Deep Ellum’s Newest Brewery Has Arrived - Eater Dallas
"Toluca, a new eatery from Southpaw’s Grill co-owner TJ Frank, will soon open its doors in Uptown. A rep for the restaurant tells Eater that the new vegan Tex-Mex destination will open inside Gables Villa Rossa at 2600 Cedar Springs Road in the coming months, with vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan, and organic “modern Mexican” dishes planned for the menu. Look forward to dishes like tacos stuffed with spicy vegan refried beans, kale and quinoa salad topped with Tajin-dusted chickpeas, and vegan “barbacoa” when Toluca debuts." - Amy McCarthy
