A must try hidden gem for the best braised meats I’ve had in the states. Food is delicious and price is great. Would highly recommend their braised beef shank, chicken liver, chicken gizzards, and pork tongue, they are must gets. The pork liver, stomach, and beef tripe are great as well! The meats are braised low and slow, so flavorful and tender. Just make sure to get there early or they will sell out quick. Owner is nice and kind as well. I always get this when in Flushing. That’s how good this place is.
