I visited this Tim Hortons recently, and while it wasn’t busy at the time, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. The tables and floors had leftover food on them, even though no one was sitting there. Maybe it just hadn't been cleaned yet, but it definitely didn’t give off the neat and tidy vibe I expect from a restaurant. On the positive side, since there weren't many customers, my order was made quickly, so I appreciated that. However, I think they could improve on the overall cleanliness to make the experience more enjoyable.

Lately, every time I go there, I end up with curdled coffee. I'm not sure if they're checking expiration dates, but it's clear the cream has gone bad. They definitely need some training on food safety. 🤮🤮

I was really disappointed with my recent order. The Boston cream donut I received had most of its chocolate topping stuck to the paper bag, making it messy and completely unappetizing. This ruined the entire experience of enjoying the donut. It’s frustrating that the packaging isn’t suitable for such items—something as simple as a box instead of a paper bag would have made a huge difference. It’s just common sense to ensure customers can enjoy their food, not end up disappointed like this. I expected better.

I was given points to compensate an order being wrong which was great except it won't let me use them More than one item at a time and hours in between. I have a family that I can't just bring one item back to. This seems like a way to get me to spend more money. I order typically from Midtown as I can see it from my backyard. The service is good as far as I've experienced. We had a previous issue on an order we had from Huntington hills tim hortons through door dash. The arrival time was way longer than expected (over 30 mins) as our order was being delivered from out of the city. This would mean an order ready for longer than 30 minutes while travelling at least. They kept our funds and the food upon trying to cancel as wed rather have the order fresh from a restaurant within proximity or at least within city limits. They kept the 40 dollars with no service rendered and nothing but a horrible attitude when I tried to voice my concerns with door dash customer service. This is upsetting as we'd like to continue being customers however, it seems like nobody cares. Who do I take this issue to? I'm now out 50+ dollars with nothing to show for it but disappointment. Thank you Amber-Dawn

Ordered Oreo iced cap costed me $5 but in return what we expect good quantity and quality. When I got the order the iced cap was only 80% filled and I could see the empty cup. When you charge full money then fill the product to the top. Don’t give 20% cup from the top empty. Very poor and greedy service. I wish I could give zero stars wasted my 💰

Have been by multiple times and this store is "out of" Tim bits, donuts, sandwiches and even coffee. What kind of business is this? Often the workers look like they have just woken up; like I am disturbing their sleep. Tonight at 9:30pm on my way to work I went for an iced cap-was told that they could not "give service" due to their system being updated. Was told that I would have to wait. Could not-was heading to work. I feel like this business does not want my patronage. If I could give zero stars- I would give less.

I get that it’s Tim Hortons and expectations are low, but come on! Paying in drive thru, I’m holding out my phone to tap on the machine while the worker takes a second to punch something in on the machine. Suddenly there’s 2 workers, one with the machine the other with 2 cups all being shoved out the window at me. How many arms do you think I have. One wants me to pay, the other wants me to grab 2 drinks at once. What am I? Inspector Gadget? When I say to the one shoving the drinks out, “you’re going to have to wait a second I only have one arm that reaches that far” I get a huge eye roll and sigh. Sorry I’m not an octopus? When I finally manage to grab everything the Google Review QR code is on my food, so here ya go
