Without even mentioning the building's functionality for exhibitions, concerts and conferences, I think it's a must-see. Admission is free, and walking through the building, which often hosts small exhibitions, is a special experience. And the real draw is its modern architecture, which combines space, glass, and metal to create a bright, futuristic space that leaves a lasting impression. Last but not least, it only takes a few minutes to visit, although you can also sit on some benches on the upper floors and enjoy the serenity of the place for longer time.

This is an excellent location, especially for photographers. A lot of portrait shoots happen here, and it's quite impressive from an architectural perspective. It's open from 7am-1130pm every night, it is free to enter, and there are clean restrooms and many dining options nearby.

Lots of events and exhibitions, with free entry. The building itself is very nice also.

Saw a play in here, the seats are comfy, the sound was echoing and the surroundings were beautiful.

An incredible architectural structure! It makes an indelible impression with its grandeur and ease of perception at the same time. Lots of air and light, while the space is very full. I don't understand how the local robot guards can do their job? They are simply blocked by crowds of tourists for selfies :)

Tokyo international forum is the Tokyo's first convention and art center that was opened in 1997. It is located in the heart of Tokyo, just 1 minute walk from JR Yurakucho station, or 5 minutes walk from JR Tokyo station. It consists of a glass atrium and 4 buildings housing some independent halls, and also has a courtyard surrounded by the buildings. Now I would like to introduce the antique market held at the courtyard. The market is called "O-Edo Antique Market". "O" means "grand", and "Edo" is the ancient name of Tokyo. They say It is the largest outdoor antique market in Japan. There are usually about 250 dealers selling clothes, accessories, tableware, supplies for PCs or cellular phones, novelties related with manga animation characters, or other small articles. The market is usually held at every 1st and 3rd Sunday, but closed incase of rain, and the date may be sometimes changed. The hours for the market is 9:00 - 16:00. Off course, admission is free. If you are tired of shopping at luxury brand stores in Yurakucho and Ginza areas, It will be a good choice for you to drop in at the market. You may find your own treasures or souvenirs there. 東京国際フォーラムは、東京初の各種催事と芸術イベントのための施設で、1997にオープンしました。 同フォーラムは東京の都心に位置し、ＪＲ有楽町駅からはわずか徒歩１分、ＪＲ東京駅からは徒歩５分です。 同フォーラムはガラスアトリウムと独立したホールを有する４棟のビルで構成されており、また、ビルで囲まれた中庭もあります。 今回ご紹介したいのは、この中庭で開催される骨董市のことです。 この骨董市は、「大江戸骨董市」と呼ばれていて、屋外の骨董市としては、日本で最大のものなのだそうです。 通常は250店舗くらいの露店が並び、衣類、アクセサリー類、食器類、パソコンや携帯電話用のサプライ品、アニメキャラクターのノベルティ類、その他の小物類などが売られています。 この骨董市は、雨の日を除き、原則として毎月第１と第３の日曜日に開催されていますが、たまに日程の変更もあるようです。 開催時間は９時から16時、もちろん入場無料です。 有楽町、銀座界隈でブランドショッピングに飽きたら、この骨董市にブラッと寄ってみてはいかがでしょうか。 もしかして、かけがえのないお宝やおみやげが見つかるかも知れませんよ。

Beautiful building and not a bad walk from Tokyo Station. We specifically appreciated it because we were hiding from the rain and it has a number of shops inside. It was being set up for a big expo, and I'm sure it would be a great expo building. As a tourist attraction I would only do a quick stop to look at the impressive architecture, maybe grab a quick coffee and go, if it's on your way.

Nice buildings of eye catching architecture. Spacious halls with beautiful lighting and AV settings for conferences. Enjoyed staying there for a couple of whole day meetings and receptions on one of the top floor areas.

It's a nice architectural pit stop if you're near Tokyo Station. It's a conference centre so there's not much to do there otherwise but it's a neat building with some (few) places to sit. You can grab coffee here.

In terms of just walking around a convention hall (inside and outside) as a passing tourist, this is excellent. And how about looking down from glass walkways six stories up?
