop in if you’re looking for the next place to call home!!

I've lived in a number of apartment buildings in the North Loop. Third North has been my favorite by far. The amenities are great, and the staff members are kind and extremely helpful. It feels like a real community.

Wonderful place to live !! We moved to Third North after selling our house sooner then we thought. Loved every minute of it. The building is cared for with love. Always perfect. Always attended too. Not only is the building Managed so perfectly. The team that works at Third North are great people always there to help with the needs of their occupants. Everyone who lives in the building is friendly and considerate. Third North Management has created an incredible culture that makes it a wonderful place to live. We are so grateful to have lived there!!

Just moved in and it already feels like home! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Lots of great restaurants and places to work out at. Best of all, you can't walk more than a few blocks without seeing a dog in the North Loop! Happy I choose to move in here.

I stopped here to inquire about an apt as I had looked at them online. I guess I interrupted the woman's lunch (judging by the open pizza box with accompanying smell) who was in the office because she was one of the most unfriendly leasing people I think I've encountered. NOT once did this crab smile, ask me to sit down or even ask what brought me in. I had to tell her. Her rudeness and unhelpfullness really turned me off and after asking HER a few questions and her being sour-faced, I decided I'd had enough and said thanks for the information. She seemed surprised and asked if she could take my info, I laughed and said no, I'll stop back if I decide I'm interested and left. Even if I was, after this experience, I wouldn't go back.

Great community, and friendly and attentive staff! Love the courtyard space, perfect location!
