I am extremely disappointed with the service at Tide Cleaners on Buffalo Speedway. I took my daughter’s three (3) suits there before her business trip. They’re relatively new (only worn twice) and this was the first time they had ever been cleaned. After I picked them up from the cleaners and removed them from the plastic covering, each of the pants were completely ruined — discolored with a dark top and light bottom, and a clear horizontal line across the legs. There’s also an imprint from the ironing press embedded in the fabric. These suits were in perfect condition before cleaning, and now they look terrible. This is not the level of care or professionalism I expected from Tide Cleaners. I’m very disappointed and hope the management will take responsibility and make this right.

My first experience at Tide Cleaners was awesome! Courtney was super friendly and helpful, making the whole process easy and stress-free. The pricing was great, and I love that they have a rewards program to earn points for future visits. Plus, they were really fast! I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

I tried this service for the first time after persistent marketing in my building and constant texts about being “in the area,” but the experience was disappointing. I was preparing for a business trip and was assured my items would be ready in two days, yet a pair of jeans was missing on delivery. When I asked for updates, the tone in the text exchange felt dismissive because every reply started with “actually,” which came across as rude instead of helpful. On top of that, there was no proactive communication about the delay, and the eventual dropoff happened with no notification. While the staff was polite at points, the lack of reliability, communication, and professionalism makes it hard to recommend this service.

Fantastic service, very responsive, able to do both dry cleaning and wash and fold, competitively priced, I have no complaints. Hardest part about the service is putting my nicely folded clothes into my drawers.

Tide dry cleaners does a great job with our clothes. We have been using them for years. I use the valet service and it is so convenient! Love that they send you a reminder text. Can’t say enough!

Always the best service, TJ is wonderful. They even deliver dog treats to our pups when they hear them barking. We have been with Tide for 6 years now and just had them move with us to our new house.

I have used Tide for several years now and I recommend them to everyone. They consistently demonstrate a high level of performance. They are professional, courteous, timely, and most importantly they do an excellent job on my laundry. Tide should be your only call if you’re looking for a laundry service.

This has been a very disappointing first time experience. When I arrived, staff were so friendly and helpful that I thought this was going to be my forever dry cleaner since it's close to my home. Sadly, my dress took over a week despite them saying only a few days in the beginning. When I finally got all my clothes back, I arrived home only to realize that this dress is not mine! Thankfully, they were able to find my dress and get it exchanged. What really upset me was my black and white dress is now black and gray dress.... all the white part just turned gray!! On their receipt, they put "damaged when received" and I suppose this is to not blame themselves, but it certainly was not damaged when I dropped it off. I can't say I will be returning in the future..

Highway robbery! They jack up the price on pickup knowing that you probably need your clothes. I gave a coupon when I dropped it off and Brysha pretended not knowing anything about. After about 30 mins of her trying to "figure out" how to put the coupon in I gave up and just paid. DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I dropped off a lot of clothes get dry cleaning. And didn't get half of my clothes back. They didn't try to work with me or give me anything in return for that for money for my clothes are stolen. I would never use this place again in my life.

DO NOT USE TIDE! Last year my clothes were ruined by Tide. As a courtesy the manager at the time redeemed my services and said the next time I needed anything dry cleaned to go to them, that it would all be put on my account too and how sorry they were. Now I call today, asking if my service was available, the manager was very mean and ghetto with her responses saying if you wanted your service done you should of did it months prior why call now? Lady I had trust issues and y'all ruined my clothing that cost THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I was trying to give this company a second chance but they ruined it once again. Thank god I didn't take my clothes in. Stick to family owned dry cleaners where they'll treat every item you have like gold. They ruined items I had. Overall very very poor customer service as well as their work.

Im going to say first off the staff is polite and friendly. But thats where the positive notes end. I just paid $111 for 3 pairs of shorts, 4 shirts, 3 vests, and a necktie. I can get behind someplace being a bit upscale and pricey, especially given its proximity to Rice U. But thats just criminally ridiculous. The only reason I gave them a try was because my old cleaners irritated me and they were over in Midtown near the large warehouse Specs. I didnt feel like making the drive. Now I see I would have been MUUUUUCH better off spending the extra 15 minutes to Midtown. The price tag would have been HALF that much. Furthermore, I didnt even get my entire order at ONCE! I dropped my clothes off on Monday, August 15 around 630 PM. Now if you do same day service, youd expect your clothes ready by Tuesday afternoon. Well I went by Wednesday afternoon(so gave them an extra day), and only HALF of my clothes were ready. And this was after an extra day. Lesson learned. Ill still use Tide products at home (begrudgingly), but as far as their cleaning services, not worth it. I at least prefer dinner and a kiss before getting royally screwed. So as my Memphis born Mother would say (and most of the people at Tide wont get this...) "Bless your hearts" - Dueces!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Was told a price when dropping off and was up-charged $12 when picking up. Was not informed ahead of time.

I've been looking for a new cleaners since I moved to the Houston area. When I found out about the Loads of Hope initiative for healthcare workers, I decided to give Tide a shot. I took 6-7 items to Tide Cleaners about 1.5 weeks ago and picked them up 2 days later. Upon arrival to my home, I noticed that one of my shirts was damaged with a large stain. I immediately took photos and sent it to the location manager. The manager apologized and asked me to return the shirt for a second cleaning. I picked up the shirt again yesterday only to discover that not only was the stain not removed, it doubled in size. I expressed my frustration to the worker on site who is supposed to have the manager phone me on the next business day. Two stars because everyone has been nice. Unfortunately, I will not return to Tide Cleaners. You get what you pay for. Lo barato sale caro.

This cleaners is ABSURDLY expensive. I dropped off 8 items and since I was a first time customer they went through their services with me. Same day if dropped off before 9am, delivery, alterations, etc. This should have been my cue that somehow this all has to be paid for but it was early morning and I hadn't had my coffee. I picked up my clothing and it was $83! A blouse was $10! I was in shock. I will say the employees are wonderful. They are attentive, very easy to work with and go above and beyond. However, I cannot justify these prices. The only time I see myself using them would be if I absolutely needed something same day, otherwise, I can't justify it. It's unfortunate too because I really enjoyed the customer service but for dry cleaning it's not worth the ridiculous premium. I wish they offered their services a la carte so you could pay if you wanted same day, or delivery etc.

Pricey, but worth it. The wash, dry, and fold service with complimentary pickup and delivery is outstanding! Everyone I've interacted with has been so helpful, from the in store staff to the drivers. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

If I could give 25 stars I would! First of all, Tamika or Taniqua (I'm so sorry I couldn't hear the name clearly) was very kind when I dropped off a blouse that I needed the next day before a certain time. She called me the day to personally tell me the items were ready and I'd be able to pick them up in time for my event!!! YAY for customer service. I had a $20 off coupon in my email account, however, I accidentally left my cell phone at home so I didn't have it to use. They applied the $20 credit without me even having to ask which was phenomenal!! Yes, their prices are very high (a blouse and sweater were $24 together) but any time I've used them the service has been great, my garments are clean and well pressed, and I've been lucky to use coupons etc. The only thing I wish they'd change is having a set price menu where you can see where different clothing items costs START. I get everything's different but i like to know ahead of time what I'm paying. Overall, I'll absolutely use them again.

It would have been cheaper to buy a new mattress pad than to spend $70 for one to be cleaned, only to be returned not fully dry and still stained. I am not impressed. The only good part about this ripoff experience is Manuel the valet driver. I will not be using Tide again.

I was told my first drop off would be 50% off by the female clerk who took in my clothes. However this was not honored when I came to pick up my clothes and I was charged $30 for a sweater and blouse. What a rip off! Would have never done business with them had the price been accurately represented by their employee. After multiple attempts to rectify this situation with Tide, I have given up. I won't be back.

I have been to multiple Tide cleaners and have never had an issue. I was over charged and spent $10 for each pair of paints. At another location, I spent $3.81 (this was two weeks ago) for a single item. I explained I think they might have entered something wrong because it has never cost me that much. I was quickly told they do not make up the prices. Currently speaking with corporate and they agreed there was an error and will get my issue resolved. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Not worth the headache.

Ms. Tucker (Manager) helped me and my Cousin from MD. She had great energy and had our garments at the day & time as promised.

I was reluctant to do business here after reading the Yelp reviews but was in a time-crunch jam and needed it done right away. I walked in and asked questions, they answered all quickly and favorably. Manager Courtney came to reassure me and I left feeling better. Picked up today and was very happy with the service and Courtney went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great, so here is a well earned and deserved positive review of the service and especially the staff. This is not a discount cleaners, this is a full service valet cleaners. So if you desire a higher level experience and quick turn around this is the place to be!

Great service and quality. If you want it done right take it to Tide. Mike and his team know the cleaning business. You pay for quality and Tide delivers.

Not only are they nearly twice as expensive as nearby dry cleaners, they absolutely butchered my clothing. I paid an extreme amount to have some tears in the pocket of my down coat sewn up. When the jacket was ready after over a week, the alterations I paid for were not completed and the seams inside the sleeves were ripped top to bottom and the filling was leaking out around the zipper. They also destroyed two men's dress shirts that were simply there to be dry cleaned. Even with the 50% off coupon I used it was more expensive than Pilgrim Cleaners nearby.

If anyone has been using MW Cleaners on Buffalo and Bissonnet, as we were for the past 10 years, "Tide" has bought MW and SUBSTANTIALLY raised the prices without letting their customers know ahead of billing. ie. Nightshirts that were @ $3.00 are now $18., without forewarning and with no regard for customer loyalty!!

Great service and everyone is so friendly and helpful. They even repaired a damaged pair of paints I needed for a wedding on same day - Only bringing my clothes here from now on. Thanks Tide!
