Tobiko Restaurante

I will strongly recommend you book a table in Tobiko when you plan a trip to Toledo. It will be a 5 stars experience plus to your visit of Toledo. The decent food and unique taste worth the 15 minutes taxi to this place and it is not difficult to come back, bus or taxi. BTW, the price of set is very reasonable. And the wine is good.

I really appreciate it when the waiter/waitress provides us with details about each and every meal. When we arrived, I was told that we have only three set menus to chose from. I informed the restaurant that I do not eat pork and they were happy to change my main to elk 😋 My only comment is that the setting isn’t the best to make it feel like a fine dining experience. They can definitely renovate the restaurant but maybe it’s hard to do so much when the size is a bit small. Overall I would love to come back if I ever pass by Toledo again :)

Amazing modern cuisine experience. The food was perfect and the service was attentive. Not cheap, but the price is well fitting the quality. The place is run by a young chef, Javier Ugidos, who studied under Martìn Berasategui and the imprint is evident. Don't miss the "Best croquetas of the world"; they are out of the menu, but are effectively the best croquetas de jamon we had in Spain.

We had the 15 course tasting menu it was amazing! Great service. Friendly staff. The chef - owner came by to welcome us and took time to explain his menu. Highly recommend you visit. I recommend to make reservations as they are very popular.

Much better than the Michelin starred places we've eaten at in Spain. Very creative without being weird, inedible or causing gags, which we find very common at starred restaurants. Local neighborhood joint outside the tourista circuit. Spanish families with their kids enjoying a great meal. Excellent service.
