Let me tell you about today, Lol. I go into the office to use the computer and phone. I get done with the computer and go sit in the lobby. I hear some ladies talking. I hear my name and my mother's name mentioned. It's so amazing how people talk about you when they think you are not listening. Why was I the topic of conversation, Idk. Why my mother was the topic of conversation, Idk. They come out one by one. I do not know the first lady, but the other three were the secretary, the assistant manager, and the manager. Very distasteful and unprofessional. My mother has been gone from this complex for about two years. I am working my way out of here, too.I feel very important to them, but I do not appreciate how I have been treated here because I do not cause problems and stay to myself. The power of how God moves when devils are talking! Part two is coming soon!! To respond to your response, all of that is false. We discussed why you have to make the apartments and apartment staff "still" look good. God put me in the lobby to hear that covo at perfect timing. Like I said, I should not be discussed anymore. That convo was messy and tacky. I know someone saw me walk in, and you all wanted to discuss me, lol. Not being the labeled "angry black women," so I sat there and listened. I do not want other places to think that I am a problematic tenant because we both know I am not! That so-called program has nothing to do with me, smh! I am leaving this complex, and you know the "real" reason! Too blessed to be stressed!

Joan is an angel. The paper work and move in process was seamless with her. She's warm, kind and helpful. I could tell she genuinely cares. If you want great customer service and to be treated like a valuable human being, ask for Joan.

Joan, in the front leasing office, is hands down the absolute worst employee I’ve ever encountered at this apartment complex. Not only is she rude and constantly making slick remarks while reviewing our application, but she also disregards our check stubs when calculating income. Instead, she uses her own ‘math’ to determine our income, based on her arbitrary numbers. It feels discriminatory. To make matters worse, she lives in the complex, so don’t expect privacy, she will be involved in your business, making your stay a nightmare. Stay far away from this place if you can!!!

Joan was wonderful! The tour was very informative and she was very easy to talk to and get proper information from. If we weren’t previously swayed from the wonderful apartments, she definitely helped with that! Thank you Joan! EDIT: We have now lived in these apartments for about 2 weeks and couldn’t be happier! Thank you to all the staff that made our choice and moving process SO EASY!

recently visited this apartment complex and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. From the beginning, JOAN in the front office gave off a negative vibe. When I went in with my sister to get clarification on our application, JOAN made unnecessary and unhelpful remarks that were flat out rude. Her customer service was disappointing, and I didn’t appreciate the way she handled our questions. I believe better communication and a more respectful attitude would make a big difference.

I came to this property to tour an apartment and office staff was very helpful. Ms. Joan was sweet and kind and she took her time explaining all information to me. I didn't feel rushed or pushed away. I would have liked the apartment better if they offered washer and dryer and bedroom ceiling fans, but overall property was clean and nice.

I have lived in the complex since the summer of 2017, and recently moved in the summer of this year, (2023). And even though my personal journey had taken me down different paths, the management and community has always been there to make sure I was a satisfied resident and worked well with me. Very quiet, very clean and beautiful views to embrace. If you don't mind the friendly neighborhood spiders and beetles, then this is the place for you. Affordable and fair.

This is a really nice property with quite a few nice amenities. It has a small community feel despite being a nice size property. And I've been 15 to 20 years younger, it would totally have been my style. I would definitely recommend it to my young adult daughters.

Everyone who works here is amazing! I have lived here for 2 years now. Any time I walk into the leasing office, everyone greets me by my name and is always so happy to see me. Any time I request maintenance, there is LITERALLY, someone at my door within minutes! To Ashley O. who gave a bad review to Brenda, YOU ARE WRONG!!! She is not rude, sarcastic, or racist. She is the best leasing office manager that anyone could hope for! The only issue that I have with this apartment complex is the narrow parking spaces. I'm sure it's to increase the number of available spaces for residents to park in, but it's kinda hard to open my car door without hitting the vehicle parked next to me

I was a resident here about 3 years ago and came back because no place has made me feel at home like timber mill has. Bre has made my stay here very welcoming and every experience all around great. I'm constantly recommending everyone to this complex. Great location as well! Thank you Bre !!!!!

The apartments itself have a great ambience. Low crime and is very clean. One could even deal with all the bats surrounding the apartment BUT what one can't deal with is the apartment manager. Just so there is no confusion which one Brenda Grasha! She is very sarcastic and very rude esp to people of other races! If you call her with a complaint by the end of the conversation the problem you called about did NOT get fixed but you most certainly probably got belittled by her! Oh and definitely never need a repair in your apt that has to come out of pocket or with more advance people because I'm telling you now you won't get it! It's ashamed to treat people so wrongly just because of their race or religion. Especially tenants who pay the rent every month on time no complaints! Smh if you move here better hope there is a different property manager corporate really needs to do an evaluation. Good luck all.

This was my first time looking for an apartment. I've never had one and wasn't sure how to get one without credit. This place accommodated me and helped me thru the process of becoming a first time renter. The area is beautiful and reminds me of Berkeley, CA were I'm originally from. It's one bedroom is big and spacious. Perfect for having guests. And the staff and maintenance are always quick to respond with any onsite issues. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. :3

I really enjoy living here. The office people are very nice. Natalie, the one I signed the lease with, even remembers me when I come into the office. She seems to genuinely care about the tenants. The pool is always kept clean, and maintenance is done around the complex to keep it looking nice and clean. The maintenence people come quickly if something needs to be fixed. The rooms inside are spacious and well designed. My only issue is the washer/dryer set up is out through the porch. Apparently this is normal for apartments, I guess I'm just not used to it.

The maintenance team here are very skilled and quickly respond to your maintenance requests. Always timely and have quick emergency service when office is closed. The grounds are kept clean and manicured. The office team is very nice and accommodating. I feel safe living here and that's important because I live alone. I've lived here 5 years now and hope to be here another 5.

These apartments are older and could use many updates both inside and outside of the apartments starting with the parking signs. Their parking is a giant headache and a scam in my opinion. After visiting a friend and parking in an area that only had 2 signs stating "Visitor Parking Only", my car still got towed. First I spoke to (not so helpful) Natalie who gave me their corporate's number because there is nothing they can do she says, then had corporate refer me back to Brenda the manager at Timber Mill who was more concerned about the name of the person who referred me back to her, then finally after her own conversation with corporate I FINALLY got a call back to discuss my issues. I was told my car is rightfully towed since I did not park at the specific spot in front of the "Visitor Parking Only" sign. It states at the entrance of the apartments Permit Parking only except for designated Visitor Parking area, so as a visitor and specially at night, if I see no other signs when I turn into a corner parking lot and the only signs there on each side both say "Visitor Parking Only", then as a visitor I would assume it's the Visitor Parking lot. The signs are deceiving, and as a result I was towed and charged $300. I believe this is a scam and other signs need to be posted in that parking lot so as a visitor you know it is not the visitor parking. I do not recommend these apartments. I think management sucks at customer service and parking signs need to be updated. Am sure many visitors have been unfairly and wrongfully towed.

Well to start off I would like to say that this complex is quiet, clean, consist of a very helpful maintence crew and is one of the cheapest apartment complexes in this general area. Its nice place to live as long as you have as little to do with the people in the office as possible. Out of everything my only problem has to be all the elderly ladies running the front office. They are completely disorganized, rude, and lack any ability to be some what informative and helpful. most of the time you can catch them standing around outside smoking cigerettes. They've lost my rent checks twice in a year span, and once even creditted my payment to another apartment number. The first time I tried to renew my lease they lost my paperwork, and without even notifying me or asking my permission signed me up for an alternative lease based on a month to month deal. This of course raise my rent without my knowledge. and after 4 months of this going on they sent me a late notice for difference in the amount of money I've been supposebly have been underpaying for my rent. The maintence people do all the work around here. They are constantly fixing things and helping(one even went out of his way on his day off to fix my plumbing)Its not a bad place to live but they really need to re-evaluate the ability of their agents to correctly do their jobs
