We had the chicken dip sandwich... AMAZING. there are lots of delicious market finds here, great paleo snacks and sugar free beverages. The hot food is fresh and delicious. This is a great neighborhood spot for lunch, breakfast, a coffee, or a meeting!

Visiting the meat packing district? Here's a tip. Avoid the overpriced eateries with long wait times around The Whitney. Discover something real. What a gem! It's a little deceptive from the street. You might take it for a bodega or coffee shop. Inside, it's fantastic! Contemporary, modern, and clean on one hand. Cozy and inviting on the other. They have counter service as well as tables in a back alcove away from traffic. The menu is great! They have made to order as well as prepared foods to heat up. All of it fresh, quality, well prepared, and served by friendly people.

Absolutely loved my breakfast sandwich, the Spicy Owl on gluten free toast. One of the best bfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. The Chagacinno with oat milk was really refreshing. Cute atmosphere with outside seating.

What a cute little place in the meat packing around the corner from Whitney and the High Line. Great place to grab something good to eat for whatever meal. Food is great. Selection is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a cute little place. I definitely recommend this place!

Gem of a cafe. Great menu with clean, quality ingredients and options. The breakfast sandwiches were piping hot (fresh) and prepared perfectly. Also really reasonable beer/cider/hard seltzer prices, almost like a ‘secret menu’ kind of thing.

Balanced Almond Milk/Cappucino with a right part of coffee (yes its not easy to find the right proportion in NYC) and Fresh avocado toast (with crispy, fresh and soft in the middle bread )

Three Owls is clean, fresh cuisine at its best. It manages to be both warm and elegant at the same time, a lovely place to sit and enjoy a lovely meal or snack. We tried everything. There were a few particularly great highlights. The rotisserie chicken was cooked perfectly. Our crushed cucumber salad was delightful. We had help picking out an amazing new wine from the staff. Everything about the place shows a level of care and attention I see all too rarely in the city. LOVED it. Can't wait to go back.

Yummy chocolate chip cookie. Latte was very strong but I like how they had simple Syrup, honey syrup & all kinds of non dairy & dairy milk to add to your drink. Cute atmosphere & chill vibe. Nice place to take a break before or after checking out the Whitney museum.
