Google
a really delightful spot to visit on grand ave for a sweet treat! we arrived at a very busy time and waited maybe 20-30 minutes for a table (which wasn’t really a big deal because they have a waiting area or will text you if you choose to wander around grand ave). the staff are incredibly kind and efficient with their service and the matcha is wonderful (albeit a bit on the sweeter side). their signature soufflé pancakes are to die for and the attention to detail thirty six cafe puts with every order (ie the heart strawberries) makes the food both visually appealing and tasty.

Cute little café. Well designed! Busy, yet instantly ready to serve. Instantaneously entering the cafè, the customer service was so warm and inviting. It was superior! I have never experienced anything as such. The staff are sweet, accommodating, lively, joyful, and energetic. I hope they expand! The food is great. The flavors are sweet and savory. The soufflé pancakes are so fluffy and delicious! I haven't seen or tasted any around the Twin Cities like these before. They're truly a unique experience and one of a kind. I highly recommend checking out this café. I'll definitely be returning with more visitors in the future and trying more on their menu.

Google
Thirty-Six Café is such a cozy, photogenic spot—no wonder it stays packed! I stopped in and despite the crowd, the service was smooth and the vibe was relaxed. The food was fresh and flavorful (those soufflé pancakes definitely live up to the hype), and the atmosphere had the perfect mix of trendy and welcoming. It’s a small space, so be prepared for a wait during peak times—but it’s 100% worth it. Great food, great energy, and a place I’d absolutely visit again.

We got there and was put on a waiting list, waiter took down our name and number. We walked the area until we were called got back to the cafe and was seated right away. Friendly staff even when they were busy. We ordered the Souffle benedict and the Classic tiramisu along with a tiramisu latte.

Heidi Allen

Google
Really cute little spot. The employees were super nice and really helpful. I got the tiramisu soufflé and a strawberry matcha. Both very good! The tiramisu does get quite sweet as you eat it but that’s to be expected for a tiramisu. I’m glad I don’t live close by cause i would be a frequent customer.

Google
Delicious food and fantastic atmosphere. The soufflé pancakes were amazing and their matcha is delicious. It can get a bit busy but the owner keeps everything organized, so it’s not chaotic. I absolutely love this place and I highly recommend it.

Google
If it's going to be your first time going, please, and I will say it again, please be understanding that the line is long. And the wait line is long. But it's just an hour wait line usually. There's two different lines, one to put yourself on the waiting list. The other one is a to go line. Food may take a little while, but again, be more understanding. By the time my big party and I got in, it was mad crazy. But it was very well controlled by the owner. The food was good, some of the items were gone. But they still have plenty of other choices.

Retiya Woods

Google
I promise it’s totally worth the wait! It’s a small space, which adds to the wait time. The pancakes are so fluffy and incredible. The matcha drinks are out of this world delicious! And the owner is so sweet!

Yelp
Thirty-Six Café came from nowhere and swept me off my feet (so dramatic, I know! lol). Ambiance 5/5 Baby soft pink décor with floral and photo worthy booths and bikes with flowers galore! The side seating offer single chairs on one side and pillowed booth style seating on the other side. Perfect for two or solo visits. They also offer a large table when you first walk in for bigger parties. Service 5/5 The owners and servers are so sweet and she even remembered my name from a previous visit. They explain the ordering system well. After you seated, we order at the resister, pick up drinks at the bar, and they clean up. There's a first come first serve policy and it can be quite busy. I've found coming during rainy weather or when it first opens yields the best success. lol Price/ Food / Drinks: 5/5 Thirty-Six is known for their fluffy Ube Soufflé' pancakes, brick drizzled honey toast, and espresso drinks! I have tried it all, my go to is the Smoked Avocado Toast. VANILLA LATTE $5.00 | BUTTERFLY PEA LEMONADE $6.00 STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE $13.50 | SMOKED SALMON* $10.50 MATCHA LOVE $8.50 | HONEY TOAST $ 8.50 | HOORAY FOR UBE $15.50 Overall 5/5 One of my favs!!!!

Yelp
This is such a cute cafe! As soon as you walk in you'll notice the pink and floral interior. There is limited seating but during this visit we had no trouble. This was my first time trying soufflé pancakes and I thought they were sweet and tasty! It had a fluffy and airy texture. It seems like a majority of the menu items are sweet with a few savory options. I also got the caramel mocha iced latte which was solid. The service was amazing! The staff were really friendly and attentive. We were celebrating a birthday and they offered a candle to celebrate a special day. Overall, we had a really good experience here and I'll be back to explore some of the other options.

Yelp
I've been dying to try the famous souffle pancakes and on a recent getaway to Minnesota i finally had the opportunity. I visited Thirty-Six Cafe and i instantly fell in love. It's such a beautifully decorated cafe. It's on the smaller side so i recommend getting there as soon as they open because it gets full right away. The decor is very instagramable and the two ladies working there i'm assuming they are the owners were really welcoming and friendly. They helped me decide which options to go with and mentioned their most popular dishes. I went with the Lemon Blueberry Souffle pancakes. I loved the combination of that sweet and tart and it was so creamy and airy. I also ordered their classic pancakes which were also so addicting with those piles of creamy whip on top. It was an overall nice experience and i would eat it every day if i could. It must visit location for sure.

Zac M.

Yelp
If you don't get there before they open, it is an hour wait. Good food. Limited menu as mostly all different Souffle (Very fluffy pancake) the size of an English muffin. We went the sweet route, so I would go savory next time. Overall good place, but not a full on breakfast cafe.

Yelp
Lousy service Probably the worst customer service in any few hundreds restaurants I have visited the last 5 years !

Yelp
This restaurant provided a unique experience here in St. Paul. The establishment itself was decorated beautifully but the interior felt very cramped. We went in late Sunday afternoon and waited roughly 20 minutes to be seated (they do not accept reservations). The matcha latte was amazing, it was my favorite part of our visit. When receiving it, we were instructed the proper way to consume it. The quality of the matcha was great and the employees were extremely kind. The classic pancakes w/ added chocolate drizzle were good, I ended up being full after the first because they're so sweet. All in all, I would return but next time, I would plan to split my entre and I would try other matcha flavored items!

Yelp
The food is pretty good at least on the sweet end of the spectrum. I had he eggs Benedict pancakes and although the hollandaise was excellent the eggs were hard boiled with no yoke, also the bacon was not very tasty and seemed dry and microwaved in all honesty. I give these a 1.5. Now for the good part the lemon blueberry pancakes were amazing and if it was solely based on them I would give it 5 stars. Delectable all around. The service is good even though it's cramped and busy with very limited seating. So if your looking to eat in ether get there early or be prepared to wait a while. Cute looking, but very small. Overall go for the sweet choices on pancakes and avoid the salty and this is a good spot for breakfast. If your looking for eggs and bacon there are much better spots.

Yelp
Location/Atmosphere: On grand avenue is the cute cafe that is perfect for a friends date. Definitely a lot of cute moments to take photos and everything was decorated so pretty. Since it's on grand, you have to park on the street, but I felt like there was plenty of parking. You order at the counter when you get there, and the service was very friendly and accommodating. She gave great recommendations Food: I've never had soufflé pancakes but they were absolutely delicious! I felt like the price was reasonable for what you were getting and the pancakes were so flavorful. Loved each of our drinks. Not a huge menu, but enough for everyone to try something different if you'd like. Definitely coming here again!

Yelp
Visiting MN and I had to stop in a get some soufflé pancakes! These are still the best soufflé pancakes I've had to date - and that's saying a lot coming from the Bay Area! You gotta try all the flavors! If you're looking for something lighter, the smoothie bowls are so good and refreshing. We tried the mango one. Don't have a sweet tooth, they have avocado toast as well as an eggs Benedict soufflé pancake. They really upped their drink game, too! You gotta try them all, and ask the barista about any seasonal specials.

Yelp
This place is such a cute spot!! We were put on the waitlist right away, it is first come, first serve. I ordered the strawberry pancakes. The pancakes were so soft and fluffy. The crème was perfect and the strawberries paired well. I could eat these pancakes by the dozen, they were so soft!! The latte was good too!!
google avatar

Yelp
What a beautiful and cute little cafe. After so many years, I finally stopped by to support this local business. The soufflés were delicious--I tried the taro and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. Heads-up that the cafe is super busy so I recommend calling ahead to be put on the reservations list.
google avatar

Yelp
Been wanting to check this place out for quite some time. I mean where else would you get aesthetically looking pancake soufflés? First off the service was phenomenal; staff was kind and communicative; they made sure to update us the wait time. The resturant was bright and cute, with lots of pink decor. Not my scene, but it's perfect for a cute brunch date. Now for the food & drink, don't let the eyes fool you. If you don't like eggy flavor, soufflés may not be for you; there's other options that sounds good. First bite of the Matcha Delight was yummy but got tired of it after the second bite. Personally, the texture wasn't my favorite. The Matcha Latte was delish and was the highlight of the meal!

Yelp
Beyond this being one of the cutest spots in the twin cities, their food is amazing. We enjoyed the hooray for ube and the soufflé benedict and both of them were yummmm! Highly highly recommend for brunch! But make sure you get there early coz they run out of their souffle pancakes!
google avatar

Rachel P.

Yelp
Thirty-Six Cafe is so cute! The decor is pink and flowery and there is a little telephone booth to take photos in. I had a rose gold latte and the mango smoothie bowl - yum! The staff was knowledgeable about food intolerances and advised me as to what was celiac safe or not. There are only two gluten free food options (smoothie bowls with no granola) but plenty of safe drink options!
google avatar

Jenae C.

Yelp
The prettiest cafe I've been to in the Twin Cities! The rose latte was super unique and tasted like perfume in a good way. The pancakes were fun to try once. The ube was the perfect amount of sweetness and the bananas foster was very sweet for one person. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. We only had to wait a few minutes for a table on a Sunday at brunch time. Would recommend to go for the aesthetics!
google avatar

Nicole N.

Yelp
Have you ever wondered what eating a cloud would taste like? Look no further! These pancakes are absolutely HEAVENLY! They are light, fluffy, the perfect amount of sweet! They have ruined all other pancakes for me haha. My latte was the perfect drinking temperature and was so cozy! The seating is limited, so I would either go with a smaller group or go right away in the morning on a weekday! They will not sit you until everyone in your party has arrived and on the weekends you can only be there for a max of an hour and fifteen minutes. The service was beyond friendly and the photo opportunities in here are plentiful! I will be dreaming of these perfect pillowy pancakes until our next meeting!
google avatar

Charlie P.

Yelp
This is such an instagram-able vibe! Roses and pink everywhere. Paired with very pretty food including the Ube soufflé pancakes, which are so light and fluffy! The coffees are very tasty, not too sweet. This place gets busy on weekends and you cannot make reservations, so plan accordingly
google avatar

Agnes N.

Yelp
Best soufflé pancakes I ever had every time new friend are in town I definitely make a point to take them here. The ambiance is nice if you like pink florals and aesthetics. It is however a bit of a small location and same applied to parking only street parking available otherwise great restaurant and I will be going back when am craving pancakes
google avatar

Sahithi M.

Yelp
As soon as you step inside this cafe, you'll feel like you entered some dreamy place... it's filled gorgeous flower... ambience is an absolute wow... an Insta worthy cafe to take beautiful photos... make sure you take reservations ahead.. we went on a Sunday morning and it was pretty occupied! They had some great coffees... pancakes were delicious but they were too sweet to finish all by oneself... they dint have many savory options to complement the extra sweetness.. but if you are planning to share it, you'll absolutely love the taste... they have some stellar waffle options as well.. make sure to check out !
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious pancakes! So fluffy and soft! It doesn't look like a lot of food, but it is very filling. Everything was great and super cute cafe, with the cutest telephone booth that I wish I took photo of!

Yelp
Such a cute little spot for souffle pancakes! We came as a party of three on a Friday afternoon around 2:30pm and it was maybe 80% full. There's a variety of seating options, with mainly tables for two, and we were sat at the large front table. You're given a menu, and when you're ready to order you can go up to the counter at the back to place your order. We each ordered the Butterfly Pea Lemonade, which I thought was a good mix of sweet and sour. I ordered the Hooray for Ube pancakes, while the others ordered the Matcha Delight and Honey Toast. The Honey Toast came out significantly before our pancakes, but we were warned that they would take a little longer to make. From first glance, the pancakes don't look like too much, but they're more filling than anticipated. I ended eating 2.5 of the 3 pancakes. I would come back, for the novelty of eating souffle pancakes in a cute space and to try other things on the menu. One thing to note about sitting at this specific table, was that the sun was burning into our backs, but I suppose that's not much of an issue on a day that's not as sunny.

Yelp
We came from WI and saw this restaurant on TikTok. I don't normally post reviews but we loved it. So cute inside. The Soufflé Benedict was amazing and so was the Lemon Blueberry. The best part was how nice the employees were.
google avatar

Toan H.

Yelp
Stopped here a couple times on a recent visit. We're from CA and it reminded us a lot of what we get back home, even better, with things you can't get anywhere else. Loved both the sweet and savory, and the drinks are also great. Fantastic service as well.
google avatar

Cyann L.

Yelp
36 cafe instagram: @xcyanneats Pretty good, everything was tasty and well made. Too long to get our order due to short staff and many people there, but it's understandable since it recently opened. My favorite was the smoked salmon east, but i didn't catch a photo!!! lol Honey and Match toast was tasty. The bread was crunchy as expected Smoothie bowls were a creamy taste with bunch of fruity taste Chica Toast was alright, not my favorite but could use a little more flavor. Overall, I'd probably go back as a place for study session and chat.
google avatar

Amy G.

Yelp
Beautiful little cafe, great coffee, soufflé pancakes were tasty, I got the eggs Benedict, think the fruit topped ones would be better, less flavor competition between sweet and savory. Very "girlie" lots of cute photo opportunities. Will be back for sure!
google avatar

Choua L.

Yelp
Heard about this place way before I visited. So I requested to come here when i visit! There is street parking only but there were plenty, maybe just a bit of a short walk sometimes. Staff were kind and attentive. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and has a nice ambiance to it. There were flowers everywhere and lots of areas for pictures! We ordered a few rose gold honey latte, a few iced tea drinks, a strawberry shortcake souffle pancakes, mango madness smoothie bowl, and a honey toast. The lattes were ok, looked cute but lacking flavor and colors. The pancakes were good but slightly sweet. The smoothie bowl was pretty good and fresh ingredients too. The toast was probably my favorite, although it was on the sweeter side too. Would definitely come back for the decor though, and maybe to try other things too!

Samie W.

Yelp
This place was so cute and the pancakes were delicious. We got the Matcha Delight and the Lemon Blueberry, both were very sweet but the matcha less so which was so nice. Would like to try the Egg Benedict and the Rose Honey Latte next time.
google avatar

Sehaj S.

Yelp
Went for the first time today with a friend. We ordered lattes and split the strawberry shortcake pancake and soufflé benedict. The drinks were lovely, on the sweet side. The pancakes were absolutely FANTASTIC. I personally haven't always been a fan of soufflé pancakes because they can be rather eggy tasting. These weren't at all! They were the perfect balance of fluffiness and cakey-ness. I was so sad when I ate my last bite! The owner was also really lovely, making sure to greet every guest. I also really appreciated that she was on top of checking vaccine cards. I think my friend and I are going to make breakfast at Thirty Six a monthly ritual. =)

Yelp
I arrived here with a friend. We were planning on eating breakfast. A third friend was coming to meet us to have a coffee. When we arrived we were told we had to wait until our third party was here. Although we already paid for our food as soon as we walked in. Me and the friend that was present wanted to eat. We already paid. And they proceeded to seat 2 parties that came in after us before us because our other friend wasn't there yet. But again our third friend only wanted a coffee and we paid for it as soon as we walked in the establishment. They were rude. When we finally got our food it was not that great. Everything was over priced and over rated. The place was decorated really cute but the service was horrible. Food wasn't that great. I was unimpressed. I will never return again.

Yelp
This review is long overdue. I've had 36 cafe back in 2020 and although the place is small, it is quaint and has that homey feel. Beautiful aesthetics, perfect for ig photos or just personal photo collections. Their drinks and food are great as well. They have more sweet brunch items than their savory counterparts. I love coming here with my girl friends and also with my then boyfriend and now husband. It's a cute date day idea.
google avatar

Paula P.

Yelp
Precious gem in Saint Paul. Took my friends who are new to Minnesota here. It's a small place, but they decorated each corner so well. So many opportunities to take cute instagram pictures. The food is filling and delicious. Everything you see in these pictures were perfect. Plus, my friend also ordered the Butterfly pea lemonade (don't have a picture but it changes color) and that was pretty good too. Would highly recommend. Only note: I would recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before opening time because it's first come first serve. All party members must be with you to be seated.
google avatar

Yelp
We enjoyed our visit here. Loved the soufle pancakes and Eagleville the Rose Gold Honey latte.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about this place. Although I've only been here once, I'm itching to go back because I had such a great experience. I came about a month ago during a weekday at 9:30am or so and it was relatively empty, but the place started filling up fast. As soon as you walk in, you're instantly blown away by the floral decor. It seems like you're in another country's cafe and not in Minnesota. Kind of reminded me of the beautifully decorated cafes in Asia or England. Not only did the place look amazing, the food looked and tasted amazing as well! I've been wanting to try souffle pancakes ever since I heard about them a few years ago and I'm sooo happy I finally got to try them in Minnesota. They are everything I dreamed of and more. Perfectly fluffy and lots of flavor. I tried the Ube but my friend tried Matcha and both were so delicious I couldn't stop eating it. We also got the rose tea lattes which were beautiful and delicious in their own right. Thanks for having us ! Already can't wait to come back. Hope they can open another location in the future so it's closer to me!
google avatar

Michelle Y.

Yelp
First and foremost if you want to dine in make sure you call to make a reservation. I was lucky enough to get a seat by the wall. This place is nice and neat, but the soufflé can be better. The middle isn't fluffy enough and the cream on top was cold...didn't taste bad but didn't expect it. The Ube cream didn't have Ube taste for an Ube fan.
google avatar

Jenny L.

Yelp
I love a little jiggle. Jiggle in my Jello. Jiggle in the booty. Jiggle in my pancakes? I'm still on the fence about it. I was, and still am, ecstatic about the arrival of the first Japanese style soufflé pancakes in the Twin Cities. The more diverse the cities can be, the better. I think it's a cool take on pancakes, and the cafe itself is nestled in a great location on Grand Ave that makes it perfect for stopping in for a bite. If you have more than hour, that is. As a party of 4, we were lucky to even grab a spot, since the interior is pretty small, but once seated, we could appreciate how CUTE this place is. Seriously. It was designed for pictures, I'm sure. It did take a long while to get our food, since we all ordered pancakes and drinks. I'm sure some of the kinks will be worked out as they open for business longer. Of the pancakes, the matcha delight and the ube were fantastic! Stay awayy from the classic though unless you really like bland - it just tasted like sugar. All of them were on the sweet side, like seriously dessert sweet, so I wouldn't peg this place as a brunch/breakfast joint unless you have a sweet tooth. We also split a matcha love, which was even more sweet, but really good. The sweetened condensed milk reminded me a little of my childhood - in a good way. Drinks are your standard fare, nothing to write home about. I'd love to go back and try a smoothie bowl or avocado toast if I'm in the area, but after the niche feeling of the place wears off, I don't know if Thirty-Six cafe has made a fan out of me. Not worth a trip specifically for their food, but definitely worth a try if you're in the area!

Yelp
I did not know Himalaya Cafe was closed and this place took over. I came here because the other coffee shop was packed so I drove out here for a quick stop. It is a cute place. Lots of pink color and bright lights. I ordered their matcha with oat milk and chic-pea with avocado toast. I was surprised of how cheap the toast cost, around $5, usually it is like $7 or $8 at most places. It was very good, too. I am going to make it myself one dayWhat I did not like was their wifi, not being available. I guess it is a good idea for people to go there and interact with one another instead of bringing their laptops and doing things on their own. Will I come back? Yes, in the summer time.
google avatar

Sarah N.

Yelp
One of the most Instagramable meals I've had! The soufflé pancake paired, so perfectly with their signature honey rose gold latte that it would be a crime to miss! If you don't have a big sweet tooth, go with the avocado toast instead! Worth going out of your way to bring extra cheer to your weekend.
google avatar

Yelp
This is such a small but cute place! Like most girls- I like the pink, florals and overall very picture/instra worthy environment but honestly it's just that. I came here on a weekday on my day off so it was not busy but it still took a while to get our food. We got the chai latte and classic soufflé pancakes. The chai latte was good- not watery like some places. The soufflé pancakes were so fluffy and cute but it was too eggy for my preference. Overall I wish there was more seating and a bigger menu. Parking is just street parking in the front. Service was nice but slow- it would have been nice to know how long it would take with our order.
google avatar

Yelp
So cute! The strawberry shortcake pancake was the best thing we tried here! As a coffee barista, the rose gold latte was the best I've ever had! The service was great as well. :)

Yelp
Thirty-Six Cafe opens at 6:30am! Which means I can go in early, get a delicious latte and a scrumptious bite to eat, feel like I'm far away from work and worries, before having to start my day. In fact, it was the perfect start to my day! The staff are super friendly. They greeted everyone and chatted with them while making their orders. And, the decor... the decor took me away to a place that was so delicious and luxurious. The food was equally indulgent - I had no intention of pampering myself, but ended up giving myself what felt like a much needed vacation! There was so much attention to detail - both in the design of the space and the food and drinks. There is definitely a rose theme - including a wall of roses, rose colored plush chairs, rose framed mirrors, rose lattes, roses galore! The menu is cleverly simple and plentiful. Simple in that there are 4 main types of food: Soufflé's Pancakes, Smoothie Bowls, Dessert Toasts, and Avocado Toast. The Soufflé Pancakes are light and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness. The Avocado Toast with salmon... I mean, it was rich, savory, and taps into that umami part of your mouth that makes your whole being happy! I didn't get to taste the Smoothie Bowl, but the owner told me she specifically uses ripe mangos to get the maximum flavor. I also learned that all of the syrups, sauces... everything is made in house - even the whipped cream. And, the breads are locally sourced. It's everything that makes special special. I really hope they stick around. What a sweet little addition to Saint Paul!

Marisol M.

Yelp
Cute location !! Workers there are super friendly and helpful! Food was amazing! My fav is the salmon toast and caramel coffee!

Xiurabeth R.

Yelp
the food was not too bad but the customer service & service in general is very unprofessional. I came in with a friend and we had been told we had to wait for a table because their was a big group before us waiting to be sat down so we waited & ordered our food. after an hour of waiting the group finally sat & nobody came to show us our table even though their was multiple open tables! when I tried to go sit they proceeded to loudly tell me I was not on a waiting list even though i had asked multiple times when i was going to finally get a table. & was never told about any waiting list until after I attempted to seat myself .. never got a table and my food got cold ! so yea don't recommend coming unless u liked getting yelled at + they don't accept cash !

Melody E.

Yelp
First off I would just like to say that the decorating inside is next level and great for picture taking! The cafe has an overall super womanizer vibe to it and it definitely is a positive environment. My sister and I decided to try it out for brunch and the food was absolutely amazing tasting ! the food was light and sweet which I loved :)

Ellie P.

Yelp
This place was really good. Coffee and matcha were AMAZING. Took a while to get a table because it's a small space but service was fast!

Yelp
Very cute place to have a brunch with your girlfriends and take pictures. Foods are good, love the soufflé eggs Korean pancakes along with the strawberry shortcake pancakes and etc. Went there several times with several friends and foods are consistent. Love the salmon toast to the fruit parfait. Will definitely go back again. I notice that some of the cushions are getting old and may need to be replace soon.

Yelp
If you're looking for a coffee shop with great food and instagram worthy pictures, you have to check this place out! One of the owners greeted me as I came in and was very appreciative of my coming in on an icy day. The berry nice smoothie bowl was my absolute favorite! The fruit was fresh, not soggy and the taste was perfection. The soufflé pancakes were airy and light. These are not your typical pancakes. Topped with whipped cream and strawberries, it taste like a marshmallow to me. Tasty but was too sweet for me; I would still recommend that you try them! The rose gold honey latte was a perfect blend of espresso and sweetness. The rose gold flakes on top were a great touch. Lastly, the decor is all pink with pink chairs and pink flowers everywhere. There's even a flower wall! I couldn't stop taking pictures!

Yelp
This was so cute and feminine! It's a pink cafe with floral deco and the staff was helpful. Our lunch was so good! The soufflé pancake is delicious, creamy and fluffy. It's not too sweet and hits the spot! I also had the salmon avocado toast and it was flavorful! This is such a fun and unique experience! I would definitely come back!

Yelp
Fairly priced, fresh ingredients, lovely interior. Nice place to work, there is a large table with outlets. I really liked my avocado toast. It wasn't as fancy as other ones I've had at other places, meaning it didn't have a lot of avocado piled up on top of toast with pretty decorating of sliced pink radishes, but it was a bang for the buck. I'd order it again. The place is a lot smaller than I thought. I'd been to this coffee shop before when it was something else. It's a very pretty space with lots of backdrops for great instaworthy photos. I got the rose gold latte and it was very good! I liked it way better than the gold leaf drink I got from Cafe Astoria. I'd definitely come here again with friends.

Yelp
My sister and I had been to Japan and had soufflé pancakes there, so we were excited to see that a new place had sprung up in St. Paul selling the same type pancakes! Owners were very kind, pancakes were great (tasted just like the ones in Japan!), and the chai tea latte that my sister ordered was the best chai tea latte I've ever tried. Definitely a cute place to check out at least once if not more! Note: I read in other reviews that it's important to get there early, so we showed up at 9 am Sunday after church which was a good time. It looked like it was getting busy when we left, so I'm sure the wait for pancakes would be longer than what we had to wait for, but it's worth it.

Yelp
Came to st. paul for my sisters graduation and she came here with friends and suggested it to me and my other sister. I cant explain how sad I am to go home and not get to try more flavors from here. First off, we went on a tuesday around 11am I think and it wasn't too busy. The cafe is set up so nice and cute, there are photo ops in almost every corner. Their menus are simple and self explanatory. The prices are definitely affordable ($10-12 for three soufflé pancakes) and the food is AMAZING. My favorite was the banana foster but my sisters was the ube one. There is definitely something for everyone here. I was skeptical about how sweet it would be but the cream was sooo light and went so well with the toppings. The staff are so friendly and the overall experience was great! If you're in the area, this spot is a MUST!
