The 10 Best Tiki Bars In LA - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Tiki No doesn't have the same level of lore as other places on this guide, but this spacious North Hollywood bar is great for a spur-of-the-moment tiki stop, particularly if you’re bringing friends. The front patio fills up on Fridays and Saturdays during their 6-8pm happy hour with people drinking $8 piña coladas and blue hawaiians. But if it’s later in the night, slid into one of the massive booths. Each fits at least six people—the perfect size to take down a 22-ounce scorpion bowl with so much alcohol in it, you’ll call your parents and apologize for being such an asshole in high school." - brant cox

Tiki No - Review - North Hollywood - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Tiki No does not have the lore of some of LA's other tiki bars, but this spacious North Hollywood spot is great for a spur-of-the-moment rum drink, particularly if you’re with friends. The Best Bars In The Valley

"Let’s not forget everyone - this town invented the tiki bar. And that means we’ve got some of the best places to down flaming rum drinks in the country. While the Valley has one of the granddaddies of them all (we see you Tonga Hut), our move is always Tiki No is North Hollywood. This divey bar might not have history behind it, but it more than makes for it with a great atmosphere, fantastic cocktails, and the kind of rum punch bowls that will have you calling home crying to your mom about how much of an asshole you were in high school." - brant cox

Where To Drink On The Drunkest Day Of The Year

"Having all your high school friends back in town means one thing - it’s a Valley night. There are plenty of places where you can get weird, but Tiki No in North Hollywood is that ideal mix of complete debauchery in a setting you actually want to spend time in. The Lankershim spot is quite large, with big booths and all the overstimulating decor your increasingly apparent buzz could want. Go ahead and order the $29 Scorpion Bowl that contains every type of alcohol created." - brant cox

I'm a huge Tiki enthusiast and had yet to go to TikiNo, so I popped in for a quick visit and drink. Looks cool from the outside and the inside doesn't disappoint. Got a quick greeting and a menu and picked one of my favorites, a Lapu Lapu. I walked around and checked the place out while my drink was being made and it had a cool feel. Full Tiki. They were limited on mugs and didn't have any original for purchase, but that doesn't fully bother me, but as a mug collector, I was personally a bit bummed. Not a deal breaker though. Topher slid my drink onto the coaster and we chatted for a couple of minutes about Tiki bars around town and he had to move on to other people. The drink wasn't exactly what I'd expect in a Lapu Lapu, but it was fine. I'd probably move on to a Mai Tai next time as see which recipe they use. Overall, it was a cool place with a cool vibe. I did find it a bit weird that 80s music was blasting instead of Tiki tunes, but again, no deal breaker. Overall, I'd go back again. There's plenty of Tiki for me to enjoy.

Can't rate the food bc I didnt eat there per say. But what I did have are the drinks! Had the zombie and it was really good. They dont cheap out when it comes to the alcohol. The place has a tiny patio that's enclosed but has a view from lankershim which is really nice. Also has a fireplace that has a window going inside so you can enjoy it indoor or even outdoors! Now the only reason why it has 4 stars though is that the bathroom situation isnt that great. I'd hope the women's restroom is better but as for the guys? Its a little rough. Im no stranger to dingy bathrooms. I was at a bar in europe that had about an inch if urine, feces and toilet water on the floor. TIKI NO WAS NOT LIKE THAT. let me make that clear. But it looks like a mosh pit went right through it. Doesn't have any mirror and just felt moist in there. Unfortunately it's because of the bad customers I'm sure that they get. But doesn't mean they can't try to fix it up! Ill definitely be coming back, but ill make sure to use the bathroom before I go

Went for karaoke and had THEE best time!! 10/10 The drinks were delicious. I had the Lychee one and my friend had the Zombie. Our bartender Erin was super attentive and sweet. She made the experience 10x more fun! All around great time. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular.

Fun vibes, great people, karaoke night is always fun. Not the best quality drinks though, otherwise I’d rate this place higher. The patio fireplace is a nice touch.

On June 6, my friend and I visited your bar and chose to sit at the end of the table. We waited approximately 15 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by the bartender. During that time, a group of people came in and were welcomed with an enthusiastic “Hello guys, how are you?” The bartender promptly cleaned their area, handed them menus, and took their drink orders—right in front of us. What made this especially frustrating is that the bartender looked directly at us, held two menus, and still chose to ignore us and serve the other group first. He only acknowledged us after I had to speak up and ask for menus. This made both of us feel unwelcome and disrespected. We couldn’t help but wonder if the treatment we received had something to do with the fact that we are two Black men. If so, that’s deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Every customer deserves to be treated equally, with basic courtesy and professionalism. The bartender was a Hispanic male with black hair, but we weren’t able to get his name as we decided to leave due to the experience. Please take this feedback seriously and work toward providing better customer service to all guests, regardless of race or background. This encounter left a sour taste in our mouths and it’s something that should not happen to anyone

This was my 5th Tiki bar in a week. It was unfortunately my least favorite. The decore is pretty damn good. But they had a really crappy raffle going on a Friday night. I think someone spent $5 on prizes from a thrift store. Koozies and Cassest tapes?! It was an 80/90/00's DJ so the music was all over the place. Drinks were good, but they can't make a Mai Tai, yet the Zombie was fantastic. They also are missing some standard staples (absenth, herbsaint). Mixed bag all together. They also kept running out glassware so it slowed down the process of getting drinks. We had a good time and the staff was friendly and busy.

Google
Look and feel of this place was great; they clearly wanted to make this feel immersive. The Lychee Luau I had was tasty, but the bartender was distracted while making it and poured half the booze that was supposed to go into my drink on the rail. Service was nice, but felt a little lacking compared to the high standard that's the norm at tiki bars. A guy next to me tried to repeatedly get the bartender's attention at the bar, and the bartender was more interested in chatting and drinking with his fellow bartender. They had karaoke going on too which also took away from the vibe a bit.

Google
Quaint little tiki bar. The usual tiki bar decor with bamboo, dark lighting and what not. Music plays in the background with the videos showing on small old school tube TVs which I thought was pretty nostalgic. Self seating so you just walk in and find a spot. A row of 2 tops and about 8 - 10 booths for larger parties. Depending on the time it can be hard to snag a booth. There is also a small front patio with additional seating. There are no servers so you will be walking up to the bar to order your drinks and take them back to your table. If it's not extremely busy the bartenders do come out to visit the tables and take orders but don't rely on that. This is a full bar so you can order any of your favorites or select from the menu which includes specialty tiki themed cocktails. If you have 2 or more friends there's a fun bowl drink to share with fire coming out the middle. It packs a bit of a punch with the many different rums that go in it. All in all its a fun pit stop before or after your main event of the night.

Yelp
Bartender Bonnie was awesome! My friend wasn't drinking, so she whipped up an amazing mocktail and a fabulous classic tiki drink for me. The vibe here is great-- friendly crowd, gorgeous classic tiki decor, and solid soundtrack.

Yelp
EDITED TO INCLUDE MORE CONTEXT My friend and our group of over 15 people went to Tiki No on Wednesday night June 4 at 8:30pm to celebrate our friend's birthday with some drinks and karaoke. We were informed via Instagram that karaoke started at 9pm. This was the first red flag of this business because nothing was set up at this time. It wasn't until 9:50pm that they actually had karaoke set up. A lot of our group couldn't stay out past 11pm so this was an inconvenience. We chose a booth in the back initially where we had about half of our group order the large group drink which was fine. Some people ordered individual drinks as well. As more of our group came in, we moved to two other booths so that we could all be near to each other. I do understand that it looked like we hadn't ordered drinks since we went to a new table and didn't have new drinks right away but we were not "freeloading" as the manager seemed to think we were (and if he bothered to check in on us as much as he did his buddies he might've been able to see what we were ordering) as we had all collectively spent well over $200 at this point and we had only been there for an hour and we have several people in the group that are sober. One of the things to note was that service was incredibly slow with only one bartender working. I was hoping to get a drink after I signed up to sing for karaoke (I was six songs away) and it took nearly 5 songs for me to actually get my drink ordered and handed to me. This is where my main issue came to play. One of our friends made a mistake and brought an outside drink that was in their bag from a previous event. This was not caught or acknowledged by the bouncer FYI so it was an honest mistake. We acknowledged that it was a mistake and our friend agreed to leave so long as the rest of our group could stay. (Also manager assumed it was the black person in our group that brought it, another faux pas). He initially agreed to this clause but he made a very unnecessary commentary of continuing to harp upon the mistake. I called out how he was unprofessional in his commentary towards us as our friend was leaving without contest and he went on a power trip and kicked all of our booth out for me calling out his unprofessional behavior. This separated us from the rest of the group still inside and when we asked to communicate with the rest of our group who again were fighting the clock so we could continue our celebration, we were told to wait while the manager was talking to his buddy on his smoke break. Not coming back and if I see myself on your page for promotion since your DJ did record me during my song, I will be sending a cease and desist since I and my friends feel unwelcome at this bar now. What I think should've happened instead: bouncer should've caught the drink in my friend's bag and asked them to put it away = easily avoidable. Manager should've given us a warning and had them simply throw out the drink and suggest a drink from the bar. We weren't disruptive or disrespectful, there was no reason for hostility. People make mistakes and there was room for grace. Will like to say the bouncer had a better attitude and was apologetic and I could tell the bartender was trying her best to keep up with demand with ZERO help from her manager. TL;dr went for karaoke that started almost an hour late. manager needs to work on soft skills and provide adequate support to his bartender that was hustling instead of escalating situations and taking out his bad night on consumers. It's a tiny bar not a sought after club, expanding clientele would've been in managers best interest but instead made 15 patrons have a bad experience.

Yelp
This place is so cool! Good vibes all around and fun decor to match. I love that some tables make you feel like you're in a hut and there's an outdoor fireplace that can be seen from the inside. The late night happy hour is generous, so I got myself a Blue Hawaiian for $8 and enjoyed a night with my coworkers. To our surprise, there was karaoke! I guess on Wednesday's they host it so if you go in the middle of the week, go prepared with a song to sing if you're brave! With my drink and sipping to taste the cocktails of my friends', the drinks here are tasty. They bartenders don't skimp out on the alcohol but they also don't ruin the taste of their drinks with it. I was happy with my Blue Hawaiian but enjoyed my friend's pina colada way more, so I'll definitely get that next time :D
google avatar

Kevin G.

Yelp
Immaculate vibes here all throughout the night. The karaoke was amazing, the drinks were great, the staff was nice, & the service was fast. I definitely recommend coming here anytime you have time or even if it's just for their karaoke nights.

Mindy P.

Yelp
The first impression of this bar was very good! It was the perfect balance of lively & entertaining from the tiki decor and good drinks, with plenty of seating and a casual vibe to catch up with friends after work. We got the coconut mojito, piña colada, and the shareable bowl (I forgot the name lol). It was more than enough to share between 3 people. Parking was decent for a Saturday evening (street parking). I'd come back here for a casual evening with friends.

Yelp
I've had Tiki No on my list of LA tiki bars to try for a while and was finally able to make the trip. The atmosphere and ambience are quite nice. I will say, it's not the most tiki-esque, it's a bit divey, especially with the hip hop music playing, but you still get a bit of the tiki spirit. The drink menu is a bit limited, I believe it's because they pre-batch a lot of their drinks, but there are a handful of decent options to choose from anyway. Their cocktail program is fine - nothing to write home about, their garnish game is a little weak, and their rum selection is unfortunately subpar. With that said, the bartenders are quite prompt and pleasant, so overall it was a good time.
google avatar

Laura C.

Yelp
The Tiki bar is beautifully decorated and I love the ambience. Perfect for a party, but not the fullest menu. I would recommend having a few more options. The pina colada was awesome but the pain killer didn't taste as delicious as others I've had, the bartender was alone so she wasn't talking much and seemed very task oriented but I understand that as I bartend and working alone is tough with more than 20 people in the room and the loud music from karaoke blaring. The karaoke was a fun event, definitely would return.

Jasmin D.

Yelp
The service and the ambiance in this place were great. It's a nice place to stop by for happy hour.

Yelp
I went to Fan Fest and ended up leaving a little early because we had finished everything. We found this tiki joint and we were able to make it before last call. I looked up on yelp to see how the set up was and everything seemed to be on par. No reservations needed and although it said plenty of parking on the street I did have to drive around the area to find some parking. The outside is pretty cool. It's a black building with little Tiki's painted on the outside. They do have a patio with a fire pit, which I think is super awesome, and the ambience in the inside is a cool tiki vibe with little tiki hut boots. The one thing that I did find a bummer was that they had tiki booth tables, which made me think they had food however there is no food at this tiki bar. They also have a pretty small menu. This tiki bar does seem more like a dive bar and locals joint however it does have a good vibe. The music kinda threw me off because they were playing 80s dark wave but then again it was after 1 AM and I think it might've just been Dj's choice. Overall, I gave it a three because there was no food parking was a little harder for me to find and the music threw me off, but the drinks were good and if you're looking for somewhere just to have a tiki drink I would definitely go try it out.
google avatar

Magnolia B.

Yelp
Tiki YES! Service here is always top-notch: friendly, experienced bartenders. The vibe is always chill and casual, but the place is refined enough to pop by in dressy date clothes for a nightcap. There's bar or booth seating, and plenty of free/non-permit street parking in the neighbourhood. Every drink we've tried has been fresh and flavourful, crafted with care and skill (and sometimes fire). Their piña coladas are the only "on tap" cocktail, but they still taste scratch-made and delicious. While the NoHo Arts District has some nice, newer tiki bars - Kahuna, CanTiki - Tiki No remains the respected elder.

Yelp
This is an update from my review years ago when I loved the place. Under new management now. This place is a local bar near our place. We usually like to go there after dinner for our dessert pina colada drink. Best one out there, BUT today it was not as it used to be. It was watery. The mai tai was different as well. It's going downhill w the drinks. Maybe it is new management doing a bad job. I also want to mention that the new manager came off cold and unfriendly. He also hates dogs. Supposed to be a dog friendly place, but he came off as not friendly to human or dog. We liked going there because it is dog friendly. I have known this place for almost 9 years. I will not be returning until that guy is gone.
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
We had a great time here! I stopped by on a random weekday and ordered the Zombie, while my wife had the Mai Tai. Both drinks were fantastic and had a solid amount of alcohol. After just two drinks each, we were feeling good. We went during a less busy time, so service was quick, and we had no trouble getting a table. However, if you visit on the weekend, be prepared for a bit of a battle royal just to grab a spot since it's first come, first served. The place isn't huge and gets pretty packed, so it's not uncommon to end up sharing a table with strangers. It's a great spot for hanging out with friends or a date night. We're looking forward to coming back soon to try the Scorpion, though we're a little nervous that it might get us more drunk than we can handle since we're both on the smaller side. We shall see!
google avatar

Yelp
We liked the vibe here. Everyone was nice and friendly and I love that it wasn't to crowded. The drinks were also very yummy.

Yelp
I loved my experience here! It's not often I get to go to a tiki bar, but Tiki No is up there as one of my favorites! There's a long bar with bar seats, as well as quite a few booths for larger parties. We had 6 with us and comfortably sat in one of the corner booths. We all got piña coladas as recommended by our two friends who live down the street - WOW! I usually hate piña coladas, but I loved the one at Tiki No! I was told real fruit juice and fresh ingredients are used and you can absolutely tell the difference! I was shocked that the drink was not sweet - I'd definitely get it again. We only got to stop by for a drink or else we would have spent the whole night there - shout out to Cody who made the best drink. We'll 100% be back for that scorpion bowl...
google avatar

Michael D.

Yelp
One of my favorite tiki bars to visit near Studio City. Great dimly lit booths for date nights. Lee is a nice guy who made me feel welcome all by my lonesome. Classically themed and decorated. Ill admit I wish they had actual cooked food but im never going to tiki bars for their tropical eats anyway. Fun spot.
google avatar

Jeff T.

Yelp
Awesome tiki ambiance, drinks are quite good. Just wish they had better music/ more tiki style music or a juke box where you could select your own tunes. Hearing Doja Cat and Coldplay kinda ruins the tiki vibe.
google avatar

Janna C.

Yelp
Cute Tiki Bar, great for small/medium groups. Very Tiki-like vibe inside. The bar tenders were all nice and gave quick service. Drinks were cute and yummy. The inside is a bit dark and they had a DJ playing throwback jams. There is a small patio outside to enjoy the summer night weather. I would definitely come back to this spot.
google avatar

Jeremy B.

Yelp
New favorite bar in LA. Fully leans into the tiki vibe, with excellent not-too-sweet drinks; always good music, frequently throwback hiphop; and the crowd is fun and unpretentious.

Ruben R.

Yelp
Fun spot. They have live karaoke on Sunday nights and every time we go the people that go up and sing are so good. The drinks are good. The scorpion bowl will sting you so be careful. The bathrooms need some TLC. It's kinda gross and stanks! Service was good. Parking can suck at times.
google avatar

Shontina K.

Yelp
The Tiki No in NOHO is a whole VIBE! When you walk in it looks like you are in another country of pure bliss. They don't serve any food but the drinks are FIRE!!! Literally! I love the pina colada's! They are delicious! The SERVICE is next level! I will definitely be back and bring my boyfriend! Thank you!!
google avatar

Rocky B.

Yelp
Tiki No is definitely one of my favorite Tiki Bars in LA. Lots of seating, cozy tiki atmosphere, bomb drinks and they even have a karaoke night. It's my go to when I want to just chill, enjoy the vibe and have some tasty libations. Pretty sure I've worked my way through most of the drink menu and they all hit the spot nicely. Parking can be a bit difficult but the place is worth circling the blocks a few times. My only suggestion is to have more munchies on the menu. Right now they just offer bag chips which is great but popcorn, Chex Mix or other nibbles would be cool too.
google avatar

Alyssa A.

Yelp
What an absolutely fun tiki bar! Stopped in with some friends around 10pm, and it was popping off! Very busy inside with a karaoke night going strong. Super fun and lively! We ended up finding a small table on their little patio area - it was cold outside, but they had a little fire going. Quieter to hold a conversation but still able to hear all the music and karaoke going on inside. Wonderfully delicious tiki-themed drinks (plenty of them rum-based!). I stuck with their piña coladas. Only $12, these frozen drinks have that perfect coconut flavor and are pretty strong. They're clearly popular as they have them pre-made in the machine behind the bar. But they have about 15 signature drinks - plenty to pick from! The Lychee Luau and Toasted Marshmallow were also great picks. They don't have a designated parking lot, but we were able to find street parking within a block. So not too bad. Such a fun place to go out with friends! Highly recommend.
google avatar

Jared F.

Yelp
This spot had some pretty good drinks at a decent price compared to most bars in the area. The service was great, got my order quick even though there was only 1 bartender. The atmosphere was super cool. Would come back again for sure.
google avatar

Michael A.

Yelp
Tiki No is probably my favorite bar in the area. If you haven't been, you're truly missing out. The ambiance is top notch, and the vibes are unbeatable. While I haven't dabbled too deep into their cocktail list, the menu has a lot of mouthwatering options to choose from. I usually just opt for a Red Stripe lager. Prices are reasonable considering the decor and atmosphere. Service is usually great too. Go ahead and check this place out!

Boss L.

Yelp
Bartender and bouncer where being really rude, he wouldn't service me more then a couple drinks, then I go outside to get some air and the bouncer wouldn't let me go inside and let my friends know I wasn't able to go back inside, I was scared I felt like I was being set up and I'm not from here I live 7 hrs away I was able to call uber and go back to my room all I can say ladies just be careful
google avatar

Devi N.

Yelp
Came here for NYE. Fun tiki bar that has a lot of charm, strong drinks and karaoke on certain days. There's a bar, indoor booths, and also outdoor patio seating. Our bartender was super nice and accommodating, especially on a busy night. The DJ was fun and kept the music going and it was fun to sing along to the karaoke. There's available street parking; not sure if there's a parking lot because we always take a Lyft when we go here. We'll definitely be back for another scorpion bowl!

Juan D.

Yelp
This was such a on point place for a tiki bar I loved the ambiance of the place and the music was amazing too. I got there before the rush but it became packed out of no where which makes sense for the great tasting drinks
google avatar

Ziggy M.

Yelp
I love this place. The decor is spot on. It's clean and well kept. Definitely not a dive bar. I wish it was closer to where we live. Came at opening. Bartender friendly. Gave us a sample of the frozen pina colada to start. Husband, daughter and I each picked something different. My go to is the Zombie. It was delicious. Will definitely come back again. They don't serve food but we could have ordered Uber eats to deliver something. But there's also plenty of food places north of the bar.
google avatar

Darren B.

Yelp
Who doesn't enjoy a Tiki Bar?! This is a fun atmosphere to hang out with a small group and enjoy drinks and just chill and let the vibe and atmosphere take you away for a little while. They don't open until late day, so sadly no midday chillaxing which is better for my lifestyle, but nonetheless, if you come out you'll have a good time. No bar food, so you'll need to accommodate for that before or after your drinking adventure.
google avatar

Leslie M.

Yelp
Love this bar! A quintessential Tiki spot in the valley that offered a multitude of specialty, on-theme cocktails. Additionally, there is karaoke on Wednesdays! I ordered a Lychee Luau and it was delicious! One of the best drinks I've had in a long time. It was even topped with beautiful, orchid garnish. It seems like the bartenders love what they do, and will always greet you with a smile and make time for small talk. Not to mention, they're damn good at their job! Cody, Sunny, and Ken are the best -- The entire staff is! Karaoke was a blast. KJ Jake, the host, is a hoot. The patrons are very encouraging, and it is most definitely a safe-space to sing your heart out and have a laugh. The bar is quite quaint and surrounded by a dark ambiance. Sounds a bit dumb to say, but the vibes are definitely there. Tiki No is the perfect spot for a first date, date night, or a hangout with friends. Only downside to Tiki No is the lack of parking. I had to walk quite a bit to get to the bar, but at the end of the day, it was worth it for an amazing night. Highly recommend to those looking for a great tiki bar in LA. You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
I'm sure it gets crowded and noisy here, but we were here before it filled up on a Friday night. My Blue Hawaiian was delightful, his Irish manhattan got a good review (and he's a bit particular ). Bartender great. Decor (and red booths) fun, with a patio as well.

Yelp
Enter into an exotic atmosphere: Impressive build out and design with attention to detail, colorful lighting and the overall ambience/vibe makes Tiki No a spot to spend a few hours, on a regular basis. There is also a street facing outdoor patio with fireplace. The outdoor signage is another plus. Bartenders were so courteous. Drinks were good, albeit maybe a little weak. No food offerings (maybe peanuts/chips). Disappointed that they didn't have any Tiki mugs for sale. Unfortunately, it was Karaoke night. The Amp was directly behind us. The volume was jarring, far too high. It literally was louder than the concert. Dreadful songs, including an extended version of "Copacabana", URGH. That's when we realized why the Patio was full, many patrons didn't want to hear it either. It only got worse. Karaoke issue: written for the Management. We went here after a Jethro Tull concert at the Greek theatre. My wife and I and my 83 year old Mother. The problem: a young couple decided to make up/Ad-Lib their own lyrics to an unrelated song: it was obscene, gross, X rated gibberish about what they were going to do sexually together ( lasted about 10 minutes off and on). Geesh, there is an 83 year old Grandmother right in front of them. Maybe they were trying to offend us since we're older. It soured the atmosphere and we left early. We will be back for sure, but not on Karaoke night. in Summary: there should be a Karaoke policy on certain words/topics, or one of the employees (DJ, Doorman, etc) could have easily done something about it.

Yelp
My first tiki experience. Great service, cozy bar. We came right at opening and the bartender chatted us up! Forgot his name but can't wait to come back here. I wasn't for any BAR OR LOUNGE at all, I'm a bit more introverted. Coming at the time I did was perfect and expanded my understanding of 'goin out for a drink'

Yelp
If you want to have a fun drink, sit in a cool patio, fun ambiance, and let bartenders guide you to the best drinks served... this is the place! Plenty of parking in the area and nice for a fun date or just grabbing drinks after work. The inside is cool with booths that look like huts. Can't go wrong with any drinks here, but I went with the dealers choice which was a zombie, a colada, and mai tai. Highly recommend this place!

Yelp
We came on a Friday night around 10:30 PM and it was packed. They have some nice but limited seating so we stood by the bar. They have a dj by the bar playing chill music. I didn't like the environment much since it was pretty loud so it's not conducive for hang outs unless you like shouting at each other. What's really great about this bar though is the bartenders. They seem to really enjoy their jobs and engaged/talked with the customers. Toasted Marshmallow ($15): This one is really cool and unique. We watched the bartender create this drink with great care & made sure that the marshmallow was really lit, literally It also tastes really good so I recommend trying it! Blue Hawaiian ($15): This was also good but a bit light and heavy on the ice.

Yelp
The service at Tiki No is amazing! Everyone was so nice, the drinks are always so good & it's such a vibe! Easily my favorite tiki spot and probably the best place in NoHo for a night out

Yelp
Tiki No?? Tiki Yes!! This is a wonderful bar! Please allow me to breakdown why: The Staff! The door staff is great and friendly. Jay and Jake especially are helpful and professional. These have to be the best, friendliest, most interesting bartenders in North Hollywood. They make excellent drinks, they are always checking in on guests, and they make you feel like they are genuinely happy to see you. Sunni is the absolute best and I love it when she works. She's so quick and every drink is delivered with a smile. She has a great vibe and she makes everyone feel so seen and appreciated. She's super cool! Ken is their resident East Coaster with a giant heart, and his drinks are consistently delicious. He's a big sweetheart and really engaging to talk to. He is very professional and clearly knows what he is doing behind the bar! Sean makes fantastic drinks and does a great job of making people feel at ease at the bar. He talks to everyone and encourages everyone to laugh and have a good time. It's gonna be a good time if Sean is working! Cody is like a golden retriever with his sweet nature and natural ability to draw you in with his very personable and likable charm. He makes great drinks as well! He's a wonderful storyteller and conversationalist. He has great hair! Erin is so sweet and reminds one of the captivating ingenues of the silent film era. She's great with drinks and is very approachable and helpful! There is a gentleness about her that I very much like and am drawn to. She's so lovely to speak with! Meg is super nice and it always brightens my night when I see her working! She's great at checking in with everyone at the bar, even when sitting in the booths! She's also great to talk to. Aaron's service is *chef's kiss*. What an awesome bartender. He's so friendly, kind, and incredibly interesting. Conversations with Aaron are the best. He is so intelligent, and humble, and engaging. He is always on the go and is always cleaning, and I love it! I feel like the bar is extra nice and spiffy when he works. He also makes really delicious drinks. It always makes me super happy to see him! He has really cool tattoos. The few times I've seen anything weird happen, the staff took immediate action and contained any potential danger or interruption to other people's evenings. They are professional when they have to turn anyone away, and kind about it. All the bartenders and door staff are great! The bar is so clean, too! The counter is never sticky, and they're always wiping down the bar to keep it clean. The booths are nice and put together, and I have not seen any cut up or peeling booth covers. The decor is super fun! They have blowfish lamps suspended in the air, and the bar has dope woodworking totems for their pillars. The tiki vibe is strong! The atmosphere at Tiki No is top tier. They are friendly and welcoming. The drinks are delicious and consistent, and affordable. The place is clean! The patio is refreshing, and there's a fireplace! I love it when they set drinks on fire! They don't have any beer on tap, all bottles. They don't have a kitchen, but they have bar chips, and they are super cool about bringing in outside food. They encourage it, and even have recommendations for places nearby. My favorite drink is their Pina Colada. It's like a slushie! Karaoke nights are fun here on Wednesdays and Sundays. The staff is especially cool during those nights. It can get packed and loud, but they maintain the safe and pleasant atmosphere ensuring every patron feels great and welcome while there. It's especially fun to see the staff sing! Cody has a pretty singing voice if you ever hear him sing Karaoke! Their Karaoke DJ, Jake, is entertaining! He also sings well! That's all folks!

Yelp
A great little Tiki bar off Lankershim. Small but dim and colorful lighting and comfy booths. We also sat at the bar and everyone was friendly. Prices are normal for the area. Blue Hawaiian was great! I love the 2 cherries and pineapple yum! Plus the color, you can't go wrong. Great vibe!

Yelp
Sunday funday! A couple friends and I went out on a little bar sprawl and a friend recommended we end the night at Tiki No! It was getting a little late and we did have work in the morning, but we were already out and wanted to try it out after hearing only good things about this place. The environment was so much fun, they had karaoke playing people singing, dancing, drinking and just having a good time. Nothing but smiles and delicious drinks! The decorations around was very beautiful as well. They had indoor and outdoor seating with the outdoor seating being nice and roomy and even had a fireplace to keep warm! This place is definitely a hidden gem! So glad I didn't miss out in experiencing this place.

Yelp
This is the greatest place to enjoy a drink and have a fun night with some awesome bartenders. Cody, Derek and Bosh (sp) sure know how to make the night memorable. Other than knowing how to make some exciting looking drinks, they sure know how to pour and make you feel welcomed. There is no kitchen here but you are more than welcomed to order food from outside and have it delivered. I did see a few bag of chips and popcorn for purchase but that's it. Parking is easy and right out front or around the corner. There is a patio with a fire that separates the inside seating. The restrooms are clean and not crowded at anytime. They open at 7pm and no longer offer happy hour, but the prices are comparable to other bars and restaurants around town. I definitely recommend a night here for fun, great drinks and making memories. Cheers!

Yelp
Fun classic and tasty with the perfect ambiance and level of server attention. If you want the flavor of the islands while thirsting for a perfectly balanced drink, this is your place. So beautifully and traditionally designed - it's clearly an island in and of itself in NoHo Arts District.

Yelp
Who doesn't love a great tiki bar in a strange city? After having dinner down the road, we hit up Tiki No LA. The bar is dimly lit and has great vibes; puffer fish hang from the ceiling, tables have little glowing tiki gods, the booths are intimate. The bartender was skilled. Each drink tasted great and was thoughtfully presented. We had the Toasted Marshmallow, a Lychee Luau, a Mai Tai, and a sample of the Pina Colada, which I definitely recommend. Next time I'm in LA, I'll be stopping here again!

Yelp
What a tiki bar! The best in Los Angeles. The best in NoHo in my opinion! I love this place!!!! The decor is on point. The atmosphere really makes you feel like you're on vacation!! I've been here about 10 times now and I am never let down. The patio is great. It has a fire place and heaters!!! It has the total tiki vibe and you can enjoy the music perfectly on the patio. They have such great people working here, they're always in the best mood and happy to make the prettiest tiki drink ever. They do not serve food but they have chips! Voodoo chips and more!! That is a stand out!!! I love coming here and relaxing & feeling like I'm in paradise. The puffer fish decor is hilarious and I love sitting in the tiki huts to enjoy a cocktail. I can't rave about this place enough!

Yelp
Really chill bar with a nice selection of cocktails and almost always has seating. I do wish they would add something to do while you're there that goes with the theme of the place but that's just me being picky. I've never had a negative experience here and almost always stop by during a bar hopping expedition.

Yelp
I went to Tiki No for the first time ever recently. I specifically went to attend an event I had heard of on social media. The place is nice. It was dimly lit. I thought it was small, but good for small groups of people. I didn't try any drinks. I enjoyed the music the DJ played. The atmosphere was overall good.

Yelp
Wonderful bar staff great guy at the door amazing atmosphere amazing drinks, but I'm giving a middling rating because of a really nasty piece of work named Jake who runs the formerly fun karaoke nights. He was mocking everyone purposefully, putting on music with vocals on it, making lewd comments about a lovely female bartender. I won't go back until that guy is gone
