We specialize in sourcing local all natural meats butchered in house. We make our own sausages and cure and smoke many of our products. On Saturdays we serve barbecue, including our famed hot pastrami, which is available during the week as a cold cut. Our charcuterie and low intervention wine selection are unique to the area, and very rare even throughout the state.
