"North Third in Northern Liberties is a guaranteed good time. Between a lady taking a celebratory shot because she found her lost credit card and karaoke night, you'll always leave with a story. They have a massive menu of handheld food like wings, buffalo chicken tacos, and burgers. But you'll also find groups of friends passing around large plates like steak frites and crispy pan fried crab cakes. The Thai chili wings are crispy and coated with a sweet sauce, and they have three types of citywides, all for under $6.
