Decided to try this chain since it has one of the higher Google ratings around the New World Mall area. The Taro Pudding Boba Milk Tea is good if you love taro due to the creaminess and bite-sized taro bits. The other two drinks, Signature No. 1 Black Sugar Boba and Passion Fruit Tea, were enjoyable. The drinks have an aesthetic appeal with stripes of caramel streaking the insides, akin to latte art. Lastly, they were quick with our order.

Located in the basement food court of New World Mall. This place used to be on Main st before they moved. Used to have extremely long line and blocking sidewalks. The drinks are creative but mediocre. The mochi milk with cream mousse wasn’t good at all. And they are generally overpriced and not even tax included like the rest of the stalls. Nothing to hype up about.

Tiger Sugar is a popular bubble tea chain. However, some reviewers mention the drinks can be quite sweet, and there might be long queues during peak hours. Overall, it tends to receive positive reviews for its unique and flavorful beverages.

I had high expectations. I ordered the Boba Black Tea Pudding Milk drink. It really was like pudding more than milk! Hard to drink thru a straw. Next time I would not order a pudding milk but glad I tried it so now I know what that is. It was yummy overall. This is one of the booths in the New World Mall food court. I got a seat at a table luckily as it was crowded.

My family and i love coming to Tiger Sugar. The variety of brown sugar boba tea are incredible. The service is fast and friendly and its located in the heart of Flushing where there are many shops. Once you have Tiger Sugar you will be smitten. You'll sigh longingly like a besotted lover about it when you pass other bubble tea shops because you know it will NOT be anywhere near the experience of Tiger Sugar. The delicate and flavorful quality of each flavor is showstopping and the boba is a perfect texture. The staff are receptive and service-oriented and it shows in their movements and cleanliness of the location. Truly, once you have Tiger Sugar your bubble tea life will never be the same again.

I ordered a lychee drink, it is so so but the bakery is quite good.

Fantastic place to get authentic bubble tea! I love the original boba drink, it's not too sweet. The line is long sometimes but it's definitely worth the wait. I've attached some photos of the menu and the store below. Definitely check out this new boba place!

I would say the brown sugar bubble tea is great but the service is awful. The reason might be they just open for few days, or the owner tried to earn more reputation by long line waiting people. I came for workday, the line not so long but I spent 30 minutes on making an order. The staff stopped helping customers after 1 order which mean the long line cause by malicious blocking. The making order speed also slow even they have 7 staffs😂. Tiger sugar is a pretty famous bubble tea shop in Taiwan. It represents the reputation for Taiwanese so hope the way of running business won't mess up it.

We came here to try their pastries. We got the signature vanilla éclair & croissant egg tart. The éclair was amazing!!! Highly recommended! It was so crunchy on the outside & creamy. The croissant egg tart was ok. The egg part was yummy. The croissant part was ok. Friendly staff.

I have been frequenting this Tiger Sugar for a few years, since it was at its old location close by. This is definitely a guilty pleasure, since the drinks are on the sweeter side compared to other bubble tea places in the area, and you cannot adjust the sweetness based on the drinks I have ordered. I really like the strawberry mochi milk with cream mousse (you can choose to order it without the mochi) - I would say it is the best milk based strawberry bubble tea I have tried. If you like strawberry/strawberry shortcake, I would recommend this. Their signature black sugar milk boba + pearl with cream mousse is a must try if you are craving sugar - it is heavier than competitors like the brown sugar boba milk at Xing Fu Tang, so if you like/need something lighter, I would recommend XFT. Tiger Sugar also has a coffee version of this signature drink if you need a little more of a pick me up. There are also fruity drinks like the mango sago and the lychee black tea, which are both refreshing and come with sago and bursting bubble respectively. Note that the lychee black tea sugar level CAN be adjusted :) The mango sago is my personal favorite fruity drink.

During my stay in Flushing, my dad got me the Brown Sugar Boba Tea from Tiger Sugar - I've had the bubble tea here before but was surprised when it came in a adorable Hello Kitty cup (for their collaboration) I would say drinks always taste better when you're drinking from a cute cup! The Brown Sugar Milk Tea always hits the spot. The bubbles had a good texture but the taste is pretty average for me. A bit too sweet for my liking. It's pretty good but nothing special to rave about in my opinion. I would love to try some of the other drinks on the menu next time though. Their drinks seem to have better quality than other spots!

I would recommend the brown sugar milk tea with boba. The boba is a bit smaller than the typical boba size which confused me at first, but still very tasty!

When out in Flushing, Queens area, there are way too many bubble tea places to choose from. Some are way better than others but I have to say Tiger sugar is definitely on the higher end of the scale. When they first opened years ago, there was always a line out the door with people waiting forever. There's still a line now, but less. Uniqueness of tiger sugar is their boba. It's the right texture, not too chewy or too soft. Plus the tapioca has the normal size and the tiny size pearls. Makes it more unique and enjoyable. Worth a try for sure

This is a stall located inside the food court. Ordered two passion fruit oolong teas. The teas were below average. Loaded with way too much jelly. If I can give the service and attitude from the staff a negative star, I would. You can tell the guy didn't want to be there. Inpatient and pissed off was written all over his face. When I return to pick up my order. He was busy munching on his lunch.

Can't go wrong with tiger sugar drinks! The bobas are always perfectly made. Perfect amount of sweet and chewy. The tea flavor is always rich too, not watered down like some of these can be! This is definitely a solid bubble tea! Service is good too! They were busy but line moved quick and drink was made quick. All in all great experience! Thanks!

I had the #1, black sugar boba + pearl milk with cream mousse. This drink was amazing. Flavor was spot on and the boba was really good...wish I could've gotten extra boba. Service was quick for such a busy place. The drink is like $7.50 or so, but worth it...especially on such a hot and humid summer day in NY.

This is my go to bubble tea whenever I am in Main Street. They have changed their location to the food court in the mall. Although it is a bit overpriced, my favorite option is the number 2 which is brown sugar boba milk, pearl with tiger sugar and cream mousse. Since it is a very popular boba spot, the wait can be a bit long to get your order. For me, this is the perfect combination of caffeine and boba.

I love Tiger Sugar!! It's definitely a lot sweeter than most tea shops but the classic brown sugar milk tea with boba is something everyone must try! FYI the tea shop is in the basement of the mall at the food court and there is hardly a line!

Tiger Sugar, which is currently (as of April 2023) located in the New World Mall's food court at the basement level in one of the corners, popularized adding the bold flavor of brown sugar in bubble tea. Since their opening (and temporary closing), seems like they've added a few more options, including different types of milk choices. I went with the pudding topping. As I grow older, I find myself less and less of a fan of tapioca bubbles, so personally I'd like to see some flavored milk teas that do without bubbles, but that's my unpopular opinion. Btw, bring cash if you're not planning to order two - there's a $10 minimum, which kinda sucks in this day and age.

Best bubble tea spot I've ever had. I went to Tiger Sugar on a Sunday afternoon, as I had cravings for some bubble tea and was in the main street area. It is located at the food court of the New World Mall. I ordered a #2 (Tiger Jelly) which was a mix of Black Sugar Boba, Pearl, Tiger Jelly Milk and Creamy Mousse. It was a delicious coffee like beverage with bubble tea, very sweet and tasty. The service was rather fast and prices ranged from $5 to $7. I'll definitely be coming back to try some more items on their menu.

Shake, Shake, Shake..... I think Tiger Sugar is my favorite bubble tea. Judge me. I like the Black sugar Boba and Pearl Milk with Cream Mousse. The Black sugar Boba and Chocolate Malt Milk with Cream Mousse is also good. The boba is good and the tea is very tasty. It is easier to get your tea quicker at this location.

Tiger sugar does limited flavors but fancy varieties. If you're ok with a single flavor. Get their pudding boba as it has giant chunks of super soft custard inside (almost like flan). It's delicious and they're pretty fast at making drinks.

My favorite drinks from tiger sugar is the number 1. I love the small bubbles that is added to the drink and the big bubbles are easy to chew. The tea it self is perfect and is not too sweet.

Believe this is the first Tiger Sugar location in NYC, though it's now in Manhattan and Brooklyn as well. I visited this one for the first time in late October, and there was no line at around 8 PM. I ordered the No. 1 (Brown Sugar Milk with Boba, Pearl, Tiger Jelly & Cream mousse) with lactaid and it was just about perfect. Tiger Sugar is tied with BIAO Sugar for my favorite brown sugar boba! Note that this location has a credit card minimum of $10.

This drink contains mostly milk. It has cream mousse and tapioca inside. Balls are fragile and small. Easy to chew. Taste sweet and smooth. Have to shake for few seconds before putting in the straw.

If you want brown sugar boba milk, Tiger Sugar is the way to go. I got their black sugar boba and pearl milk with cream mousse and it was interesting having two different sizes of pearls and boba throughout the entire drink. I think next time I'd just get the boba though. I still prefer having the flavor and chewiness of the boba. The brown sugar and milk is heavenly, paired with the perfectly chewy boba. At some boba places, the amount of brown sugar flavor is pitiful, and that's definitely not the case at Tiger Sugar. Every sip is full of brown sugar and pairs wonderfully with the milk and boba. After you take pictures, don't forget to shake your drink before you poke your straw in. A few of my friends forgot and struggled to mix it after their straw was in.

I've had Tiger Sugar a few times since they first opened (waited on one of the lines for 1.5 hours before), so it's always nice to be able to stop by now that there really isn't a line anymore. I can place my order and get it within 5 minutes now! Tiger Sugar definitely still is my favorite place to go to for brown sugar boba (I prefer this over XFT). I stop by once in a while when I'm in Flushing & always get their signature #1 drink ($6)! It seems like the drink is not as sweet as when they first opened, but I still enjoy this as a little treat every so often.

The hype has died down and there are no more long lines, but their drinks are still delicious. They are now located in the New World Mall food court after a fire at their previous location. Their menu have also expanded a little to include fruit tea (just one unfortunately). I had a lychee black tea (with bursting boba) and it was delicious! Sweet but not sickening sweet with a good tea/lychee flavor.

I've had tiger sugar countless times since they opened. I'm glad their lines aren't... unbearable anymore! I love tiger sugar when I'm feeling a good brown sugar boba. It's definitely a treat for me when I come into flushing! I've tried their coffee version which is ok but def prefer their original #1 drink! I think I'll always love this place and crave it once in awhile!

Tiger Sugar serves a unique brown sugar boba that is tasty and the perfect texture. The taste of the tea itself is like a normal brown sugar boba milk tea. The boba is very tender and chewy but they are all shaped in different sizes making some of the boba really small and hard to chew because it is so small. It is a little difficult sometimes to chew the boba fully due to the size. The price is a normal cost for boba but tiger sugar isn't my go to spot.

3.5 stars. If you really like sweet drinks then Tiger Sugar is the way to go. I don't typically order drinks that are that sweet, but I decided to splurge a bit and try it out. Fortunately the drink wasn't overly sweet, the milk balances with the brown sugar syrup and the pudding adds a nice sweetness and soft consistency. I do think Tiger Sugar is a bit overhyped and the drink was also pretty expensive. I also ordered when there was only one person in front of me and yet the drink took a bit long to come out. The cashier wasn't that friendly and didn't have the best attitude. I don't think I'll get Tiger Sugar again, it is more of a place where you try once just to see the hype.

Quick, easy to order. $6 for the regular classic drink and it's good as always. You order outside, where they have a window to the cashier and then wait for your order number to pop up on the display. It's super simple to them pick up with the same cashier. It's right by the metro station, which is nice. Also, they don't take Apple Pay so make sure you have a card.

The two points of downfall for this place come down to the unreasonably bitter tea masked with sweetening and the inflexibility for customers to choose anything other than 100%, 50%, or no sweetness levels. The bubble tea market is pretty competitive and customer satisfaction is key to repeat business, plus all other similar businesses offer either 20%, 25%, or 30% sweetness. All in all, their boba is consistently tender which is a welcome change and fun to try, but not when it's dropped in a tea that so impossibly sweet that it sickens me to finish. I hope they improve and do well, but I'm doubtful that I'll be returning.

So if your reading this your either looking to try bubble tea for the first time or wanting it to give this spot a try. I would have given this spot 5 star but I feel there are times its inconsistent so a 4 to 4.5 rating would be best. The issue I get very few times are the bubble they are super hard and not cooked like many other times it's just perfect. As of 2021 they have new promotions where if you buy 3 you get a 4th one for $1 which is kind of cool and we have used it few times already If you are trying this for the first time, I would highly recommend trying their classic version bubble tea. Don't go for anything else like coffee or cream pudding etc flavors just order the classic and you can thank me later This is by fat one my of my favorite Bubble Tea spot in Queens, if I could I would order from here rather than other spots because the quality is so much better ...

Honestly, I have to admit, I didn't understand all of the hype until I tried Tiger Sugar as part of an Elite event. And boy was I glad I did! Tiger Sugar is mindblowingly amazing! I got the Black Sugar Boba + Pudding Milk with Cream Mousse ($5.51 + tax), which has become my go-to drink. The drink is very creamy and rich with just the perfect amount of sweetness. I love pudding so the pudding milk is a HUGE bonus because it's just so yummy! I swear, it's like having 2 desserts for the price of one. While it is a bit on the pricey side for bubble tea, it's definitely worth it because it just feels like you're drinking happiness. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and grabbing a drink (or two).

I love Tiger Sugar boba and usually go to the one on canal street. My favorite is their signature black sugar boba - so delicious and the perfect combo of stripes and boba! Their new holiday special is Black Sugar Boba & Pudding Milk with Cream Mousse ~ had it today! They do the signature boba with a nice dose of pudding. Yum! Open now with safety measures in place. There are two Tiger Sugars located in Main Street Flushing. The Tiger Sugar located in New World Mall is less packed and busy compared to the one on Main Street. The atmosphere is pretty overwhelming with all the different stores. There is also seating in the food court for customers. Boba was good as usual. The service is fast and efficient.

I'm a huge fan of brown sugar bubble milk teas and was told I had to try their version next time I was in Flushing. Definitely one of the best I have had. Being my first time there, I tried their signature version and it was delicious. I do wish their signature came with black tea in it (they do have a tea series as well), so I will have to customize it next time to also get my caffeine fix.

Yes! In my opinion it's worth the hype. The brown sugar latte is beyond delicious. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because after I told the lady in the window my order, I stopped to glance at the menu to "possibly" add another drink to my order and she rushed me! She said HEY HEY put your card and pay. I was really taken back She clearly saw me LOOKING at the menu. She was extremely rude! On the other hand, it's a tiny window that you line up on the sidewalk and place your order. You have to wait for your number to be called to pick up your order. I ordered the two signature drinks

Was recently introduced to this deliciousness. I think for me this bubble tea is number one on my list and I've had my fair share of bubble tea. Everything is perfect from the temperature to the texture to the level of sweetness all of which you can customize to suit your palate. You just go up to the window order what you want and wait a few minutes and enjoy. They also except Apple Pay. The line for this place can get extremely long but luckily every time I've gone there was no line which is awesome.

This is the best tiger sugar in all the tiger sugar universe. The one in Main Street. My fave will always be the brown sugar boba. But I also really enjoy the black tea one. It's not sweet has a bitter taste at the end. Like tea lol. (I really miss the black sugar lemon tea) The boba is really fresh, soft and chewy here. The lychee fruit jelly one (has no boba only chunks of lychee) is also really good and refreshing as well as the tropical passion fruit one. This one has seeds so beware. However they are good and crunchy. If you come with a friend and they are picky or you are the picky one that doesn't wanna eat anything but rather a drink I recommend the milky ones since they are filling. However if you are going to eat for sure the teas. The taro one is good however has jelly & it has a sandy grainy texture in the mouth. The strawberry one is good too, it's pretty sweet though & that one gets you full super fast. The service is nice & fast. The only downside is they don't receive orders less than $10 on card. So bring cash.

Tiger Sugar grew on me! Get the Brown Sugar Boba + Pearl + Coffee Jelly with Cream Mousse! Love the coffee jelly and it works so well with the drink, get it! Before the shake, the melted brown sugar beautifully covers the cup before the milk gets poured in and you see boba, pearls, and coffee jelly in the bottom. Don't forget to shake it well (like 15 times!) before sticking your straw in there for the best flavor. Sooo this isn't my first time trying Tiger Sugar but this is the first time that I made it to the physical store. Barely a wait or line when I got there on a weekend at noon. I heard and seen the long lines but never got the chance to get it back then. My cousin got me my first cup after their grand opening last year and I thought it was just good and a bit sweet. Next times I had it was in Taipei and then in Tokyo, I started to really appreciated it more. To my surprise, the drink tastes exactly the same as in Asia! Definitely a really good treat after being quarantined at home since March! :)

Came here with my friends due to all the hype I've been hearing. As usual there was a fairly long line but they have a good system going so it moves very quickly. I got the brown sugar boba + pearl in cream mousse which looked veryyy sugary too me but surprisingly the flavor was deeper and not overly as sweet. The carmelized brown sugar gives it a more subtle flavor and was a very good compliment to the chewy bobas. I still prefer my fruit teas but this was a very delicious dessert tea to have after grabbing food from the many amazing restaurants in flushing

To easily sum it up in one word , it is (Overrated).Tiger Sugar is the TImes Square of Bubble tea in my opinion. It is just like a tourist trap where a ton of people not from Flushing come here to visit and they all get this , because it is everywhere on social media, similar to how a ton of non-native new yorkers go to Times Square, which is also very over-rated/not worth it/ crowded. I never had this drink but years and years went by hearing everywhere online, in person, etc. that this drink is one of the best bubble tea around. Today my curiosity got the best of me, and I came here and got one of the most popular drink (#2 on their menu) ,as well as a group ahead of me. You know those memes where you see a picture of the expected product , and the actual product looking nothing like it... well this drink looked so magical and tiger like in photos , when I got it, it just looked like plain iced coffee (even after shaking it). The flavor ironically , tastes just liked iced coffee too, not good or bad, just plain ol cheap iced coffee. The drink is half ice too on top of that , and apparently you don't get to choose the sizes , as I as well as other people got what seems like a medium size for 6 dollars. Half of the drink is just ice and jelly that doesn't even taste good. The pearls/boba is squishy and low quality. We are talking about Flushing , Flushing is the pinnacle of bubble tea in NYC in my opinion. There are probably 20 other bubble tea spots in the area. I have tried a dozen different spots and this place is nowhere near the top 5 on my list. Just generic, over hyped, and not worth it. If it was not so pumped up everywhere online, I wouldn't rate it as harshly but it really was underwhelming and to top it off, the person at the window gave a group of people their drinks before me and my sister when we came first and our number was ahead of them. And then when I went up after waiting an extra 5 minutes , she said its okay while laughing....instead of saying it was accident??? Not coming back.

$6 for a reliably tasty brown sugar boba -- not a bad deal at all! Drink #2 had a fun mix of regular-sized tapioca balls plus little pearls. A bit too sweet for me but I was mostly just psyched they had a lactose-free milk option. Now I know Tiger Sugar is a safe space haha

There were so many varieties available that I had trouble making a decision. I went with the first thing on the menu, the brown sugar boba. As you can imagine, it was sweet, but not cloyingly so. It's also very pretty to look at! I got mine made with lactose free milk, which is an option for the lactose intolerant.

We were here in Flushing NY for a couple of days and was waited in line on both days for their famous brown sugar black tea. It's in a building, a small room with just enough space for the staff and area to make their drinks. They only take orders from their window outside. This location was easily spotted by a huge crowd and line waiting to order or for their drinks. The line was long on both days but it moves. Brown Sugar Black Tea with Boba- It has a distinct sweet caramel flavor blended with creamy milk and chewy tapioca balls. I rarely get boba in my drinks but this was a real treat! Everything about this drink is amazing! Overall Service: Dealing with the volume of customers hours long, I'm surprised the staff managed to maintain a pleasant demeanor! As long as you know what you are getting and your wallet is out, you can quickly order, pay and move out of the way for the next person. There's a number on the receipt and the number will prompt on the panel by the window, they will also shout out the number. A little chaotic with everyone lingering but it's worth it!

Ok wow! I am going to have trouble settling for boba back in Texas after drinking this. My friend took me to this place when I asked for her recommendation. Upon taking my first sip my first observation was how milk-y the drink tasted, in a good way! Then I noticed how chewy and sweet the boba were, again, in a good way! I was so shocked by the flavor that I probably drank this in like 8 minutes. The milk tastes authentic and very rich, and the sweetness of the drink is perfect. Boba tastes really really good, all for $6 which is not too much for how much you get. I'll definitely be coming back.

I would give this 3.5 stars if I could! This place definitely is one of the best spots to get desert boba in NYC. They're known for their signature #1 Brown Sugar and Pearl with Cream Mousse drink. I love how the drink comes with chewy mini and regular pearls covered in warm brown sugar sauce. However, my biggest issue is the price. You don't get a lot for what you pay for. Tiger Sugar fills half of their cups with ice and charges you $6, which is quite pricey for one drink.

It has been 3 weeks since we last time had a bubble milk tea so we were super eager to have one. Tiger Sugar was open with long line and every customer kept social distance during the wait. The service was really bad, rude and slow. They even made a mistake with our order, we ordered no.1 brown sugar bubble milk tea but got no.5 coffee latte bubble tea. It was also delicious but really disappointed.

MY FAVORITE BUBBLE TEA SPOT OF ALL TIME Although everybody has different taste buds, I stand by this bubble tea being my favorite of all time. Recently, the line has died down since other competitors have opened, which makes it even more enticing to just grab and go. For the past month, I haven't waited more than 10 minutes for a drink. My go-to order is the Brown Sugar Boba Pearl with Cream Mousse. For those worried about caffeine, there isn't any tea in this drink, just brown sugar & milk. It comes with two different tapioca pearls, small and regular sized. I think having two different sized pearls adds a lot of depth to the drink. It's not overly sweet and definitely worth the hype. A regular drink is about $5.50. Tip: This is probably not the best option for lactose intolerant individuals. Take lactaid to try, its worth.

I finally made my way to Flushing today, and Tiger Sugar was among my planned stops. Maybe I was already late to the hype, the line wasn't long at all during lunch hour on a Sunday. I only had to wait less than 5 minutes in line and less than 5 minutes for my order.  You order and pay first, then wait around for your number to show on the display.  You turn in your receipt when you get your drink.  BTW, $10 minimum charge for credit cards. I knew it's a hype but I still had to try it once. For $6 the signature tiger stripe drink is really small (less than 12 fl oz), and the sugar/ice are not optional.  True I can definitively feel the extra milkiness but I'm actually lactose intolerant so that can't really be a plus for me. As you wait in line you're exposed to the elements. It's also just a hole-in-the-wall ordering stall, without any interior nor seating area to speak of.  So your only option once you get your order is to walk and sip while dodging the crowd in the busy streets of Flushing.  In my opinion, it offers minimal value, especially when there are 2-3 dozens other nice bubble tea cafes in town. At least now I have it checked off from my list...and don't get me wrong, the boba drink (no tea) was undeniably delicious, and the boba as addicting as ever. I'm rating based on the overall experience relative to other similar establishments.

When this place first opened in the summertime, it was definitely way overhyped by an astounding community of us American born millennials who were more than willing to die standing in a line that wraps around the block under the scorching summer heat. At the beginning, it wasn't even that popular in its predecessor locations overseas such as Hong Kong and the Philippines. It had just gained traction and attention through media from the staggering response it's received from its franchise opening in Flushing NYC. I am, in some ways, a hypocrite because despite not liking the taste that much, I do drink it from time to time just because my friends like Tiger Sugar and would also grab me a cup each time they go for a boba run. I genuinely was about to give this place a 3/5 but because I find their continued efforts to stay open during this time (covid-19 quarantine) pretty compelling, I decided to give them an extra star. 4/5 it is.

FINALLY got to try this famed bubble tea place - all because NY is on Pause which means NO LINES! This place is only taking cashless payments and offers limited menu due to the current COVID19 situation. I had higher expectation due to the hype surrounding it. To say the least, I was disappointed. There was very little difference in the taste from other popular bubble tea establishments/chains. There's nothing extraordinary with the milk tea brown sugar bubble and the matcha milk that I ordered. It was just OK. I must be missing something because I am not WOW'd.

The hype was relentless, but it seems things have finally cooled off for the insanity that is Tiger Sugar. For the first several months, the wait time was anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours. For this reason alone, many passed on the chance for what some folks call the best brown sugar milk tea in NYC. Flushing is already so crowded with so many other options, it's understandable. While I didn't share the same enthusiasm for long waits, I already knew what I was getting into after having enjoyed their product across several locations while traveling through Asia. I still did my share of waiting in Hong Kong and Taipei and yet the result was still always the same: tasty drink, kinda pricey, only wish there was way more of it. I appreciate that all the drinks come in hot or cold. Brown sugar as a prevailing theme might not initially sound like a great idea, but after a sip of drinks like brown sugar boba milk or pearl milk, skeptics soon become believers. The cream mousse is my personal favorite and I also like that they serve a few non-brown sugar oriented drinks like traditional black and green tea lattes. Nowadays, the lines are manageable and the staff seems to be more focused on making drinks than crowd control. Most of them are multilingual, which is useful for the Flushing crowd and the credit card purchase option is clutch. When all that is left is to order a drink without the stress of limited purchases or people breathing behind you, it makes a world of difference.

It's a rare occasion where I would order a drink and after only a few sips, I'm eager to toast it away. I came here on a rainy Saturday morning (btw, I love this kinda weather) and after finishing our early lunch, my cousin and I decided to check them out. Luckily their line wasn't too long because rain really does melt people away and we got our drink very quickly. They told my cousin and I that their most popular drink was their Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea with Cream Mouse. With that said, I order one for myself and for my cousin. We were both excited and the darken brown sugar melting on the inside of the cup which made it look really pretty. Despite the ice, the drink itself wasn't too cold when it was served and when I finally took a sip of it, I was thinking WTFFFFFFFFFF (in a bad way)! It tasted like I was drinking pure half/half. The tea was weak, barely any tea flavor and their boba was warm, which explained why my drink was luke warm even when it was served with ice. For me, the boba should at least have been room temperature before serving it to their customers. After a few sips, and forking over a good amount on the drink, I had no other choice but to throw it away. I felt the drink was not worth the calories and it just tasted way too rich for me to continue. With that said, my experience here was disappointing.
