"TOB stands for Taste of Beauty, which we thought was the name of a skincare line, but turns out it’s actually a plant-based tasting menu spot in Weho. Originally from Fountain Valley, TOB offers two prix fixe options: six vegan courses for $99 or six vegetarian ones for $89. There’s also the option for a tea ceremony with loose-leaf selections like lapsang souchong. The burning incense and Buddhist statues makes the dining room look more like a temple.
