To celebrate my friends birthday, we went to Thomas Chien Restaurant for dinner. The food are super tasty and beautiful; and I loved the decoration which is elegant and peaceful. Must come back for lunch and dinner next time. Reminder: menu changes on Mar, Jun, Sept, Dec. 😍

##The dining time was five years ago, and the review is for reference only## Thomas Chien is a top-notch French restaurant in Kaohsiung, known for its excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The appetizers were rich and delicate, and the chef's fusion of French and Taiwanese flavors was impressive. The desserts and tea set were satisfying, and the service from staff and cook was exceptional. Overall, the lobster was tender and flavorful, and the shrimp with white wine and caviar sauce was a beautiful and tasty dish. The bread was also noteworthy. In short, if you're in Kaohsiung and looking for an outstanding French meal, Thomas Chien is definitely worth a visit. With every bite, you can taste the chefs' passion for cooking.

Thomas knows how to make impressive dishes. He uses a lot of sustainable concepts to orchestrate the dishes. Overall tasty. Fish and veggies are fine. Beef is well prepared. They can work on service to bring the place to a whole different level.

My friend recommended me Thomas Chien, even I've heard a lot about it since I moved in this city. I went there today to celebrate my partner’s birthday and we do enjoy it very much! The food was delicious and all tastes very fresh, besides our main dish, we were especially amazed by three entrees. The staffs were very careful and professional The environment is cozy, and you can tell that the experience is carefully designed. We are happy to bring mom there coz it was her first time to discover French cuisine (à la Taïwanais), and she was very happy about it.

I love every single bites of the delicacies I did not taste before. The waitpeople never show any impatient sign though busyness in the restaurant. With their services, we felt that we were stayed in paradise. Near the light train station. Elegant interior design. Clean environment. Extraordinary Service. High price.

It was a great night! Quality food, nice wine recommend, but the cup of mousse with ham on the top, was a lil bit salty for me otherwise everything’s good. And they servers 3 different types of dessert! Which is amazing for girls!

The staff are friendly and professional, all the dishes are great and out of expectation, wine list with large range of variety, we have chosen a burgundy red that especially match with the beef course.

Great service with high quality French fusion cuisine in KS. The elegant food presentation makes me hesitate to eat up cuz we don't want to ruin it's beauty. Friendly service and people there is speaking in a delighted tongue. We were there as it was recommended by a French friend, Thomas, so Thomas chez Thomas Chien! Reservation made at last minute and we were glad they still had table available for us. Guess it was not that busy on Friday night !
