"Once we get in, we make it a point to stock up on essentials for the next couple nights. After a long day of travel, it’s really nice to crack open a nice bottle of wine or pour a splash of mezcal to decompress. We usually hit up Time Market. They have everything: great fresh bread, a reasonably priced menu, and delicious pizza — because the last thing you want to do after a long day of driving is cook."

I highly recommend coming here and trying the Margherita pizza and molasses cookies (no photo lol)! So delicious! This place does not disappoint. It does get crowded and loud. Minimal table seating inside but they do have patio seating. If going with others, I recommend getting a table first, then getting in line to place your order. Coffee bar is a great touch and smell to the space. Enjoy!

I’m visiting Tucson for a week, and I’ve already gone to this place for lunch twice and I’m planning to go back again today. Highly recommend! I’ve only had sandwiches, but everything they sell here (cookies, pastries, pizza, salad, etc) looks so good. They have a good selection of beers, wines, and other grocery items as well. If you want a local, communal space to eat and chill when visiting Tucson, this is the place!

Google
The atmosphere is so cute with it being a cafe plus a grocery store. Great place to get some work done with good, fresh food. Highly recommend the matcha latte with honey and the breakfast sandwich. I also got the chocolate croissant which I found to be kind of hard.

Google
The staff was all friendly and pleasant. The pizza slices are pretty big. We tried pep and the daily special. They were good, but the crust was a little too thin and not enough crunch for my taste. I bought some cookies too and my wife loved them.

Google
Everything is excellent here, from vibes to food. The patio is lovely - great place to work or meet up with pals. They have good vegetarian options. Their pizza is some of the best in Tucson and you can get a large cheese slice for like $4. I love the Calabrian red pepper sandwich 🤩 this also a nice little place to pick up local gifts or dinner party items. I never have issues with parking here, but you'll get a dopamine boost if you bike or take the streetcar 😌

Google
A fantastic little eatery placed very conveniently for a pre-night out dinner, dates or hanging out with friends. Often crowded, but has a fantastic atmosphere in the slow moments. The dishes range in price from $10-20 but the pizza by the slice is only between $4-6 with NA drinks ranging between $2-7. Cute, casual, and easy to become a regular at. The bakery is also incredible but the most popular sweets run out early (I’ve only managed to eat a chocolate croissant once). My go-to is the roast chicken and tamale sandwich or the hummus plate I would not recommend this place for shopping for groceries as they are inordinately expensive even in relation to luxury grocery stores.

We got pizza, salad, and beers. This place did not disappoint. Everything is fresh and delicious. If you are ever in Tucson, you must try this place.

Google
Loved this gem! Pizza was fire, loved the aesthetic, how things flowed in the space, and the variety of all that they offered for food and drink. Stopped here for lunch before as well as dinner with a friend. Loved the size of pizza, that they tables weren't off balance, and that it was a space that has great energy.

Yelp
great vibes, immaculate food. chill service. always busy though. I'm a university student and I take the tran here. Friends share a large pizza. Delicious.

Yelp
Time Market is adorable, conveniently located, and has amazing food! I came once years ago and finally came back again yesterday. I am shocked I let years pass before returning and I guarantee I will back much sooner this time around. So far I have only tried the Caramel Heart Pizza and the Kale Salad, but everything on the menu looks to be imagined with creativity and everything brought out of the kitchen looks delicious. From the east coast, I do have high standards for pizza, and I will say the crust is not completely the same was a NY slice, but it is still sturdy enough without being too thin and tastes great. What Time Market has really nailed down is the toppings on their pizza, as everything is very fresh and compliments each other perfectly. I also love that the pizza does not come out oily or watery. I did not feel the need to blot my pizza as I commonly do from other restaurants. The whole atmosphere of Time Market just has my heart as well. There is fresh and unique produce, and some other fun groceries too, if you feel like picking up something special. Their breads and desserts from the bakery also look great. The service is kind and the food seems to come out pretty quickly. I highly recommend trying out Time Market. I cannot wait to return again!

Yelp
Slow Time Market. They open at 7 am but the pizzeria/deli does not open until 11 am...when the lunch crowd comes in. Honestly, this is an attitude filled small space/cafe/market with fantastically well curated products at premium prices, without premium service. HAD planned on purchasing some cookies, pasta sauce and a 4 dollar protein bar, but the lady running the checkout was on the phone and the line was long...so I bounced. No time for Time Market.

Yelp
Our first time visiting Time Market and it is worth all the hype!!! I ordered the 'Italian Grinder' and between the incredible house made bread, flavorful meats and vegetables it was the best sandwich I have ever eaten. Simply AMAZING and total FLAVOR-TOWN! They do NOT Disappoint!!!

Yelp
Support local! Parking: it can be a little hard to find on weekdays, but street parking is free on weekends and easy to find. Food: I have love the fried chicken sandwich and tamal sandwich. Atmosphere: Inside and outside seating. Outside seating is in shade. Great place to meet up with friends, for a date, etc.

Yelp
My 1st time eating here, but stopped in for a wine tasting and food pairing menu. Everything was great. I wasn't familiar with the process of dining and ordering there. The staff was super patient and gave me the rundown. The place is cool with artisan groceries and what appears to be an older building. The food is excellent.

Yelp
Still one of my go-to's in Tucson! Love the food, love the atmosphere and love the drink options. Time Market is a Tucson staple for good food and drinks with friends. I love their pizza options and has they have daily specials on pizza and some sandwiches. The kale Cesar salad is delicious! Our favorite pizza is the Merguez, can't go wrong with some delicious sausage and soft cheese. The crust is just thin enough and 1-2 slices will definitely fill you up! If you dine in, they'll bring your food to your table and food comes out in a reasonable time. This place is a must if you visit Tucson!

Yelp
We popped in the other morning for breakfast and had a yummy lil breakfast sandwich. Small menu for breakfast - 2 options but the sandwich was yummy! The bread was nice and fluffy and the bacon was crispy. Don't think I loved the tomato and lettuce but ‍ that's just me. Loved the lil spicy mayo on it. The pastry case looked amazing, but we didn't get any. Service was great and friendly and the food didn't take too long to come out. There's a nice little market you can browse and get most anything you need while you wait for food or after. Seemed a little expensive but overall good selection of products

Yelp
Came here to visit w/ my daughter who was coming for her most favorite Chai latte in town. The person who took her order was calm and polite and even though she messed up her milk - the lady just fixed it for us. This store is so cute and clean and modern yet cozy, and had the best of the best products. They had baked goods at the drink bar and also later the pizza oven gets going. The produce area was impeccable and brands like Olympia Provisions is here- so you know- the best of the best. Being from California- so many of our family favorites can be found here. Didn't get a chance to grocery shop w/& for my daughter- but definitely next time. The little GEM of a market in Tucson.

Yelp
Local quaint very nostalgic and sweet space with high quality food and drinks galore. Gentle and kind service, amazing fun and open vibe with so much to enjoy about it. There's indoor and outdoor seating. A place to get amazing variety of cheeses, a produce section, fresh breads and baked goods daily, amazing fresh pizza made right in front of you (watch them toss it), great coffee and tea and truly a thoroughly and well selected market place of items. A must visit when in Tucson. I love Time.

Yelp
My vote for best experience brunch or lunch in town ! This curation is a one stop shop . Market offers up some culinary specialties & upscale finds , beauty , pots and pans , spices , incredible chocolate selection , the fresh fruits and produce are amazing , bakery , pizzeria , coffee shop , indoor and outdoor seating . Easily modifiable foods . I ordered the portobello with hummus sandwich no cheese ... delicious !

Yelp
Time market is a fun stop! Lots of cute items to look through. I got a pizza slice- they're so big and very well priced! It was the special of the day and it was really good, with onion and sausage! There's not much seating, but we got our pizza to go.

Yelp
I've been coming to this place since I was a freshman in college back in the fall of 1995 and have always loved their wood fired pizzas and calzones. Unfortunately for me being stuck in the past, they trimmed their menu down and did away with the calzones so it's only pizzas and with totally different offerings when compared to during my college days. Now, their offerings are a bit on the fancier type pizzas vs the more rustic pizzas that I loved. However, on my latest visit I finally brought myself to try some of the slices from their current line up. All I can say is they were all so delicious! The crust is the perfect mix of soft and crisp and the ingredients they use for the toppings are top notch. Just a wonderful blend of flavors! My friend and I were visiting from out of town and came by on a Friday night and the place was PACKED and the guys making the pizzas were just cranking them out for people eating in and ordering for take out. Back in the college days this place was kind of an unassuming place to get a great meal and relax but that wasn't the case this time around. The both of us were jockeying with other people for seats and ended up having to eat at the counter seats vs sitting at a table. Anyway, I loved the two slices I had for dinner that evening so the next day I decided to go back and get another slice as an afternoon snack! I'm totally looking forward to my next trip to Tucson and coming back here to get a meal. I'll probably give their sandwiches a try. I read really good things about the bread they use and make from scratch and will look to buy a loaf or two to take back to L.A. with me.

Yelp
Even though I don't dine in at Time Market as much as I used to, it's a tried and true spot for us for take out. I love a cheese pizza with their kale salad. We purchase their levain almost weekly and try to not to stock up Too often on their decadent cookies. They're addicting! We also really enjoy their wine selection. It's interesting and we have fun build wines from places we love in Europe.

Yelp
Time market service is okay, I went on a Sunday so they were pretty busy. They don't offer decaf coffee and very limited gluten free food options which is a big bummer for me :/ had the Greek salad and it was alright, nothing special. I wish they offered a gluten free pastry option
google avatar

Yelp
love the vibe here. Very busy. It's 4 starts not 5 just because of the prices of the groceries are so inflated. The massive pizza slice is worth the price though. It was a good pizza, I think Dave Portnoys pizza score was correct. The workers and service is great. Every single interaction I had was super kind. It seems like they enjoy their work environment and it reflects. It was cool to see the pizzas being made fresh. The pizza was filling yet light and not greasy at all. Tasted pretty fresh and quality. I would love to come back and try a burger or the cookies, or really anything, it all looked great. I saw some super expensive pistachio butter I might need to get as well... next time!

Yelp
Love this place! Definitely adding it to my spots to frequent! The store + restaurant combo reminds me of floras marketplace (r.i.p. sadly!) but at a greater scale. There is a small grocery here with produce alcohol, drinks, snacks, and what seems like local merch. There's also a restaurant in the space that houses a line where you stand in line to order at the counter, get a number, and find your own seat. There's patio seating and very limited indoor seating which includes some at the windows. I would advise to be aware it seems to be a pretty popular spot so it was kind of hectic and busy the Saturday afternoon that I went. The menu wasn't huge but had a good selection of salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. I ordered the Turkey curry sandwich which I loved! What a different concept I've never seen, and they aced it. The Thai salad had all kinds of great additions but the dressing was so tame, it seemed tasteless and ineffective for tying the salad together. I would definitely suggest they get a stronger more delectable dressing to bring it home for that dish. My husband got the fried chicken sandwich and said it was bland unfortunately. I would love to go back and try their pizzas.

Yelp
An adorable half market-half cafe shop. The market has healthy, local products and a large selection of wine and cheeses. The food is ordered at a counter and then delivered to your seat. They have a large selection of pastries and pizzas. The prices were surprisingly good for the amount of food received. The only downside was the lack of seating options.
google avatar

Jonna L.

Yelp
Best pizza in Tucson, hands down. Whatever you get, it will be delicious! I'd recommend getting a slice or two instead of a full pizza, it is the better value option. The service is great, and I'd recommend getting there for an early dinner because the seating area fills up! The market is super fun to walk around and look and what they have. It's pretty pricey, but whether you get something or not, it's fun!

Yelp
I've been getting the Humus Plate at Time Market for more than 20 years and even though prices have gone up the Humus Plate has certainly doubled in quality and taste over the years. It's absolutely delicious!

Yelp
I have been going to Time Market for many years now and it is one of my favorite places in Tucson! The outdoor patio is such a vibe, with hanging vines and a spacious dining area. They offer amazing pizzas, salads, and sandwiches with fresh ingredients you can see and taste! I especially love the fig and ricotta pizza with the arugula salad! Their chocolate chip cookies are TDF as well. The market offers kombucha, wine, and speciality groceries, as well as seasonal produce from local farmers. 10/10 Tucson vibes, it's a staple in my rotation for a reason. :)

Yelp
The Time Market has a ton of fresh options near University of Arizona. Street parking is offered close by and the restaurant inside is generally pretty busy so seating can be limited. Tried the pepperoni pizza, greek salad, and grinder sandwich, which were all really good! Also tried the shiitake mushroom pizza and rosemary cookie which I probably wouldn't order again as they were just okay. It is nice that quite a few menu items can be ordered in small or large portions. Additionally the restaurant serves coffee, has a full bar, and offers takeaway. They have a market store with an amazing variety of fresh produce, cheese, fresh bread, pastries, beer, wine, and international options for sale.

Yelp
Well we have been here several times previously. Always for breakfast but I have heard the pizza is good. Anyway the Morning Bread is new. The Avocado Toast continues to be an amazing breakfast bite! But that Morning Bread, think French toast meats bread pudding. It was savory with just a bit of sweet. So good! The cold brew was also better than I remembered. The team was quick and friendly!

Yelp
This is one of the best kept secrets of the Tucson food scene. The service is outstanding, salads are fantastic, the wood-fired pizza is amazing, and the baked goods are to die for. Did I mention that it is also a gourmet market? If you are staying anywhere in the downtown or university areas, this is where you want to grab your first meal to take back to your place, along with fresh food and drinks for later.
google avatar

Miriamn L.

Yelp
My husband and I love coming here for pizza, their coffee and their drinks. The service has always been great. There is plenty of seating area inside. The little market offers variety of produce, wine, and fresh baked breads. The parking situation can be a a bit tricky but it's totally worth it. The staff is friendly and welcoming and prices are fair. Definitely recommend trying their pizza!

Yelp
Wow what a cute market, can't believe I've barely come to find out about it! Stopped by for pizza and it is now a go to pizza by the slice spot in Tucson. They offer classic cheese and pepperoni slices and two less typical options. The outside patio was great in this springtime weather. Inside the market there is quite the selections of wines, cheeses, and small section of fruits and veggies. Would be fun to come back to gather things for wine and charcuterie night.
google avatar

Yelp
It's a little neighborhood market that has a small selection of produce, a decent selection of wine and beer, and several dry goods coupled with a bakery/ pizzeria/ coffee and other food options. Super cool space to shop and also grab a meal or drink.Delicious breakfast sandwich and freshly baked goods available ( the monkey bread was yummy). Indoor and outdoor seating available and street parking.

Yelp
I've ordered every pizza on the menu & a few of their sandwiches & salads with 100% satisfaction in the last 5 years. Everything was great each time. They have a nice small bar area with a patio that is a nice touch. Pizzas are cooked Neopolitan style in a very hot oven so they may have some charring on them & if you like them well done they can oblige your request. All bread for sandwiches is made in house & is really good, they have a rather large selection of craft beer in cans & bottles in addition to the 8-10 they have on draft at the bar. The produce selection is of high quality & much of it it's locally sourced. You might pay a little more for products & services here but it's worth it for me because I know I'm receiving a higher quality product.

Yelp
Great service, food, location, and price! Miguel made my experience memorable Thank you, Miguel! I'll be back to experience the wine options based off your recommendations.

Yelp
Super cute little coffee shop by the university and downtown Tucson. The mocha was amazing and the service was great. Sofia was very friendly. Place is clean and there is even a section to purchase wine and other things that you may need.

Yelp
Update: In response to the owner's response below, there was no gross misunderstanding regarding the treatment we received from your employee. She was rude and there was no reason for it. You might want to start holding your employees accountable for their bad behaviors and bad service instead of praising them for it. I see a lot of similar reviews from others who have encountered the same bad experiences we have and your response to them was the same. I hope that you start listening to feedback from your customers in future instead of becoming defensive and dismissing them as "misunderstandings". My husband and I live in the Sam Hughes neighborhood and have been wanting to try Time Market out for a while. A few weeks ago on a Sunday morning, we decided to walk from our place down to Time Market as it was such a beautiful morning and knew it would be getting hot soon. We walked in around 7:30 am and had the very unfortunate experience of opening the front door to one of the most unfriendly and miserable looking employees we have ever encountered at any dining/retail establishment. This young lady was standing at the front counter that was attached to a display case of pastries/bakery items. She gave us no greeting at all and proceeded to look down on us like we didn't belong there. Talk about a horrible first impression. My husband told me that he felt very uneasy and unwelcome and wanted to leave immediately. After talking with him for a few minutes, I convinced him to look past this horrible first experience and we proceeded to a counter to the right of this one where we ordered two coffees, a breakfast sandwich and pastry. We went out onto the cute patio in the back and ate our breakfasts and were very impressed with everything.... it was delicious. When we were finished, we went back inside and looked around. We found a very interesting cheese counter in the back along with some amazing looking wine. We found some cheese we wanted to purchase, but stood at the cheese counter for about 5 minutes, and no one ever came over to help us. We both decided that we wanted to leave and walked out the front door with no greeting or anything from the young lady who treated us like garbage when we first entered. I was very upset by how we were treated and can only think that this young lady instantly despised us because we were a gay couple. What other reason would someone have to treat anyone like that? I reached out to Time Market online and asked if their email address was where I could send feedback. A man named Peter Wilke responded and confirmed that was the correct email to send my feedback to. I normally do not like posting reviews online about businesses and instead try to contact the business directly to give my feedback. After writing an email with my feedback, I received an automated response back saying the receiver (Peter Wilke) rejected my email, so I am pretty sure this person did not want to listen to my feedback and immediately blocked my email. We had such high hopes for Time Market and really enjoyed the food and coffees, but not the way we were treated by the employee and owner (I am assuming Peter is the manager or owner). They always say "first impressions are lasting impressions" and I couldn't agree more.

Yelp
Time Market is a classic to say the least. It's changed with the times-I've been there since my undergrad years way back in the day, but has continued to be a Tucson, must go to staple, whether for a nosh or to purchase items from its unique store, grocery, wine and coffee options, you won't be disappointed! The ambiance presents itself from the moment you walk in the door, as well, comfort. We went for a bite after the theater and the service was fast, friendly, with the food being in one word...delicious!

Yelp
newest obsession! loved this market + lunch spot. lots of food options to choose from & was really busy at lunch time during week. very friendly staff & food was ready fairly quick. recommend the kale lemony salad & the Italian chopped sandwich. so delicious!! A lot of people were ordering the daily pizza specials & ordering bottles of wine to enjoy. There is an outdoor patio to sit at. Feel like this would be a great place to work at too. Can't say enough great things!

Yelp
Half market, half...restaurant? This place is a staple here in town and I see why. They have a menu for breakfast lunch and dinner and serve pizza, coffee, wine, etc. Stop in for a coffee, grab n go sandwich, fresh bread, etc and have fun shopping around the market waiting for your order. Everything is so good here!

Yelp
What a treasure of a market/restaurant near the University campus. High-end groceries at not-too-crazy prices and a delicious restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I tried their breakfast sandwich. The soft roll was buttery and fragrant. The egg, heirloom tomato, and avocado were delicious too. I also bought a morning bun and found it the best version I've ever tasted. They make their pastries in-house and it shows. Very fresh and beautifully balanced. Next time I go I will try their pizza which I've heard is a must. Friendly service and super cute indoor and outdoor seating. A real gem!

Yelp
One of my Tucson favorites! I love stopping by for a sandwich or quick slice of pizza. The caprese sandwich is my favorite, the ingredients are all made in house and they are so fresh and tasty. They also have the market which provides different drink options, we picked up some juices they have which were very good. Sometimes it can be hard go find seating but they have both indoor and outdoor areas. The staff is super friendly and its a great spot!
google avatar

Yelp
Such a friendly atmosphere with genuinely helpful staff. Their selection of goods is unique and packed with local finds, perfect for discovering something new. And of course, the food and drink options are delicious. It's the kind of spot you want to keep coming back to! Highly recommend being adventurous and trying one of the pizza options of the day :)

Yelp
I lived right across the street from Time Market since I was in college about four years ago. I LOVE the pizza and all of the salads, the Greek salad is especially fresh. The bakery items are more or less a hit or miss in my opinion, sometimes the bakery items are a little burnt which isn't my favorite. On another note, the coffee is amazing! I never really shopped at the grocery section because it was really expensive but the drink selection is awesome and they have great kombucha. It's a great place for a little date or meeting up with a friend. I always really liked the vibes of the place. The outdoor area is awesome during the fall and winter time. I can relate to some of the reviews in that I feel like some of the workers can act a bit...like they don't really care much in general. Some of the workers are ok though but I will say that I've never met a worker there that I would consider welcoming. I do think the workers should go out of their way to explain how to order also, which I was very confused on the first time I went there. A couple of workers have put a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, I'm not going to lie, my friend and I were laughing with each other one time and the person taking our order kept rolling their eyes at us. No one has been mean enough to not make me come back but as a customer that goes there on a monthly basis, I think having more welcoming workers would bring more people in.

Katherine G.

Yelp
Good food but the staff has tried to add their own tips through the digital cash register without customer awareness. It has happened to my friends and me numerous times with different staff members. Also, one of the staff members - young girl with blonde hair - was extremely rude when she was supposed to ring me up, to the point to where another staff member says she has "moods."

Brenda S.

Yelp
Bought a bunch of cookies to take to a holiday event. The Mexican wedding cookies are BURNT. TASTE TERRIBLE. HOW DISAPPOINTING. we spend hundreds of dollars here monthly and the already overpriced food is BURNT. I traveled out of state and was so proud to bring these baked goods and am totally embarrassed because they are horrible and BURNT.

Yelp
Another 5 star visit. I really wanted to try the kale salad after seeing rave reviews about it and it lives up to the hype. The kale is shredded perfectly and the breadcrumbs are a nice touch. Boscaiola was one of the slices of the day and omg it was sooo good. The sausage had just the right amount of heat. The food came out right after we sat down, even on a busy day with the street fair going on. Don't pass up this place.

Yelp
Go for the goods and produce - stay for the pizza! Or, the other way around if you're hungry; eat first so you're not shopping on an empty stomach. I dropped in with a colleague-friend for a bite to eat, and though so many entrees looked appetizing on the menu, it's hard to avoid a big slice of cheese pizza when it's on full display. So that's what I opted for - with a glass of red. Note to everyone: Pizza slices are yyyyuge. Thank goodness I ordered one, because it was sized for a two-slicer. It's also counter-service only. Order at the bar, and they'll bring out your food. (They won't bring out their wine, though, I was told by a staffer.) As a non-local, I don't know the backstory about Time Market. But I do know it's a busy spot for dining. As for shopping, find everything from produce to quality chocolates to fresh flowers to wine... Only gripe: During my experience, tables weren't cleaned between patrons, and there was a lot of pizza crumbs and grease to clean up; they'll bring out your food, but not your wine; you gotta get up for cheese/pepper. If patrons are tipping for service, a little service would be appreciated.

Yelp
This place was a neighborhood favorite during our stay in Tucson. Call me weird, but I love kale salad. I also love pizza, who doesn't? This place had both, and they were amazing!!! Seriously, if you don't like kale, please try this one! You cannot taste the "bitterness" with their seasonings, crunch and cheese. So flavorful - yummm! They had indoor/outdoor seating mixed with a healthy neighborhood grocery store, complete with homemade cookies and cakes. The peanut butter cookie was crispy and not overly sweet like most cookies tend to be. Pleasantly surprised. We visited twice, sat indoor once and outdoor once. Would recommend and would return!

Yelp
One of my favorite spots for lunch. The pizza's great, the market area has great ingredients to pick up for dinner, and there's delicious bread and desserts. I'm partial to their fried chicken sandwich. Get the Tucson Sauce on the side. Trust me.

Yelp
I've been here a few times and it's been a great experience each time. As the name indicates it's a little market. It has a small produce section, an assortment of cured meats and cheeses, as well as wine and beer. Within the space there are a few tables and bar-tops for people to eat at. They have a wide selection of bread and pastries, all delicious. I came here for breakfast and my favorites were the olive cake and avocado toast with ricotta cheese. They have a selection of beers on draft and coffee. It's such a fun place where you can grab food, drinks, and find something delicious to take home. For the ambiance, think of it like an upscale supermarket with a food section. Super chill to come catchup with friends or family. Fairly priced.

Yelp
Time Market is so incredible, I wish I could give ten stars. It is a small space so curation is everything, and I have rarely seen such a well curated store. Every section sells the absolute best. Not just any old soy sauce, no, the four year aged Yamaroku soy sauce I had to order online for years. Not just spices you can buy anywhere, but Burlap and Barrel. An incredibly sophisticated cheese section. The best Sicilian marmalade. Wonderful grains. All the stuff I had to order online in one little bodega. And everything thoughtful, sustainable and top of the line. The produce section makes you wonder why you bought vegetables from grocery stores, where, before even coming to the shelves, the produce sits in the warehouse for weeks and look and taste accordingly. They also sell non-food items - like Smithey pans! And they bake the most excellent bread! Properly caramelized with a beautiful open crumb - made by what looks like a very accomplished and dedicated baker. We stayed for lunch and had superb sandwiches: a Reuben on levain toast with impeccable corned beef and excellent sauerkraut and an outstanding coppa on such good baguette, you wouldn't find a better one in Paris. My only excuse for not knowing about the place is that I live 45 min away, but that won't me hold back now that I know what I was missing.

Yelp
This place is pretty awesome. Took the rail and it had a stop right across the street. Highly recommend if you're in Tucson. We got the pizza and ice cream from the freezer

Yelp
This cute little market has great items to pick up on your way to a gathering, or if you have time for a meal, order at the cashier and relax on their patio! We came here for a weekend lunch at a busy time, and the food and drink took a little while to come out. Just plan to be patient if you come when it's busy. The food is presented beautifully and I have had the kale salad by them twice now. It is chopped well and flavorful - a satisfying meal despite only looking like greens, shredded cheese, and croutons. Parking in the area can be tricky but will be well worth the little walk over. Prices on market items are reasonable - wines range from $10+ and they have tons of great gift items is you are on your way to a celebration and need to get a gift, a card, and a gift bag to put it all inside.

Yelp
Roasted Chicken Tamal Sandwich was incredible and the Calabrian Red Pepper was delicious, next time I'll ask them to heat it up. It comes cold. The dry cider was perfect and the wine was endless and along with other items you can cook at home in the grocery section.
