The 7 Best Baleadas In Miami - Miami - The Infatuation
"Tipico Hondureño is where you’ll find Miami’s best baleada. Each component is executed to perfection. The tortillas are as fluffy and bouncy as naan, and the crumbly cheese is as intense as the final round of the Scripps National Spelling Bee. The baleada with scrambled eggs and chorizo makes an outstanding breakfast that’s easy to eat on the move. There are exactly three chairs and one table inside so you’ll likely have to take it to go." - mariana trabanino
Tipico Hondureño makes Miami’s best baleada - Review - Miami - The Infatuation
"There’s not much going on inside Tipico Hondureño. With just one table and a total of three chairs, the Allapattah restaurant is mainly a takeout operation. However, what it lacks in furniture it makes up for with its impeccable versions of classic Honduran dishes. Menus are scribbled on posterboards and look like a math cheat sheet. If you’re here for breakfast, get the baleada with egg and chorizo. The tortillas are as fluffy and bouncy as naan, and after one bite, you’ll stop caring about the fact that Miami isn’t a breakfast burrito city.
Food Rundown
Plátano Relleno
You can almost see your reflection on the dollops of crema. Look closely and what you’ll see is a big, goofy smile, because you just took a bite of the best plátano relleno in Miami.
Tamalito De Elote Con Crema
The tamal arrives wrapped in a steaming corn husk like a napping baby, and it should be unraveled with the same gentleness. Top each forkful with crema and repeat until it’s all gone.

Baleada Con Huevo Y Chorizo
Order three. One for breakfast, another for lunch, and a last one that’ll make you pass out before bed from all the masa.

The 17 Best Restaurants In Allapattah - Miami - The Infatuation
"This Honduran spot has a concise menu of favorites, including some of the best baleadas in Miami. The made-to-order flour tortillas are soft, fluffy, and sturdy enough to hold refried black beans, cheese, and a flood of mantequilla. Add a housemade tropical fruit juice (we like the nance), and you have a lovely meal for about $10. Típico Hondureño is a takeout spot, and there’s even a takeout window you can access from the sidewalk. There is a counter inside if you can’t wait to tear into your food or are trapped during an afternoon deluge, but it’s standing room only." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo
Giving the food 5 starts. I ordered the carne asada which was $13 to go, it was ready in 10 mins The meat was well seasoned and soft. The beams were tasty and the salad too, make sure to ask for some sauce on the side for the salad. They give you a good portion for the price

Try not to judge the book by its cover at first glance. The food is inexpensive, authentic, and so freaking good.
The only bad is you can tell it needs a little face lift and there isn't much place to dine in. It has more of a "ventanita" vibe.
I ordered a burrita & a side of fries. Its close to work so I plan to visit for take out in the near future.

This is that place that doesn't have a menu and looks like a hole in the wall in the wrong neighborhood. Was amazing, blew me out of the water to be honest. Portions were solid, flavor was rich and it was cooked to order. Definitely willfeturn when I'm around that neck of the woods again.

I loveeeeee this place. I used to come here when I was little! And now I still come as an adult. I love their breakfast and las sopas! That's what I mostly ordered, and everything is delicious. The lady named dixia, That's my girl!!!! I love her so much. She's super attentive , fast, and super kind. I love her so much. She deserves a raise 👏🏻 she's truly amazing! And the other staff are also good too. But dixia is very special.

Great deal and the baleadas are delicious. It is more of a order and pick up place than a dining place

I have to admit the place, nothing to brag about. A hole in the wall. However their food, is amazing. From Balleadas to Fritas, I’m very impressed with the taste, consistency, and value. I frequent this spot at least once every other week for lunch. Ideal for takeout . Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Yelp
Little hole in the wall restaurant with delicious food. Their baleadas are delicious and greatly priced compared to the other restaurants in the area. Their baleadas carne asada and sopa de res is also top tier. The food is usually ready within 10 minutes. I sometimes stop by without ordering ahead and walk out in less than 10 mins. Great services, great prices and great food.

Yelp
Came to this small quaint little cafeteria today because I was in the area and it was a good meal, fresh and very tasty. Now don't get me wrong this is a very rustic and very quaint neighborhood place that serves good food it's just not a lounging type place.
By the way the photo I tool was after several bites the food looked even better.

Yelp
Don't speak English when you order in Spanish they still don't get your order right they don't understand any language unless you are an indigenous the place is run down there's roaches everywhere very disgusting place to eat at no air-conditioning feels like a Third World fucking restaurant and it's in the heart of Miami Florida the most sad part about it is that you can't get your food

Yelp
This little cafe has the best baleadas in miami - all the food is good and reasonably priced. Typical Honduran food. It may not be a fancy place but worth it.
Este lugar tiene las mejores baleadas en Miami- en fin toda la comida es rica y típico Hondureño. No será un lugar lujoso pero vale.

Yelp
Good homestyle food near Wynwood Miami area at a very cheap price. The Baleadas are great for breakfast( similar to a breakfast burrito but no potatoes). The beef soup is delicious; not a stew at all, it's like a hearty chicken soup but with beef rib meat. This is a family restaurant as the owner does not sell beers.

Yelp
The food is great! The price is RIGHT! The service is excellent! The decor is ugly to be plain, the family atmosphere makes up for it. Try the baleadas and enchiladas...they're so yummm. And the cafe con leche is a cup of creamy goodness.
