Amazing modern cuisine experience. The food was perfect and the service was attentive. Not cheap, but the price is well fitting the quality. The place is run by a young chef, Javier Ugidos, who studied under Martìn Berasategui and the imprint is evident. Don't miss the "Best croquetas of the world"; they are out of the menu, but are effectively the best croquetas de jamon we had in Spain.
