The food was delicious.....very affordable and the drinks where good...I had the short rib mac and cheese, very good I must say. I also had the long poppers I think. It's a pepper with cheeses and prosciutto in it,omg so damn good lol....the music was good as well. My husband had the philly cheesesteak and my friend had a burger, all where cook to perfection.

Amigo Dan was unable to finish his Cheesesteak because it was too salty. I am not salt adverse but this was a little salty. I could have finished mine but it was a little salty. At $11 it was salty and small. It did come with french fries, which were salty. Tuesday is $5 Cheesesteak night. It would have been easier to overlook other things on a Tuesday.

The short rib poutine was great and so were the Toll Man Joe's wings. The meatballs could have used more sauce.

Another South Philly Gem hidden right in the shadow of I-95. I attended a function for about 50 people in a private 2nd floor room here. Even though it was lunch time the wait staff & bar tender entertained us seamlessly. All the food is extremely delicious. Plenty of off-street parking. Close to interstate highways 95 & 76 access to all points N, S, E or W, but still walk-able locally. Downstairs looked like it was hooping, I will definitely try it sometime. A tip of the hat to Toll Man Joe.

It was about 4:30 PM and I parked my semi just beyond this place and under the bridge. I stopped in for take-out, but ended up eating in. SUPER service. GREAT food. FANTASTIC atmosphere. PHENOMENAL, INCREDIBLE, TREMENDOUS... not sure what other adjectives I can use for this place, but they all apply. I highly recommend going here if you're in the area. Very clean facility. TV screens throughout. This place will meet your expectations. I had the lobster bisque with crab meat and the three fish tacos made with haddock. DELICIOUS to say the least. If my truck brings me back this way, I will be back to Toll Man Joe's.
