Excellent brown sugar boba and I loved the crispy and juicy large chicken cutlet. I got the popcorn chicken and thought the big one was better. Fries were also crispy. Box it came in could have been smaller to make the portions look bigger

The ambience, food taste and quality was really good. The quantity is pretty huge. It’s definitely worth trying.

I really enjoyed my first time here! There was no inside seating when I came, so that was a bummer. The prices are great and they have a few size options. The #4 coffee latte was so good! The #1 signature drink was good also, and they both had a good amount of sweetness. Spent $13 before tip, worth trying when in the area. I thought it was interesting that it is an upcharge for no ice ($.25), so I thought the cup would be fully of ice, but it wasn't. I recommend coming here.

Nice place to stop by for a quick boba drink. Offers a small variety of boba teas. Pricing is average between $4.50 - $5.25. The staff wore masks and had quick service. No seating was available. Nice for tea lattes and cream teas. They sell metal straws with cleaners also. ENJOY!

The drink is good, but the fried chicken I would not recommend. I got the crispy wing, there's too many bone fragments , not crispy and still cold inside 🤮🤮

• walked in and two boys behind the counter were talking. They looked our way but weren't greeted/acknowledged. • when I decided what to order, I started talking to one of the boys and he cut me off mid-sentence and he said "Cash or Card" I said "oh, sorry. Card." "Then you use the kiosk." "Oh" "Yeah....." He rolled his eyes and went back to talking to his coworker. Now, the drink itself was pretty good and it came out extra fast. But I'm gonna be honest, the bad customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. This is sad because, ultimately, this is someone's business that they worked really hard to build and a kid with a bad attitude is driving people away from their business. 🤷‍♀️ I'll just go to another boba place, I guess.

I have to admit that they have the best brown sugar boba in the area. They are now serving fried chicken which is a plus.

Solid boba if you're in the area and want a brown sugar milk tea! The process from entering to getting a drink is always very streamlined and quick. Lately I do feel like I wished it was a bit sweeter, but that's just my personal taste - the boba is always solid with taste and texture too, but nothing too amazing. Overall a great option to try, especially after a good meal in the area!

I got their signature drink and it did not disappoint! I appreciated how the drink was not overly sweet the way most brown sugar drinks are. The boba itself was also very fresh. The drinks came out a few minutes after ordering! There's approximately 10 seats inside if you choose to enjoy your drink in there.

Love th Taiwanese fried chicken which was nice and fresh and huge! but skip the fries which were cold and limp. Also don't recommend the spicy powder which was strangely sweet. Golden oolong tea was good and the pearls were lovely and fresh.

I really like Tigar Sugar. Parking can be tricky in the evenings because the plaza is busy in the afternoons, but everyone is incredibly nice here. When you walk in, you order your drink through the kiosk, which makes things easy. The only downside is you can't adjust the sugar amount on most of their drinks. All the black sugar drinks are fantastic! I haven't had a disappointing drink. However, for the price, the drink sizes are a bit small for them. I wouldn't recommend this cafe if you want to hangout with friends because there isn't a lot of seating space inside.

Black Sugar Milk Tea with Boba and Pearls Solid milk tea! Can't control the sugar level on this specific order though, so it was a touch too sweet for me. Boba and pearls were yummy, the pearls I think are the smaller ones. Cute interior, very efficient staff

Went here to try their boba coffee! Loved the flavor! Have been here twice already this past month and really love the flavors here! Service is quick. You can order online or via kiosks. Will be trying other flavors soon!

I haven't been to tiger sugar in years but I went last weekend for the hello kitty collab! The event was cute and intense- I got there over 3 hours before opening, but it was worth it to be the first 10 in line for the free promo hello kitty reusable boba holder and BOGO deal. Besides the event; the workers were so kind to answer my questions on the drink specifics considering the line they had. I got 2 kitty crushes (crystal boba and aloe jelly) which is essentially strawberry milk tea with toppings and jam. So good! Most of the boba drinks here aren't sugar adjustable and on the sweeter side. I'd rec this place if you like more processed boba versus traditional/authentic ones- it's really just a preference. Come here if you have an extreme sweet tooth since this location was clean, efficient, and nice.

I had to see what all the rage was at tiger sugar with their hello kitty collab. The story was pretty packed when we were there, but was it was convenient to order with their self order machines. We tried their hello kitty special drink and I would said it wasn't my favorite. I ended up order the #1 - their classic drink - and I really enjoyed that. The best part of the experience was getting the hello kitty souvenir. I'll be back for sure to try their other drinks.

I had only been to the Tiger Sugar in NYC but this one was equally amazing! I absolutely love the taste of the tea and the pearls/boba at TS are unmatched. Fun note: they have a "jumbo" sized boba option that seems insane but also very fun. Love TS as a high-quality boba option

We tried this Boba spot after our Korean lunch and it was tasty. It's different from your usual boba spot so we took some time to figure out what we wanted to try. Kiddo ordered the mango sago and she loved it. I got the taro and it was good but the texture took a little getting used to. Hubs got the black tea. I would like to come back and try a fruity drink next time.

This place is regularly hoppin' with folks looking for a boba fix! The ingredients seem quality, and I'm impressed with the "hot" options. You can customize your drink "to the nines" - love that. The only drawback (which isn't a drawback if you are a regular and know what you want) is the kiosk-ordering format. There are three... but when it's so busy, there's regularly a line for any of them. The big screens are easy to read, but there's lots of scrolling due to how many options there are! It can be intimidating to have a long line behind you if you're still not sure what you want. Also, don't come expecting to sit. See above about the crowd in the small space; there are understandably no chairs!

We came by after having some wings right before they closed. We had no problems ordering, paying, or getting our drink. The drinks was wonderful!

You can get so many of their drinks with oat or soy milk! I had their matcha drink with oat milk, boba, and minus the cold foam. It was very sweet, but still a great treat. They are currently having a promotion with Hello Kitty, which is the cutest little touch. A must try place in Carrollton!

We've tried countless places and this is more of its not my taste- it's wayyyy too sweet and sweetness can not be adjusted here. Usually used to get the regular boba here We tried the new B S Boba & Pearl Milk W/ Cream Mousse- (Would NOT recommend- it has I'm guessing real taro chucks or something mushy like sweet potatoes on the bottom and the taste... it weird compared to the regular) stick to the regular Bs Boba&Pearl Milk- Worth trying at least once but there are so many other boba tea places aright around that area that there's always somewhere else that will fit your taste better!

If you're in the Carrollton area, this spot is a MUST! You can order at one of their kiosks or at the counter. It is sooo good and I'm always craving their milk tea and boba+pearl. Just know that there is not much seating inside. TS never disappoints!

Tiger Sugar was my introduction to brown sugar boba tea back in Korea. The lines were always so long and down several blocks so I had to make a stop when I visited Dallas. And I am very glad that there wasn't a line down the entire plaza. My drink came quick. I ordered the signature because it's the best and the prettiest drink. It tastes wonderful. It's not overpowering in sweetness but not bland either. But if you order this drink, it's very important to mix everything together. Take your photo and then mix mix mix until everything is blended. If you don't, you are basically drinking bland milk tea.

Upon walk-in, the shop is a bit small. However, I was in the mood to try something new in the area, so I was okay with staying and giving the Tiger Sugar a try. Since I am not into any boba tea that is too sweet, I could not order the drinks that do not come with a sweetness adjustment option. No problem, because they have a list of tea lattes that I don't mind trying. Ordered one of the tea lattes, felt it was lacking the creaminess aspect of most milk-teas, so I went and ordered a cheese mousse version to see if it would be better... I cannot say I have found my drink yet. Will try other drinks next time. Why four-stars even when I have yet to find my Tiger Sugar drink? The lady and the guy behind the cashier were really helpful. After I sat there and studied for a bit, they suddenly even asked if I would care to take this extra bowl of noodles they happened to get.

Yum! This tea was really good! Cute little place, not really too much in there seating wise probably because of COVID shutdowns. Other than that it was easy to order and the cashier was able to give insights on the different types of creams they have. They don't have a ton of drink options to choose from but they do have good ones. Not as sweet as I'm use to with boba teas but that's not a bad thing either. Oh and they do have lactose free and soy milk!

Easy to Order! They only have one size & a pretty simple menu. Nothing overwhelming & the menu has pictures. I ordered the signature drink which is a brown sugar boba. The texture of their boba is a lot softer than others. I really like how gentle & small their pearls are. I wish you could get a bigger size & request less or more ice. I'm sure you could ask. My drink was delicious, I recommend the #1. COVID: the place is safe, social distancing enforced as there is no seating. They have a clear screen separating them from the customer. Masks are worn & encouraged at the time I went. If I'm in the area, I would absolutely stop by.

The OG boba milk tea. All of their creations are delicious and their boba is the PERFECT texture. I have tried several drinks from them and they have all been superb. No complaints!

Wow... tasted a lot of brown sugar boba... but this is legit. It's so creamy and delish. I love that they have a few series to choose from. Trust me when I say this, take your time and read the menu and ask questions. It's not just brown sugar boba milk. They got brown sugar boba milk tea and more. My son loves the brown sugar w boba milk w extra boba. I love the regular brown sugar boba w tea. The cup is a bit smaller than normal but it's perfect for me to finish. The staff was super nice and very fast. We didn't have to wait long even though there was a line at the door. This place isn't very big and it's in a huge shopping strip. Parking isn't great, but it moves.

with this being the only location in dallas, i always make a point to stop in and grab a drink when i'm in the area. i love the mini tapioca balls and pudding add ins. i like that they have oolong tea as an option for some of their drinks. however, the counter is cash only now and they force you to use the self service kiosks for credit card payments (unless you show up like 30 minutes prior to closing, then they'll take CC orders at the counter) kiosks are ok i guess, but makes the little shop seem cluttered and there's people just waiting around everywhere.

First time here and it was pretty good! When you walk in, there's 3 machines where you would order your drinks and pay with credit card. Very convenient because you can take your time on selecting your options. The only time you would have to order with someone at the register is if you are paying cash only. There are no inside seatings. You get a ticket with a number. They will call out your number when your order is ready. The drinks here are pretty decent. Prices are almost the same everywhere else. I tried the matcha and lychee black tea. They were good! There's not a lot of options for add ons in your drink. They had maybe about 5 toppings. I saw that they have happy hour Monday through Thursday 3:pm till 7:pm for a free upgrade drink. Good deal!

Brown Sugar Milk Boba, Pearl & Cream Mousse - 4/5 Always order the signature drink. The combination of cream mousse, brown sugar, and milk is sooo tasty. This is one of my favorite locations.

Loved my tea. I got an Golden Oolong Tea Latte W. Cream Cheese Mousse and boba! The boba was warm and chewy. I got my drink quickly after ordering on the kiosk. I really enjoyed my drink and would return!

This place has been a hot spot for a while and I finally got the chance to try it out! I got the popular tiger signature drink, and it was great. Very light and not too sweet! You have to be careful when ordering because pearls and boba mean 2 different things here. I guess one indicates big tapioca balls and the other indicates small ones. I got a little confused and ended up with both, but it was still delicious!

I got the tiger sugar drink with cream with half sugar and ice. It was really delicious. The boba was sweet and chewy.

This is the place that makes the famous boba bars and I finally found a brick and mortar place in Texas! I introduced this place to my boyfriends family and they're not usually big fans of boba or milk tea and they finished these bobas so fast. My boyfriend also LOVED the tea here. I thought it was so delicious but I'm weird and I'm not a big fan of super milky drinks so if you like milky, this place is going to be perfect for you. You can't adjust the sweetness level or ice level on the "Signature" Black Sugar Boba+Pearl with Cream Mousse because they have the recipe down. But you can adjust sweetness and ice level on their regular teas and I can't wait to come back to try the black sugar black tea with boba!

The interior is really cute. They have plexiglass and a handy microphone for communication. Green Tea with Cream Mousse - YUM!! It's one of the best drinks I've had in a long time. I'm not sure if you can change sweetness here but next time I'd go a little lighter on the sweetness. The signature black sugar boba milk tea - #2 I believe? It was definitely way too sweet for my liking but their jelly is so delicious! It tasted just like a creme brulee.

Got the #1 signature and enjoyed it! The brown sugar on the pearls was pretty sweet by itself, however, after mixing it more with the milk, it was a good ratio. The texture of the pearls was very chewy and just the way I liked it. They have kiosks for you to self order which makes the ordering process very easy. This is one of the few places that I've seen charge extra for not getting ice though. They are currently not open to indoor sitting which is unfortunate because the interior seems pretty nice.

Employees wear masks, hand sanitizer is available for customer use, store and restroom is clean. It can get busy and the store gets filled up quickly inside.

I'm normally not a big fan of brown sugar boba, so I rarely visit this establishment. The tea is brewed mildly, and their boba overall is just too sweet for my taste no matter how much I adjust the sweetness. If you're a fan for sweet boba milk tea, this is the place for you - but unfortunately not for me.

So excited they open this store closer to home so I don't have to drive all the way to Carrollton. Best boba drinks thus far. I'm so addicted to their signature coffee jelly drink. Only little sad that I can't modify sugar level.

I love boba so I've been looking forward to trying the popular tiger sugar and it definitely lived up to the hype! The taste, sweetness and texture of the brown sugar boba was perfect! I wasn't a huge fan of the pearls but with the tapioca balls it was great! Servers were very pleasant and helpful.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Tiger Sugar is amazingggg! We are always so excited for the rare moments we're on this side of town to get a sweet taste of the best boba! I've recommended TS to a bunch of my friends and my husband raves about them. Can't wait for my next fill!

Tiger sugar has potential but their main menu is just milk and boba. Def overcharge the milk. It sucks can't really adjust the sugar level. Only adjustable is. What I like is the mochi soybean drink they have. I got their green tea and that had adjustable sweetness. I liked their mini boba. But overall it's super sweet drink and it's more a dessert type of drink. Not really an everyday

First heard about this place when I visited NYC last August of 2019. Yes, there were several locations but the line is always gazillion miles long. We opted not to waste time waiting in line vs. sight seeing. *sad face* Six months later, I heard DFW is opening their first store. I was so excited then covid ruined it. I had to wait another few months to get a hold of "tiger". The line seemed long upon arrival but it more looks like due to social distancing. Ordered 2 of their signature milk tea (all for me :D) and it was the best sugar milk teas I've had! Especially on a hot day, yes, it is milk, but very very refreshing!! There may be some kind of Tiger King sorcery put in there. It's addicting!! Expect a line when you show up, mask on, review menu online to not hold the line even longer, practice social distancing while waiting. I promise, it's worth it.

Absolutely love tiger sugar! This place got me hooked on boba tea in general. I love the order efficiency, it's all done through a computer, your ticket is printed and bam your drink is on the way. I always get the signature but I'm sure everything on the menu is amazing. It's a most stop every time I'm on the Carrollton area.

Although the inside can do some renovations, the drinks are really good. I always get the classic brown sugar with coffee jelly & it's good every time!

It had a flavor of coffee to it but was overall smooth and light, whereas a lot of other milk teas I've had sit pretty heavy. The boba is tasty too. It's got a brown sugar taste with the classic chew, making a delicious add-in. Lastly, the jelly was also a great touch; small soft chewables with a coffee kinda taste. Overall, these all pair deliciously together for a light drink that's got strong flavor. PROS: - great price point for the boba - delicious and quality boba / jelly add-ins - quick and polite service CONS: - interior is a bit small; no seating inside

My wife and I were introduced to Tiger Sugar yesterday, and so far I have visited this place two times in two days. I just love their Signature Black Sugar Boba Pearl with Cream mousse, it is to drink to! I never had a drink with two sizes of boba in it. Which to me is unique by itself. Also I love the warm boba with the surgery, cool, refreshing drink, getting slurped down into my belly. It's a wondrous enjoyment. As for the store I have just parked out side of it. I sent my wife in to get the drinks. I have to say that service seems to move pretty fast. Also with the pandemic the workers are wearing masks, as well as most of the customers. Which is great, since I feel better when I see that at a place that I'm going to drink something from. Now I have to say this isn't your ordinary boba place, I have had only their one drink, and honestly that is all they really need to be successful. So if you are in the Old Denton/K town area you really have to try Tiger Sugar it is well worth it.

Oh my goodness I wish I could take this with me to where I live. The signature drink is amaaaazing! It has such a creamy flavor like I've never tasted in any other bubble tea. And it's not too sweet, just the right amount. And the BUBBLES are the best part! It was such a surprise to taste a mix of small and regular sized pearls. The texture is like a party in your mouth. I actually went back for another drink after I finished the first one, and got only small pearls and it just didn't have the same effect. It's hard to chew when they're all small like that. I'm back today for my two day streak and letting my husband get it because he's a medical staff and they offer 20% off your drink! So sweet! The staff is friendly and fast, even though there's a line, I only waited maybe 3 minutes. Definitely recommend this bubble tea. I like it better than Kung fu tea, which was my favorite. Will visit here as much as I can until I leave town.

This boba place is unique in the sense that their main signature boba is good that you would order it over and over. The boba has a creamy consistency and the pearls are soft and chewy, but not in a bad way. Flavor is exceptional especially if you like sweet. I've brought multiple people here and everyone enjoys it-we all kinda wished it came in a large size :) Don't be scared by the line, it moves fast.

Went for soft opening and Okay, it lived up to the hype!! Surprisingly, it wasn't overly sweet. They weighed everything from the mini boba to the regular boba to the ice. I guess they came up with a formulation that they felt was perfect. I enjoyed the two diff sizes of boba. It was a bit too soft at first but once it cooled down with the drink, it had the perfect amount of chewiness. There were no seating, hopefully they add some when they officially open.

Excellent boba. The caramelized sugar flavor is really delightful. It's like...drinking a crème brūlée. I suppose this place stays hopping bc while you may walk in with only 2 ppl ahead of you, you'll find that 2 blinks later there'll be a small cue outside the door. Service moves rather quickly though, so don't let that deter you. There wasn't a single person on staff who wasn't delightful, kind, professional, helpful or friendly. And that's HUGE. Like, when does that happen? There was one employee though who was so darn adorable. As soon as he would see a like, he'd announce loudly...."we will be with you as soon as possible." And when I picked up my drink, he so lovely said.."and doooon't forget to shaaaaake before you driiiink!" ... And there were accompanying hand gestures and a tiny shimey. Seriously, if I could have packed him up right then, I would have. Haha. Adorable. And honestly, in the gloom of 2020 Rona' and election season....he was so refreshing. I git their trademark signature drink....it was a touch over $5....yeah it's expensive...but honestly, the quality and the overall service is what will keep me coming back.
