Yes, I had a beer to wash down my dairy pills so I could enjoy Tipsy Scoop! We passed by there and it was the highlight after a pretty below average happy hour experience. The server was super cool and helped us choose the best flavors to coincide with our rainy day blues. I had vanilla bourbon with a Guinness chocolate on top. I'm not sure that they have that flavor all the time. We liked it a lot. Very good portion size for the price! I also noticed that they have sundae making classes too. Might be a fun thing to do with a group or for a date! Looking forward to trying the sorbets and visiting the DC location.

Google
I enjoyed my first experience at Tipsy Scoop. I opted to have the Boozy Flight which consists of 4 flavors of my choosing. I chose all sorbets as my choices. It was very delicious and I enjoyed each flavor. I will definitely be back soon.

Google
Samples are free 99. I got the dark chocolate whiskey which I love love. I love the bitter and sweetness of the ice cream. I couldn’t taste the whiskey as much but I know it’s there. It has an extra oomph that I liked. Enjoy it y’all my 21 and over kids. My friends got the raspberry and the mango sorbet. They also got the black cherry cider which they loved.i will come back.

Google
For my sweet tooth lovers, this place is a MUST!! They have fruit infused flavors as well as basic flavors, (chocolate, vanilla, cake batter ). They also sell virgin flavors. We had a whiskey dreams & Boozy Breakfast. Both were deliciously amazing. I highly recommend the whiskey for chocolate lovers, and for my coffee addicts, boozy dream is for you. It comes with a fruity pebble donut which is warm and fluffy. I def plan on coming back to try a sorbet flavor. Side bar- they also sell pints to go *

Google
Boozy Flight is such a great option to try their different ice cream concoctions! 5/5 Boozy Breakfast -- By far my favorite! The spiked hazelnut coffee ice cream is SO good, along with the crunchy bits of cereal made for a great textural experience! The full size version has a warm donut as well which I would definitely come back for. 4.5/5 Whiskey Dreams - this choco whiskey ice cream + brownie combo def feels heavier than the last, but very rich in flavor! 4/5 Mojito - the raspberry sorbet + mint choco ice cream was a very interesting combo! 3.5/5 Its a Party -- this one melted the quickest for me, but def had the essence of the eating cake batter

Google
I mean what’s better than booze in ice cream. This brand was started in an apartment and has grown over the years. They have great ice cream flavors that pair well with the booze they have mixed in. They can be overwhelmed by customers so it may take a bit to order but it will be worth it.

Amber Alicea

Google
This was a surprisingly great experience, I visited tipsy scoop with my mom and we tried the ice cream flight. We had the tequila chocolate, salted caramel, raspberry & lemon sorbet flavors!

Brendon Urbano

Google
Pretty good presentation. A bit more expensive than your average Sundae but worth every penny. The "booze" isn't really boozing but that's not a bad thing at all. The staff is friendly and they allow you to sample the different flavors they have to offer. It's a pretty cramped space so plan to take yours to go. Enjoy! 🍨

Yelp
***Review for Ice Cream Cocktail Mixology Class And here is the scoop... (I promise this will be the last pun...Tips only from here on out...) As the name suggests, Tipsy Scoop promises inebriation in the format of ice cream (scoops/pints/flights/cakes), cocktails, and classes. Yes, classes--Only the Williamsburg location offers classes-- where you get to infuse ice cream with booze, decorate boozy ice cream cakes, or curate some ice cream cocktails. For my friend's birthday, I surprised her with the cocktail-making class. Typically this class is $65, but from the Pulsd app (please download it), it was only $45 pp: Let me provide you with the class syllabus: 1) Purchase class on app. 2) Contact Tipsy Scoop staff to schedule a day/time (we booked a Wednesday at 6 PM; This class was 1 hr 30 min) 3) Show up with QR codes (They didn't check ours, I guess we looked like we belonged. We were a party of 4 and got our own table. There were 3 more people who attended the class) 4) Grab free drinks from the fridge throughout the class: (wine/seltzers/beers/water) Great activity!

Jacqueline C.

Yelp
My friend introduced me to this cool little spot after we came from the movies we went to grab some liquor infused sorbet and ice cream and it was so delicious I got the day drinker tall glass cup filled with theee different flavors of liquor infused sorbet and a shot of Prosecco wine with some gummy candies to top it off I also purchased a pint of vanilla bean bourbon ice cream can't wait to try that out ! I told my girls about this spot and we will be returning as the summer comes in

Yvonne D.

Yelp
Originally came in to try the 4/20 infused flight but they were sold out. The friendly lady who took care of us was able to find a few more samples for us though! This was sooooo good and creamy and chocolatey but not overpowering. The brownie was nice and fudgey. I definitely felt the alcohol after a while. Good place for a snack after date night-- or in our case date day lol. Seating was readily available and we listened to the playlist she had going while enjoying our sundae.

Angelo G.

Yelp
My daughter and I always love getting ice cream and she recommended we try this place. I was skeptical and couldn't believe ice cream and alcohol could possibly taste right; safe to say, I was wrong. It was delicious! We got to try plenty of flavors and my favorite had to be limoncello. The ladies at the counter were very helpful and we had a great experience. The place itself is smaller but we were able to enjoy it indoors. There's also outdoor seating! We will be back!

Francis S.

Yelp
Each flavor tasted exactly like its name with a light hint of alcohol. The establishment is small with a little outside sitting area. Cute place for a little date or if you want a boozy cool down.

Retna S.

Yelp
This place has been on my bucket list and I'm glad to finally had the chance to go. There's only one employee at the store and she was down to earth and super friendly. I got a flight of ice cream consisting of 4 flavors. My favorite was the banana whiskey which unfortunately was seasonal only for July. You can taste the banana flavor.I am hoping that it becomes permanent. My second favorite was mint chocolate chip. The mint wasn't too overpowering. The flight comes with toppings, You can sample first. The sorbet is sweeter than the ice cream.

Richa T.

Yelp
Came here the other day for their cocktail class and this place was a blast! Pros: + Friendly service + Cute date night ideas + Friendly staff + Reasonably priced for what you're getting - they opened up multiple bottles of prosecco for us to make the cocktails. I even got to take home whatever was left of the pint of ice cream. Cons: - Absolutely no parking anywhere nearby IG: QueenOfAdventureNYC

Evelyn L.

Yelp
This was a cute spot with good options! Would come back again to try different flavors.

Kio C.

Yelp
Alcohol + ice-cream?? I can't name a better combo. I love the flavors here and they have seasonal flavors so there's always something new. Staff is super nice even when it's jam packed. Prices are on the higher side but it's worth it! I would definitely come back. Favorite flavor so far is the chocolate mudslide. Get the flight option if you want to try 4 different flavors!

Denise P.

Yelp
was lured into @tipsyscoop by the pretty boozy cocktail photos, but ended up with the flight because I couldn't decide...what a great idea! I ended up choosing the Clausmopolitan, chocolate-mint martini, mango margarita, vanilla bourbon. I don't usually go for the cosmos but that turned out to be my favorite flavor! The vanilla ice cream was the least boozy but still a great dessert! Anyone prderjng thr sundaes can keep the glass and they have pints ready for takeaway as well!

Daniel C.

Yelp
Place can get pretty packed at around 9Pm but there is always a solid selection of great flavors. I had the cookies and cream infused with coffee alcohol and it was pretty bombbb. They have different seasonal flavors so makes sure you stop by during different times. You have to try to taste the alcohol but it's definitely there. The ice cream are on the pricier end but makes sense.

Saasha G.

Yelp
Presentation is everything!! The ice cream is nice and boozy but the sorbets are my fav. I got the large sorbet in the souvenir glass.

Shirley W.

Yelp
What a fun little place with delicious ice cream! There were so many options to choose from. However, I saw the "It's My Party" shake and knew I had to get it. Who doesn't love cake batter ice cream??? I loved all the toppings and how fun the shake was. Definitely had a sugar rush afterwards. My friends got the flight and another shake. All got great feedback. We even got to keep the cups! Staff was great in helping us with their favorites as well to make our decision a bit easier. Will definitely come back.

Akela J.

Yelp
Not an overwhelming flavor or the alcohol but overall a pretty solid ice cream, that is a treat for the eyes. A cute spot with lots of cool flavors to try with your friends. Lines can get a bit long on the weekend.

Hailey S.

Yelp
I've posted about Tipsy Scoop alcohol-infused ice cream before, at their Manhattan location. But as of recently I've been to the Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY location not once but TWICE. I can now say both locations are consistently delicious. Shown are the cake batter vodka martini & vanilla bean bourbon double scoop for $8.75, and a single scoop red velvet martini for $6. They all have a stickier texture than normal ice cream (due to the alcohol) and while some are more true to taste than others, they're all yummy regardless and I highly recommend! It is a small shop, so if you have a large group or if it's busy, you might plan to stand outside or walk elsewhere to eat it. One time at this location a group of us was able to eat inside, another time we had to take it elsewhere. They also offer cones, signature shakes, sundaes, non-alcoholic flavors, and more!

Yelp
Not all experiences are created equally. This one - bites lip and shakes fist. This experience was one of the best things I did in the USA this year (I been out of the country 3 times don't judge me). Like I am still blown away at how well put together this was and how much FUN!! In April I bought a Mother's Day gift a voucher for a boozy cake making for my sister and we patiently waiting for an opening. This place is so popular the wait was until July. I cannot stress how worth it it was. Met up for a 12pm class and there were super cool about us being ten minutes late bc I decided not to drive as I didn't know how tipsy we would get. We were greeted by the two hosts and with some hard lemonades and beers which I was thrilled about and got right into it. They had EVERYTHING that you need perfect laid out and a cute apron. We watched a quick tutorial and jumped right into assembling the cake as we were shown while everyone was super relaxed getting to know eachother. My sister used to have a catering company so she got really into things and I recorded away. They spaced things out to have breaks and give us shots and kind of organically let this flow. I LOVED that. No attitudes NO frustration even the least skilled decorating crew were having fun. Here's where it gets crazy, they let you makes cocktails while they pack up your cake that they take to freeze at multiple points in the class. And they give it to you in this cooler bag with freeze dried ice! STOP! They even offered to cut it in half so we could split the cake AND HOLD IT IN THE SHOP IF WERE WERENT READY TO TAKE IT HOME. I mean, we all deserve the best right?! Thanks for giving just that! I haven't had this much bang for my buck all year and the shop opened up for patrons at 2. We were still wrapping things up as a line began to form in the shop all the way to outside. The party broke up and I took like 3 phone numbers interacting with all the groups but 1. Best Mothers Day Gift! Experience and Customer service. Like win an award or something this was so dope! They had a restroom, charged my phone and were very easy to talk to before after and during the process or booking the event and setting the date. I bought the event thru an app called pulse.

Mariel T.

Yelp
Service was impeccable tonight. You get to try two flavors before you choose your ice cream! Note: alcoholic ice cream melts faster and is a different consistency than regular ice cream. We got a boozy breakfast which is tequila hot chocolate and spiked hazelnut coffee ice cream with cookie crisps and a fruity pebbles donut! It's very overwhelming, but fun, and you get to keep your glass.

Lauren S.

Yelp
The service was friendly, and the ice cream was really good. I had the sangria sorbet and the tequila Mexican hot chocolate. It was about $9 for two scoops, and you get two samples before you make your choice. Would definitely go back.

Bronte S.

Yelp
Really yummy and cute lil ice cream sundaes. They look exactly like the pics and you can't even taste the alcohol. Cute area too to hangout in lots of fun places around to continue getting tipsy ;) service was super sweet everyone working there was really nice and helpful

Jason R.

Yelp
This was second visit to Tipsy Scoop-- my first visit was to their Manhattan location. With this visit, I was able to sample a few different flavors, of which, the Vanilla Bourbon is still my favorite. I had the Vanilla Bean Bourbon, Mango Margarita, Strawberry White Sangria and I cannot recall my fourth option. I'm a huge fan of mango, but that was my least favorite. I was informed that usually it's a big hit amongst customers, so maybe it's just me. The employee was very helpful and friendly. I was unsure about flavors to choose-- yet he did not become impatient and offered suggestions. As the summer is about to come to an end, this is the perfect place for a late night snack!

Jay C.

Yelp
I didn't realize Williamsburg could get any cooler then it busts out with something like Tipsy Scoop, a place that blends your favorite ice cream with your favorite booze, then puts your favorite toppings from childhood on top (hello fruity pebbles crisps). It's a barlour, a whimsical, adult playground for your taste buds. I loved the flight; it was a great way to sample the many flavors. The sorbets are vegan and are tasty options. We tried the frose all day, mango margarita, and strawberry white sangria. They were fruit-forward with just the right bit of alcohol. All solid but I did find myself going back for the mango more. You can also get alcohol-free vanilla, chocolate, and cherry flavors if you want a break or prefer these options. I wish they had non-sorbet vegan options on their menu and an easier way to identify which of their toppings were vegan. Otherwise, this is a pretty cool space to hit up.

Grace L.

Yelp
I honestly was not expecting much from boozy ice cream since I thought the taste would be too alcoholic, but they were surprisingly tasty! They do taste a little alcoholic though so definitely would not recommend them if you're hungover. But, it would be a nice pregame. The flight is super cute. It does take a while for them to make but I can see why. Instead of just a scoop, you get small scoops and toppings that match the flavor. And the scoops aren't small - we had trouble finishing it across two people. I particularly liked Dark Chocolate Whiskey and Salted Caramel since it was super rich. I also quite liked the spiked hazelnut coffee, with the brownie, and the cake batter flavor.

Sonia Z.

Yelp
The ice cream was dense. Pretty good and not too much of the booze flavor which made me a bit disappointed

Scott S.

Yelp
Delish flights, pints and scoops here with a boozy twist! My first here was a Cinco de mayo flight. Since then I've went back for a few pints. I've tried chocolate peppermint flavor which was very creamy and rich. I loved the texture of their ice cream. I also got the Pina colada which was exactly how expected. Will def be back for more ice cream

Zakiya E.

Yelp
If you're ever in New York City Tipsy Scoop is a MUST TRY! Before stopping at TS I grabbed dinner at one of the food trucks, and TS was my dessert. The TS employee was very nice. She recommended a few options and I was able to sample a few options. I was super pleased with my choice. The serving size was definitely worth the price. I didn't taste the liquor but the taste and of the sorbet was amazing. There is some seating both indoors and outdoors as well. Definitely a 10/10!

Jane L.

Yelp
Such a fun place to have a boozy treat when you want alcohol and dessert - what a great idea! We've come here many times and I highly recommend their dark chocolate whisky salted caramel - it's their best flavor by far! I've also tried their spiked mint chip and spiked hazelnut coffee which are also great. The alcohol is definitely present, a bit of an after-taste which isn't unpleasant but the ice cream is creamy and balances the alcohol well. They also serve sorbets, sundaes, ice cream cakes, and pints to-go.

Brie T.

Yelp
Will definitely be back. Was delicious & I left out giggling & a lil tipsy. I got the tequila sunrise, but I preferred the mango over the strawberry sorbet, but both were yummy. I'll get just mango next time. Service was amazing, they let us try different flavors & every flavor I tried was amazing. They even washed our cups to take with us. Very clean and cute inside. Small, but when we went there was space for us to sit. Loved this location !

Sadie I.

Yelp
Tried going here twice to the Long Beach pop up. Even though their hours are advertised as 2-10pm on their website they were not open and the hotel employees even had no clue as to then they were open. No one answers when you call the number listed either. Don't post set hours if you're not going to adhere to them.

Alyssa C.

Yelp
Definitely recommend this spot for a BOOZY TREAT! :) Inside: very bright and seasonal with holiday decorations. We got the Boozy Flight and boozy cookies. Try the Boozy Flight if you want to try out different flavors (for $15!). Of the 4 flavors in our Boozy Flight, my favorite was probably the dark chocolate whiskey - the liquor flavor was rather faint in my opinion and it was very chocolatey and smooth. The rim of each shot glass had sprinkles. The boozy cookies were very good - they were thick and chewy. The man that served us (unfortunately did not get his name, but we were there on a Saturday evening) provided exceptional customer service. He gave suggestions when we were overwhelmed by the amazing menu, and he was very friendly and a pleasure to speak with. He also did a great job of decorating the shot glasses.

Ruthie D.

Yelp
What can I say, I wanted to try this place from what I've seen on Instagram. I mean boozy dessert? Why not! From when we walked in, the staff was very pleasant and greeted us nicely. They answered questions we had about the flavors or what types of styles they suggested. You get to try two free samples to help you decide. I ended up getting a drink type called "day drinker". You can also get flights with four flavors of your choice. My drink had prosecco, strawberry margarita sorbet, mango sorbet, and raspberry sorbet. It was a cute experience and would go back again to try other flavors.

Lora R.

Yelp
Tipsy Scoop is a really cute place with great sorbet and ice cream flavors. Tyrone was gracious enough to give me multiple tasting scoops. I selected for flavors for my complementary flight, but found them to be way too sweet for my taste, especially with the cereal and candy toppings... perhaps additional alcohol would have tempered the sweetness lol IJS.

Waheda I.

Yelp
If you're new here, try the flight. 4 samples for $15. I had asked my friend if she wanted to do the flight, she said no. So we proceeded to get 3 scoops of ice-cream individually for $15. The cashier got such a kick out of me arguing with my friend asking why we just didn't do the 4 for $15. Regardless, cool spot. I like the sorbet better than the ice-cream. The mango sorbet tastes exactly like fresh mango. I'll be back to try everything off the menu.

Valerie J.

Yelp
Wow what's and experience my sister and I took a cake and sip class together. It was amazing to say the least. The shop is cute and quaint and the ice cream is absolutely delicious!! The perfect marriage or booze and ice cream. Flavors and vibrate and rich with this creamy confection. The service is so good I'm shocking they think of everything you could think of before you, & sustainable packaging. This was a great time & taste!

Sharenziie Y.

Yelp
Me and my friend went here as a way to celebrate our birthday and we had so much fun ! Rachel is the best host and deserves a raise and Christine who was our instructor was so amazing and hands on ! The staff was even amazing Stephanie was so sweet and professional all of them deserve raises ! Aside from them the experience was so fun we made friends had amazing conversation we also got to sample EVERY and ANY flavor WE WANTED ( normal customers are limited to 2 samples per visit ) and we got ti make a boozy cocktail ! They also packed our cakes for us and included dry ass for our travels this is a great birthday gift , date night , Mother's Day gift etc . I can't wait to be back here I'm going to bring more of my friends and family .

Carlan M.

Yelp
Came for the Ice cream making class and this was my second time and SUCH A GOOD TIME AGAIN!!! covid protocols in place. Class size limited to 8 people and everyone wore a mask. On top of making ice cream from scratch, you learn about the company , the process and the love that goes into each flavor. Not only do you get two pints of the ice cream you made to take home, you also get to make sorbet (boozy of course) and other goodies. Beautiful photo ops. The space was so clean. Everything we sampled was delicious. The class is 125 a person if anyone is interested and so worth it honestly. Melissa and Rachel you ladies rock

Kelly F.

Yelp
Tipsy Scoop Brooklyn offers classes, so I signed up for the Ice Cream Cocktail mixology class as part of my birthday celebration and it was so much fun. The GM Ky was the best! We made two drinks, tasted some of their limited boozy flavors, and packaged extra to go. It was a day full of fun and laughter... such a vibe! Grab your crew and head over to BK for some fun, tasty, tipsy drinks!

Kelly-Mae S.

Yelp
Joy is when you can get some of your favorite things at the same time. That's exactly what Tipsy Scoop does for me by combining booze and ice cream ... ya girl is on cloud nine. The ice cream flavors are so on point from chocolate to mango they got the goods. They don't only do ice cream, they serve sorbets, cocktails and they even do customized cakes. If one serving isn't enough they also sell pints so you can have those tasty treats at home too.

renje g.

Yelp
- delicious - great service - 2 samples only - open late and after dinner times which is a plus - my sangria was good - the day drinker was better - the flights are beautifully made - great and unique date spot

Eve R.

Yelp
We went for Psychic Night. We got the Palm Reader and the Day Drinker. Both very good. The reading started promptly at out appointed time. It was a good time. Nice drink and a very good vibe with the psychic. I can't wait for them to go to Long Beach.

Monissa W.

Yelp
Came here for a Yelp Elite event and it is the cutest place ever! The person working there was very helpful and kind and had excellent service. Everything was very delicious and flavorful. We go a flight and my plus one received a free scoop. We liked all of the flavors except for the hazelnut one which had an interesting aftertaste. A lot of work went into making the flight and it was too beautiful to eat! Will definitely come back and bring friends. Thanks Yelp Elite!

Alisha C.

Yelp
My friend was gracious enough to invite me as her plus one to taste test some boozy ice cream.....and if you know me of course my answer would be heck yeah lol. Can I just say the presentation of the ice cream flights were the cutest thing to see it was almost to pretty to eat.....ALMOST. So I tried the dark chocolate whiskey caramel and there new concoction called The Mermaid and both were pretty darn good. The texture was smooth and creamy for both and the addition of whiskey with the dark chocolate ice cream really gave it a delicious boost and let me not forget the sweet graham cracker pieces throughout The Mermaid ice cream was a hit with me. I definitely recommend this place as an after lunch or dinner treat you won't be disappointed and your sweet tooth will be satisfied.

Anya T.

Yelp
I tried tipsy scoop for the first time by getting a pint set from Goldbelly. The mango was fire. The Mexican hot chocolate was good and I honestly can't recall all of the other flavors. I do think it was on the pricier side for ice cream. I had a hook up but I swear it was like $100 or $125 bucks for 4 pints of ice cream which feels kinda ridiculous.

Eric T.

Yelp
Tipsy Scoop, the boozy ice cream joint, recently left a sour taste in one customer's mouth. Despite the delicious-sounding Strawberry Sangria flavor, one scoop with the wrong topping left a bad impression. The watermelon gummies recommended by the employee at the register turned out to be stale and hard to chew, prompting the customer to throw most of it away. To make matters worse, the topping was labeled as "premium" and cost a whopping $3, an exorbitant price for a small bag of gummies that can be found for less at any convenience store. Although the customer received a prompt refund from the Tipsy Scoop customer service team, it's hard to ignore the high price point for a subpar topping. While the ice cream itself may be worth the experience and innovation, it's clear that the toppings may not be. As a result, customers may be better off bringing their own toppings or skipping them altogether. Tipsy Scoop should take note of this and consider adjusting their topping prices to match the quality of the product.

Elle G.

Yelp
One of those days where I was "Okay, today I'm going to eat really healthy." - however, walking along Metropolitan I passed The Tipsy Scoop. And what goes great on a sunny, beautiful day? Ice cream, that's what. And boozy ice cream? Seemed too good to pass up. (Though I got assurances from the friendly store associate that it wasn't going to be OTT in terms of the amount of alcohol.) I was curious about the Dark Chocolate Whiskey Caramel but they were out of it during the time I stopped by. I was able to get a taste of the Spiked Mint Chocolate Chip & thought it tasted really good, so I ordered a scoop of that one. it was delicious. Look forward to going back sometime when I'm in the area! I'd definitely get this flavor again, though I also look forward to trying some others. As a plus, there is seating inside of this shop, if you want to sit down (I started my ice cream in there, then finished it when walking outside). And they also have a bathroom available for customers.

Jenn C.

Yelp
Fun find. Enjoyed sampling before choosing. Very helpful staff. And who doesn't love free toppings. Really enjoyed the mint ice cream.

Kim O.

Yelp
Second time going and it's always worth the trip. Great flavors and nice staff. Definitely a must try!

Intrigue L.

Yelp
I've had this place saved on my list for quite some time. Well, I finally made it over! It was the perfect night in NYC and we were in the area after dinner. Cute little spot for a date night or night out with friends. Our "bartender" was cool and told us exactly what to get. So i just let him do his thing. He sure did not hold back on the liquor either . I'm typically not into the ice cream/liquor combo but it was worth the try and I enjoyed it.

Kayla K.

Yelp
Horrible customer service. Came well before closing time just to be told "it's too much work to do at this time". Drove well over 30 minutes to try their boozy flight. Just to be let down by lazy customer service. Young kid with blonde hair and pink nails wearing a mean girls hat. This first time experience was definitely ruined for our group because we came specifically to try two orders of boozy flights. Instead we ended up getting a scoop of ice cream in a cup I could of gotten at carvel. Thanks for the horrible customer service at this Brooklyn location. 1 star because the ice cream tasted pretty good nice kick of flavors.

Karyme C.

Yelp
A very small but worth it location when in NYC! The flavors are great and almost difficult to create a flight. The flight is the way to go! Will most definitely come back!
