TNT Ramen brings authentic, tasty Japanese cuisine to the far Southside. The restaurant has only been open since August, and, as such, the menu is still developing. Patrons are offered a choice of three appetizers and three ramen dishes alongside a couple of seasonal drinks. What TNT lacks in sheer variety, though, they make up for in flavor. My wife and I had the Tonkotsu Ramen and Chicken Paitan with the cucumber salad and Chicken Karage. Everything was promptly served, hot, and delicious!
Customer service, which for me is almost more important than the food, was likewise top notch. Our waiter greeted us warmly from the moment we walked in and was thoroughly attentive throughout our meal. It's such a blessing to see an increased variety of culinary options making their way to historically under resourced areas, and I foresee this being a very frequent haunt
for the Mrs. and I.
