We were looking for somewhere for breakfast and came across this shop on the ground floor. Nicely presented and friendly staff. Great selection of cakes and croissants and coffee. There also savoury items. I chose the Nutella croissant and cappuccino and Americano. The croissant was large with a nice amount of Nutella, they served it warm, which was a nice surprise. Coffee was good. It has a few small tables if you want to sit down.

Been wanting to try this place with my husband. and honestly i’m so glad i did, the customer service was incredible, the kind lady at the till walked me through the menu and ordering. it had a nice atmosphere, good vibes. food was amazing not to mention. i would recommend 10/10

I went to visit this place because I had friends who visited me from Lecce and wanted an espresso! However I have been back twice since then. Unfortunately I was there with a friend who on this particular day did purchase the Tiramisu and I’m sorry to say it was extremely runny and was completely saturated with the coffee liquid. Therefore her review isn’t fake as stated by the manager. On this particular day the customer was right. I have not revisited since, but I’m hoping that the staff present that day will consider how they prepare and present this particular dessert!

Came here for a quick snack after some pasta and ordered the Hazelnut Stick. The staff was incredibly nice and offered me a small sample of their Tiramisu. To be polite, I told them, “thanks a lot, if its good I’ll definitely be back for it!” But the moment I stepped out and took a bite, I was like... WHAT THE HELL?! It was so good I didn't even make it halfway down the street. I literally turned around and went straight back inside to buy a full portion. Amazing flavor, top-tier texture, （and made fresh!) and the staff are absolute legends. Highly, highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at Tiramisu Caffe. The place is cozy and welcoming. I was served by Marina. She was very kind and friendly. She served me a tiramisu cake and it was very delicious. Great service and great dessert. I will come back again.

Tiramisu Cafe us fantastic! Graat cofee,delicious desserts and excelent service! The tiramisu is absolutely delicious – fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Everything we tried was amazing. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great coffee I’ll definitely be coming back!

Bought an £8.50 tiramisu today from here and was excited to taste this when I got home. I was extremely disappointed as this was hyped up to me by Gian Luca before I purchased! The sponge was saturated in coffee liquid which merged to make a milky runny Marscapone! Needless to say I washed it down the sink as it wasn't edible!! A complete waste of money…Never again!! This is not a fake review!!! This happened and my friend and I both made a purchase of different flavoured tiramisu’s and she had a different topping to mine!. We both spoke to gian luca as he was leaving; we both had a taster from your small paper tasting pots of the Marscapone that he gave to us to try (needless to say that taster we told him tastes nice!). This was on the 8th January 2026 when this purchase was made and he proceeded to tell us on this date of purchase that the marscapone was purchased from CORNWALL; whether that is true remains to be seen. So, please don’t try to gaslight us both!! We were there being served by two of your female staff employees of two different ethnicities, one of which he then proceeded to tell us came from your other store and she then said when gian luca left that she had not been working there for that long!! She also purchased two of your hot savoury mozarella and tomato bread sandwiches with her tiramisu. I have attached my bank statement of the purchase made at your Westfield Stratford small store on this day!!! This purchase was for my tiramisu that I was reviewing here. This review was written by me because this disappointing experience happened to me!!! AND I HEREBY CONFIRM THAT THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW!!! It happened,…and it happened to me!!! On the 8th January 2026, I posted the original review but it was rejected and I had to revise it a few days after my purchase. I was not expecting the review to be rejected on the same day that I purchased your tiramisu otherwise I would not have said the words “purchased today”, and that was an oversight on my part when I had to repost it again I should have stated this was purchased on the 8th January 2026 and not on the actual day that Google review posted it a few days later which was after the 8th January 2026!!

I had a wonderful experience at Tiramisu Cafe! The coffee is truly some of the best quality I’ve tasted — rich, smooth, and perfectly prepared every time. And the tiramisu is absolutely amazing, easily the best dessert I’ve had in a long time. On top of that, the staff are very nice, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the whole visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great coffee and delicious desserts!
