"The team from renowned wine bar Stems & Skins recently opened seafood restaurant Three Sirens in Park Circle. Co-owners Justin Croxall and Matt Tunstall wanted to bring all things oceanic to the neighborhood. Chef Julian Lippe puts out dishes like grilled Spanish octopus, swordfish with field pea ragout, and a potato rosti with creme fraiche and smoked trout roe. Status: Certified open." - Erin Perkins

All of us loved our food; and that's a difficult achievement for two of us, myself one of them. Our table of three had scallops, shrimp, and lamb. The food is simply amazing. The scallops were a dish of 4 scallops (pictured) and not too large of a portion. The shrimp, I would say, was a medium-sized portion (also pictured). Finally, and also pictured, is the lamb and was the largest portioned dish of them all. I had the lamb rissoto, which was very flavorful and delicious. I did find the risotto to be a bit salty. We had a light and airy strawberry dessert. Which wasn't too heavy. The only available coffee drink is french press. No espresso drinks, which we really didn't mind. Oh, and regarding drinks, one quirk was they only have sweet tea, which was an issue for one of group. Service was quite attentive, and though I always try to find something to give feedback on, I could fault nothing to complain about with our wonderful server, Brian. The atmosphere is best described as intimate. It's a relatively small space with a long bench that runs along the wall with tables placed quite close together. If you're looking to have an intimate conversation or if almost communal eating isn't your vibe, then this isn't the place for you. There is a slightly sectioned off portion in back near the restrooms that could possibly host a larger group (photo with black walpaper with stars) or provide a more private seating arrangement. Speaking of the bathroom, how fabulous is this wallpaper?! Also...super clean bathroom!

Tony was an excellent server with great wine pairing suggestions. Every dish was beautiful and delicious. The ambience was romantic for date night and not overly "stuffy". Portion sizes were surprisingly ample and we left with smiles and full bellies. We will definitely return! Bonus: Wednesday nights they offer $1.50 raw oysters on the half shell with exquisite accouterments

We will definitely return. Every option we tried from the food to drinks was delicious. My steak was a little over-salted, but I still devoured it. Each person's dish was beautifully displayed and the portion sizes were perfect. We all left satiated. I appreciate too that our waiter was so quick with everything knowing we had a show we were attending. The window seat is my favorite. Get there early if you want it!

Amazing experience! I had the potato appetizer and the sea bass, both had such unique flavors. The server was able to recommend great cocktails to accompany our meals. The general manager even sent us an email a few hours before our reservation to let us know that parking might be difficult due to a festival happening on their street. We got there a little earlier than excepted and they were able to seat us early so we didn't have to wait in the heat They went above and beyond our expectations in every way

Delicious cocktails, appetizers, wine, mains, dessert and dessert cocktails. In another review the person noted there was not enough food severed for the dishes ordered. I disagree. I went with my mom who eats like a bird and I live to eat. We walked out with leftovers. I honestly can’t wait to go back. Food was fresh and delicious, the wine and cocktails were equally as great.

The mark of a great chef is making you like foods you normally don’t like or taking a flavor combination that you wouldn’t think would work and execute it masterfully. That’s whats at three sirens. The oysters are excellent raw and charbroiled. The monkfish is out of this world delicious and served with a smart okra pancake. I loved all of it and one of the best meals I’ve had in Charleston.

My new favorite restaurant! Started with the crab deviled eggs which were delicious! I had theKombo Steamed Bass w Crispy Spaetzle, Beech Mushrooms, Scallion, Seabeans, Watermelon Radish Sticks, Lemongrass Coconut Milk Sauce- absolutely dreamy! My husband had the chicken fried grouper which was good but kind of heavy for fish. Finished with the key lime, not your typical key lime pie, so decadent & beautiful.

This little gem is fabulous!!! It's tucked away, but worth searching for. The service was beyomd expectation and the atmosphere impeccable. The menu is elevated, creative, impressive and executed flawlessly. We had the ceviche, tomato salad (added shrimp) and the scallops. Presentation & flavor combinations remarkable and all ingredients fresh as could be. A must go for sure, especially when looking for lighter fare in Park Circle!
