TOLUCA Organic (Uptown Dallas)

So good! Visiting Dallas I was looking for a vegan restaurant and we found this place. The food is so fresh, yummy oh, perfect amount of spices and creativity. If you want to add meat, you can. If you like cheese you can get that too. Or if you're 100% vegan, this is the place to go! Been twice in 2 days 😊, might try to go again before we leave.

Ordering was easy, used the screen to order. Restaurant was clean, friendly service. Bartender was not wearing a mask, at all, even when interacting with customers, and even when they came to our table. Got a build-your-own bowl. Very filling

This salad cost 18 dollars after the vegan ranch vegan barbacoa and portabella mushrooms and vegan cheese were added. Fine sounds like an amazing salad right. Then after tax delivery and tip it was 26$. The size is despicable for one. The kale had actual molding on it, real mold! 2 other of the kale leaves we yellow and white from old age! How is this acceptable. Will NOT recommend or eat here again.

I live nearby and was eager to try Toluca. Came on a nice day with my dog and sat on the patio. Friendly staff. I ordered a salad with protein and elotes on the side. The food was quick, yummy, healthy, and beautifully presented! 🌸 I’m happy to have a restaurant like this in my neighborhood and I’ll be back again soon to try the tacos.

Such a great place and kind staff! Food was delicious. It’s great that it caters on the spectrum of vegan to non-vegan.

The only reason this is not a 0 review: -Great server named Anisa! She was wonderful! And the ambiance. Nice outdoor patio. HOWEVER..... We later saw a dead roach inside next to the bar . The food had great presentation, but lacked Salt and flavor! The jackfruit tacos— one word— terrible. We had the delray tacos, Santa Maria salad, elote, and build own bowl allll were - very average tasting... If you want food to really Taste good... DO NOT waste your time!!! Or MONEY!! Disappointed in every dish we ate. Pay less and try elsewhere.

Great tasting food and one of the few places where I can get regular meat and my friends who are vegan can get vegan meat and cheese. The staff was very friendly and helpful at lunchtime. The vegan barbacoa was fantastic. The prices are very reasonable, and choices across plant and non plant based spectrum were better than I've seen most other places. Will definitely be back.

We walked in and we're greeted by the bar staff. We ordered at the kiosk and Chris came up and offered his help and the bartender mentioned the self serve salsa by the fountain drinks. All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to sit ourselves quickly and the appetizers came out quickly. Everything was delicious. A manager checked on us and made sure we got some fresh avadado fresca salsa as soon as it was made to complete our order. For the short wait, we got complimentary drinks. (nice surprise). The vibe was chill and I love the decor. I like that it's mostly vegan but there are meat options for those carnivores. I will definitely come here again!
