Tide Cleaners

I have used Tide for several years now and I recommend them to everyone. They consistently demonstrate a high level of performance. They are professional, courteous, timely, and most importantly they do an excellent job on my laundry. Tide should be your only call if you’re looking for a laundry service.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Tide Cleaners. Their pickup and drop-off process is fast and seamless, and the drop station system feels completely safe and convenient. They communicate clearly every step of the way, and my clothes always come back spotless and well cared for. One thing I really appreciate is the attention to detail. If I leave something small like a pin or tuxedo buttons, they always make sure it’s returned. After my first cleaning, they gave me a personalized orange Tide bag with my name and address clearly labeled, which makes drop-offs easy just leave the bag at the station in my building and trust that everything is handled. I dry clean some expensive pieces, and I’ve never had to worry. Everything comes back in perfect condition, and I truly feel like my items are in good hands. Erik, the concierge, is fantastic professional, friendly, and always helpful. Highly recommend!

Tide dry cleaners does a great job with our clothes. We have been using them for years. I use the valet service and it is so convenient! Love that they send you a reminder text. Can’t say enough!

Service was great to work with. I had a speedy pick up and a turn around time of about 48 hours for wash and fold. The diligently sorted my items and gave me a fair quote.

We love the staff here, especially Courtney. She is always smiling and happy. They also do a good job of cleaning and items are ready within a day or two.

For the price charged for what was supposed to be same day service I won't be going back. Dropped off 1 dress to be steamed at 8am and told it would be ready the same day. No call email or text notifying me it was ready at all so I can't prove it was even done on the same day. Called at 6pm and told it wasn't ready. Had to call again first thing the next morning to be told/claimed it was already ready the day before.

Tide cleaners are always very professional and do a great job with our clothes. They go out of their way to help their clients. One time I dropped off some clothes instead of having them picked up since I was leaving town before they would be returned. Something went wrong and the clothes weren’t there when I went to pick them up. I was told the clothes were going to be delivered the next day which was going to be too late to take on my trip. It was ok because these people ALWAYS do a good job so I just blew it off. However, I got a text at 6am the next morning, before I left, from our wonderful driver, Manuel, telling me my clothes were outside waiting for me! I was so happy and got to take what I had planned on our trip! Thanks again, Manuel!

I love Tide dry cleaning. The clean clothes are orderly and packaged very well upon return. The pickup and dropoff delivery is easy and gives me one less thing to do. If I need extra attention to a garment, they provide it.
