"TOB stands for Taste of Beauty, which we thought was the name of a skincare line, but turns out it’s actually a plant-based tasting menu spot in Weho. Originally from Fountain Valley, TOB offers two prix fixe options: six vegan courses for $99 or six vegetarian ones for $89. There’s also the option for a tea ceremony with loose-leaf selections like lapsang souchong. The burning incense and Buddhist statues makes the dining room look more like a temple. I had such an amazing time here! It was a surprise visit on my birthday from my husband and it was beyond my expectations. Everything was tasty, the way food was presented left great impression, and everyone was kind & helpful when we were deciding around menu items. And they made me a good mocktail too! I’m excited to be back in the future and try more dishes. Thank you for making my birthday evening special!

Incredible solo dinner at T.O.B. I had the 8 course meal and every single one was delicious, with an original, interesting presentation. The portions were also extremely generous, I had to take my last course home. Service was also spectacular, my server was so kind and I went at 8:30PM without feeling rushed in any way. Cocktails 5/10. Tasty but watered down. Every thing else makes up greatly for that. Can’t wait to return.

8/8/2025 - We were told this newly opened vegan restaurant is very good. We decided to come to have a tasting menu to enjoy our dinner. Each dish presentation is either very good or excellent. The taste of each dish is either very good or excellent. The best dish we love is The Forest, which has a thick oyster mushroom with a perfect sauce. The pumpkin soup is creamy, smooth, delicious. If you are vegan, you must try this place with Himalayan inspired menu.

This had to be some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had! Super delicious and beautiful dishes! All very healthy, whole food plant based with an Asian Fusion influence. The dishes were very creative, some of them even had a story behind the name and plating. Our server was also fantastic! It is a tad pricey if you would do the full tasting menu, but well worth it! Definitely great for a special occasion or fancy date!

We were looking for a place that could give us both vegan food and an experience and this place is the bperfect blend of the two. We had both a visual and palate treat on each dish. Our server Wilson was patient with us and explained each and every dish with a theme that honors living things across the world. We really loved each course in the 8 course vegan tasting menu. They were accommodating with any allergies and dislikes. Definitely come here for a one of a kind experience!

I recently came here for a tasting and was blown away by the food! I had the vegetarian tasting which consists of 6 courses and the thought behind each course + the presentation was amazing. Everything tasted great and the staff were all really friendly and explained every course in detail, which I loved. The space is so cute and I loved the tea wall behind the bar. We were served tea throughout our meal which was a nice touch as well
