Stopped by Tokyo Tower for a quick bite, and it was a pretty cool surprise to find the restaurant completely empty, usually there’s a bit more traffic. The space is always spotless, and the staff is consistently helpful and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. We ordered the Utah roll, mango roll, Naruto roll, yellowtail tataki, and wonton soup. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The sushi was especially tasteful and really stood out. Service is always prompt, and this spot has quickly become our go-to sushi joint. Parking can be a little tricky at times, but I promise it’s worth it for the quality of food and overall experience.

Google
10/10 service and great sushi! We had a group of 11 so I called ahead and they took time to prepare a table for all of us in a separate room. All the staff, especially our server Rodney, were so accommodating and kind! They definitely made the whole experience special and it was the perfect birthday celebration for my partner. We will definitely be back!

Google
Lunch specials are awesome! $9.99 for most common options and they all come with an egg roll and 2 pork gyoza dumplings. Highly recommend this establishment. Excellent wait staff, prompt service, a nice ambiance and great food make it my new personal choice for casual Japanese/Asian food for a great price!

Google
The food and the prices were unbeatable. The food was extremely high-quality and massive portions! The waiters had excellent customer service! It is also extremely beautifully decorated and spacious on the inside! It is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants that have a lot of Chinese dishes on their menu.

Google
This is an absolute gem! Fantastic prices for delicious food and huge portions - what more could you ask for? And if that weren’t enough, the service is impeccable and the decor is absolutely adorable, with privacy screens at each booth and ample seating for large groups. Offers traditional Japanese sushi (expertly rolled with freshest ingredients) alongside Chinese-American family style dishes. This is also vegetarian friendly, with some tasty meat-free rolls and the ability to sub fried tofu in the Chinese-American dishes. Tokyo Tower has quickly become our favorite Japanese/Chinese restaurant in SLC and has our highest recommendation!

Google
I love their booth/ nests, offering coziness and privacy. Lovely decor and very clean. Service was very good both times we went there, and so was the food. Tuna tataki was too spicy for me, but it was fresh, rolls were delicious. Prices are excellent.

Google
Our first time at this restaurant and wow were we impressed with the overall experience. From the appetizers - steamed shrimp dumplings 👌to the special rolls.. everything was fresh and really tasty. The Havana roll was our favorite.. actually each dish we had was yum. Great service and it's nice sitting in your own booth.. date night! We will be back.

Google
What a great place, best Japanese/Chinese in Utah! Used to be a Mandarin fan but it always makes me feel so stuffed after. This is so much better quality and sits well with you, you can tell the seasoning and ingredients are fresh. I was honestly shocked about the prices. So refreshing to find something good and at a good price!

Yelp
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were seated right away, and our food arrived just as fast. The sushi rolls were absolutely perfect--everything I love about sushi in every bite!

Yelp
Aesthetic perfection meets unbeatable flavor Tokyo Tower in Salt Lake City is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is immaculate-modern, clean, and stylish without feeling overdone. The ambiance alone is worth the visit, with warm lighting, traditional decor, and attention to detail that makes the whole space feel elevated but still welcoming. It has a relaxed upscale vibe that makes it perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions. The food is just as impressive. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. You can really taste the quality, and for the price, it's honestly a steal. Portions are generous, and the menu has a great mix of classics and creative options. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Overall, Tokyo Tower nails the balance of atmosphere, quality, and affordability. And it delivers whether you're going on a date, out with friends, or just want a solid meal in a beautiful setting.

Yelp
I'd heard rave reviews about Tokyo Tower so we were excited to check it out. It stands out in its spot on State St. and you park and enter at the back of the building. The neighborhood is a little sketch. It's a really large open building inside and they constructed these really cute, private booths with dividers throughout the restaurant so it feels intimate. The menu is EXTENSIVE. There are pages and pages of sushi and Chinese entrees (lo mein, broccoli beef) and photos of everything. They also have Chinese lunch AND dinner specials with soup, egg roll, dumpling, shrimp - such a steal. Special sushi rolls are all $10-$12 and regular sushi rolls (CA roll, etc) are $4.99 (!!) My husband ordered the dinner special and it arrived almost instantly - a bit of a red flag (i.e. it must have been already prepared and they just plated it and brought it out). My sushi rolls (spicy tuna and avocado, Salmon Lover) arrived a bit later, but next time we'd skip the dinner special. I liked the rolls and they were filling and fresh but I did feel a little weird about how cheap everything was. The place was packed so I assume their volume is enough to keep things fresh and cycling through. The decor is nice but feels a little on the cheaper side. The service was prompt and polite, but not over the top. The hostess at the front of the restaurant was sitting down on her phone and didn't seem very professional. We felt it was a fun place to bring friends or family and get a total bargain, but I wouldn't try to impress a date here. There are a lot of other authentic sushi places that feel more special, but for a cheap and fun adventure, Tokyo Tower is great.

Yelp
I saw the good reviews for the fairly new Tokyo Tower and wanted to try it out while I was in Salt Lake City. I had no idea it was in the building where Dim Sum House and Rice Fusion Cuisine used to be (Hopefully this building is not cursed, because that's at least 3 different restaurants in the last 15 years). I love what they've done with the interior, transforming some of the seating area into Japanese style booths. There's an extensive selection of sushi rolls, as well as a long list of Chinese entrees on their menu. Their prices are very affordable, comparable to the places that offer the "all day 50% discount" on sushi rolls. I'm pretty sure this might be a Chinese business concept, because every sushi restaurant in Utah that's ever had that pricing model has usually been Chinese-owned. I hope Tokyo Tower sticks around for a while. I'll be back!

Delicious riles at a reasonable price in a great atmosphere. Haley was efficient, friendly and took good care of us. we will be back

Yelp
Wow this place was a good surprise! I was driving back from Salt Flats to Salt lake city and I had my friend pick a restaurant and she was in a mood for some sushi rolls. The moment we walked in we were so impressed! I really liked the way the restaurant was laid out. Seatings were semi private which is always nice!! It was a busy Friday night so there was a bit of a wait (about 20 mins) but it was worth the wait. Our server was very sweet and provided great service even though she looked busy. As for food, everything we had was very good. I especially liked the cold tofu with sesame sauce. This is not really a common dish in the US so I was happy that they had this on the menu. I would recommend this place anyone visiting salt lake city area!

Yelp
Came here on a double date and we enjoyed ourselves. At first I was really impressed with the service. We got waters brought to us with our having to ask. Server greeted us quickly , he was on top of everything until the food came out. Even took straw wrapper trash without asking. Our appetizers came out fresh and hot. Our sushi came out looking delicious , we were loving it. Though once all our sushi came out we didn't see our server. We did need more napkins and some plates cleared out that was cluttering up our table. It was like we got a new server half way through. We wound up flagging down someone passing by and they got us what we needed and took away plates. The team work here was great! Food was flavorful, delicious and came out at a good speed. I'd come back for the food , with the expectation of questionable service. We had 2 checks. On my order we had 1 appetizer, 1 soup, 3 rolls, an entrée and 1dessert . It cost us $70 before tip.

Yelp
What an incredible place for sushi! My daughter and I were visiting SLC for the first time and wanted our sushi fix, to check what we can call "our sushi spot" and this place did not disappoint! The place was massive and roomy, with great decor and ambience. It made you feel like you're in a traditional Japanese era location. Now the sushi and rolls! With my being very picky on sushi and fish quality, Tokyo did not disappoint. The rolls were very tasty, and you know you're getting decent quality fish when you don't actually taste the rolls as "fishy". I forgot what rolls we ordered because we focused so much on how good they tasted, lol! The service was great as well! Our server was attentive, friendly, and had a great rec for one of the rolls we ordered (the one with the sriracha on top ). We will definitely be back to Tokyo Tower. PS. Make a reservation cause the place does get packed for dinner!

Yelp
WOW!!! I'm from Vegas and visiting. We have very good cultured business in Vegas so believe me when I tell you this place was amazing. Calamari was fine, egg rolls/spring rolls and gyoza/potstickers were basic. Same with the seaweed salad. We ordered 6 different rolls. Wasn't too impressed with the spicy crab crunch roll but only because we like our food spicier. The shrimp tempura roll also was not what I expected but every sushi place makes things differently. I would come back SOLELY for the "true heat" roll. It was absolutely phenomenal. The orange chicken was outstanding, ham fried was different but again very good and authentic. It's very hard to find places that serve great food for a great price but this hit BOTH!!! Amazing prices for the food you get. GO GO GO!!!!!! Next time I'm in salt lake I am definitely coming here!!!!!!!!! Top L-spicy girl roll 7-8/10. Top Middle-true heat roll 10000/10! Bottom L-dynamite roll 7-8/10. Middle Middle-shrimp tempura 5/10. Bottom middle-California roll 10/10. Basic and can't go wrong. True heat was my absolute favorite, spicy spicy and kept you wanting more! Tuna was decadent and the addition of jalapeño slice was PERFECT for subtle crunch. Spicy girl had the same decadent tuna, had great flavor but I think the addition of garlic ponzu would have elevated it! The shrimp tempura I'm used to is a regular rice on outside roll and doesn't contain lettuce so in my opinion this was a miss BUT again, places do things different. Calamari is on the right. A bit chewy but seasoned great and I would definitely like more options for sauce versus only serving straight up kewpie mayo. Very good otherwise and the rice to meat ratio was perfect!!!

Yelp
Enjoyable food and atmosphere. The booths feel private because of the dividers. Huge menu for both sushi-lovers and others. Very reasonable prices and a good value. We enjoyed everything we tried. Potstickers were lightly crispy, I'd definitely recommend the sushi I tried (crazy salmon, salmon mango, and yellowtail nigiri). A little weird that the egg flower soup has corn and carrots, but great flavors. Also, fun little plates and bowls, and the presentation was beautiful. The unfortunate part of our visit was that my husband got his main course more than 30 minutes before I got mine, so we were eating at very different times. I even took a sushi roll to go because the wait was so long. Our waitress was so kind and apologetic about it. This wouldn't deter me from going again because the food was excellent, but it's something to be aware of.

Yelp
Me and my dad loveeee sushi and the ones here are pretty good. The Hawaii was our favorite out of the rolls we ordered. It has such a pleasant easy to eat taste. The Rockstar one had really nice baked salmon in it. The interior of the restaurant is really cute with what seems to be Japanese- style booths.
google avatar

Yelp
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Everything was impeccable, from the service to the atmosphere to the quality of fish. We ordered crab sticks, which were dusted in Cajun seasoning and had a nice kick to them, mussel shooters, which were DELICIOUS and so fresh, and 4 different rolls. My favorite roll was the fire dragon, which, you guessed it, came on fire! Everything came out in a timely manner and our server was extremely personable. Another thing I loved was that the menu had photos of every single roll, which is amazing for us visual eaters. This would make for a great place to have large gatherings and feast on any sushi roll your heart desires. They even had a roll with banana in it! We'll most definitely be returning!

Yelp
Oh my heck! This place is amazing! My husband and I went for Valentines dinner with no reservation and was seated after only a five minute wait. The restaurant is spacious and has plenty of nice, clean tables. It was super busy considering it was a "holiday". Although with all the business, our food and drinks came out promptly. Had some hiccups with forgetting extra sauces but, the wait staff was very attentive and corrected it immediately. Food- filling to rice ratio is great, I like more filling than rice. The appetizers were served super fast and tasted amazing. Service- great, very fast and attentive. Price- great, affordable and worth every bite. Ambiance- loved the seating, not SUPER romantic but, nice enough for date nights. Parking- not super bad, had to park on road but, considering it was busy, makes sense. The parking area for the restaurant is not that small. I think it's found my go to spot for my, as some people would call it, "westernized" sushi and chinese food. Good job for a busy Valentines Friday night. Super fast, attentive service and yummy food!

Yelp
This was our first time at Tokyo Tower. The location took over Dim Sum House and the inside is very spacious, clean, and gives off a little Japanese vibe. The parking lot is kind of small. On a weekday, it would be easy to find parking, but I can imagine it might be hard during a weekend. We enjoyed everything we ate! For a quick fix of sushi or Chinese food, I think Tokyo Tower wasn't too bad. I actually didn't mind the fried rice and beef and broccoli plate we got. I would order it again. The sushi rolls were good, didn't taste too fishy, and tasted fresh. I'm a big fan. Service was a little slow and we were waiting for some of our dishes. One of my friends didn't get her food until we were almost finished with ours. They were still pretty new and probably in their soft opening when we went so I won't hold it against them. I would come back to Tokyo Tower!
google avatar

Yelp
Really delicious! Fairly priced and good quality sushi. So many roll options with pictures on the menu too. The Havana roll was our favorite, but we loved all of the ones we got! Server was super friendly and quick as well.
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
My daughters saw someone post about this place on Tik Tok, so we thought it would be fun to try since we usually go to the same sushi places every time. Walking in to the restaurant was a nice surprise because it's so big and spacious and it's decorated so cute. We were seated right away and ordered our rolls. The food came out really fast, and it was all delicious! Our favorites of the 10 different rolls we ordered were the surf and turf, fire dragon, spicy crunchie and Midori. Our server was very attentive and we felt well taken care of. The rolls weren't as expensive as most places we go to, so we were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be back to try more!!

Yelp
I visited Toko tower SLC for a late dinner. We asked for a variety of shareable which were served hot or cold and fresh. It was about to be closing time and the servers didn't make us feel rushed. The closed, Japanese themed tables felt private and serene. The aesthetic made me feel relaxed and really want to keep enjoying the company of my sister. I would recommend when you visit with a small group of friends or a private party of two.
google avatar

Oh Let's E.

Yelp
The restaurant is beautiful. We loved the decor. The service was okay. It was very busy today so maybe that's why it was slow. The food on a scale of 10 is 3/10. The sushi was not good. Uni was 13$ + tax for 2 pieces and was NOT fresh. The sizzling beef was not " spicy " like it said on the menu or fried it sat in a stew like sauce. 4/10 the fried rice had too much soy sauce. Fried calamari was very chewy. The tempura had ZERO FLAVOR 2/10 overall we will not be going back. Also we ordered 5 rolls and only got 3 the waiter forgot lol

Yelp
A friend recommended I try out Tokyo tower, and I am so glad they did. This will be my new go-to place for sushi and Chinese. All of the food was absolutely incredible, the takeout experience was quick and easy, and the cost of the food was the most reasonable I've seen in a while. Their website allows you to order your take out online, with seemingly no extra costs, which makes placing an order extremely easy. I simply selected the items I wanted to order and checked out. Then I drove to the restaurant, where I was greeted by their friendly staff. The order was packaged up very nicely, and I was able to just grab it and go. The food was so good! Their general two's chicken was the best I've had in salt lake. I couldn't get enough of the sushi. The whole experience was so good, it will be difficult not to make this a weekly occurrence. I HIGHLY recommend Tokyo Tower to anyone looking for a new sushi or Chinese spot.

Yelp
The Food: The first visit my partner and I both got some Sushi rolls, and yakisoba entree's. We were a little underwhelmed by the food. The yakisoba was a bit gummy and overly sweet. We were disappointed by the menu in that for a Japanese style restaurant the menu seems to be mostly Chinese. The Sushi was good for the price. I had hoped for a Bento box with some Katsu, no Katsu on this menu at the time of our visit. Another friend of mine talked me into trying the Japanesee Curry and it was pretty great, but missing a nice slice Katsu filet as a pairing. The Service: The server on our first visit was brand new and had to running off to ask questions, which I didn't mind at all. She was very friendly. As this is a favorite of a dear friend of mine, I have been there several times and the serving staff is ALWAYS eager to please. The only thing disappointing about the sushi bar is the chef's themselves, I generally always say hello to them, a great sushi chef is an artist and usually very eager to please or very friendly. These ones tend to keep to themselves. The Restaurant: Very Clean establishment. They will bring you forks and other utensils on request, but it's chopsticks on the primary setting, which I'm good with. Summary: It's pretty average, on the whole. I wish there was more Japanese Cuisine on the menu, but it seems to have a split personality. Maybe they are worried no one will eat there without the Chinese offerings.. which a pretty good by the way.. but it's a miss if you're craving Katsu, and the sushi quality seems to be equivalent to most middle of the road sushi restaurants in the valley.

Yelp
The sushi was pretty good. This was my second time coming to Tokyo tower and I was not disappointed. They have great lunch and dinner specials if you want something other than sushi. The pricing is pretty good here. Service was great. And I love the fun Japanese style seating. Soo cute.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I love Tokyo Tower, and have been countless times since we first tried it. I love the ambiance and how private each booth is. The service is always great and it doesn't take long for them to get orders out either. Our go-to's are the Utah Roll, Havana Roll and Salmon Tataki. If they have the Salmon Special available I definitely recommend getting it while you can! It's around $33 and you get 12 pieces of salmon maki, 6 huge pieces of salmon sashimi and (I believe) 6 pieces of salmon nigiri. It's so worth it! The fish is always so fresh and delicious. I also feel like the prices are so reasonable as well. I definitely recommend stopping by!

Yelp
This food was amazing and super fresh. I placed a to go order with a friendly worker and it was ready as promised. The flavors in the rolls were exceptional and my only critique is that the breading on the shrimp tempura was a little too crunchy, but it did not stop me from enjoying my meal.
google avatar

Mehruba A.

Yelp
I saw my friend post this place in her story and I knew I had to go check it out. When I first arrived I was confused because the outside gives homey vibes but the inside is very adorable! I got seated in a booth in the walled off area and thought it was very cute. The staff were super nice and accommodating. Loved hearing their recommendations. Sushi was AMAZING! Love the tuna jalapeno bombs. This is one of my go to places in SLC officially

Yelp
Grand Opening of Tokyo Tower so we thought we'd give it a try. They did a fantastic job with the ambiance and decor. Plenty of room and seating, even for bigger parties. Lots of booths that offer a more intimate and private feeling. The food was very good too and at a very reasonable price. When we try somewhere new we try to order a lot of extra things to sample the menu knowing that we'll end up taking food home. We started with the Grilled Pork with honey sauce that was very good. 5/5 And the shrimp tempura, the tempura was good but the dipping sauce was a little too much for my liking, nice tangy flavor, but very overpowering. 4/5 Chicken Fried Rice, good, but not as flavorful as others I've had. 4/5 General Taos chicken, really good flavor, not spicy at all, battered chicken. 4/5 Cashew Chicken, really good mild flavor, excellent crispness with the cashews and water chestnuts. 4/5 And one role, the Spicy Crunch role, also good if not a tiny bit dry and not spicy at all, being picky. 4/5 Our server was very friendly and offered good suggestions and taking very good care of us when one of our items came out wrong. Excellent service from her and the owner. 5/5

Jenilyn S.

Yelp
Amazing food. Love the private tables. Reasonably priced rolls. The best tuna nigiri.

Yelp
Amazing space! The food was super delicious and affordable. Really friendly staff. Would recommend the Utah and Playboy Roll. The grilled pork with honey sauce was also really good.

Yelp
Not too sure how this place has so many great reviews. Went on a Saturday which is a huge money making day for restaurants. They clearly were short staffed & our server kept telling us he was busy. Water wasn't brought out to us for about 15 minutes after being sat. There was a group of young girls in the room next to us who were literally screaming. No staff talked to them. Our party could barely hear each other and it really ruined the vibe. This is not a fancy restaurant, so if you're looking for a place to celebrate something, looked elsewhere.
google avatar

Ryan H.

Yelp
This is a really good place to come to when you're hungry and do not want to spend a lot of money. Their lunch specials are excellent and I fed me and my two children for 40 bucks. They had a special which included an entrée and three rolls, we left satisfied and content with what we had, the sushi is fresh and made to order. Inside the space is very large in the ambience is quiet and refreshing. You feel like you have your table to yourself even though there's lots of seating areas and can hold a lot of people. The service was excellent and we were well attended to. The location is easy to get to and we were able to walk there from our hotel which was just about a half mile away. You could also take the bus or the light rail a few stops as well. There is ample parking if you're driving as well.

Logan C.

Yelp
First time ever at Tokyo Tower and would definitely visit again if I didn't live out of state. The food was delivered very fast. Great quality and quality of fish in the sashimi and sushi rolls. I ordered the Naruto roll, salmon sashimi, and tuna roll. The restaurant also has a cool interior design.
google avatar

Yelp
We found Tokyo Tower from the yelp reviews. It had great reviews and we needed a place close by on a Sunday afternoon. The food was all fresh, thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. The restaurant is super cute, and well appointed. The only negative I had was the temperature inside, it was way too warm. We never mentioned anything to the server so they were not given the chance to fix the issue. I wasn't blown away by any of the dishes, but the prices for what was received were outstanding.
google avatar

Yelp
Rodney was awesome! The restaurant is so nice and clean. We had some great food, large miso soup(never have gotten such a large bowl!), mussel shooters(omg soooo good), spicy scallop roll, mango salmon roll and the mini sashimi were excellent. I'm from So Cal and was pleasantly surprised at the great service and fresh and delicious choices. Prices were superb! Highly recommended!

Yelp
Large menu w/sushi and Chinese food options Large restaurant with ample space between customers. The parking lot is very small, which requires street parking in the neighborhood. Sat quickly, the waiter also addressed and took our orders very quickly. They also have separate party rooms with large round tables and lazy susan's in the middle. Clean and nice environment The food was cold other than soup, and service personnel were working very hard, but they were very short staffed. Door dash and Uber eats buzzing nonstop in the background. Take out was a huge focus. I'm not sure it's best to go on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. They are new but seem to be breaking off more than they can chew...
google avatar

Rafael J.

Yelp
Let me start by saying that I don't think this is the best Chinese food in the valley. However, value wise, I would put this near the top. The dinner combo was $11-14 came with soup, a few fried items, and fried rice. It was more than enough food, and the quality was decent over all. The restaurant itself was really cool, and worth stopping by just to see the interior. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the meal came out surprisingly quick. I will definitely stop by again and enjoyed my first visit.

Yelp
I was so excited to see another sushi restaurant open up! We immediately had to try it. I was amazed with the layout of the restaurant and how well decorated it was, especially since I went when the building was a(n unimpressive) hot pot restaurant. Service was fast and they have such a wide selection of rolls and nigiri. In my opinion, this is the best sushi for the price that it's at in Salt Lake. The quality of the fish is so fresh, and they have a huge variety to choose from. I can definitely see myself being a regular here, especially when I feel like an affordable and satisfying sushi fix!

Yelp
This review is given by someone who doesn't love soup but loves sauce with her sushi. When I heard about a new sushi restaurant, I had to check it out immediately. I've been on the hunt for a new go-to sushi restaurant. The place is beautiful, I love that every booth is surrounded by rolling privacy curtains. It makes it a but more intimate and private. Our waitress was beyond exceptional, very attentive, with an overall great attitude. Her alone deserves 5 stars. Now for the food. 3 stars.. I really wasn't impressed. Would I go back, sure, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Everything seemed fresh, but the flavors were off for me. Edamame came out after our food, which is weird cause it was supposed to be an appetizer. They were Luke warm. There is nothing special about these. Wonton soup - huge bowl can easily feed 2 or 3 people. Broth tasted um bad, just bad, so bad I couldn't finish my little bowl. To me, it tasted spoiled, but my husband loved it. The wonton were good, melted in my mouth. I got the cashew chicken dinner that came with egg flower soup, no flavor, zero, thick but came with crispy noodles, which I love in my soup. Egg roll, fried ship, 2 pot stickers, and fried rice. The fried rice tasted bad also, chemical tasting, really. Everything else was average. The cashew chicken was the star of our meal. Very saucy, chicken tender, and overall delicious. Sushi.... Bamboo was my least favorite. Pretty bland. Snow Mountain was good. It needed a kick of something, tho Yellowstone was my favorite, probably because it had a little bit of sauce drizzled on it. Overall, sushi was ok. Quality is great for the cost. I just wish they had more sauce drizzled on them or more flavor of sort.

Elizabeth L.

Yelp
The menu had a lot of rolls, I had the spicy tuna avocado roll. It tasted fine-I give it a 5 out of 10. The hot and sour soup was really spicey. I saw some people in our party get chinese food and it seemed ok, my kid said the chicken was tasty. The staff were accommodating and you can have a large party reservation booked pretty last minute. The place is big. I would say this is a place for people who like Panda Express. Really reasonable pricing.

Yelp
Calamari extremely undercooked, was disappointed with the taste of it. Food really messy with grease overflowing

Yelp
Food was really mid. Sushi ok but teriyaki chicken tasted like rubber. Really disappointing. Service was good enough though.

Yelp
Delicious sushi for a decent price. Will definitely be back. Service was a bit slow with my water but it could be because my brother and I ate our food so fast (which one server commented about in surprise). What can I say, we love sushi.

Yelp
We ate here for a business dinner and it is worth your time when you are in SLC. The food was great, the service was amazing. Mike was so friendly and very helpful! The restaurant is so cute and a great place for a date night, business lunch or dinner, or a gathering among friends. The food is reasonably priced. I do not give out many 5 star ratings and this establishment earned this rating. Well done, I will be back.

Yelp
Let's start with this. We had a pot of Sake, a Kirin beer, a cup of Hot and Sour Soup, a cup of Egg Flower Soup, Jalapeño Bombs, Grilled Pork with Honey Sauce, Crazy Tuna Roll, Grilled Roast Quail, Fried Sesame Balls, and an awesome complimentary heart shaped sushi thingy, and the bill was $66.87. I was blown away. I can't remember a time I felt guilty for paying so little for a meal of this quality, especially in this disastrous economy. I made up for it with a 50% tip. My tip was not only because the prices are incredible and the food outstanding, but our server, Alicia, was amazing. Informative, enthusiastic, genuine, attentive without being intrusive, and all around professional. I'm not going to try to describe the flavor of every dish, but all of it, except the average Tuna Roll, was fantastic. The Grilled Roast Quail was nothing short of a delicacy. And only eleven dollars. Jalapeño Bombs were, well, the Bomb. I will have dreams about the Honey Pork. Menu is gigantic, and I can't wait to go back for more. The ambiance is welcoming, soft, and the booths are comfortable and private. So good. Enough to bring MCFree out of yelping semi-retirement.

Yelp
We have been here many times and it never disappoints! Beautiful ambiance. Kind service. Our favorite is the white pearl specialty roll and Ube cheesecake.

Yelp
Honestly, this place is the sh*t. My partner and I love Japanese cuisine and this takes the cake for all the places we've eaten in SLC thus far. NEW FAVORITE! And not to mention the service is super fast and everyone is so friendly. 10/10 experience. This will be a regular spot for us!
