This Is It! Southern Kitchen & Bar-B-Q

Arrived after 4pm on today (a Tuesday) used the drive through. Ordered fried whiting, was pulled to have the order brought out to me. 12 minutes later the young ladies came out to be sure of my ordered. Offered something for my wait. Choose banana pudding. Mistakenly they had prepared grilled whiting. They young lady brought out my fried fish. I was checking the bag and look up she’s coming out the door. Asked for some tartar sauce, there was only ketchup and hot sauce in the bag. She they offered me the grilled fish on a bed of rice as well. Great customer service!! I brag on the camp creek area location all the time. Never have I gotten cold fish we I visit this location. It’s always fresh and piping hot!

Please have some respect for people and their money. I ordered the roasted chicken, sassy rice and green beans. Mind you I have not eaten since 4pm yesterday and it’s 2:30p today. So I am starving. I refuse to choke back anymore of this dry flavorless chicken and cold hard dry rice. The green beans are hot and flavorful but sooooo oily. The corn muffin is divine. That said, I didn’t spend $14.49 for tasty yet oily green beans and a muffin. People work so hard for their money and it’s just plain ole disrespectful to your customers to give them low quality for the money they choose to spend with you. Also, I didn’t even want this rice, I wanted mashed potatoes, but they were out of half the sides in the middle of the afternoon. I am not full and I feel disrespected. The only reason I am giving it one star is because the lady working the drive thru is sweet

I was blown away by the food and the hospitality. Been a while since I have been able to say everything I ordered on my plate was beyond good. Next time I visit Atlanta I will be going back

The food was okay. Got the catfish nugget platter with a little bland mac n cheese and thick not creamy mashed potatoes. Also got the ribtips with collards and mac n cheese. I believe it was more bone then rib, but the flavor and taste was hitting. The customer service was exceptional as always! The staff are super friendly and pleasant.Will be back to try other options. The drive thru is a nice addition as well.

Wonderful location, and excellent customer service! Food was good and hot, but they have definitely went up on prices and down in portions. Container and servings are definitely smaller than they used to be. One thing I used to like about “This is It” is that they gave you your money’s worth. Sadly this is no longer the case. It will definitely be a while before I give them a try again.

Looked this spot while I was in the area. It definitely did not disappoint. Meal was 10 Service was definitely 10 The atmosphere was 10 The food presentation was a 10 The price is a 9, just cause it’s good but it could be great. I love the place, the food was delicious and the atmosphere is really giving the vibe of what you’re doing there. The food is openly presented, with lot of displays menu and options to pick. The servers her really nice and sweet they work in unity back there in the kitchen lol. Good food and place, I will return soon. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Impeccable just got GREATER! LORD I WISHED THEY WOULD CONSIDER A LOCATION IN ALBANY GEORGIA! WE NEED "THIS IS IT" IN OUR LIVES!

I use to love “ This is it” about 8 years ago; it was fresher and better than what it is now. I spent 50 on two plates and peach cobbler. Everything was tasteless. Nothing was seasoned and very tasteless. The collard greens were undercooked and bland. It was a horrible experience. Please get back to how yall use to be. I loved this place years ago. It needs a new chef or something to revamp all recipes to perfection.
