Probably the worst service I’ve ever got. Ordered a book from them off of Amazon. Usually when you ship a package, you don’t use gift wrap. Or you tell the customer “Hey, we said we have it in the US but actually we don’t so we’re not going to mislead you by shipping it from the UK and making you wait. Sorry about that” When I got my book in the mail the front cover, a HARD cover, was torn and I had to duct tape the spine. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because I actually enjoy the book DESPITE the abysmal service I got.
P.S. it would be nice if I could find you guys on Amazon so I could ask for a partial refund but it seems as though I can’t. Oh well.
