Google
Amazing! Super great fresh food. No complaints. Service is very nice. And the hummus is best in the city

Google
This place is so good! I haven't been here since they have changed owners and remodeled and I was super impressed! We got the chicken with fries and bread and all the pickles and hummus you could want. The flavors were impeccable and all the food was fresh and lovely. I'll will make sure to be back soon!

Google
Came here to get some Shawarma. Such a nice experience, with amazing service. I was unsure about some of the Israeli drinks, and I questioned them.. Very helpful and kind employees! So many sides! I’m a fan of the hummus… The chicken Shawarma with rice is what I ordered. I added some of the various salads along with it. One of my favorites in Las Vegas!

Tikva’s Grill serves delicious Mediterranean dishes—shawarma, grilled meats—with fresh flavors, generous portions, and friendly service.

Food was very fresh and delicious - came back for more before getting on plane home! We said we were taking it for the plane ride and they packed it accordingly - very thoughtfully. we got plenty of salads with order and delicious fresh pita. our chicken schnitzel was crispy and mouth watering

Google
Food delicious. That's it. View of parking lot. Expensive. Deserts not posted on the wall menu. Language barrier. Table service unfriendly. Order communications get mixed up. There are not many choices on the menu, and sides are not clearly stated with which entrees. CCHD grade A inspections since June 21, 2017 good. Cannot recommend this restaurant although clean & tasty steak. French fries were horribly greasy and limp. I don't see this as a true Israeli Kosher Restaurant. Mediterranean, yes. Sorry, I'm disappointed.

Had a fantastic meal at Tikva’s Grill! The food was incredibly fresh, and the pitas were delicious. The portions of meat and salads were generous and well-balanced. Everything tasted amazing, and the quality was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great shawarma!

Yelp
Tikva's Grill is an Israeli Style Mediterranean CASUAL Kosher Restaurant. It's not a fancy place. You order and pay at the counter and seat yourself. They offer things like falafels, shawarma, beef kabobs, schnitzel, and hummus. You can order things in pitas, baguettes, or platters. We shared a three meat plate (steak, beef kabob, chicken thigh). with 1/2 rice and 1/2 fries. They started us off with NINE salads and dips and baked in house pita breads. Everything was very fresh and well seasoned. The pitas weren't the fluffy type but were better than a lot of others out there. What really stands out here are the meats. They were all deeply flavored and very juicy. The fries were unusually good. We also tried some falafels. They were the golden style that I never had before. They were slightly herby with crispy exteriors. The three meat plate is more than what most couples can eat and you will probably bring home some leftovers. This Mediterranean might not be for everyone because it is Kosher and Kosher Meats on average do cost three times more than non Kosher because a lot goes into it to make it that way. So they must charge more than a non-kosher restaurant. But in the end you can sure taste the difference.

Yelp
My sister told me this restaurant is very good and that she's enjoyed everything she's had there. She is right! She told me portions are big. She is right! When we walked in We were greeted warmly and offered some chicken schwarma. It was good but a little salty for me. We ordered the kebab plate. It comes with 4 kebabs ( ground beef with herbs and spices) and either fries or rice, we got half fries and half rice. The plates come with salads and pickles and hummus and tahini. Not sure why, but Israeli hummus is ALWAYS better than what I buy at the grocery store and this hummus was no exception- absolutely delicious. There is a tomato salad with hot peppers- I avoided to peppers and the tomatoes in Dressing were terrific. I loved the carrot salad- it was fantastic. There were also a chopped cabbage salad, tahini and some others for a total of 8 dishes. ( See photo) The kebabs were very good, just a tad over salted for me, not an unusual comment from me, though. The pitas were large, fluffy and delish. So much food! We both ate lunch and had left overs for the next day! The guys at the counter are friendly and offered more Carrot salad when I told him that I loved it. That's a nice gesture. Got a bottle of Israeli grapefruit juice and I must say, it was terrific too. I am looking forward to getting back to Tikva's Grill next time I visit. Do your tastebuds a favor and try this restaurant soon.

Yelp
Our first time trying Tikva's Grill and I am very glad we did. We had the shawarma plate and kebab baguette and some falafel balls on the side. All were wonderful. Shawarma plate came with a tray of various salads, hummus and tahini. All added amazing flavors to the great meat and rice main plate. This could have been a main dish for two. Throw in a couple fresh made pita and it was a great meal. The baguette kebab was the best I've had in a long time. The bread is fresh made and has a superb flavors to all by itself. Throw in a generous helping of meat and various toppings and you have one of the better sandwiches in Vegas. The people running the restaurant are nice and were extremely helpful in walking us through the menu and the options. If you really want a great eastern Mediterranean meal, this is the place to go. It is on our repeat list of places to go back to as often as possible.

Yelp
Mazel tov, Tikva. I love it. I double love my sweetheart's forever awesome ordering. On point. He scout's out all the best treats so I can chill and have surprises. Delicious falafel. Super great hummus. Extra soft and light pita. Jewish Israeli food the way we like it: just right. They were out of chicken shwarma last night so they subbed chicken thighs in our pita. It was delightful. Probably better than the shwarma would have been. Tahini, tomatoes, some seasoned shreddy red cabbage. Smash some roasty garlic cloves into the next bite. A+. The pickles - why have I not had the pickles here before? So good. Salty and crunchy. Do they make these? They keep the entire place spotless. They work hard to feed you truly nice items. Tikva is its own scene. A Tel Aviv spot in LV. Parking is easy.

Yelp
For us, Middle Eastern people who live away from home, there is absolutely nothing like a bite from home. And this is by no means a literal bite. It's one very figurative big BITE. It's like we have sensors in our bodies that can sense dangerously low levels of hummus, absence of tahini dipped in a freshly baked pitta. A carefully designed piece of pitta, wrapped around a bunch of chicken shawarma, dripping hummus and just a little hot sauce to hit the spot and reset these meters. Top it off with root beer, or what call "black beer", and all systems turn green. Yes, it's that simple. You come in, you order, you immerse yourself in the Middle Eastern food experience and you're as good as new. Tikva's Grill is that oasis, for us camels to come and sip the water we know from home. To get those taste buds going, to go home if only for an hour. I like food, but I absolutely love Middle Eastern food. And Tikva's Grill fulfills all we were hoping for and more. A lot more. The food comes with as many salads as you wish, and even a nice conversation with one of the owners. If you are hungry for well seasoned shawarma, excellent hummus, and freshly baked pitta, you've come to the right place. Loved it. So would you.

Yelp
Stopped here as a detour on my way to Sand hollow (things we do for Shawarma)... the owner said:" take a plate , let me spoil you" ... and he did! The veal Shawarma was GOOD! Spiced perfectly with hints of lamb fat, pita bread was super, great salads, overall great experience! Definitely on the pricey side for a lunch " street foid" but it is veal and it is kosher.....

Yelp
Tikva's Grill has a casual atmosphere with plenty of seating, good kosher food, and great music. You'll find them on Sahara and Decatur near Oakey. Grand opening was on October 15, 2023. There's ample parking. Menu is written in English and Hebrew offering a tasty selection of kosher items including sabich (pita sandwich), falafel, kabob, chicken, and schnitzel. I had a custom order of Hummus Falafel ($20.99) with fried eggplant, sweet pickled carrots, Israeli salad of tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers, and sauteed cabbage, served with soft pita bread which is huge! Love the desserts, Malabi with strawberry sauce, coconut, and crushed pistachios is a delightful silky rice pudding that's light, yummy, and not too sweet. Lotus cake with chocolate sauce, patisserie, and rich and creamy oreo mousse is delicious! Very nice service from Saar and owner Kobi.

Yelp

Yelp
Not a big fan. The taste/flavors were not to my liking. The shawarma was dry and not seasoned properly. We also tried the falafel and it was a bit overcooked. The other issue was the pricing. I paid 4-star prices for a 1-star restaurant. I love small restaurants but this one failed miserably. Hopefully they can make changes and improve.

Yelp
The shawarma was amazing , service was even better. Next time will try the Marguez ! Try the kaba
google avatar

Christian S.

Yelp
Two trips, two pita sandwiches tried, two home runs. It's tough to find a good falafel in Las Vegas since the closure of Sababa, but this place is the new standard bearer in town. The falafel has all the elements to make a great product: fluffy soft pita bread, light and crispy chickpeas, wonderful humus and tahini sauce, and loads of fresh delicious veggies. I've tried many others and there's no point in going elsewhere. Switch the chickpeas out for the sliced meat from the vertical spit and you have an excellent shawarma. The only caveat is that the food is not cheap. $15 for falafel and $22 for shawarma is pretty steep, but I don't think you can find better.

Yelp
This place is amazing--best Shabbat food in Las Vegas! We've tried it a few times, and it's always top-notch. I highly recommend the couscous, the mafrum, the Moroccan fish, and the schnitzel. The salads were great too, especially with the Shabbat challah.

Eli A.

Yelp
I ordered an Uber Eats order from Tikva for Shabbat dinner. I ordered the schnitzel baguette and a mix combo platter that comes with 5 salads. My order arrived and there was nothing but bread and schnitzel in my sandwich. My combo plate said it came with 5 salads - all I got was some hummus, pickles, ketchup and a bit of Israeli salad. I called to express my disappointment- the guys told me to never order again and was super rude. I hate to post bad reviews but for the order that I received - I didn't get what was advertised in the pictures. I'm never ordering here again - I now don't have food to host Shabbat. Terrible customer service - pls stop scamming tourists.

Nicole H.

Eva S.

Yelp
WORST diarrhea after I ate there. The food was not fresh nor was it authentic . The service was sub par and it was not cute at all in there . I have had better more authentic middle eastern food from a frozen trader joes falafel and kebab. Not authentic obviously. Wish I had my money back

Steve D.

Yelp
This place is great. The people are very nice, and the food is fresh and delicious! It is worth a side trip!

Yossi Y.
