Szechuan pepper, sweet black vinegar, thinly cut beef tongue, crispy, salty and fresh ham flavor, but it doesn’t taste meaty at all.Although it is unnecessary to add Szechuan pepper, this dish is still very integrated and delicious. Signature dish

mushroom sauce butter and freshly shaved black truffles, the scallop tastes very good, the sauce is very compatible, you won’t want the fragrance of this bite disappear in your mouth

The noodles are too raw and should be cooked for another 30 seconds. Scampi is quite small and overcooked. The seafood cooking method is very ordinary. The sauce is sweet and sour with olive oil and tomatoes , but there is no seafood taste at all. It is just a finished product of two kinds of seafood and tomato juice, which is not delectable at all
Tomato crab spaghetti ($52 special) 5**
Fresh and sweet crab spaghetti .The taste is just right and fresh. The crab paste sauce is so amazing and rich that it makes people feel very aftertaste in the mouth and reluctant to swallow it.
Malfadine-veal osso buco ,cavolo nero,parmigiana crumb ($40) 5*
The shape of the pasta is not only juicy but also has a good taste. The cheese flavor is rich and umami.The matching Parmesan cheese breadcrumbs provide a crispy taste. The kale adds a little bitter taste, so that the overall pasta flavor is layered, but there is too little beef. Although it is soft, it is too salty.
Dessert
Tiramisu ($18) 5 is not traditional but interpreted in an innovative way. A round chocolate slice is filled with chocolate cake surrounded by mascarpone cheese, and sprinkled with caramelized chocolate coffee sauce. When you eat, you will first feel the salty and sweet sauce, and then feel the chocolate. The sweetness of the cake and the bitter taste of coffee, but ultimately, the sweetness completely covers the bitterness. Personally, I think it‘s too sweet, and it lacks the crispy taste of biscuits, which makes me a little disappointed.
Summary: It is a famous pasta restaurant with special dishes. If your group is small, you can try to walk-in early. Usually, there are seats in the bar. If you want to secure your place , you will definitely need to make an appointment early. The environment style is dark. The restaurant is not big, but it is quite warm.
Recommended dishes: beef tongue, truffle scallop, tomato and crab meat spalla on the special menu. You can try more dishes if you choose the Chef menu.
