We got a chocolate strawberry shortcake with a custom Saw X edible image on top for my friend’s birthday. We were only in Philly for a few days and wanted a cool way to celebrate, and they went above and beyond with our order! We had issues with our flight being canceled and it pushed back our schedule, and they were very accommodating with the delivery service to make sure we could get the order in the end. Wonderful service and the cake was FANTASTIC despite having to get a day later than anticipated! Thank you so much for making my best friend’s day so special!! 100% recommend :)

Google
I ordered a cake when I came to pick it up at the designated time slot it took them a few minutes to find my cake. I thought that was a little unusual since they normally keep small preorder cakes that are due to be picked up in the front fridge but I brushed it off. The piping was supposed to be blue on the top and bottom. Instead it was white on the top and bottom with a blue band around the bottom piping. I was in a rush so I didn't get it fixed. It was supposed to be ½vanilla and ½chocolate, which I paid extra for, but when we cut it was all vanilla. You get one part wrong that's a mistake but to get half the order wrong that's just carelessness. It wasn't really a complicated order and it was an online order so no way anything could have been miscommunicated. It's like they gave me whatever they had laying around and got it close enough to my order to make it passable. I have been getting cakes here for years and the quality has been slowly declining. This is the final straw for me. It's really is messed up to deceive customers like this.

We had the pleasure of ordering our wedding cake through Tiffany's Bakery. We are not disappointed in the slightest by our decision! The cake was incredible! We ordered a chocolate chip pound cake with vanilla frosting. The taste was out of this world. Guests raved about how good it was! The design was elegant, with hints of eucalyptus and small florals. It matched our vision perfectly, and the attention to detail was evident! The vendor’s service was efficient and friendly. They were very responsive during the planning process and made sure to provide insight and clarification where necessary. The cake was displayed beautifully. It was a stunning centerpiece for our reception.

They did a phenomenal custom cake in under a week for a good price for my friend’s housewarming. I’m thankful they were able to pull it off

Google
CONGATS FROM TIFFANY'S! Absolutely do NOT recommend this bakery — the sheer disorganization and complete lack of customer service turned what should have been a special moment into a stressful, disappointing mess. Let me give some context: I pre-ordered a custom cake for a college graduation, a once-in-a-lifetime event. I even paid extra to have a specific logo included on the cake. Leading up to the week of pickup, I called multiple times to confirm the design details — no one ever returned my calls until two days before the pickup date. Red flag. When I arrived to pick up the cake — in pouring rain, no less — not only was the design completely wrong, but there was also a glaring misspelling in the word "Congrats". Yes, they managed to butcher even the most basic part of a celebratory cake. To make matters worse, the manager casually told me that if I wanted the cake fixed, I would have to drive it myself to a completely different location where the baker was. I even offered to wait or have it delivered later to my hotel, since the party wasn’t until dinner. They refused. Zero accountability. The end result? A cake that said “CONGATS” — and it became a running joke at the graduation celebration. How embarrassing. Bottom line: this bakery couldn't even execute something basic, let alone custom. If you care at all about your event, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else — anywhere else. The time, money, and emotional stress just aren't worth it.

Google
The lady who made my cake was extremely nice and sweet. The details on the cake were immaculate! I sent in a picture and she did everything PERFECT. The cake it self taste so good! It was worth every dollar and yall will be my new custom cake home. Thank you!

Google
A great find! I was looking for a fun treat to bring to our convention booth, and this bakery came in clutch. We grabbed a selection of their DoYo donut flavors: all good.

Google
What I ordered vs what I got... unacceptable presentation for a $200+ cake. It looks nothing like the photo. Would've been better off getting a supermarket cake and decorating it myself.

Yelp
I went to the location within the Fashion District (Gallery). As I walked up, I wasn't greeted although there were three people present. They were all working on something so that's understandable. I was helped by someone who spoke so quietly I struggled to hear them. I placed my small order online the day before, paying $3.20 for a "next-day rush job" only to find that the items I ordered could have been purchased same day. When I asked for a bag for items that I purchased, I was told they cost $.50. While I normally have a tote or reusable bag on me, I didn't this time and a more structured paper bag would have been nice to hold my fragile baked goods. All that being said, the cupcakes were delicious!

Yelp
I passed by on Friday night and I saw slices of chocolate strawberry shortcake. The lady at the store told me that they are only available on Fridays. Just like the regular strawberry shortcake, each slice is huge. I without a doubt prefer the chocolate version because it's richer but not too sweet. I wish it is available during the whole weekend.

Yelp
Do not buy a cake for a special occasion from this bakery! This is by far the worst cake I have ever ordered. It cost around $90 and it looked amateur and uncreative. I spent a considerable amount of time describing what I wanted and they still got it wrong. The lettering was not proportional and not spaced equally. It was suppose to also be on the bottom half of the cake not in the top middle. The bordered was suppose to be a rainbow border and it looked like multicolored squiggles that went round and round with no creative talent. They left sticks in the middle of the cake. Luckily nobody choked on one or bit into them. The top icing was so hard when I put candles on the cake it cracked like an egg shell. You put your trust into bakery then get severely disappointed. There is no guaranty what you end up with and they never make up for their mistakes and poor quality. Do not buy an custom cake for a special occasion from this bakery! You will be disappointed!

Yelp
I used to be a huge fan of the birthday cakes from here. I used to send everyone I know to Tiffany's to buy a birthday cake. But now they just aren't good. It used to be light and fluffy with a good crumb. Now it's dry. Very dry. The only reason I had a birthday cake from this place is because someone got it for me. I was told that they ordered an 8 inch cake. The cake looked really small so we measured it and it wasn't even a 7 inch cake!! Are you serious? It looks more like a 6 inch cake. Please reference the picture included. So yeah, sounds like we got ripped off. Small cake, big price tag, rip off. We will not be ordering from here again. I'll tell them to get cakes from someplace else from now on. I would rather get a cake from BJ's or Wegman's that a) tastes better and b) We get what we order. So TLDR: Got a cake from here, they gave us a smaller one than what was ordered (and PAID FOR), and got ripped off. Plus, cake has definitely gone downhill because it's dry now and no longer light and fluffy.

Yelp

Yelp
On a recent excursion downtown we popped into the Fashion District (the old gallery) and WOW what a change! I'll save my enthusiasm for that review! Walking by the display case of eye catching treats, I could simply not just walk by! I opted for some mini carrot cake cupcakes some mini red velvet cupcakes, an amazing looking iced brownie and some Oreo concoction from the sugar gods. I wish I could report they were as delicious as they presented yet I can not. The Oreo cake was dry and crumbly and the icing far too sweet. The carrot cake minis were tasty but really nothing super impressive and the brownie was equally as disappointing. The prices were not too high and the place was very clean. The counter help was a little abrupt and originally tossed all my minis in a paper bag, when I asked for a box she rolled her eyes. She barely acknowledged me and once I put my card in the reader she literally walked away. No receipt no thank you nothing. Delightful enough for eye candy - but not worthy of return patronage.

Yelp
Came by on a Thursday afternoon for a sweet treat. There weren't many people and the service was fast. The strawberry shortcake was highly recommended by a friend who used to live in the area. Unfortunately, it's not quite the same as before. I ordered a slice of strawberry shortcake, which comes out to ~$6. Strawberry Shortcake: 7/10 The strawberry and strawberry jam was fresh and delicious. However, the cream and cake itself was not as great. The cream and cake were fresh but the flavor was slacking. The cake texture was reminiscent of sheet cakes from BJ's. Dense and with a little bounce. Not anything particularly great to go out of the way for. The cream was a little lighter than the usual American icing but otherwise the same. The strawberries really carried the cake. I wouldn't come back for the strawberry shortcake. Recommend getting something else if you're looking to get dessert from this bakery.

Yelp
Im writing a review based on my experience today. I purchase two cake slices, each $5, two-three times weekly. Usually, since I'm there so often, the staff cuts cake slices for me if there's none already cut that are the kind i usually purchase. This is done with no problem, however today i arrive for my slices and Jessica tells me that she will not cut a cake into slices because there were other slices available, even though the slices available weren't slices that i usually purchase. The way i was treated today was very disappointing especially since i spend so much money with them and have throughout the pandemic. To treat a patron that way after I've spent so much money with them is just sad. This business is lucky to still be open, it's loyal customers like myself that has kept this business running. Unfortunately due to the way i was treated I'll have to take my money elsewhere. EDIT** I sent an email and recieved the correct response. I believe the worker just didn't want to do her job.

Yelp
My partner told me that I should try the cheesecake here in Philly. Living in NY, I've tried a few places and it's generally all good. Not really thinking who's going to top NY in the cheesecake department, until I tried the cheesecake from Tiffany's bakery and OMG! It was so fluffy, creamy, a slight buttery flavor and solid all in one dessert. I had to Milly Rick one time cuz it was everything! My taste buds have been craving another slice since I left. That cheesecake is worth the couple of hours drive to go get another.

Yelp
I've been coming to Tiffany's Bakery for many years and walk by the place practically everyday. My family and I really like the strawberry shortcake. I know a lot of people crap on their shortcake here, but the icing is nice and light and creamy, the cake is puffy and not dense at all, and the only negative is the amount of strawberries. It needs to be stuffed with more of them. Tiffany's sells A LOT of the strawberry shortcake either in full size cakes or in pretty nice sized pieces that can usually be good for two. The facility is in the food court concourse of the Fashion District, right by the entrance to SEPTA's Jefferson Station (or the old Market East). It always seems to be clean, and most staff are friendly and helpful. A few times I was surprised at how rudely I was treated. Sometimes the staffers were young and inexperienced resulting in not great service. The place also has awesome carrot cake, cookies, and other baked cake and pie goods. No breads here. They are also a bit on the expensive side. My recent purchase was a 7" Classic Shortcake which was $35.95, and two pieces of carrot cake which were $4.50 each. Everyone in my family again loved the freshness and flavor of the cakes. Tiffany's has been a go-to for a long time for the shortcake. They have been very consistent over the years. I think you should at least try them once. And if you have a better place, let me know so I can check them out!

Yelp
Do not trust the Google reviews. If you're lucky to have found this review before you ordered or made plans, you're in luck. Do not order from here. I called 1-2 weeks prior to Christmas Eve to verify whether I could order a cake and pick it up between 5-6 pm on Christmas Eve. Was told multiple times on the phone that this would be okay, I just had to place my order 48 hours ahead of time. I waited until 5-7 days prior to Christmas Eve to place the order. The next day I got an email saying that I wouldn't be able to pick up between 5-6 pm and that I should reschedule the delivery. ??? I thought we were all good. Now I can't reschedule because I'm working all day leading up to Christmas Eve so I have no time to pick up the cake. The miscommunication was terrible and left me frustrated. I would have just placed an order to pick up the cake sooner if Christmas Eve was out of the question. Also, they didn't want to waive the $38 delivery fee to have my cake delivered to me. Even though they screwed up and inconvenienced me. So because they would rather keep their $38... that's cool... here is your 1-star Yelp review to go with it and a big DO NOT BUY TIFFANY'S BAKERY EVER AGAIN warning for everyone else to see.. hope it was worth it

Ashly C.

Yelp
If I could give 0 stars I would! I took one bite into a cake pop & found mold in it! When I contacted the store, no one apologized and told me they were open everyday if I wanted to come back & get my $4 back... & then they told me they removed the cake pops & added new ones- meaning moldy cake pops have been sitting out for a bit! So gross, really unapologetic, & a health hazard. Don't ever come here!

Yelp
Tiffany's is located inside the FD mall on the lower basement level. It isn't my first choice when it comes to cakes for special occasions but certainly gets the job done. Recently got a tres leches cake which you need to place at least a day in advance. ~50 dollars for an 8 inch cake which unfortunately was extremely dry. Maybe is was just a bad batch? I suggest sticking to their other cakes which are far better. Their heath bar cookie is one of my favorite treats to get from here whenever I have a sweet tooth.

Militant M.

Yelp
My family and I enjpy the mini sweet potato pies. Moist, not hard and tastes on point. Goes well with coffee. Recipe is not too sweet or nor lacking ingredients. Just right. A nice treat to the tastebuds. They should post signs to inform customers of the charge for a nice sized paper bag. Staff is helpful and very courteous. Busy but they keep the line moving.

Yelp
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE - EITHER LOCATION (Market St. or Fashion District). My coworkers and I placed an order for a strawberry shortcake 1/4 sheet cake. We ordered two days in advance. When we went to pick up, the Market St. location told us they did not have it, and that we would have to go to the Fashion District location, even though our order confirmation clearly said Market St. Whatever, at least the Market St. people were pretty nice and called to confirm that the Fashion District location had it. We asked if they could deliver it, and they said no. They did offer a $10 gift card for our troubles... Although their system couldn't process it... Again, whatever. But it gets worse once we got to the Fashion District location. There is a woman working there that gives the absolute worst attitude for no reason. She was working between 10am-11am at the Fashion District location. The woman tried to deny that she had the cake as well until we said we watched the Market St. manager call and confirm... Then she said fine. She was incredibly rude, distasteful, and unapologetic. Terrible customer service over THEIR mistake. It a shame because every year for my manager I've gotten a cake from Tiffany's and every year it gets worse and worse. They have good cakes, but it's totally not worth facing their attitudes and mistakes that they fail to rectify.

Yelp
This isn't my first choice when it comes to baked goods, but it's good for what it is. You can tell by the pictures that things are very sweet here, but that's just what it is!

Yelp
I ordered a double layer half sheet cake for my husband's sixtieth birthday dinner. The young lady who took my order was friendly, professional, and very helpful when it came to choosing the perfect cake. The bakery is clean, bright, and cheery. The cake was delivered right on time, it was beautiful, and DELICIOUS. I will get all my cakes from Tiffany's Bakery. It was a real hit!

Yelp
Had a pretty positive experience one year ago when I came to the shop and had an image printed out in less than 5 minutes. In 2021 I called ahead and was told to come in and this was the process. This year, I called starting two days before my printing needed to be done to no answer on the phone multiple times. For over 30 minutes, the phone rang. I even tried connecting to the other location in case I could ask them the steps for getting an image printed. Assuming the steps were the same, I went in and asked where to send my picture for a quick cake image print out for $18. A very rude woman came out of the kitchen looking quite out of it and attempted to help me, but quoted that I'd have to pick up the next day. When i explained that I've been calling for a few days and that I was wondering if a quick print was possible (as there were 3 workers behind the counter) I was met with a very bad attitude, eye rolling, her voice rising as if she would get very angry with me, and eventually she said that I would have to wait for a random amount of time to get it printed out, but that it was possible. The interaction really made my day hard and based on many other reviews, this person is known for their bad service. Will take the time to support smaller, more kind businesses in the future. Their cake is a mistake!

Stefanie G.

Yelp
Super friendly owners and easy to work with! Our wedding venue contracted with them, and we would've been happy to buy direct. Our cake was even better than the sample! Cake tasting was a breeze with a pickup box of tons of enormous cupcakes and frostings so you could mix and match. We didn't want a huge cake, and we were insistent on funfetti. Sigrid created a perfect design, and also flexed our contract to have a perfect balance of mini cupcakes to match our cake, plus tons of doyos, their signature donut interpretation treat. We highly recommend a doyo/cake mix and our guests were delighted.
google avatar

Jenelle H.

Yelp
Meh...cupcake was dry and the frosting too sweet. There were flies in the bakery cases. I will not be returning.
google avatar

Kim J.

Yelp
Inside the Gallery on the Concourse (bottom) level. Everything is delicious!! The strawberry shortcake slice was my favorite! Light, not to sweet frosting like whipped cream, fresh strawberries versus fake compost tasting! HUGE slice!! Mini Sweet potato pie was good too! Chocolate pretzel was a perfect mix of sweet and salty! Highly recommended!!
google avatar

Jennifer N.

Yelp
Ordered a strawberry shortcake from here. Service was quick. The cake was so delicious! It was moist and the filling was semi-sweet. The strawberries was also semi-sweet, and not sour at all. Everyone enjoyed the cake and there was no complaints. Would 100% recommend!

Yelp
I haven't purchased anything from Tiffany's for years, but had a birthday party for my daughter in the Fashion District and it was a convenient option. I ordered and paid ahead. For 20 cupcakes it was 90 DOLLARS. I was shocked. The cupcakes were good but basic - buttercream icing and some sparkle dust on top. Not custom decorated or gourmet. The pricing here is insane! A neighborhood bakery is maybe 2/3 the price for theme-decorated, pinterest-like cupcakes. Tiffany's is good if you need a cupcake or two, but just a warning that if you need multiple you are going to be gouged.

Sanai L.

Yelp
i live this place, the deserts are so delicious. I highly recommend the cookie monster and elmo cupcakes.
google avatar

Eric L.

Yelp
Was recommended this place by a local. I scanned their menu by the pictures here on Yelp and decided to try the carrot cake cupcakes. The design of the cake definitely caught my attention. Overall the cupcake was alright it was just more on the drier side. I also tried their strawberry shortcake that a friend of mine had ordered. That one tasted pretty good.

Yelp
I decided to use Tiffany's to cater a work event I was planning. Usually, with catering orders, you deal directly with the bakery or owner, but I was told to order through the portal, which I did. I ordered 200 cupcakes and 8 jugs of coffee. I had to choose a four-hour delivery window and I chose 9-1 pm because my event was beginning at 2 pm. I followed up closer to the event, asking if they could deliver after noon because I worried that if it was delivered between 9-12 pm, the coffee would be cold by 2 pm. They assured me they would get the order to me closer to the event time. So, I am thinking they will show up between 12 and 1 pm. After 1 pm when they did not arrive, I checked their tracking and it said between 12:45 and 1: 45 pm delivery. I was okay with that. I would still have 15 minutes to set up. When it became 1:30 pm and they were no cupcakes/coffee, I started to get nervous. I checked the tracking and it says deliver 2:30-3:30 pm. I scramble, call the 844 number and go through the prompts trying to get a hold of a live person, while also sending out an email to the bakery. When I finally get through to someone, they say the driver is on the way, phew. This is about 1:35 pm and they are coming from Center City to University City. It's close to 2 pm and still no cupcakes/coffee, I call and email again. Once again I am assured, "the driver is en route." Me hyperventilating now, since I have this event planned for 300 people from 2-3 pm, have no coffee, no cupcakes, and only vegan brownies to offer at this point. I quickly send out an email saying our event is delayed. People are still arriving at 2 pm, because who checks their email right before an event? It's 2:15 my coworkers are trying to calm me down and tell me it will be okay. Guests are upset and restless. I call ONCE AGAIN and I am told the driver is on their way. I said you all told me that at 1:37 pm and it is now 2:15 pm, it does not take that long to get to UC from CC even WITH traffic. I mentioned you should check on that driver and make sure that he is okay. I am honestly concerned about him at this point. She said, yes, he's okay. I said what time did he leave your facility, she finally admitted he left at 1:57 pm and that there were two deliveries at the same time. I was about to lose it. I hung up the phone, threw up my arms, and vowed to never use this bakery for any professional or personal events again. The driver did show up at 2:20 pm. I was able to set up by 2:35 pm and our event ended at 3:00 pm. The cupcakes tasted good, that was the only saving grace, but I will not work with a company that lies to me and does not offer in any way to make up for their huge mistake. If the delivery time was an issue, to begin with, I would have canceled the coffee and had the cupcakes delivered earlier. There are ways to work around last-minute issues, but I cannot endorse a company with terrible customer service and outright lies. No offer to refund the delivery charge or give us 10% off, or even throw in a few extra cupcakes for their error. Just so you know, I waited a week to post this review, so I would be calm while writing it. I couldn't even take any photos because the event was in full swing by the time I was set up.

Yelp
Easy and smooth process from start to finish especially since I live two hours away. Ordered a birthday cake online on a Tuesday for curbside pickup by a family member on Thursday. The cake was beautiful, and it tasted even better! I was expecting the colors to be lighter shades of pink, but nevertheless it came out nice. It was reasonably priced as well, as others charged double the price for the same cake! I will definitely order from here in the near future.

Yelp
This bakery is located near the food court of the Fashion district mall (formerly the Gallery mall) and across from the entry for the Regional rail trains. All the items sampled (chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin cupcake, strawberry shortcake) were good. The strawberry shortcake was my favorite. The cake was moist, not too light and not heavy, the icing light and perfectly sweet, and the strawberries were fresh, plump and juicy. Unfortunately, being eager to dive into the sweet treats, I didn't get a good picture of any. Customers are directed to take a number and then wait for your turn to order. It gets kind of crowded in front of the small counter area as this means there is no orderly line-- kind of like the area in front of the supermarket deli counter. The staff members were efficient. I think a different ordering system, maybe a roped off line, would serve them better, nevertheless, I will definitely return for more of their goodies - most likely the strawberry shortcake. 4.5/5

Amy L.

Yelp
I love the strawberry short cake but recently it's different. It seems like they added fluff or cool whip along with the regular icing. The fluff stuff melts and I don't think it works with the normal delicious icing. If it ain't broke don't fix it!! Please remove the fluff it makes a mess. Also, my husband double parked and they wouldn't give me a bag. I ordered a large cake and utensils, plates and I didn't have a dollar for the bag. It's terrible to spend 60 dollars and not give someone a bag who drove 30 minutes each way and had to double park.

Yelp
After buying cakes and cupcakes a few times over the past year, I can confidently write that Tiffany's is not as good as it used to be. The strawberry shortcakes taste stale and store-bought, as do the cupcakes. Back in the day, I loved treating myself to Tiffany's when it was on the ground floor of the Gallery. Now, this place has joined the litany of spots that used to be good. Sigh.

Patty S.

Yelp
Just got back from my daughter's wedding and as tired as I am, I still had to make the time to say what a beautiful cake you delivered and how delicious it was. I also ordered your specialty donuts and they were a big hit. Thank you for helping to make this a special day! Many thanks.

Yelp
Loved this place, got a confetti cupcake and a birthday cake for my wife! This was definitely a go to in the Primark Mall which was a close distance to our hotel. Also try the chocolate covered pretzels and Kit Kat cupcake those were essential for me!

Nicholle K.

Yelp
Recently bought the Strawberry Shortcake slices for s birthday and the large happy birthday cupcakes. I didn't eat the cupcakes but was told that they were good. The Strawberry Shortcake slices looked humongous and scrumptious in the bakery case. When I got them home the cake part of the slices were cold and kinda dry until I let the slices sit out a bit and get room temperature. At that point the cake part was a little bit better. The cake part is VERY dense. There was a "ton" of whipped cream on top and in between the two cake layers. I'd say the best part in my opinion was how the chopped strawberries and whipped cream in the middle blended with a sweet and creamy taste. Otherwise, the cake part could've been more moist. I'd try again.

Yelp
I was in the fashion District with my daughter today. I bought her a cupcake that is literally bigger than her head which she absolutely loved. What little love it that she shared was quite frankly the best baked goods I have had in Center City or South Philadelphia as long as I can remember. We will definitely be going back! The one thing I would suggest is I noticed that they didn't sell cake slices like a lot of these places do. Sometimes those of us who are not trying to eat 3000 cal in one sitting would appreciate that but otherwise it is definitely worth going to again and again and again

Yelp
What I ordered vs What I recieved! I arrived at 1pm. I called & said I'm here to pick up my order. The person said they'll be up in a few minutes with my order. Once there the men giving out the first batch of orders were angry & frustrated justifying why the wait was so long cause they're understaffed. My order was not in that batch. People had waited so long some began to leave & ask for refunds. 45mins later after my initial call my order was finally given to me. It was cold & windy so the wait seemed longer.I am very displeased and infuriated with this inaccuracy of an order, unacceptable for a $30 cake to come out looking like this!

Yelp
I always love their strawberry shortcake! Fluffy and not too sweet, perfect for my afternoon tea. If you really like their shortcake, better buy the whole cake. They sell 1 piece for $4 They sell various cupcakes and cheesecake too.

Yelp
My colleague ordered a custom-made vanilla cake from Tiffany's and everyone in our office loved it. It wasn't too sugary, but it still had that sweetness. I went back to get an Oreo cake, and we devoured it. They have a lot of variety in their cakes in terms of flavors and size. I can't wait to try their breakfast menu and all of their mini pastries. They look so adorable and pretty! Kudos to the sales associate: there was a line forming and one of the entitled customer heckled at her to hurry up, but she never got flustered. She properly handled all the customers in a respectful and professional manner. This place is little bit hard to find since it's Suburban. It' right next to the Philadelphia Pretzel store. Use the entrance across City Hall/Dilworth Park, go down the escalator, then it's right in front of you.

Yelp
The chocolate chip cookie was good. The chocolate cupcake was pretty dry. I was anticipating a moist, soft cupcake and I didn't get that. If I find myself in the mall, I may try another one just to see if I maybe got a bad one this time, but I'm not rushing back.

Yelp
[to the tune of "How Sweet It Is" by James Taylor] How sweet it is to buy cakes from you... I needed a cake made with carrots... and there you were. I needed some icing, and Happy Birthday... and there you were. With sweet filling... my emotions. For this cake.. I'd cross the ocean... I wanna STOP and thank you Tiffany I've gotta STOP - thank you Tiffany, yes indeed... How sweet it is to buy cakes from YOU! (X2) I cut that cake one night People asked how they lived without it in their lives! Every single bit, and I wanted more How had I not tried this cake before? And you brighten up the Fashion District all of the ways With some sweets and treats for all kinds of days I wanna STOP and thank you Tiffany I've gotta STOP - thank you Tiffany, yes indeed... This little gem under the Fashion District has taken the struggle out of buying a cake for friends on a time-crunch. I needed something for a large birthday dinner, and was struggling to grab something that wouldn't break the bank. $29 for a cake that fed the entire party was AMAZING! and everyone admitted, the carrot cake was one of the best they'd ever tried. It took a little while to find, and service was a bit slower than ideal, but there were a lot of kids around (mostly buying sodas) and maybe that stressed out the staff. Great experience - I'd go back!

Yelp
I have been a customer of Tiffany's Bakery for over 20 years. I think they have the best pastries in Center City. What I do not like is the new opening time of 11:00 A.M. What bakery opens at 11:00? That's almost lunchtime! I miss the cinnamon buns and Danish with my morning coffee. I'm sorry-but until you get back to normal bakery hours- you won't see me again!

Yelp
Wonderful Wonderful bakery, a little bit of a sketchy location. My mom came in town for her birthday so I really wanted to get her a German Chocolate cake. I came across this bakery and was able to order the cake online. The cake was DELICIOUS and it was such a beautiful cake. My only concern was getting the cake. I picked it up in their Suburban Station location and it was very hard to find. I walked around about 3 times before being able to find it. Nonetheless, the cake was worth it!

Yelp
Here's the thing with Tiffany's, they actually sell a great product. It's not some orgasm-in-your mouth pastry or breakfast sandwich that you cannot get anywhere else. But, what they do are damn good cakes, cupcakes, danishes, eclairs, etc but it's such a frustrating and miserable process, it's hard to really want to go to Tiffany's if another bakery is nearby. Pros: Cakes and cupcakes really are delicious. They won't blow you away, but they're quality, moist, and traditional. Pastries and breakfast items are also not bad. Breakfast items and coffee are properly priced and fairly for the area. The cake ordering is easy and convenient and the cakes are delicious. Cons: It's a premium bakery with premium prices. 4.99 large cupcakes, more expensive cake slices. Service is really hit or miss. Sometimes it's rude and difficult and other times it's pleasant and comfortable. It's rarely fast. It's often rude. The ticket machine at the counter at the new one in the Gallery *ahem* Fashion District isn't prominent, but the cashiers are devoted to only using it even as people meander up to the counter. Selection is often limited for a bakery. Conclusion: It's a quick and easy stop for baked good and breakfasts that works for nearby offices. That's what Tiffany's is - a decent place to get a cake for an office birthday or event and maybe a decent breakfast item.

Yelp
Update 2019- Another year and another fabulous cake! They have started a new process where you email pictures and get a pricing estimate. You have to do this 24 hour in advance of ordering. My mommy-brain that runs around at the last minute for parties will have trouble with this- but I understand the rational. I order/picked up from Jefferson Station location (still open during construction) and the staff is very friendly. Will be back next year :)

Yelp
For my daughter's 13 birthday I decided last minute to give her a birthday party due to her losing her father two weeks before her birthday. I wanted everything to be perfect in a not-so-perfect time in her life. I emailed several bakeries to see my visions for cakes come to life, but Tiffany's was the only bakery to not only respond, but make it come thru. I bugged the bakery to death but she was kind & patient. Honest about what could be done as well. I ordered two cakes for two different days. The 1st being a two-tiered gift box pound cake & the other cake was a Harry Potter Themed cake. When I say both cakes were beautiful, they blew me away! I was extremely pleased when I saw them. I was nervous to pay a hefty price & not get what I asked for or what was discussed, but both cakes came out extremely nice. Even the workers at the counter were excited for me to see the cakes. Especially the Harry Potter cake. I had people asking where I got them from & I gladly let them know. I will be using Tiffany's from now on for all my custom cake needs! Ms. Sigrid Benedetti @ Tiffany's Bakery thank you so much for all your hard work & making my daughter's day with both cakes, she was extremely happy as was I.

Yelp
Tried them for the first time. Had an awful experience. Sent a dessert tray to someone at their office as a birthday gift. I picked out about $70 worth of cookies, mini cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries etc. There is no place on the website that tells you how big the tray is so I wrote in the "special instructions" box: please call me if this is not enough to fill the tray. it's a surprise birthday gift. I left my cell. No one called. The person I sent it to sent me this picture. I was so embarrassed- couldn't believe they sent a half empty tray, especially given my note. And they attached a receipt. (I said it was a gift! Seriously?) Called twice to complain. They really could care less. Their response was that the person who makes up the tray doesn't read the special instructions. What? Terrible service. Never again.

Yelp
Bought a slice of strawberry shortcake from Jefferson Station. The Good- Strawberries were sweet. Cream seemed fresh. The Bad- Cake was DRY and FLAVORLESS. Tasted like store bought. Unfriendly staff. Would not purchase the strawberry shortcake again.
