Elle was brilliant at making sure every question was answered fully and insuring that we had the greatest experience possible while selecting a watch. Everyone on the island is warm and wonderful but I've not come across such a personable and caring individual such as Elle. She builds relationships and doesn't push sales. We ended with hugs and plans to return again soon. 5 BIG STARS

The service I received from Tiffany and Co. was beyond exceptional and provided me with an experience I will always remember. I went into Tiffany's looking to buy myself a celebratory graduation present and was immediately welcomed by all of the staff present. Elle, the sales professional who assisted me with my purchase, was genuinely interested in my story and was quick to celebrate my achievement with me. While my transaction was being processed, I was offered a beverage and a snack and had a very pleasant visit with Elle. I came to Tiffany's as a customer with a purchase in mind, but I left feeling like I had just finished having a lovely visit with a good friend. The experience that Elle provided me truly added significance and value to my celebratory purchase. I would not have had this sort of experience if I had made my purchase online, so for that I strongly commend Tiffany and Co. for their excellent service. I strongly recommend this location to anyone and am looking forward to my next visit!

I was looking at my beautiful ring today and decided I'd write a review. The lady that waited on me that day was so nice and helpful. She offered us bottled water while we were there. I know I'm not the wealthiest person they've had in there and I didn't buy a diamond but I love my ring and the matching necklace I gave myself for my 50th birthday. She treated me just like I was buying the most expensive thing they had. Right down to the beautiful blue box with the signature Tiffany satin bow.

I am a fan now of Tiffany. My husband and I came to check out earrings here for a wedding anniversary gift and I had my eyes on the Return to Tiffany collection. We were greeted and helped by the client advisor. He showed me one set of earrings without the diamonds and one set of earrings with the diamonds. He wiped the earrings with alcohol prior to me trying them on and seeing it in a mirror. He was friendly and very relatable, talking about when he lived in NY & CA and now back home in HI where his family lives. I appreciated his rapport and went with the diamond-studded earrings. I asked if he could also clean my Tiffany necklace, which he also took back to get it steam cleaned along with the set of diamond earrings. A different client advisor, Alex, took over the transaction and she brought out my necklace and earrings. She was sweet and also grew up in SoCal. It was overall a positive experience shopping here at Tiffany & Co in Wailea and would love to have another shopping trip here again next time in Maui, especially the with the low price and sales tax :D

Poor experience & misleading customer expectations about sums up our visit to this location The first question as we walked in the door was "can I preorder the Tiffany-Fendi bag with you?" Immediate response was yes. Super excited over this & as HI sales tax is far better than CA, it was a great time to also look at earrings I'd seen online. Needless to say they were gorgeous. Throughout the sale, I kept asking about the bag & how to complete the order. The sales associate even went to the back room, to speak to the manager & at no time was I led to believe this wouldn't be happening As we concluded the sale, I was advised I'd be receiving the price list by email & I could select which bag I wanted. Awesome... you see where this is going After not hearing back for almost 2 days, I called over and another associate tells me I was placed in some kind of lottery pool?? This was never disclosed upfront. Next day, I got an email from my sales associate to say it was not possible to preorder the bag but they would lookout for when it went on sale to the public Well, today is that day & I received no follow up email. And.....the Tiffany public sale sold out in less than 1 hour for their entire stock. I know this because I tried. By the time it was my turn in the Tiffany waiting room, my bag was gone. But no never mind since we got the bag directly from the Fendi site, so I got my bag and Tiffany got my returned purchase. I don't do business with people who do not honor their word

Classic, friendly, charming. It's Tiffany, what else should you expect? I bought two gifts here and was treated very well by the friendly staff. They were receptive to what I was wanting, made helpful suggestions without just pushing the more expensive items and I just can't say how great the experience was. I had two VERY happy ladies when I got back to our condo! While here, there were a few window shoppers that stopped by and they were treated the same as those purchasing things and I LOVE that. This is not an intimidating place, please come and check it out. Tiffany is for everyone.

IMHO I was in Maui for my birthday and planned in advance to purchase a few gift items there for myself and my graduating nieces. The main reason to purchase in Maui...to save money on the tax rate! On my first visit to the store I was immediately and warmly greeted by Tony. I showed him my wish list and soon I was trying on bracelets! Before we finished the transaction, Tony presented my husband and I with refreshing water served on a silver platter! Tony expertly and beautifully wrapped my gifts and reminded me that my jewelry will be complimentarily cleaned at any Tiffany store whenever needed. A few days later I remembered that another niece was graduating, so back to Tiffany I went...and brought a friend. Preston greeted us this time, and I told him the price range of my gift choice. I also said I wanted something that "screamed" Tiffany. Happily he showed me a lovely necklace that was priced below my price range! Sold! A few hours later my friend returned to the store to make her own purchase after having taken some time to "think about it." I most enjoyed the Tiffany experience which exemplifies quality customer service from beginning to end. Thank you Tony and Preston!!

This is a review for Wendy at this Maui Tiffany store. My husband and I were in Maui and purchased our wedding bands from Wendy. She was so thoughtful along the process to help us find the best fit. We were very happy about the purchases, but didn't think too much about it except it was a good experience. Until one year later, we received a hand-written birthday card from Wendy. We were honestly touched. It was certainly a nice surprise. Thank you so much, Wendy! If anyone happens to shop at Tiffany Maui, I'd recommend Wendy. Buying jewelry should be a pleasant experience, Wendy definitely made us feel that way.

We visited this location while on vacation this past week. We were immediately greeted by Azita R. She was so kind and helped me pick out a bracelet for my daughter. I noticed a pair of sunglasses in the counter and I know from shopping at Tiffanys, this is not very common to see sunglass in all the stores. The glasses were beautiful and I hesitated to buy them and told Azita I would think about it. We left the store to do some other shopping and Azita saw us walking back to our car. She stopped us and explained it was the only pair they had in the store so I returned and purchased them. (I fully would have regretted not purchasing them). We met the manager and he was equally kind and helpful. Later that day, I was walking and tripped, falling forward, scrapping my knees bloody and dropping my new beautiful glasses. I cried and cried and called the store to see if they could do anything for me. Silly I know to care more about my glasses than my knees :( Azita was so wonderful showing concern about my fall and assured me she would try her hardest to try and help me. Well, today I came home and found a box on my door step, opened it up and found a new pair of glasses. :) HOW WONDERFUL IT IS THAT THIS COMPANY, THIS PARTICULAR STORE CARES ABOUT THE GUESTS. A huge heartfelt thank you to Azita and the store manager for being so awesome and making me feel like my small bracelet and glass purchase was worth a million $$ We are going back to Maui in February and I will certainly visit this store again. Customer service here is fabulous. Always greeted with a smile and eager to help. They have a descent collection despite the smaller footprint of the store. Be sure to call ahead to see if a particular item is in stock at the store. If not, the staff can place an order for you and ship to your house.

We visited this store a couple weeks ago and had a really BAD experience with the salesman. He was tall, dressed in a very wrinkled black suit and wearing worn sneakers, but had the gall to look us up and down [we were dressed in khakis and polo-style shirts] and pretty much refused to help us. After asking multiple times to see a ring, he finally pulled it out, rolled his eyes -- and when it didn't fit -- put it back in the display case, closed it/locked it and walked away. Just like that! Mind you, both my friend an I were wearing easily identifiable Tiffany necklaces, earrings, and rings -- yet he seemed to think we weren't worth the trouble of showing us what I was seriously interested in. The other ladies working in the store seemed very friendly and were helping others, otherwise I would have waited and gone back to have one of them help me, but we were so irritated at that point we just left. This was without a doubt, my worst Tiffany experience EVER. The salesman [taller/skinny/dark complexion] should seriously find another occupation where he doesn't have to deal with people. He's certainly no asset to Tiffany.

The World According to Noelle Allergic Girl's Guide to Life Maui Honeymoon Review Series Before heading to the Grand Wailea Luau we stopped at the Shops at Wailea. I spied the Tiffany and Company which is not far from the LV and Gucci shops. We entered and were greeted by the security guard and the employees. This shop is spacious. We politely inquired with the customer service person named 'Jan' if we could have our wedding bands cleaned. Jan was happy to help. She took my engagement ring and our wedding bands back to have them cleaned. My engagement ring and our wedding bands were purchased from Tiffany and Company. Our rings were kind of dirty from sunblock and ocean water. Once they were cleaned my solitaire diamond F (colorless)/ IF (internally flawless) engagement ring sparkled like new! My husband purchased a new bracelet for me and we purchased a charm to go with the bracelet :) Customer service was excellent from start to finish. I love Tiffany and the store in Wailea is a great example of Tiffany's customer service! I was helped by both Preston and the manager of the store. Both were very helpful and kind. I was interested in a specific necklace but didn't want to purchase the one on display. While the store didn't have additional necklaces available in the same style, Preston then said that they could ship a brand new, not-on-display necklace from another Tiffany on another Hawaiian island to the Maui store. Two days later, the necklace arrived in store. Both Preston and the manager were very friendly and generous, offering me water and a bunch of Hawaiian snacks to take with me. Highly recommend this Tiffany location! (Bonus is that the sales tax is much lower in Maui at just over 4%.)

I really love the staff at this location. I think they are extra nice and really have a great attitude when talking to patrons. My boyfriend was looking for some earrings for my Christmas present and they gave him some really great ideas. He finally decided on a pair and they were the ones I have been eyeing for a long time. Beautiful. I was so excited to get them! I've been in this store a few times and I have always had great service even when I am not looking my best. I love that they treat everyone well.

Dropped our necklaces off two days ago and picked them up yesterday after 3:00 pm like they said. Damn. They looked better than when I bought them. Always feels like the Ritz-Carlton experience every time we walk in. Added bonus. They gave us 2 brand new little bags for our necklaces. Super service. You get what you pay for. Thanks again. Even though pink is by far my absolute most favorite color, one of my other faves is blue. Tiffany blue to be more specific. What girl does not love to receive something sparkly and shiny boxed in the iconic Tiffany blue box tied in a white ribbon? I wanted to indulge in a little bauble to commemorate my Maui vacation. No mini tikis or shark tooth necklaces for me! I browsed the Elsa Perreti collection (love her!) and fell instantly in love with the mini mini starfish pendant complete with chain. So appropriate and befitting! The sales associate was so sweet and friendly and even offered to clean the Tiffany & Co. necklace I was wearing, no charge. Apparently they charge for this service at other locations. She cleaned my necklace and wrapped up my new necklace super quick. Very much appreciated since I did not want to be late for our dinner reservations. Superb customer service and lovely selections of jewels and shiny baubles make this one of my favorite shopping destinations. :)

This place is on the second floor across from LV and next to St. John. You can't miss the vaulted doors. Service was prompt and they let me try on the earrings that I've been eyeing for a month (see my last review re TIffany in San Jose). I forget the name of the SA, but she was an older woman with short brown hair and was very friendly and nice. She even offered to take a photo for us outside with my new gift! Sales tax is only 4% or something like that so it was a better deal than buying them in CA. Love my earrings!

Success! I found a great pair of simple gold hoops with diamonds from the wave collection. This is a smaller store with limited inventory, hence 4 stars. Don't expect a great selection of larger diamonds or colored stones. They can certainly ha e anything shipped in, so call ahead of time if you want to take advantage of the low tax rate here.

I had a great experience at this Tiffanys. I came in rather last minute on my vacation to have a charm added to my bracelet. I took about three days to get the item back, but pickup could only be after 5pm. Since I didn't have time to go back after 5pm the day of pickup, they gladly shipped it to my home for me instead. Although I had to pay for shipping ($20), the package was to my home in about two business days. The bracelet was nicely polished, came in a new jewelry cloth bag wrapped in their signature blue box and a cute little tiffanys bag was included. Good customer service!

Walked in with a ring full of toothpaste, baby vomit, and lotion. Walked out with a ring sparkling from every angle and clearer than a sunny day. Steam cleaning, baby! Best of all it was done in five minutes and free. And the salesgal was super friendly..not even caring I just came in there to get my ring cleaned. Shameless! However, here's a real Tiffany's tip. For anyone thinking that they can't afford to get a Tiff ring...well if you are so inclined it was interesting to see a section of engagement rings that were priced under $4500 and not shabby in the least. Considering that Tiffany's markup is known to be crazily insane, I was impressed at this offering...maybe a nod to the recessionary times and smart of them to do so. There was a sweet little 3 stone halo'd diamond ring that was bling bling for $4200. Sign me up.

I really liked this Tiffany's location. Previously, I've made purchases at the Walnut Creek, CA location (bka Bay Area Beverly Hills) and the Las Vegas location at the Caesar Forum Shops. The sales people are always polite. The stores...always beautiful. However, in Vegas for example, those of us taking "baby steps" to the big girl and real finer side of life aka the GOLD, are pointed to the back of the store where the 925 Silver pieces can be found. That's totally fine. Quite frankly, I like silver better anyways..so take that ! :) In Maui, even at Tiffany & CO, it's a Hang Loose way of existence! All the pieces are somewhat co-mingled and you can wander around, drool and eventually make your purchase, if you so choose. Our sales lady was so very nice, impeccable and knowledgeable. She also helped me to convince my son that he would be shopping here for Mother's day gifts one day. With my nudging, he was sure to take note of how carefully she placed my new charm into the dove egg blue soft satchel and added it to it's perfectly matching box while finishing it off with the white ribbon that completes the package so nice. Top that? Yes, I can. The tax here was ridiculously low....4%! Yet, another reason to shop here before you return to the Mainland. I try to visit new Tiffany's when I can. For now, this location ranks as #1 in my book!

Doesn't have much a selection, but I bought myself a pair of pearl earrings from here as a present for making the deans list at my school. The woman who helped me was very professional and knowledgeable. They also clean and polish stuff here and I got my bracelet done though it took longer then it does at the San Francisco shop. However, I love this location and the fact that I can lay out on the beach and tan and sleep and then walk in after a lazy day and drop major $$$$ on jewellery without having to walk very far. -1 star for the lack of selection. Sorry... but I still LOVE you Tiffany's!!!!

Tony in the Wailea shops is so AMAZING. My friend and I are locals and sometimes we get that "look" from the sales associates. But NOPE Tony was nice and very informational with us. When I go back I'm definitely going to him and no one else. If you ever go to Tiffany's in Wailea, see Tony. He's the best!

The pretty blue box. Well that's what I think of when I come here anyway. Tiffany's has some gorgeous silver items. I went in here to shop for an Elsa Peretti designed heart shaped necklace (it looks so delicate and pretty against the skin) for a girlfriend of mine as her pre-wedding gift. The reps there welcomed me with a nice greeting, even though I looked like I probably didn't own a dime that day. One woman helped me find an "inexpensive" yet very tastefully classy necklace for her. I couldn't spend too much since flying out for the wedding, hotel fees, etc, had nearly wiped me clean that month. So I made sure the rep was aware, and she was very understanding and didn't act any way snobby about the fact that I was trying to save money walking into a Tiffany's. I love the attention to detail here. The rep put all of the items that I was considering on a jewelry "mat" and carried it around the store with me as I looked at other items. Then once I made my decision, she gently took the piece, put it in a small Tiffany blue pouch, gave me some blank Tiffany cards for my gift note, and placed everything in a Tiffany bag. You really do pay for service here! Some of their items are WAY overpriced though - a "little black book" (nothing special!) at nearly $50, standard silver cuff links for over $150. But if you're coming for the label and good quality jewelry, this is a nice stop.

I have purchased a few things at this Tiffany's while on vacation. Most recently, my husband and I stopped here a few days ago. I wish I would have had the gal's name because she was SO kind and great at her job. She noticed my necklace was from Tiffany's and offered to clean it immediately. She was very helpful and accommodating. Fast forward two days and my husband and I went back to get a gift. The gentleman that helped us looked at us like we were low-class citizens and it appeared as if we were bothering him (meanwhile nobody else was in the store shopping.) I wish I would have realized I needed a gift the first day as the gal that helped us was beyond deserving of the credit.

In my limited interaction with the other sex, I have found three general truths: (1) Girls like being complimented. Not over the top (i.e., your eyes radiate happiness like the sun---LOSER), but in passing (2) Girls have a sweet spot for a certain kind of food (3) Girls like little blue boxes. Obviously, this review concerns option (3) since this place is known for their little blue boxes which have been known to exceed the cost of any items on this planet So I dont know what I bought, but when we passed by it the first time on our way to the Makena lava flows, she checked out some ring with 5 diamonds on it. Being that my first enagagement ring was from the now closed Montgomery Ward, I was thinking of upgrading her anyways pretty soon. Long story short, and $8k later, I put it under her pillow the next morning. The reaction was like my kids during xmas! How can one little box get a grown adult so excited, and hot and bothered as much as this? Nevermind that I have heard that Tiffany overprices and over rates the quality of their gems. Didnt matter. So this got me thinking... Would getting one of those silver jewelry items which cost a fraction of the price but in the same blue box elicit a similar response? Read on and find out the results after Valentines Day. Minus one star for being so damn, effing expensive. I have been eyeing a set of 18" rims for my car and now have to wait a bit.

Went into this store to get my ring cleaned. While being on vacation, I had sand, lotion, and other elements on my ring that made my ring not so shiny. When I walked in, there was a salesman on the phone, and a saleswoman on the floor helping a customer. The salesman on the phone, looked at me raised his eyebrows I assumed him saying with the expression "do you have a question" My response was "where can I get my ring cleaned?" The saleswoman replied to me, " I can help you in a second, he is on the phone" My bad, maybe I shouldn't have looked at him in the first place and waited until he got off the phone. Once he got off the phone, he told me that it would take 3 DAYS for them to clean my ring. SERIOUSLY....and asked me what I needed cleaned. I took the ring off my neck. A third saleswoman walked out from the back to help me. She said she would assist me. Looked at my ring with her loop and said she would be right back. When she returned- my ring was sparkling! I thanked her and left...but have to mention those other sales people were horrible. and if they were to read this...This happened on Jan. 6 between 4-5pm. In conclusion, I don't know why I was treated in that manner (i.e. told it would take 3 days to clean my ring as well as treated so abrasively by that first saleswoman) all I know is that I find those two people's attitude as unacceptable, and happy that I didn't purchase my ring at this store.

Staff is friendly, and store is larger with a slightly larger selection than the Ka'anapali location. There are usually a good number of customers, but the store is well-staffed so service remains excellent.
