"Acupuncture can be incredible for stress, physical pain, and many other conditions. Tigerlily Holistic offers group sessions to make their healing treatments more accessible and forge community connections (many people actually find communal acupuncture, versus private sessions, to be more revitalizing). Clients lay back on massage tables or zero gravity recliners as an acupuncturist tends to each person with filiform needles to remove blockages and stimulate the movement of chi in the body. If needed, there’s the option of adding on a therapy like tui na (Chinese massage), cupping, or gua sha (the Chinese practice of gently scraping skin with a massage tool to support circulation). And there are workshops and classes on therapies like Qi Gong, which uses breathwork, meditation, and martial arts-based movement to cultivate balance and emotional tenacity.

I have been going to Tigerlily for almost 8 years, and have never found an acupuncture space that compares. Ariel is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and intuitive. She hires other practitioners who are very skilled and experienced. The space is beautiful and unique. I always feel well cared for, and treated with respect and compassion. Highly recommend!

Google
I have been going to Tigerlily for years & cannot recommend them enough! As a hairstylist & athlete, my body requires regular maintenance to avoid long term aches/pains/strain & I can always trust the practitioners here to help me out. I have also been in for issues regarding mental health, digestion, and menstruation. Acupuncture is truly a miracle form of medicine, there’s a treatment for almost any ailment. It’s a communal space, but it still feels safe & peaceful. It’s also worth mentioning that they have a private infrared sauna you can book for 20/40mins! If you’re looking for an amazing & affordable place to try acupuncture, look no further!

Google
Very peaceful and serene. I've never had acupuncture before but was made extremely comfortable. I left feeling so much lighter and relaxed from when I walked in. So appreciative of Arielle and Tono were so inviting and pleasant. Will be returning. Sliding scale community acupuncture seems like the kind of thing someone does when they care about the people more than lining thier pockets. Very Eastern/ancient medicinal thing to do. Luv it

Google
The community acupuncture prices make the splendid healing and care I receive here so accessible. I have been coming here for almost three years and always leave feeling better, more centered and rejuvenated. Thank you for everything!

Google
Love this place. Loved Ariel and the care and attention she showed me for our first acupuncture session. I've literally been telling all my friends about it, and I'm already feeling the results of our session. Can't wait to book a return session!

Google
Lifechanging! Ariel and Shefali have helped me so much with localized pain, tension and stress. Tigerlily is a little piece of peaceful and healing heaven in bushwick

Google
Ariel and Co. went the extra healing arts mile to help me fix some drainage issues with my ears, among other areas, that she could sense were in need of treatment. I left feeling better and am excited to go back for another session. Also, it was a cold night, but it was very toasty in TL’s expansive and lovely space. It was really clean inside and there was an aura of commitment to customer experience that was kind and effective. The kind that makes you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. There’s also a vast array of products beautifully displayed to help the care process. All in all-a total 5* recommend that is based on effectiveness of very kind and thorough treatment, presentation and overall vibe. Thanks TL’s!

Google
Had such a great experience with Ariel and her team. I suffer from neck, shoulder and back issues related to scoliosis and overuse from work. Super calm, relaxing, personable and professional team. I have worked with Ariel, Daven and Lauren. All were wonderful and helped alleviate my various aches and pains. Highly recommend- 10/10. Will continue to use their services in the future!

Yelp
I've been fortunate enough to work with many acupuncturists of Tigerlilly Holistic, and I can confidently say this place is exceptional in the quality of service they offer at an affordable rate. I typically visit Tigerlilly at least four times a year, and every practitioner has been kind, thorough, and knowledgeable of the field of Chinese medicine and acupuncture. I've only left this place feeling significantly better in regards to my chronic back pain. If you're dealing with a chronic pain, stress induced inflammation, or just need to decompress, I highly recommend this place. You can feel the love and commitment to community! Thank you all for the work that you do!

Yelp
This place is incredible - a beautiful gentle calm and soothing space and I just did my first community acupuncture session here and feel like my head is living on a CLOUD. Super recommend the wonderfully kind and helpful staff and beautiful space

Jhenell M.

Yelp
This establishment made me feel so welcomed and put me at ease right away. I love the calmness of the staff, they are attentive and clearly passionate and care a lot about what they do. I have been going for a few weeks now and every session I leave feeling calm and optimistic.

Yelp
Very healing environment, their bed is very comfortable and the place feels quiet and peaceful even though it's a communal space. My accupunturist was knowledgeable, kind and helped me feel way better then when I walked in.

Yelp
Ariel was filling in today and I'm so lucky to have received a treatment for Lyme related symptoms with her. She helped me relax my entire central nervous system and resolve digestive issues in one appointment. She taught me holotropic breathing and it's been only a few hours and already I notice a difference from the technique. She mentioned they are relocating and something about upstate not sure if that means leaving Brooklyn because I truly will be at a loss for losing this as an option for such quality care

Yelp
Dr. Lacey Korb has been a lifesaver, was struggling with pain, nausea and dehydration, within minutes I felt lighter and that same night pain mitigated and next day was feeling more hydrated. Nausea also dissipated slightly all after my 1st visit. Dr. Korb identified my issues before I even could, and went to the real root. So glad i was referred here and eager to see more progress. Do urself a favor and get there asap !

Yelp
This place has changed my life. I have had chronic shoulder and neck pain for the past 2 years after a particularly terrible sneeze that ended up pinching a nerve (so stupid). I lost mobility in my neck for a few days after that sneeze and a huge knot formed between my scapula and spine over the next months. I had done nearly everything I could think of to heal it, from massages, strength building and daily yoga. Though the yoga and massages had taken the edge off, there was a constant dull pain that would sometimes spike with numbness running down my arm into my ring and pinky fingers. My first session was with Erica, who was amazing in easing my way into acupuncture for the first time. Then I saw Stephanie who was very gentle with needles. The following week I had an appointment with Christopher who was very helpful in beginning to treat my difficulties with sleeping. Finally I saw Andy who I will continue to work with. Everyone that I've experienced here is great and they are all kind and attentive. I avoided acupuncture for a very long time because my assumption was always that it would be something that was too expensive for me and I wouldn't be able to maintain the necessary upkeep. Tigerlily Holistic is incredibly affordable and everyone seems to really know their shit. I still don't have full mobility of my neck without pain, but the knot is nearly gone and the overall pain have been tremendously reduced.

Yelp
There are not words to describe how relaxing it is to go to Tigerlily. I go on Saturday mornings with Aimee or during the week I try to see Christopher. Both of them are amazing. I sprained my ankle in April and physical therapy wasnt helping. I found Tigerlily in August and the amount of relief I feel with my ankle does not compare to any session I had of physical therapy. Each Acupuncturist does a consult with you at beforehand to see what areas really need focus. Once I'm on the table, the music and ambiance are so calm that I just doze off right away. Tigerlily is very kind to me and great for the community. I definitely recommend.

Greg M.

Yelp
I've been going here for several months to alleviate my long covid symptoms. I can't say enough good things about the staff here, and their rates are incredibly reasonable. Kana - who does most of my acupuncture is top notch. Her care and attention to detail comes through in every session. She's a great communicator/listener and that makes a world of difference. Eloise is incredibly friendly and generous as well!

Yelp
This is a sanctuary for me for many reasons. My most recent visit was after I had given myself a pretty hefty flesh wound. It's healing ludicrously fast with the help of one session at tigerlily- and every session, whether addressing withdrawal from substances, depression, back pain, grounding, flexibility and/ or a host of other complaints I have brought to their attention in the last 9 months since discovering them had been addressed thoroughly, compassionately and with ultimate care and professionalism. I've sworn by traditional Chinese medicine for well over a decade now, and my standards for effective, empowering holistic health and wellness are very high. Dealing with life in New York is hardcore for the best of us- and Tigerlily Holistic has really helped to boost my resilience and capacity. It always feels so wonderful to walk into the space, and since my first visit I have felt welcomed and deeply cared for. All of the practitioners are great. I most often book with Ariel and Stephanie, they both suit the style of care I look for, and each practitioner can give you something unique. (I've pretty much seen them all!) Try this place. Especially if you're new to TCM. You'll never look back.

Yelp
I've had a few acupuncture treatments here. I've come in for muscle pain, back pain, knee pain and bloating. All of the acupuncturist are great. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The office is super peaceful and relaxing. They have tea and water ready. They have a infrared light heated chair that I took a nap in before my treatment once. The lady's at the front desk are sweet as well. I love coming to this place to relax. Every time I've come I go into a deep sleep and I'm ready to concur the outside world once the treatment is complete.

Yelp
I spent quite a few sessions here last year and it's community model made it affordable + accessible for me. This meant being able to book more frequently, while enjoying the benefits of weekly + successive treatments. I made acupuncture a part of my grieving care when my father suddenly passed away and I dealt with competing stressors in the aftermath. It was a lovely space. Quiet. Easy to get to. Treatments were wonderful + the overall energy of the space was conducive to healing. It will forever be remembered as an official part of my well-being journey when I wanted to tend to my heart in an intentional way. Grateful this place exists.

Tuso B.

Yelp
Had a wonderful experience at Tigerlily Holistic. The environment was cleanly, welcoming, and soothing. The acupuncturist spoke with me before my service to gain more insight, which was great. She took her time. The office runs on a sliding scale so it is affordable for those whose budgets aren't vast. The acupuncture tables were comfortable and the staff was knowledgeable. Thank you for a great session Michelle.

Yelp
I cannot possibly recommend Tigerlily Holistic highly enough. Meghan is a QUEEN and a true healer. Panic attacks were a regular occurrence for me, and since I started seeing her for acupuncture I noticed that they lessened and then stopped completely. She's also great with women's health issues, specifically for me with period cramps. If you have anxiety, menstrual issues, or just want to work a fantastic acupuncturist in a professional and friendly environment, Tigerlily and Meghan are the best.
google avatar

Roni L.

Yelp
I have seen a few wonderful practitioners at the practice, but need to thank Meghan for truly helping me understand my attachment to my ailments, both psycho-emotional and physical, so that I can take ownership over them, work through, and release them. She is one of the most skilled, knowledgeable, patient and compassionate healers I've met and has made me feel comfortable and trusting enough to even fall asleep while in treatment - and that's saying something. Meghan also has a holistic approach to things, integrating a patient's emotions, energy body and western medicine regimen. I highly recommend her as well as other acupuncturists there. Each are so unique and work well with different issues. For example, in one visit, Kyle helped me with nerve pain from a disk injury. Thank you, Tigerlily.

Angel G.

Yelp
This place is heaven . . . Got me in same day due to severe pain ... called 10+ places and this place made it work for you me! Ariel was amazing! Super sweet! Knows her stuff! Pain diminished 90% during session! Very kiddo friendly! And very caring! So happy I found them!
google avatar

Melanie M.

Yelp
I do not often write reviews, but I want to spread the word about how wonderful this place is. I had never tried acupuncture before due to financial struggle, but could come here thanks to the affordable sliding scale, and it absolutely made a difference in my overall wellbeing. Today I saw Stephanie for the first time, and it was like having a best friend take care of you. She is a great listener, extremely gentle, and radiates positive energy. I had an easy time opening up to her and she was happy to answer my questions despite how busy they are. She's an angel and this place is a blessing!
google avatar

Andrew J.

Yelp
Good treatment, great value. I've gotten acupuncture in a few other places, but the community acupuncture/sliding scale approach at Tigerlily suits me best. Could be a little intimidating for someone who's never gotten acupuncture before, because treatments happen in an open space with practitioners rotating between 3-4 clients at a time. If you're nervous, it could feel weird to go under the needles in this setting. But for me it's great! I did let someone talk me into targeting my trigger points once, which was a bit too intense... but hey, I was willing to try it. Every other treatment was effective and well-targeted. I got cupping done once too! Really helps to keep pain or moderate injuries in check for a week or two when I accidentally strain a muscle working out or get kinked up from long hours at the office.
google avatar

Sasha S.

Yelp
All the practitioners at Tigerlily are attentive, skilled, and very good at what they do. I must take a moment to rave about Meghan specifically. She is an intuitive and magical goddess. She has helped me through multiple injuries with extraordinary care and attention to detail. Her approach is gentle but full of confidence and skill. I trust her very much and highly recommend her.
google avatar

Stephanie L.

Yelp
I'd never had acupuncture, but wanted to try it especially since I had injured myself during a yoga headstand two days earlier. I had serious pain on one side of my neck, and it even hurt when I took deep breaths. I explained these symptoms exactly, and Rebekah listened and evaluated appropriately. She was very thorough and I really appreciated her explaining everything to me. After laying there for a while, she still felt tension in my neck area, and helped release the pain points by relocating the needles. Right when she did that, I felt my skin twitch involuntarily and the shooting pain immediately surfaced, so I knew that the muscle tension and pain had been released. The space is really beautiful, nice natural lighting, and a very calm vibe, super clean and minimalist-looking. It's also pay what you want (between $20-45). I would definitely pay more on the higher end of the scale because they know what they're doing. I am a little sore now, but Rebekah said that was to be expected, and to come back in a couple of days if the pain is still there. She was very nice, calm, and professional. TL;DR - Highly recommended. Would definitely go back!

Paley M.

Yelp
I was so excited to see that there was a new acupuncture place in town, as I had been seeking one out for the previous few weeks. I had never tried acupuncture before, so went in with few expectations other than working on some areas of tension and stress. Ariel, the owner, took great care of me and made sure to focus on just that in my session. The space is beautiful, high ceilings and white exposed brick - really sets a great atmosphere for a relaxing environment. After she lodged the needles, I laid on the table for 30-40 minutes and took a rest. I walked out feeling very calm and spent my day feeling the same. I will definitely be a returning visitor. With that said, oh - and not to mention the sliding scale of $20-$45 - I encourage Bushwickians, Brooklynites and outside borough peeps to come through for some divine needle-poking and napping.

Yelp
I love this place! Getting acupuncture here is such a calming experience. It has chill energy, always good music playing, and smells of essential oils. I usually work with Meghan, and would definitely recommend her. She spends time to understand what you're going through body/emotionally/mentally before the treatment, and she devises really good treatments based on the initial chat. I've seen quite a few acupuncturists in NYC and in South Florida and Meghan is one of the best!
google avatar

Severiano G.

Yelp
I love this place. My acupuncturist is great. I love how she really pays attention on what you have to say 100 percent ti get to the core of your problem. In my case I go in with pain and during the process I feel so relaxed that I feel like I'm literally floating in the air and by the time I'm done I give home feeling alot better. Not just a little, alot better. This is why I give them 5 stars and if I could give them 10 stars I would. I love tigerlily.
google avatar

Kevin B.

Yelp
I am so glad that Tigerlily is operating in Bushwick. I had been schlepping into Manhattan and shelling out over 50 dollars previously -- now I'm able to walk five minutes and utilize the generous sliding scale that keeps appointments affordable and keeps me coming back. Christopher Peacock is an excellent practitioner who over the past 5 months has helped me become migraine free and is currently treating my lower back pain. I feel confidant in his depth of knowledge about acupuncture and holistic health and will continue to return until I no longer need treatment. The community aspect of the clinic is really wonderful and I feel that it promotes healing. I love the dark wood flooring and the tall lofty ceilings, and the music is always on point. Go -- you won't regret it.
google avatar

Yelp
Tigerlily is a wonderful place, I love the apothecary stuff that they sell and Jessica has helped me SO MUCH. I have tendonitis in my arms from work. It's basically gone since I've started going to see Jessica once or twice a month. She's very attentive and understanding. When I'm feeling very stressed and tense, she knows exactly what to do, whether it be acupuncture or cupping. Just go here, even if you have no ailments! You'll leave feeling better.

Diana C.

Yelp
A true gem. I have been going to Tigerlily for acupuncture treatments for a little over 4 years. It feels like retreat from the chaos of the city, and the acupuncturists are warm, careful, and kind.
google avatar

fina a.

Yelp
I had the worse lower back pain which came out of no where. For 3 weeks I stretched, got massages, soaked, with no improvement. A friend recommended acupuncture and I gave it a shot. This was my first time ever receiving acupuncture and I'm hooked. After the first session with Kyle there was 70% improvement! I've gone 3 times now and each time I feel better. He's so great at what he does. He makes sure I'm comfortable and there's something about him that feels healing and nurturing. I'm also getting treatment to help with sinus allergies. I'm so grateful for this place, especially with their donation based sliding scale. I will forever be a user of acupuncture. Thank you Tigerlily and thank you Kyle.

Leah M.

Yelp
Been coming here for over a year, amazing space and practitioners - started seeing Patchi after they reopened post shutdown and she's one of the most phenomenal healers I've ever worked with

Yelp
This place a go to for me. anytime I need a relaxation session/ self care treatment or need pain relief (my upper back is struggling) this place helps put an extra pep in my step. Love!!!

Yelp
i LOVE this place!! i was going to that spot in greenpoint for community acupuncture and always felt like it was a little cold and lacking in personality. Tigerlily, and especially Christopher, are wonderful!! I feel like I'm getting a totally tailored experience each time, and have learned more in my few visits here than in the years I've been going elsewhere. Christopher is so warm, caring, and attentive, and his presence and energy are so wonderful. I am hooked, and will def be going as often as possible to get needles stuck in me.

Christa W.

Yelp
Finally booked an appointment here. I saw Josh. He rocked. And, now my knee feels better. Could you ask for anything more? More details: The studio is clean and beautiful. It is sliding scale! I wholeheartedly recommend!
google avatar

Ilona O.

Yelp
This place saved my life. I had a crazy back spasm one day and was not even able to move. They were able to fit me in for a late appointment the same day. I have gone back once a week since. At this point I have experience three different acupuncturists and all of them were on point. Honestly I can't say enough about how amazing this places. I almost don't want to talk about it too much because it's already tough to get an appointment sometimes.

Yelp
Been coming here for a while now. Ariel and staff are top notch. Really caring and just intensely nice people and place to go. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Yelp
This place is such a gem. I have been twice, mostly recently last week. I came in with a majorly sore lower back due to a bunch of things (trekking with a giant backpack, traveling all crunched up, bartending shifts and then overdoing it at yoga trying to stretch it all out). Suffice to say, my back was Hurting. I came in for acupuncture and immediately felt so cared for by Stephanie. She has a very light touch and made me feel completely at ease. After the acupuncture she rubbed some herbal oils to provide pain relief and then suggested cupping, which I tried for the first time. By the next morning my back muscle had loosened up considerably and I was feeling so much better! All of this was offered at such a reasonable price. I would give Tigerlily six stars if I could. Love it!
google avatar

High Standard S.

Yelp
I've returned to receive acupuncture from Christopher, and he was impressively thorough and kind. The practitioners here allow sessions to run a good length of time and aren't rushing the healing. Hooray for Tigerlily!
google avatar

Julia C.

Yelp
Beautiful space, very friendly staff. I'm very pain sensitive so they are extra gentle with the needles, which I love!

Stacie J.

Yelp
This is an amazing place! I have been getting acupuncture treatments from Ariel for 2 years now, but until recently it was my little secret and services were in her home. Now it's for real. The new community clinic means there are extended hours and therefore more appointments available. The price is also the lowest you will find anywhere in the city and the quality is as good as it gets. I've been getting acupuncture regularly for ten years, in both Chicago and New York, and I go to Ariel at Tigerlily! She is so passionate. I am so excited about this new community acupuncture clinic she has opened. My experience at the community clinic was just as intimate and wonderful as the treatments I received in her home. I highly recommend this place.

Jamie A.

Yelp
This place has changed the quality of my life! I went in barely able to walk, herniated disc. After a few weeks of working with the talented and kind Meghan Sultana, I am back to normal! Not to mention the mental well-being benefits. I cannot say enough great things about Meghan, and am so grateful to her and this wonderful place.

Susanna S.

Yelp
I just received an acupuncture treatment from Meghan and it was amazing! She listened to my concerns and then gave me a deeply relaxing treatment. She made sure I was comfortable and warm enough with both a heated table and a heat lamp. I feel the best I have in weeks and can't wait to come back! The space itself is light filled, airy, serene, and peaceful.

Raina L.

Yelp
I started weekly community acupuncture after developing some joint pain this past year, and Casey is by far the best practitioner I have seen- She is extremely knowledgeable, and her treatments are highly individualized and the most effective I have had in terms of reducing my physical symptoms and my overall stress and anxiety. Her relaxed, warm demeanor also really puts you at ease, and the new location is beautiful- I cannot recommend Casey and this place highly enough!

Molly F.

Yelp
I have had acupuncture now in SF and NY and Ariel is a miracle worker. This works better at relieving my tension even better than great massages. Such a peaceful place. Highly recommend!

Magen M.

Yelp
Casey is amazing...she explains everything and is a miracle worker. Also, love the sliding scale fee!

Kat S.

Yelp
I have been having acupuncture here since it opened in July and I am so happy it is in the neighborhood! When I first started coming I had never had acupuncture before but was instantly put at ease and felt very comfortable and relaxed in the space. I have been seeing Casey and she is just wonderful. I have been treated for my back and hip pain during pregnancy and I have left every time feeling refreshed and renewed. She understands the aches and pains of pregnancy and has a calming energy to her. I have also seen Rebekah and she is also great! She really helped to release some deep pain I had in my hips and I could not be happier. I definitely recommend this place to everyone, especially if you are new to acupuncture!!

Chloe P.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem! I used to come once a week religiously - as it's an essential part of my self care / maintenance routine (especially living in the city!) but i've moved quite far away - so now I don't go as often. Tune ups and sessions that are effective and WORK to heal you - I could sing praises about this place all day. My favorite practitioner here is Josh - he's the real deal and knows what he's doing. As a healing practitioner myself, I am very picky about where I get my treatments from as so many people out there don't know what they're doing - so when I find someone who knows their stuff, I am loyal and a 110% supporter! If you are have any aches, pains, misalignments, etc in your body - i recommend Tiger Lily! What a beautiful intention as well - making it affordable and accessible via sliding scale. I would not be able to receive treatments as often if it weren't for that. Thank you to the entire staff and founders of Tigerlily!!! Appreciate your work.
